While I chose not to eat at any Michelin rated restaurants while in San Sebastian, I stumbled on Agorregi and had an incredible meal! The meal deserved five stars! The service was impeccable, the ambience was elegant, and the food was outstanding. I chose a meal that included 6 courses so that I could taste all the flavors of the region and was blown away by those flavors and the presentation. My personal favorite was the crab dish and the homemade chocolate-coffee dessert with ice cream! If you are a foodie, don’t hesitate to make a reservation at this family owned and operated restaurant. Congratulations to the Agorregi family!!!

I had my birthday dinner at Agorregi, we were 9 friends and all were very satisfied with the menu and the people working there were kind and professional. We had a lovely evening there, highly recommended

Visited this charming restaurant and was blown away by the incredible food and service. The hake and potatoes were perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor, and the fresh tuna was a highlight—melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The traditional Basque cake was a delightful way to end the meal, rich and authentic. The owner and staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this spot for an unforgettable dining experience!

My first Michelin guide experience was fantastic! Despite my allergy to mushrooms, the staff quickly accommodated my needs, which was a pleasant surprise. The owner's hands-on approach added a personal touch, and the meat dishes were particularly delicious. Overall, a memorable dining adventure that I'd happily repeat. We had a wonderful dinner at Agorregi, a true hidden gem! Each course was delicious and there was plenty of food too. The highlights include the tuna tartare and hake, and the Basque cake for dessert is an absolute must! The owner was so kind and helpful to us during our dinner which we greatly appreciated. Would go back anytime!
