Fun, colorful atmosphere and a warm hospitality that makes you feel like you’re a guest in a local home. This charming restaurant set in a garden /nursery offers delicious, homey food like mole, quesadillas, and grilled meat.
Unfortunately they don’t really offer vegetarian options, which is a bummer when Mexican cuisine is so easily vegetarian.
However, I really appreciated that they did do their best to adapt what they had and we got the mole trilogy with grilled fresh cheese instead of meat. It was tasty, but a bit too much cheese. It would have been better if it maybe had some mushroom or veggies instead of or in addition to the cheese. We also enjoyed the guacamole starter and their amazing hot drinking chocolate.
The food was all of excellent quality though not the best flavor-wise that we’ve had in the region. But the experience is enjoyable and worth the visit.
