Plus, it's got maximalist-lite food, like cacio e pepe popcorn and togarashi-spiced shishito peppers. The giant vinyl record library and generous happy hour menu are even more reasons to visit. "When it’s too soon for a romantic date but more special than casual drinks, go to 93' Til in Montrose. The atmosphere is pretty loose and more lounge than restaurant. But there are cocktails, wine, and a full menu of maximalist-lite food to split with that special someone. Like a juicy fried chicken sandwich or an entire bowl of creamy foie gras torchon complete with peanut butter jelly sandwiches on the side. Mostly because you can watch the bartender hunt through hundreds of records in between making cocktails (and the patio catches too many parking lot fumes). Like the music selection, the menu is a bit all over the place, but in the best way. "This vinyl-playing Montrose hangout has finally introduced lunch service, and it's bringing back some of the classics. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., diners can find a host of salads and sandwiches, including its fan-favorite buttermilk-brined chicken sandwich that’s topped with a cabbage and kale slaw and its double patty, double cheese 93’ Til Burger that’s layered with Worcestershire mayonnaise, sherry onions, and house pickles.
