Google
On our way from Denver to Colorado Springs, found this via quick Yelp Search for a quick lunch stop. We wee expecting a v good meal having read some good reviews and pictures looked great. But it wasn't to be. None of the food items hit the mark for us. Nachos had chicken which tasted dry , Korean chicken was too sweet/pungent, Tacos were not that good. The worst part of lunch was that the Coke we ordered was all fizzed out- even the replacements were fizzed and syrupy. If a restaurant with a full bar can't figure out a way to serve a simple soda then its a big red flag for me. Service was ok. Maybe they were having an off day but this was a meal to forget for us.

Google
They offer a wide variety of Asian fusion dishes. The drink menu is extensive, and the cocktails are outstanding! The atmosphere inside is great, though the seating is quite close to other tables, so it might feel a bit noisy. There were about three parking spots available right in front of the restaurant.

Google
The staff was so accommodating and sweet opening up their back covered patio for us and our two pups (it was drizzling off and on). Our server was great recommending us options for food and mocktails! The food, service, and staff were all wonderful! If you’re looking for some good Korean fusion food definitely check this place out!

Google
I’m from denver and got a recommendation to come here on one of my trips to the springs. It did not disappoint! The Thai glazed salmon meal was amazing. They substituted the rice for me to make it gluten free. I wish they had gluten free soy sauce but I know by now Asian is a hard food group with my intolerance. I sat at the bar and the bartender was lovely. Unfortunately I had obligations after so I couldn’t enjoy a drink but they had a couple killer happy hour specials!

Deliciously, creative cocktails! The appetizers and entrées were very flavorful. Lila was one of our servers. She was very helpful, friendly and attentive.😊 We will be going back very soon! Thank you!

Google
I just recently tried this place for the first time, after my uncle told me he goes here like at least once a week for breakfast but usually a couple times a week.. so I tried their Korean Tacos, and the first time I got them, they were probably one of the best things I’ve ever eaten! The Bun Bao was warm and soft, the meat was hot and the flavor was amazing, their sprouts and vegeatable were crunchy and flavorful.. and then their sauce they give you for it is so freaking good! I told my dad it was one of the best meals ever.. So I JUST went there again and just finished my meal, I got the Korean tacos again, but this time is was really disappointed.. I’m somebody who gets butthurt even paying like $3 for a Mexican tacos again, but these are different.. however the total comes to like $17, maybe $18-$20 with tip. so it’s not cheap but if it was like the first time, it’d be worth it.. but this time, the bun bao was cold and not as soft and was stuck to the paper they put it on top of.. the meat was like warm.. the sprouts were kind of slimy or wet.. the sauce was still good.. but then I also got two chunks of the burnt like scrapings off the grill.. so I took a bite and felt a crunch and then my mouth was filled with that nasty the burn to a crisp taste that I couldn’t wash out.. and when I finally got the taste out, it happened again! It’s a cool looking place, I’m sure maybe other food is good.. I just tend to not go back to restaurants that are that inconsistent.. maybe it was just a bad day.. it was like 6:00pm on a Saturday and they were packed, so it’s weird to me they’d have cold food unless that’s how they made it.. I placed my order as I was in the car 7 minutes from the restaurant, they told me it’d take 15 minutes, I showed up as they were bringing the food up to the counter so it would’ve been just prepared. I might one day try them for breakfast or something.. but it’ll be a while before I ever do a dinner, that burnt charcoal bits of grill scraping really was disgusting. I also tried to find an email where I could let them know before I wrote a review, but there is none.. maybe if I try it again I’d update it and reflect that. I just don’t know if I’ll be able to talk myself I to spending $20 for a meal when there’s so many others where I haven’t had this experience and I’d pay like $10. So idk, maybe you’ll have the best meal you’ve ever had, maybe you’ll get the scrapings from the grill instead of meat. You pick if it’s worth it to you lol. It’s a bummer because I really wanted to find a place to get good Asian food right by my house, so this looked like The One.. but maybe I’ll find another place nearby It’s pretty hard to tell the difference, the first picture is from the first time I ate there, even in pictures it looks more colorful lol.. and the second picture is from my order I just ate like 30 minutes ago.

If you like fusion food this the place to go!! I tired the Korean tacos 🌮 and they were great. They also have a good local beer collection.

Loved the dish I had. They’re able to do gf and df dishes. The waitress was knowledgeable and helpful. Was a little confused by her aggression at one point but otherwise happy with the experience. It has a pub vibe.

Yelp
We are in from out of town. Stopped for dinner. Great food and amazing service! Albert our server was phenomenal and Corbin was amazing also! Both very attentive and personable!

Yelp
I frequent 503W once every few months, and it's been delicious everytime. Both dinner and brunch have been great! This most recent visit, I had the nitro short ribs for dinner - great flavor, moist, and soft. It came served on a bed of sesame slaw and other veggies (there was plenty of food if you don't want to add the rice). The Cookies & Cream dessert hit the spot (pistachio panna cotta with vanilla tuile). I have to admit that I didn't thoroughly read the menu description when I saw Cookies & Cream and was surprised at the pistachio panna cotta (I thought it was going to be an Oreo panna cotta). I still very much enjoyed the dessert since I also love pistachios. Just a little funny moment. Service was great tonight with Chelsea A! Hopefully, I can get a brunch visit in soon!

Yelp
503W offered mixed of Pan-asian fusion foods, creative & delicious cocktails, and artistic vibes. Foods: I like the fried calamari & spicy sweet Korean fries as an appetizer. Entrees: we tried Korean taco with big fat pork belly on the bao ban. It is good. Big Island poke is tasty & refreshing. Drinks: Mai Tai & Pain killer are my go to :) Service: Attentive staffs, foods came out about 15 mins after we first sat down. So, on the slower side. Ordered appetizer can help if you are very hungry. Love all the art works & brick wall. Cute & creative atmosphere that can inspired you. Downside: parking. They only have less than 10 spots parking, so you might need to scavenger hunt for that faraway. Yes, will always come back for the juicy calamari & great cocktails.

Yelp
We are always greeted and seated by friendly, helpful staff in the almost industrial style restaurant area. The seats are metal and not super comfortable, but the food is too good to worry about the seating. We ordered the spicy garlic edamame to start. My husband had the beet salad, which has changed while I had the green chili burger as a salad instead of open faced on a bun. It was outstanding.

Yelp
Can't complain, can't rave about. A pretty typical American fusion spot. They've got the meats, they've got the veggies, they've got the drinks and the vibe. Nothing more, nothing less.

Yelp
Amazing food, ambiance, and service! We found this on a whim and I'm so grateful we did! Our food was amazing!!! Unreal good! We had the Thai salmon, soul bowl, and Ramen!

Yelp
Everything tasted really fresh and the portions here were very large which justified the price. Large selection of drinks and cocktails. Parking was a little tough but we eventually found a spot. Our waiter was great and friendly. Great place to dine if you're a fan of Korean-American cuisine.

Yelp
Dinner here last night then came back for brunch this morning because we're obsessedEverything on the menu is full of flavor and makes you want to order it all. Pro tip: order the fresh prince for dessert. You will not regret.

Yelp
Weekend brunch at 503W is a must! Their chicken and waffles are hands-down one of my new favorites the chicken is tender and juicy with a subtle sriracha kick (not too spicy). My friend got the "Lucky Belly" hash, and wow, it was packed with flavor! The sweet potato tots, pork belly, and sriracha aioli were amazing, and the sourdough bread on the side was perfect. We ended with dessert--a fluffy donut topped with ice cream and a creamy sauce (wish I remembered the name). It was the cherry on top of an already great meal. Definitely worth checking out!

Yelp
Great place for a birthday dinner with family and friends. Lively, good food and spirits.

Yelp
Amazing food and great service! We ordered the Saigon Dip and the Gangnam Crack Chicken. These were two of the items recommended to us by our waitress and I'm so glad we ordered it. I will definitely be back!

Yelp
Went to happy hour with one of my friends. She's been telling me about it and we finally made it. We arrived just before the rush and we got greeted and seated pretty quickly. We chose a corner table so we could chat comfortably. Our server was super nice and on top of things. The menu has a good selection for meat eaters as well as vegetarians. And the drink menu is pretty extensive. To drink I chose the Gochujang and Honey Old fashion and it was soooo good (btw the drinks are pretty strong here), my friend went with the mai tai and it was quite delicious too. To eat I chose the little Seoul bowl and I was not disappointed. I'm pretty happy we finally made it together to this place. I will definitely add this place to my list of good places to eat in the springs.

Yelp
The Saigon French Dip was hands down one of the best sandwiches and lunches I have ever had! This is a bold statement if you know me - I'm a foodie and these words shouldn't be taken lightly! This sandwich was packed with meat and flavor. The umami was delish and the ramen broth dip was to die for. I was between this and the Nitro Short Rib sandwich and I am so glad that I chose this one (I tried the Nitro and it paled in comparison). I am not a fan of sweet potato fries, but my friend was raving about them. The regular french fries were super crispy with the perfect amount of salt. My friend ate his Gaucho burger in about 4 bites and said it was incredible, but a bit greasy. I travel to Colorado somewhat frequently and will be adding this to my list of places I will return to. 503 West is absolutely fantastic and I only wish I lived closer and could eat here every day! The food was amazing and the service was attentive and friendly. Great drink selection - the wasabi mule was great! I wish yelp gave a special button for a must-try-this-is-phenominal restaurant. If they did I would push it! Go here, get the saigon dip and a drink and I promise you'll be happy!

Yelp
OK, this was our third visit to 503W and it was not nearly as good as the last two. It was a Friday lunch, maybe that was the problem. Service was very mediocre. Seated and drinks ordered but they took forever to arrive. Server had other larger tables to attend to, we were last on her list. Always order Nitro Short Ribs, this time they were not even close to what we've been served in the past. Dry, hard, crispy (like a smash burger), some tender parts, and scarce amount of sauce, which was not good as we ordered a side of rice and were hoping to drizzle some sauce over top. I hope this is not a sign of a decline. Also, this place is VERY LOUD, not sure if it's the street noise or just general loudness. We will try again as it's convenient for us when we come to town to shop at Costco.

Yelp
Spacious seating for a group of 6. Very friendly staff. Very attentive. Food is good 3.5/5. It's not super impressive but at least it's good flavor.

Yelp
We stopped by 503W for a weekday lunch. Restaurant was pretty empty around 1pm, we got a table right away. Very nice restaurant, wonderful ambience, gorgeous bar. Staff are so nice and friendly. Lots of TVs around playing sports channels. We ordered a bunch of drinks and food. We all really liked their unique fire cracker nachos. The sauce drizzle on crispy taco chips was exceptional. The seedlip poloma was okay, wish it was little sweeter. Got the Korean bbq taco for entree. Was little disappointed didn't come with any sauce on the side or on the taco. Korean salad on top also didn't add much to the flavor, rather it worked against the taste of the bbq. Despite some disappointment with food, we had a good time here.

Yelp
Lila! We love you! Thank you for your awesome customer service! Our dinner was once again, fantastic!

Ella P.

Yelp
The vibe in there is so cute and everyone is so kind, the service was fast and my waitress helped me choose which dish I should get. I ended up getting the Little Seoul Bowl with the sarachia chicken, it was incredible, my date got the pork belly bao buns, these were also so good, but the meat was extremely fatty. So good I highly recommend, I bet there isn't anything bad on this menu and the prices are not bad for the quality.

Yelp
Food: everything was delicious-- from the grass-fed bacon to the handmade jam to the perfectly fried eggs. I came here for brunch but stayed until 3 to try their dinner options, too. Floored by how wonderful their Thai cold noodle dish was -- as good as some of my favorite spots in LA. Ambiance: great bar and bustling (somewhat hipster) space. Excellent playlist of alt and punk from the 2000's (think: Strokes, Distillers, LCD). Service: Renee is one of the best bartenders I've known. Super competent, efficient and welcoming. Highly recommend for all meals. Quite a gem

Yelp
Great food. We ordered the burger and summer salad. Very fresh, decent quantity, friendly service.

Yelp
Had a great meal here. Staff were super friendly. I got the nitro short ribs. The meat was delicious with a great sauce. I was a little surprised to find the snow (snap?) peas were raw. I knew you could eat these raw but I personally would have loved to have seen the veggies stir fried as well. I can see how some would prefer the more refreshing raw style so I didn't mind it too much.

Yelp
Today was a great day! Out to run a work errand! Parking ticket for the Space Symposium and take my wife out to lunch. We had planned lunch at 503W and were excited to try the Firecracker Nachos and the Gangnam Fried Chicken! Unfortunately, it was a Saturday and we didn't realize that it was Brunch only from 9 until 2... we debated leaving as we weren't in the mood for breakfast/brunch. The staff was amazing and super duper friendly. We picked our table and started with our favorite beer tangerine cream ale. We decided to order the Sriracha Maple Bacon Chicken & Waffle with a side of sweet potato home fries. We enjoyed our beer and were greeted by the Chef and asked how we were doing. Great seat as we could watch all of the dishes being made... the smell of the waffle was fantastic and our dish arrived perfect. The coating on the chicken was crisp and the chicken was moist and tender. The bacon and syrup added to the dish. Definitely, one of my favorite versions of chicken and waffles-what an interesting take! The sweet potato home fries were crisp, not overcooked and soft in the middle. Best part was they weren't at all greasy. Great service throughout, hostess, server and chef all really friendly and wanted to ensure we enjoyed our meal. Next time! Not on a Monday as they are closed. We will return to try the nachos, chicken and other tempting sides! Wait til you see the pics!

Yelp
This place has a nice ambience. We sat on the outside deck which was nice with the cooler weather. The drinks were good and the food was surprisingly delicious. I love the Asian twist they put on American foods.

Bill C.

Yelp
Great food and amazing presentation! Loved our bowls. Plenty of parking near by. Other items on menu seemed interesting.
google avatar

Yelp
I just left this place. I went there for a late lunch mainly because I was craving beef bulgogi. I also cleaned that plate, lol. It was also during happy hours, and they seemed to have great drink options. I didn't partake in happy hours. I didn't ask how this joint was started, but I love the Asian food fusion concept. I'm also a fan of their island-inspired names for drinks on the menu. It was quiet, and they also had outside seating. Service was good, and Chelsea was my server. I'll be back to check out more options on the menu.

Kyle B.

Yelp
My whole family ate here and we tried everything. The wonton nachos were light and delicious. The Beat salad converted my daughter to loving beats. The crispy spicy chicken was so flavorful. And the French prince dessert had all the right flavors. I can't recommend this place highly enough.
google avatar

Lisa D.

Yelp
Service was amazing. Best service we have had in a very long time. Food: we ordered Ramen, calamari, crack chicken, salmon and yakisoba. Everything was flavorful, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Ambiance: lively, warm and inviting. Has an industrial modern feel.

Chris M.

Yelp
We feel like we stumbled upon a hidden gem in the COS area! We hadn't heard about it from anyone but decided to check it out for mother's day yesterday and we loved our experience. We ordered the Sweet Koren FF, edamame with mix of sweet chilli and sesame oil sauce, Korean Tacos, Saigon Dip for food, the Cookies N Cream Panna cotta for desert and one of the best whiskey cocktails we've had in the springs -- the Toki Old Fashioned, a Japanese whiskey old fashioned beautifully concocted and mixed, we were in love... as we left we talked about how excited we are to return to get just that drink. The Great food, fantastic cocktails, top notch service from everyone we interacted with (Renee our server deserves a special shout out), fun ambiance-- all contributed to a well-rounded experience. Super family friendly too for a place that has such an awesome cocktail menu. We'll definitely be coming back!
google avatar

Arianne R.

Yelp
My friend and I stopped in for lunch today. We have visited before, but I never took the time to post a review. This place is excellent! Our service today was wonderful (as always). The staff are extremely attentive and friendly. While parking can occasionally be a bit challenging on West Colorado, we got upfront parking today, which was an added bonus :-) Their menu here is eclectic and delicious and never fails. Today, I enjoyed the Banh mi sandwich, and the staff were able and willing to make it vegetarian for me. Sidenote, if you are a vegetarian, this is a hit! My friend ordered the calamari appetizer and the Bulgogi dip sandwich, and loved them. They also have a nice selection of nonalcoholic cocktails to choose from, today I ordered the Paloma, which was delicious. Stop by this little place if you are looking for something that is delicious, unique and refreshingly not run of the mill.

Rachel K.

Yelp
We came to this fusion restaurant to try something new. I think the appetizers were super flavorful and delicious. The Nitro short ribs were tender, but something about the flavor wasn't my favorite. The salad that came with the short ribs were good though. The staff was really nice and it was busy on a Thursday night!
google avatar

Andilee J.

Yelp
Amazing Koreon fusion! Absolutely loved the French Prince sandwich and sweet potato fries. The Siracha aioli is made "in house" and was fantastic with the fries. Loved the aesthetic and ambience of the restaurant. Service was amazing too! Highly recommend this place!
google avatar

Payal P.

Yelp
I was on vacation with my partner. The atmosphere was LOUD! There was always music playing and everyone was singing. The service was great. We ordered enteees and to be honest, the best part of the night was the sweet potato fries. The entrees were just average -- Americanized Asian food.
google avatar

Julieanne A.

Yelp
This place was hands down amazing based on food. There are so many cute places in Colorado but this place looked legit. I wish I could eat here once a month. My cousins and I ordered a bunch of appetizers, as well as our own entrees. The nachos were out of this world and I'll think about them often. Sweet potato fries were actually amazing too. Service took some time but they were busy and it was a Friday afternoon. Would totally come here again!
google avatar

Theresa M.

Yelp
Total 5 star experience! The Korean nachos, Seoul bowl, salmon, poke all top tier. We recommend 503W to everyone. Servers are fun too!

Diane P.

Yelp
Overall, food was good but my dish was missing a main ingredient. When I asked about it, the server said he would bring it out, but then he came back to the table and told me they were out of the ingredient. No apology, nothing done to sub it...just poor management.

Yelp
Food | Drinks | Noise Food - some of the best food at the price point you will find in C Springs. I had the GANGNAM FRIED CHICKEN with rice. It was a delicious dish. The flavors, size, and combination was amazing and I would definitely get it again. I'm such a fan - I wouldn't try anything else. Drinks - everyone at our table has a different mixed cocktail and everyone said their drink was one of the best they have had in the past year. I had the WASABI-PINEAPPLE MULE. It was an interesting combination of flavors. But it worked. Would highly recommend and would get it again. Noise - the noise was a lot. So much that it was hard to have a conversation with our group of five. We had to yell throughout the meal which was frustrating at times. The place was bumping. There was a 20-30 minute wait for tables. We went on a Saturday night at 7pm - so prime time. The vibe was young hip and couples and established families. It was a good cross section of C springs. Why not 5 stars? I took off 0.5 stars for slow service. We did not receive our food for 25-30 minutes after ordering. We did not receive an explanation about the delay. I took off an additional 0.5 stars because it was so loud. We could not hold a conversation without yelling. It pains me because the food and drinks was really good (some of the best I've had at that price point this year). But, these two items made the experience a negative. Pro tip - probably would be a dope lunch spot
google avatar

Sheila S.

Yelp
During my visit to Colorado Springs it was important to dine out and experience a different vibe. Let me start with the good which was the appetizers. So delicious! We had the goat cheese shrimp ccakes and the calamari. The Korean tacos were okay I've had better. My son had the burger which was really good. My dish was a bit disappointing and I had such high hopes. I ordered the nitro short ribs. I don't know if nitro meant cooked extremely well. But they were so hard that there was hardly any meat to chew. I had to send it back and at that point, there was nothing else I wanted. The drinks were good because they have great mocktails. The location is pretty secluded with nothing much really around the area. Many homeless people in that area as well. I would be a bit weary at night. When we looked this place up it had good reviews. Unfortunately I'm not 100% sold. Wasn't the worse, so what I would probably recommend is to try it once. I'll let you be the judge.
google avatar

Rosanna F.

Yelp
Food was really good and service . We had Seoul bowl , French dip , and Bah mi sliders so good.
google avatar

Dan M.

Yelp
I think this is a cool spot but I didn't love my food. It was average not great. I don't want This to discourage you from Trying it. The people I was with had their take on bibimbap they said it was good. I had their Korean fried chicken. It was a little more crispy and dry than I would have liked. But it wasn't inedible by any means. Decent food cool atmosphere. The biggest plus was their cocktails I really did enjoy the mule I got.
google avatar

Gabrielle B.

Yelp
I can't believe I've lived nearby this restaurant and never tried it until the other night. I absolutely love the menu here! Korean infusion? GREAT vegan and vegetarian options; there were 3 dishes I really wanted, but I choose the beet salad. I added tofu and asked for no cheese. It came with a wasabi dressing that wasn't too spicy, just flavorful. There were so many beets, which I loved and the tofu was out of this world. Huge pieces of tofu that were perfectly crispy and the perfect protein addition to my salad. The cocktails looked AMAZING! Can't wait to try one next time. The ambiance is very classy. Great natural light, plants, and a modern vibe. I was impressed with our server because she didn't write down our orders (always makes me nervous), but everything was perfect. 5 star experience!
google avatar

Maya H.

Yelp
8/27/25 The food sucked. I invited friends from out of town and wanted to try a new restaurant and an Asian pub sounded nice. Not only did we wait for a good 20 minutes to be waited on but the food was terrible. No one finished their meal and my boyfriend and I felt super sick after. . So if you want awful food and basically food poisoning. Go here.
google avatar

Christopher M.

Yelp
I swear to my mother, the only thing this place has going for it is its atmosphere! Other than that the food is tasteless and alright at best, the staff is weird, the manager is a piece of garbage, and their kitchen is dirty! If it wasn't for the atmosphere this place would be an embarrassment of a business.

Gina T.

Yelp
Another gem in CO Springs. The food was delicious, service was quick, and the vibe was good. I stopped in for brunch with a friend. Took me a little bit to decide, but finally settled on the Lucky Belly Hash. Everything was cooked perfectly and I probably licked my bowl clean.

Charlene J.

Yelp
Food is mediocre and service is bad. Never got greeted and one we shared eye contact with a server she came over but was very rude. She acted as if she hated serving us haha would not come back here. Parking sucks as well.
google avatar

Fyruz E.

Yelp
This place was awesome! If you like Korean food and American cuisine this is your place! They also have non alcoholic option beers and cocktails if you don't drink. Service was 10/10 food came out so fast! And the ambiance was definitely giving locally owned energy! Would come back again!!
google avatar

Frances L.

Yelp
The food was slightly disappointing ad the flavors did not pair well for an Asian fusion place. The fire cracker nachos were the best out of the three dishes we ordered.
google avatar

Yelp
My wife and I visited 503W for the first time today at 1:00pm with two other couples. We were all excited for this first visit after seeing photos of the food as well reading many glowing reviews. We had made reservations for a standard height table for six because one of our group was in a wheelchair. Normally, they only take reservations for groups of seven or more, but graciously accommodated our needs. We ordered: Bahn Mi Now, Saigon French Dip, Little Seoul Bowl, Korean Taco, and two of the salads. My wife and I shared our two sandwiches, the Saigon Dip, and the Bahn Mi Now pork belly, both of which were fantastic. Everyone else in our party thoroughly enjoyed their meals with one exclaiming, "If it wasn't impolite, I would have licked the plate clean!" All agreed that we needed to return and work our way through the menu. Excellent!
google avatar

Sara T.

Yelp
Food is always on point. Love the Korean flair. Service is usually pretty sub par, often times being sat at a table and not acknowledged for 10-15 min. If they could get the service together we would go often!
