Michelin-Starred Mujō Team to Open New Restaurant in Buckhead | Eater Atlanta

"Described as a Japanese supper club from Mujō executive chef J. Trent Harris in partnership with Castellucci Hospitality Group, this Buckhead spot is set to open across from the St. Regis in early 2026. Harris and chef de cuisine Keith Miller plan a menu that blends washoku and yōshoku, featuring smoky seafood and luxe cuts of meat slow-grilled over binchōtan charcoal in sumibiyaki style. A deep sake and cocktail list will accompany the food, all within a Japanese mid-century setting by Atlanta-based Smith Hanes Studio." - Henna Bakshi
