No need to say much in terms of the food. Great pizza. I can see why locals rate it as one of the top 3. Best pizza I've had. My advice, unless you live in Italy, stick with the classics. I prefer the Margherita con Bufala. The buffalo mozzarella is a bit rich compared to regular mozzerella, but it makes a difference.
We chose to sit inside to avoid the smokers outside, but service staff inside were way snootier than the ones we first talked to outside. The one male waiter for our section was super slow and full of attitude (not just with us, but with the local customers as well). It seems that, although dressed the same, there is one guy that supervises and others that take the orders (who are also separate from the ones who bring you your food and your bill). They both stand at the computer, but if you try to order or ask a question from the supervisor, he'll just ignore you. So make sure you talk to your waiter when you want to ask for something, because the other guy will acknowledge you, but he will just ignore your request. He actually will not follow through with your request even if he nods or acknowledges you and will not bother to relay the request. Speaking from experience.
TIP: If you're not a big eater, ask for your pizza to be cut in half. They will bring the one pizza split in half on two plates for you if you want to share one order between two people. We're not big eaters, and I think even one pizza would have been enough to share between the 3 of us.
If you get the slow waiter, like we did, don't even bother asking him for the check. Ask the person that actually brings the check if you see them bringing someone else's, or the ones who bring out the pizzas, as I think they're the same staff that bring the bill. Afterwards, however, don't be surprised if somehow at this point your waiter becomes way more motivated and is right behind you when you're ready to pay.
