"A restaurant that is as original as it is stylish, usually full and always meets with expectations. Located in the heart of Palma, overlooking the bed of the Torrent de Sa Riera canal, it boasts a welcoming, bistro-style ambience with attractive bonuses such as a vertical garden and a pleasant vibe created by the jazz music playing in the background. The owner-chef’s goal is to democratise haute cuisine and showcase cooking full of nuances and variations (including from his native Buenos Aires) with a strong focus on Mediterranean flavours and unequivocal influences from his time working in London, Paris and even Moscow. Choose between the 5- and 8-course tasting menus, both with a wine-pairing option (for a supplement you can also add in options such as pigeon, caviar and a cheese course)." - Michelin Inspector

The 17 Best Mallorca Restaurants | Eater

"Mallorca takes itself a bit less seriously than the rest of Spain. Maybe it’s the sea breeze or the constant sunshine, but living on island time really does seem to make people more relaxed. Nobody embodies this laid-back approach more than chef Adrián Quetglas. The chef of Mallorcan descent was raised in Argentina and traveled the world before opening his eponymous restaurant in Palma in 2015. Michelin-starred status has not deterred Quetglas from his mission to “democratize” fine dining; he continues to offer a superb five-course lunchtime tasting menu for only 40 euros ($45). It was our last night in Palma and we decided to go for a fine dining experience - this one was definitely up there with the best. We had the 8 course tasting menu and it’s super affordable and absolutely delicious!! The creativity of the dishes and the complex flavours was truly superb - we enjoyed every course we had although for anyone wanting to do it please please don’t eat a late lunch. We were stuffed by our own fault!! Service was super attentive and kind and we will definitely be back next time we’re in Mallorca

The tasting menu was a nice surprise - creative, well prepared, and also beautifully presented And all at a yery reasonable price. Service was kind and responsive. Inside and outside seating available.

The restaurant is outside of the more touristy part of Palma. We had the tasting menu and wine pairing which was great value. We had a late lunch and were the last serving; it felt a little bit rushed but the staff were charming and helpful and the food was delicious.

A true culinary gem in Palma Adrián Quetglas offers a truly memorable fine dining experience that balances creativity, flavor, and presentation. Each course feels like a journey, with unexpected textures and aromas that delight the senses. Our menu highlights were the mahi mahi, paired with summer truffle and a delicate seaweed cracker that adds both crunch and depth. The tasting menu ends on a high note with the refreshing yuzu dessert, beautifully accompanied by tiny bergamot spheres and a decadent chocolate truffle. Service is attentive, the atmosphere elegant yet relaxed.

We are currently here, and it is simply incredible. The food is made of the freshest ingredients, and it is clear why the place has Michelin star awards, as each dish is one of a kind and so carefully, uniquely crafted. We are in awe. As for the staff, there is one server for the entire area, and he is doing a literal perfect job. He spends a plethora of time with every table, swiftly explained the menu page by page, which made everything so clear and easy to order. He is very pleasant, has amazing recommendations, and explains cultural backgrounds between dishes. The atmosphere is also unmatched: soft seats with pillows for the back, achieving maximum comfort for their guests. The tables are beautifully served, and the music and decorations add such an incredible atmosphere. The prices are also highly affordable. All in all, a 10/10 restaurant, we are very happy and will return every time we are back in Mallorca.

Had the tasting menu, while the service was excellent and the dishes looked very pretty, they lack in taste. Most of the dishes were not that tasty (except for the rabbit dish, which was excellent)

The place is lovely and the service is excellent. We went for dinner for the eight course menu. I would say my favorite are the first four courses and then the last two. The Caesar tacos were amazing, probably my favorite. The mushroom consome was delicious as well! The last two courses were the dessert offerings and they were absolutely delicious. I didn't care for the two main courses in the middle of the meal but overall it was a great experience!

We had dinner at this nice restaurant and had the full 8 course menu with the premium wine menu to go with it. The ambience at night was actually very nice - the picture on their website does not give it justice (taken at daytime). Service was friendly and relaxed with smiling waiters - there was a bit of confusion among them to start with and we were offerede the menu a couple of times and the same with ordering. We were not bothered by it and the waiters excused themselved. Food were coming in a good pace. Flavours were good but sometimes a bit too subtle for my taste, but I guess that is common for a Spanish restaurant. Overall, I think the food was nice but I just needed a few more "WOW!" experiences to give a full 5 star. The price for the menu and wine was however a good deal, so based on that I will give my full recommendation for this place.
