i came to 3Fils with absolutely no idea what the cuisine even was, and to say i was amazed is honestly an understatement! every single thing we ordered was incredible. the flavors were so unique and different from anything i’ve had before.
we started with a seaweed salad that was super fresh, and very unique in flavor. we followed it with the salmon carpaccio, and it was PHENOMENAL. we also had the potato wedges, i personally would’ve liked them a tiny bit more salted. we finished off our starters with beef indomie (which isn’t really a starter) a classic flavor but with a twist that elevated the flavor.
for sushi, we had mushroom and dragon. for the shroom one, i’m usually not big on truffle, but the flavor here was subtle yet still rich and layered. the texture and flavors was so, so good. but my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE was dragon. the mix of flavors and the twist of the gochujang? i was SHOCKED in the best way possible.
for dessert, we had the signature, african powerhouse. the mix of the salt with the chocolate mousse and the vanilla bean ice cream is WOW. the whole thing is such an outstanding mix of flavors. (came back for this dessert two times after)
the service and staff were so lovely and welcoming. i would come here over and over again and recommend it to absolutely everyone!
