"Welcome 2025 with a glorious view of Miami atop the 25th floor of Hotel AKA Brickell. Michelin-starred Chef David Myers (aka “Gypsy Chef”) will offer two special dinner packages that both kick off with a welcome glass of Chandon Brut sparkling wine. The Standard Package features a multicourse meal with Mediterranean-inspired bites like steak and caviar, octopus carpaccio, roasted lobster, and baklava. The Seafood Platter Package offers the Standard Package plus an assortment of seafood like king prawns, shrimp, oysters, razor clams, and king crab.
