We have loved living here! After spending too many years at another ‘luxury’ apartment in Buckhead, we finally made the move to 99 West Paces. I put luxury in quotes because too many buildings falsely claim to be that in this city, while 99 WP is truly luxury. I question why didn’t do this earlier! It’s a very clean and secure building, and the staff are all very nice. Abdul and Vlad helped us with our application and move-in, which was a easy process. The application does take time, but we appreciated that. The maintenance team is so friendly and very on point with fixing things. We’ve had a pleasant experience with everyone who lives here, and the safety factor of this building is top-notch. The pool is very nice, and the units are fantastic. The finishes are what one would find in a luxury condo, and the sound proofing in this building is great. Overall, I would be shocked to learn that this isn’t one of the best rental properties in Atlanta. It’s a great spot to live!

I love living here-for so many reasons. The location is outstanding, walkable to St Regis, Whole Foods, Chops, Umi, Del Bar and Buckhead Village. The building itself is stunning and very secure so I feel very safe here as a single person coming from suburbia. I have made friends with several neighbors who are in a similar season of life. Many residents are very friendly and enjoy mingling. The building hosts lovely events with delicious seasonal food, exercise classes, wine and caviar etc. The pool is like a 5 star resort-very peaceful and inviting. Then the actual apartment-the finishes are outstanding and the chances of you picking up any noise between walls is incredibly slim, something you don’t find often. The entire team who supports the residents are incredible and a pleasure to interact with. I really enjoy seeing them and chatting with them. There are several different coffee options in the bistro so you can make your favorite coffee beverage. I have really enjoyed living here the past year, so much so, I have extended my stay! I really have nothing but good things to say about my living experience at 99 West Paces! Moving here from California, I was looking for somewhere that would be an easy transition, somewhere that was safe, with 5-star apartments, accommodations and people. 99 has exceeded all expectations I had, and more. The apartments are absolutely pristine, there is no design element that wasn’t meticulously planned & executed from the top of the line appliances (kitchen aid ovens, ranges, fridges, and my favorite, wine fridges, in every apartment) to the beautiful wood floors, thick bedroom and closet doors, nicely painted walls, and beautiful views of the treetops above Tuxedo Park. This place is absolutely astonishing for an apartment complex. In terms of the management, we are so lucky. Everyone knows myself, my dog, and my fiancé by name and they take the time to be of help and care each and every day. Elisabeth Stephenson is an asset to this building (many of us agree that this place absolutely wouldn’t be what it is without her!!!). Elizabeth has been an ally and a friend to us from day 1 - she knows everyone and everyone here knows her and loves her. The community simply would not be what it is at 99 without Elisabeth’s meticulous attention, thoughtfulness, and dedication. Through her, I have made so many quality friends in my building, and we feel a strong sense of belonging & “home” here. Thank you Elisabeth for being our go to girl for really everything at 99! You are 99’s strongest asset. If there was a Michelin star for apartment buildings, this place would have multiple. Takes a little bit of time to get approved at first due to the high standards for the building, and we are not upset about it! The caliber of people is really what sets this place apart, it’s known as the best residential building in Atlanta for a reason. Keep it up 99.

I’ve been very pleased with my experience living here at 99! Vlad, the assistant community manager, helped me to find the perfect floor plan for my lifestyle! He made the move-in process very seamless and answered all of my questions. He also checked on me multiple times after I moved in to make sure that everything was up to my standards. Fletcher is also very helpful and such a great asset to the community! The community itself is very nice. It feels similar to living in a luxury hotel. The common spaces and elevators are always clean and have a nice scent. The premises are very secure and you cannot go anywhere without a key fob. There are two sets of secure garages you have to pass through to park your car. Even the guest parking lot is secured. This level of security is top tier and much better than other rental communities locally. The unit interiors are very nice. The kitchens are large and have premium appliances. The ceilings are high and the units are appointed more like condos than typical apartments. I have enjoyed the experience here so far. It has exceeded my expectations!

This is my first apartment, so I wasn’t sure what to expect but 99 West set the standard and sealed the deal for me. From my first visit, Abdul was welcoming, informative, and easy to talk to. He gave me all the info I needed without ever making me feel pressured. To be fair, the space speaks for itself and I couldn’t find anything that compared. From the moment I entered, I was struck by a signature luxury scent in the lobby and shared spaces, which gives it such a calm, high-end feel. The design details, cleanliness, and amenities are unmatched. Although it's located in the heart of West Paces, it offers a cozy and private feel, with a sense security. I chatted with residents and staff on the side and they all had really positive things to say about living and working here. That kind of feedback means a lot. I’m so excited to call this place home.
