"There’s fabulous rooftop dining and drinking Quincy at Mediterranean steakhouse Alba or its sibling and neighbor Zef Cicchetti & Raw Bar; they share a huge rooftop decorated with greenery (including a produce and herb garden), plenty of seating, and a bar serving the heady house sangria and a pink-tinged gin fizz." - Tanya Edwards, Eater Staff

While Alba Restaurant boasts an impressive ambiance and a menu filled with tantalizing options, I must admit that I won't be returning. Despite its reputation, I found the experience to be overrated. The food didn't quite live up to the hype, and the service was lacking in attentiveness. Overall, while it was a decent meal, it fell short of my expectations, and I won't be rushing back anytime soon.

We grab dinner with family at Alba. The restaurant was dim to create an ambiance and waiters were attentive and checked in on us frequently. Grilled Octopus - The octopus was well seasoned and tender. Very easy to cut and was big enough to share with 6 people. Highly recommend. Semolina Crusted Calamari - This dish also comes with fried banana peppers. The flavours of the banana peppers compliment very well with the calamari. Braised Short Rib Gnocchi - A bit on the salty side but still very delicious. The portion was big enough I have enough leftover for lunch the next day.

First time coming here was for my birthday last year. Great food, amazing service. Have come back a few times after to visit the bar on the other side of the restaurant and the rooftop bar. Great service, great drinks.

Google
Great food, menu focused on steaks, seafood, pasta and other Italian specialities. All the food we had was great, especially the seafood. Great wine selection too. The panna Cotta needs some work but the bread pudding was amazing.

Wait Time: None for a group of 5 on a Sunday evening. Ordered: -Calamari: yum! Soft calamari with a light breaded exterior. Comes with cocktail sauce and chipotle aioli. -Braised Short Rib Gnocchi: pillowy gnocchi with an array of mushrooms that were soft, bouncy, and flavorful. Sauce was a rich, beefy Parmesan crema. Portion was large and I took half of it home. -Shrimp Scampi: friend ordered this and it was a delicious dish. The shrimp were large as cooked perfectly. Vibe: Nice date night vibes. Would I return?: Yes, I’d be open to returning for pasta!

Alba is one of the true fine dining experiences in this area of Quincy. The menu is well tuned and the kitchen shows a true passion for what they do. I really appreciate the fact that this establishment is Albanian owned and operated, as that is a phenomenal country with a fantastically rich history. Whenever a friend is visiting the area, I will always recommend Alba as a fantastic, high quality option.

Google
Came here when we went to Boston, and we walked from our Airbnb. This place has such a great rooftop vibe - very energetic and lively. We had fresh oysters here, and they were so huge and fresh. I loved them. Then, we had a salmon sushi roll, and that was the best salmon I have ever had. We shared the sword fish steak, and it was a bit fishy at first, but it was good after a few bites. This place was very good though, and I highly recommend it.

Google
Easily the best restaurant in Quincy. Been here many times and never had anything below an above average meal. Wonderful owner who always looks out for his customers as well. Highly recommended!

Yelp
What more can I say about the Rave Reviews I have heard from many of my family members that dine here often! To experience my Birthday on Friday Night here with a table full of my family and another table full by the bar and friends also dining here. The Service was truly First Class. The Hostess I believe recognized my family and set us up at the perfect table for all of us to dine at. The Wait Staff includes our exceptionally polite and helpful waiter made sure every detail was achieved for a memorable Birthday Family Dinner at ALBA's. Our host presented us with an appetizer while our drinks were delivered! We ordered and our choices from the menu arrived perfectly plated and presented very artistically! It tasted amazingly! Each of us began to share our meals, so that we could experience their choice. When it came for dessert, our Waiter place a plate with the highest slice of Chocolate Cake which I shared with the whole table. That cake was so moist and rich in chocolate that was the Best Dessert I have had anywhere! We finished our dining with a final beverage to Reflect on a wonderful dining experience here and take it the busy yet packed house atmosphere! A treat to enjoy and remember and to return again very soon! Want to Thank the Staff for making this a wonderful time for all of us! Have a happy holiday and a wonderful 2024. SEE YOU ALL SOON!

Yelp
Not impressed, wasn't bad, but far below my expectations . Had filet mignon , just ok....not as good as Moo and many others. The place is huge, nice, but don't think I'll return. OH The shrimp was good :-)

Karen B.

Yelp
We went on Father's Day and sat on the rooftop. I need to know where they get their olive oil, vinegar and the freshest tomatoes (Caprese) I have had in years!!! So good. Our service was impeccable party of 8. Appetizers, Filets, swordfish, sirloins and even the fries were outstanding. Fresh quality ingredients make a huge difference when there are so many dining options in the City.

Renato S.

Yelp
The new addition is amazing the roof is so nice and the food is delicious highly recommend perfect spot summer time .

Madow N.

Yelp
Been here a few times. The ambiance is warm and inviting. Fairly loud though. The service is good, no real complaints. The food is a bit hit or miss. The gnocchi was too salty this time. The grilled octopus had a fishy smell. Prices are steep for most entrees. $37 for a Caesar salad with strips of steak. $42 for the lamb. For those prices, the quality should be consistently good. Street parking can be a challenge depending on when. They have valet for $8. There's also a garage nearby that's very affordable.

Jessica B.

Yelp
What a gem to have in Quincy! This is probably the most upscale place in town. The food is "Boston-quality" without the hassle of going into the city... I came here for dinner with my husband and my in-laws. We started with sushi rolls and shrimp cocktail, both of which were HUGE. They also tasted fresh and delicious! For my entree, I ordered the filet mignon (medium-rare). It came out cooked perfectly, tender as can be and very flavorful. I love that it came with caramelized onions on the side. The mashed potatoes and spinach we got for the table were good/average, but not as impressive as the steak. For dessert, the four of us shared the "cake for two" which really should be called "cake for a small army" as the portion size was GIGANTIC (but I'm not complaining)! This chocolate cake was ooey-gooey soft as can be, rich in flavor but still a light & fluffy texture. I'm usually not even a cake person but I ATE ALMOST THREE SLICES of this cake, it was that good!! I can't decide if I liked the cake or the steak better as both were amazing. Definitely give this place a try :)

Yelp
We came for a girls night on a Friday and we were seated right away in the dining room. We ordered the local oysters, braised short rib gnocchi, macaroni and cheese (side) and crispy brussel sprouts (side). I also got the Winter in Italy. Oysters came in 6 and they were fresh. The short rib gnocchi was very good, rich, filling and I would recommend it. The brussel sprouts were delicious and definitely crispy which I liked. The macaroni and cheese was good but it didn't stand out. Drinks were also good. My friend got the espresso martini and it was great. Service was good but our waiter wasn't very personable and cold. The dining room is quite formal. They offer $8 valet parking and there is a nearby garage that is $1/hr ($12 max). They have a dining room, lounge and rooftop patio (not covered).

Sammi C.

Yelp
The food was amazing but the drinks are little too strong for me . The atmosphere and staff were very nice. I would definitely come back here again.

Maddie R.

Yelp
The atmosphere in here is like an old steakhouse but somehow modern as well. Service was fantastic, and very quick. They start you off with bread and butter which is always great. We ordered the filet, the short rib gnocchi, and truffle fries- all of which were good! Next time I would love to try some of their sushi which looked amazing.

Joyce M.

Yelp
The food is always excellent at Alba restaurants. We were a party of 6 and all very happy with our cocktails and dinners. The service was excellent. They even have valet parking in Quincy. I highly recommend Alba in Quincy and Hanover.

James K.

Yelp
Awesome place. Love coming here, food is delicious, service is top notch, the ambience is perfect. Good times with friends and family can be spent here.

Edward O.

Yelp
I can only rate the bar area. Came here for and old fashioned. Service was great but I have come to the conclusion that Boston doesn't know how to make a proper old fashioned. Wrong ice, wrong cherries. Love the ambience in this place it was a bit loud because there was a large party standing around the bar.

Michael F.

Yelp
Yesterday was a special day, my 27th wedding anniversary. Naturally, I wanted to have a special meal with my dear Wife. Alba was the one restaurant that I wanted for this special time. When I called, I may have mentioned that the reservation was for an anniversary dinner. From the moment we arrived to the moment that we left, we were treated like honored guests. It wasn't just the lovely hostess or our amazing Waiter, John. But, every single layer of staff (and there are many) moved with friendly but complete efficiency to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. This is impressive now that we live in an age of second rate service. Without any hesitation, this was the best dinner, if only for the service. Secondly, the ambience here at Alba is elegant with extremely tall ceilings that make the space even more impressive. If you have been, then you know that the flatware, the wine glasses, the mosaic-like dinnerware are all up to the task. For cocktails, a Port Fashioned for me and a Tito's Martini for the Wife. This set the stage. Then, a bottle of Caymus Cabernet to keep the food happy. The food? How about the food? Outstanding. We started with the Lamb Meatballs, made by someone that understands how a meatball should be made. Soft, fluffy and organically shaped by hand. Then, a salad course of baby greens and thinly sliced radishes dressed with a light vinaigrette. As long as I was here at Alba, I had to order a Margarita Pizza. It was calling name, as it always does. If you know, then you know. Either way, my Wife could not deny me. Our Main course (we ordered the same) was the 10 ounce Filet with a side of Brussel Sprouts (with Pancetta) and a side of Wild Mushrooms. I saw Chanterelle I saw Enoki and then, instead of taking a photograph, I just dug in. Sorry. The Filet was ordered medium rare and that is how it was served. So good. The Mushrooms and Brussels were the perfect wingmen to the Filet. Lastly, was the dessert course. We ordered the Panna Cotta and the Banana Maple Bread Pudding (see the pics!) I still cannot decide which was better and I am glad that I was able to enjoy both. If you are wise, I would recommend that you do the same. They were THAT good and the perfect way to end a perfect dinner. Thank you Alba.

Rach Z.

Yelp
Not that impressed. We arrived for dinner to finish up a balance on an old gift card. The main dining room looks tired. Chairs are scuffed and torn. Brussel sprouts were so bland, I make them better at home. Overall, we left feeling underwhelmed. On a positive note, our waitress was kind and attentive

Carmen Y.

Yelp
The ambiance was nice The food was mediocre. We came with a large group of 10+ so we tried many items on the menu but for the most part the food was not hot enough or lacked flavor. The best items were the pork chop and side of mac and cheese The worst was the braised short rib gnocchi. It was way too salty. Sirloin lacked flavor. Service wasn't great. Our waitress wasn't attentive. She didn't smile once and we had to ask multiple times to refill a water.

Stephen B.

Yelp
Fantastic food in a nice spot. If you live south of the city and don't feel like driving all the way in for a nice date spot, it's perfect. Not to mention if you're sick of the places on the south shore that feel average.

Hailey C.

Yelp
This place is so good. The owner is such a nice and generous man too, always giving to the community. A summer favorite of mine to sit at the rooftop when it's nice. They have a separate menu for the roof but typically if you ask for something from the dining restaurant they will accommodate. I love the gnocchi with mushrooms. For an appetizer you can't go wrong with the tuna tartare or sushi. Their espresso martinis is one of my all time favorites. Service is great too have never had an issue.

Steph S.

Yelp
I am traveling for work and this is I think the second time coming here. I heard how amazing the roof top is and I FINALLY had the chance to see and eat on the roof top! The restaurant is within walking distance of my employer's office. I enjoyed a cocktail - Summer in Italy - with the Maple Brook Farms Burrata salad. Both were delicious!! The atmosphere was great. The one bartender actually went over to the grape vines, picked some Concord grapes, and gave them to us to try.

Beverly W.

Yelp
We were actually trying to go to Zef. But the entrance was the same and the ambience at Alba was so romantic. Next time we'll actually head back to the raw bar. It was a lot more laid back. The food at alba was good. Fresh and tasty

Kachi Q.

Yelp
Excellent food, great friendly staff. Unbelievable roof deck, too bad they dont open one in north shore. ...

Dexter L.

Yelp
A group of 8 of us celebrated a friend's birthday last weekend. The space is gorgeous, service is on point. The birthday girl had the best time, the entire wait staff came out and sang happy birthday. 100% will be back!

Kevino C.

Yelp
We came here about a week ago as a last minute dinner option and we could not be more pleased. This place was wonderful and everything was excellent. The staff were extremely nice and our server was very accomodating. Atmosphere was great and we came around 6pm; it was not that busy. Let's start with the complimentary bread. A little tough to begin with but selection was great. If only it was a little less stale, it would be a perfect starter. Speaking of starters... New England Claw Chowder: such a classic dish with so much history. Each spoonful was loaded with so much flavor with the perfect amount of saltiness and the slight ocean-y taste you get from the clams. Oyster crackers add a nice crunch to it and works well with the perfectly balanced, creamy chowder. Atlantic Cod ($32): wow! That was my first reaction to it. Before I evan began to lift up my fork, I immediately knew this was going to be so tasty. It's display was mesmerizing. One of the clams still had a bit of salt in it which threw me off a little but the rest of the dish was perfect. The potatoes were delicious and went well with the saltiness of the sausage. And of course, the cod was amazingly made. It was crispy on the outside and soft and flaky on the inside. It just melted right in my mouth and was probably the best seafood I had ever had in a while. Double Cut Pork Chop ($32): at first, I was a little worried that it would be too dry due to the sheer size of it; however, I was fortunately mistaken. The whole pork chop was flavorful and juicy all around. Every bite had just the right amount of sweetness, savory-ness and juice too it and was also probably the best pork chop I have ever had in a while as well. Spectacular! Boneless Ribeye ($55): I did not get a chance to eat this but the other person in my party who ordered it told me that it was best steak they have ever had. It was buttery with loads of flavor and melted right in your mouth. French Fries ($9): it was just a side we ordered with the pork chops and they were pretty average. Very pricey. I'd recommend paying the extra $1 to get truffle fries. Sautéed Spinach ($10): another side we ordered with the ribeye. Although it came with a hefty price, it still tasted great and went along well with the meaty flavor of the ribeye. Overall, an amazing experience and a great last minute decision on us. We were treated well and had such a pleasure dining here. It's a great fine-dining spot in Quincy which there surprisingly aren't many of. This would be a great place for an anniversary or any other important occasion where you can be a little more liberal with your spending. We came here because we had family over and wanted to give them a little taste of fine-American-dining and they were not disappointed and you won't be too. As always, absolutely recommend!

Michelle T.

Yelp
The food was so good. The salmon was cooked perfectly with good portion size. The vegetable underneath were also seasoned well. I ate everything, which is rare for me. My date said she enjoyed her food as well. The roof top was a cool cute vibe. I would have loved to see it after sunset. The service wasn't the greatest. Food came out in a timely manner. I just wasn't the biggest fan of our waiter. He was very short with us. Almost to the point of being rude. The manager was a delight though. Overall I would go again.

Margaret S.

Yelp
Great food , great service. Menu ok , very expensive, all sides are extra . Easy to spend $60 a head without cocktails. Not my first go to place in Quincy , a few similar restaurants with better prices !

Anna M.

Yelp
5 stars for their Zef rooftop deck! Great atmosphere and I really love their appetizers. I'd recommend brining a friend (or date!) to split a bottle of wine along with the truffle fries, burrata, and oysters. Only reason I give 4 stars is because of their actual dinner and prices. The prices are very high--as to be expected of a nice place-- but I do not think the food is worth it. It's good, don't get me wrong. But it never really impresses me for the price. I'd suggest sticking to drinks and apps at this place.

Anthony T.

Yelp
Appetizer are amazing with great server and a quiet lighting seen everyone in Quincy should try this place at least once

John C.

Yelp
Terrible service, have to wait way too long to order just a drink and took the waiter over half an hour to ask us if we wanted to order food. After asking for our check, we waited another 30 mins to have our card run. Worst of all didn't give me a line with my corona.

Sandra M.

Yelp
Hell no way to much money for the half cooked meal. Everything is separate and highly priced. Bad customer service and the expect extra money even with the bad food customer service and the place is not clean. All the utensils are dirty along with the floors

Paul C.

Yelp
Delicious food from a very varied menu, excellent service in a beautiful space. Recommended.

Yelp
Last night took my friend out for his bday and it was a big disappointment. I had raved this place to him and now it's not what I've remembered how it used to be before the pandemic. I'd have to say the steak quality in this establishment has gone down. Steak was not good and seasoned well. Our waiter failed to meet my friend's dietary needs when he has dairy allergies. My friend requested to have no mashed potatoes, but yet the chef continued to plate it and waiter brought it to him without remembering he has dairy allergies. My friend had to wait another 20-30min for the chef to cook another steak and it wasn't even comp from our bill. Forgot to mentioned, the chef also ended up removing the sautéed onions from my friend's plate. The waiter explained because the onions had butter, which I think is a lazy excuse to give him a side. For $53+ for each 18oz rib eye meal (which includes mashed potatoes and sautéed onions), it wasn't worth it. Although, I will admit the only memorable thing from my dinner was the mashed potatoes. It was good, but that's it. I'll give another star for this. I had also ordered Truffle fries, asparagus, and Brussels sprouts. Truffle fries were under seasoned and couldn't taste any truffle. Even the truffle oil in my kitchen had more truffle taste than these fries. Overall, I paid for my friend's meal in which he didn't even get to enjoy any sides and waiter didn't offer any replacements due to his dairy allergies. For example, they could've at least given him sautéed onion without butter? It shouldn't be hard to cook that right? Plus, by sitting on The Deck", it was an uncharge of $3 more for the same Ribeye if you had dined inside one of their other establishments (Zef or Alba) for lesser the amount and without the sides. Sadly to say, I will be hesitant to come back here again. It used to be one of my favorite local places for steak (especially Ribeye) but not anymore. I'm going to stop recommending my friends and family to come here if they're in town. Hopefully, they read this review, retrain or re-educate their staff on food allergies and work on improving their food and services as well.

Tom C.

Yelp
Took my girlfriend here right before I planned on proposing to her. Hostess was rude as soon as we walked in. Waiter was rude as well. I couldn't understand what was happening so I asked my fiance if I had something on my face or if we were underdressed. We weren't. Food came out with a different server and our waiter showed up before we had a chance to pick up our utensils asking if everything was ok. I said, "looks ok". My $50 medium rare steak was uncooked in the middle. The sides were overpriced and I make better brussel sprouts at home. Waiter never came back to check on us. I tried to make this a special night. If it had been we would have come back a couple of times a year. Never again.

Jessica F.

Yelp
Hosted a rehearsal dinner here and everything was perfect. The managers checked in multiple times to assure everything was going well. Drinks always being refilled, plates removed, silverware replaced. The waiters and bartenders were inviting and we enjoyed the conversations. The food was phenomenal. We went with plates options of NY strip, roasted chicken, and salmon. Super flavorful, the sauces were amazing and paired perfectly with a veggie and starch. Couldn't of gone to a more perfect place. Thanks for giving us an awesome and flavorful experience!

Jessy C.

Yelp
It was a nice ambience. A little pricey but nice date night on the rooftop. Fried Calamari was good

Michael R.

Yelp
Great food. Great space. The staff is always attentive and friendly. Multiple rooms, and a roof deck, offer multiple settings for dinner and/or drinks.

Carita H.

Yelp
Alba has been around for many years ever since I was little. They have expanded twice and food has always been the same great taste. I recently came for some drinks and small bites. The crab cake we ordered was ok not the best but their Queen Pizza was very delicious. Its always lively here and a great place to go to if you want to dress up or down since theres both sides to the restaurant for each occasion.

Sarah O.

Yelp
We had a great tune here. Overall my experience with the food and drink was more like a 4.6, but I'll be generous and give five stars because I was blown away with how good the burrata & prosciutto salad and the mac and cheese were. The espresso martini was like a 7.5/10, and the chocolate cake was like a 3.8/5 for me (don't ask me why I rate on two different scales), but the mac and cheese was pretty much a 10/10 which is extremely rare for me to give out to mac and cheese. The service was over the top amazing, professional, courteous, and they recognized that we were celebrating our engagement without us even saying anything. Would definitely come back-- interested in seeing the rooftop when the weather gets better!

Emma T.

Yelp
Came here on a whim, and man it was a good one. The food here is too notch. Came here on a girls night, so started off with splitting Duxbury Oysters. The Atlantic salmon was delicious, crispy skin on point and that feta-pignoli sauce with it I just wanted more. The short rib gnocchi was also amazing. Hard to go wrong with short ribs and mushrooms, but this dish had an extra punch with that parmasean crema, I want to be buried with this dish. Lastly the fish and chips. Crispy , moist, and paired with some of the best tartar sauce I've had. Together we split the mac and cheese and Brussels sprout side dishes. Mac and cheese was delicious but nothing show stopping. The Brussels sprouts on the other hand, WHAM! I'm obsessed. I never would've thought of pairing Brussels with kumquats but the chef here made it work. All in all, amazing restaurant, good vibe. We came here around 6pm, but it definitely fills up by 8pm. I'd say this is the perfect spot for a special occasion or date night.

D S.

Yelp
The food was good (80 out of 100). Food delivery was slow but we had a big group of people who enjoyed spending time together so this was not an issue. Service was pleasant. My only major complaint was the acoustics. The high ceilings with no accoustic tile made it very hard to hear, even for the youngest of us. Hard of hearing beware!!!

Vera K.

Yelp
We went here on a Saturday night, it was quite packed but we were still seated without a reservation. The general manager came up to us and moved us to a more secluded spot which I appreciated because it does have very loud acoustics. Our server was super nice and lovely. We ordered the calamari and the 16 oz ribeye and mashed potatoes. They cut the steak in half for us. It was really nice calamari, you could tell it was fresh and the banana peppers were yummy. The steak was very juicy and flavorful. The potatoes were also good! I think that the price of the potatoes was a lil high but you did get a good sized portion and the other items were priced accordingly. I liked the service a lot and will definitely return!

Steven W.

Yelp
I enjoyed coming to Alba. I wanted to try a steak restaurant in Quincy and yelp brought me to Alba. We were greeted by a kind host who seated us right away. We started with fresh raw oysters and they were not too fishy and fresh for sure. For our main entree, we had the NY Sirloin and the Boneless ribeye. Both cooked to our liking and it was seasoned well. Each bite melted in my mouth. No complaints as our service was fantastic. We shared the brussel sprouts and mac-n-cheese. As you can tell we were too full to order dessert.

David M.

Yelp
Was back in 2023 Thanksgiving and dining was a head scratcher. Family member and I had a 5pm reservation. Now you would be under the impression that being Thanksgiving there would be lots and lots of white and dark meat turkey. Nope! Location opened at one and turkey was GONE by kickoff of the late NFL game. WTF? Waitress informed me that in 2022, location had ordered too much turkey and in 2023 location decided to cut back on their order. Really? I would under stand if the entrees ran out, but HELLO IT'S THANKSGIVING! I'm sure if there was still leftovers in 2023, there are many a not so well off individuals and families in the Quincy MA area would not mind having some turkey. Location even decided no Prime Rib in the 2023 menu. So we ordered for the filet mignon and a salad. But wait, when the staff cleared the table off for two since we were sitting at a table for 4, staff took away salad forks. HELLO,WE JUST SAT DOWN AND ALREADY YOU'RE TAKING AWAY SALAD FORKS? And no bread while waiting for salad? Salad and entrees arrived and all was fine then. But then came desert. Oh, everything was fine for the desert, but staff must have been in a hurry to clean tables. Only one round of coffee offered and no second cup offered? Hmmm. Wonder if this was management instructions. One cup, leave customer their check and when giving change or credit card back, that's it, there out! Food is always good, but service reminds me of the MBTA Green Line. Up one minute. Down the next and then all need to board shuttle buses!

Yelp
There have been many recent changes in Quincy Square, but some standbys such as The Fours and Alba remain. We had a delicious dinner at Alba last night. The large Caesar salad was full of crunchy romaine and croutons with creamy dressing and shaved parmesan. The burger was cooked perfectly but the fries were a disappointment. Luckily, I had ordered a side of mashed potato which was large enough for two. The pan-roasted cod was delicious and flaky with a crunchy seared top; the Fra Diavlo sauce, white beans, and tiny shrimp were delicious complements to the fish. Sharing the chocolate lava cake for dessert was an excellent choice. Service was impeccable. Although Trip Advisor mentions that Alba is vegetarian-friendly, there were no vegan or vegetarian entrees on the menu.

AC G.

Yelp
I can't say enough wonderful things about Alba. The staff - Debra, Michael, Alessi, Aldi, literally everyone who works there is absolutely great. They go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful experience. I have been in now 3x in the last week with my 9yr old and they made him feel so special. The Bolognese is as delicious today as it was 13yrs ago. The grilled octopus, chicken wings, tuna tartare are equally worth a visit. The roof deck is perfect now for the summer nights!!!

Lauraisa M.

Yelp
Leo, the owner, sees to it that the menu, food preparation and wait staff are top notch. It's a two hour drive for us from Connecticut but we make a weekend out of it and have dinner there every time we go to Boston. The pork chops are tender, moist and flavorful and the steak and fish entrees are just as scrumptious and leave you perfectly satisfied. I needed a moment alone with the oysters; they were fresh and delightful. The drinks are excellent and the desserts are among the best we've ever had. During the summer months, the roof dining is available (our cigar-smoking friend was able to enjoy a drink and his cigar after the meal). The atmosphere is haut couture inside a renovated bank building with floor to ceiling windows, tiered seating and art deco soft lighting. Just beautiful! Definitely need reservations. We taxi over from the Marriott Quincy. Can't wait to go back!

Jenny C.

Yelp
Food is delicious. Very nice atmosphere. Service is fantastic! We came here for a friend's 40th birthday and staff is very accommodating. Our waitress is super nice.

Gregory W.

Yelp
Always a pleasure to come here and enjoy the best and freshest ingredients. The staff members are A++ Today I enjoyed octopus, oysters and sushi. One word AMAZING.... For my main meal I tried the Fish and Chip. again fresh fish nice batter, cole slaw clean and refreshing.. This is a 5 Star place , but today the French fries looked more like 11/32 left over McDonald want a be. . I believe even the smallest detail counts. High points, just missed a perfect score....

One of the go-to fine dining establishments in Quincy. Great staff, and food never disappoint. A bit pricey, but not unreasonable.

Yelp
$15 for a watered-down old fashioned with shaved ice in a tiny plastic cup. Needless to say, we continued our night elsewhere.

Yelp
Nice restaurant. Nicely decorated. Dark, not enough lighting in the joint. Can't read the menu with the poor lighting. Not to mention the wording on the menu was very small. Had to bring up the menu on our phones from their website to actually read their menu. The noise level was so loud you could not talk to each other in your party let alone place your order comprehensively. With this I would have rated 3 stars but because of the great service from our waitress and the food being excellent, I will rate 4 stars. The waitress, Emily, was awesome. Especially when she seemed to be the only one working. Restaurant was full and she was attentive, friendly, polite and professional. We ordered the fish and chips and ribeye. For appetizers, we order the grilled octopus and calamari. All were cooked perfectly and delicious. The chocolate cake for 2 was amazing. The cake alone could have been 5 stars. Will definitely return to try out the other items on the menu and order another piece of the chocolate cake for dessert.
