This hotel was ideal, centrally located . Excellent bars and restaurants close by. Cathedral less than 5 mins , Castle less than 10 mins . Staff were all excellent and super friendly . Breakfast was amazing and always well stocked. Good choice of fruit , pastries meats and cheeses as well as hot options. There is a bar but didn't seem that well used. There is really only 1 lift to all floors but we didn't have any problems with waiting for it. Our room on the 6th floor was huge with a lively balcony. The king-size bed was so comfy and the pillows lovely and soft. Double sink in the bathroom and a solarium bath which we didn't use. The only issue was the temperature of the water in the shower , like warm at best. Would definitely stay at this hotel again . Thank you to everyone nothing was too much trouble.

Great location, room was spacious and comfortable. Positives comfortable bed, lovely balcony and a very good selection at breakfast and kept well stocked. Lots of nice touches, coffee maker, water, sweets and toiletries, tooth brush, comb, bathrobe and slippers ect. Staff helpful and friendly. Sadly pool not open but we did visit in November ( we felt it warm enough to have been open ) Bathroom spacious too, however jacuzzi bath sadly I could not get to work, also the shower was only warm no hot water! The mini fridge was not cold, was plugged in but didn't seem to be working. Having said we would visit this hotel again.

No decent parking, no airco, staff is arrogant and not helpful. Rooms are stuffy but clean. Hard to sleep with 0 air Circulation. I come here as I’m required for work but it’s not a recommended place from my end .

I would stay away from this hotel. First they try to demand payment for breakfast when it was included in the hotel stay, then they tried to take money for taking 2 water and 1 beer from the minibar which was NOT done. And then when checking out they again tried to take payment for breakfast, which they had been instructed the day before, that it WAS uncluding in the stay. Not comming back here again when visiting Almeria next time.

The hotel is quite dated. The door handle of our room came out the moment we entered the room.... The gym is small and if I'm not wrong, only 3 machines working. The parking lot is very limited and they do not accepted reservation, but luckily we found another parking garage nearby. The location is great, but it comes with noise from the street.

Great hotel. Would stay again. Rooftop pool was awesome. Great locations.

The hotel unilaterally cancelled the reservation for 3 rooms 2 days before arrival because they had an issue authorising my credit card. They told me I had to rebook the rooms at a new (much higher) rate instead of honoring the original price, even though I called 30 minutes after getting the cancellation emai ready to make the payment. 1500 euro in revenue lost to the hotel, I certainly won't be recommending their customer service to anybody.

Exceptional hotel in the heart of the city, very close to everything in the city. The pool is amazing, staff is extremely friendly!
