"This beer store and bar with communal tables is a lowkey spot for watching games — a halfway between someone’s living room and an actual bar. Grab a snack among meats, cheeses, pickles, pretzels, and such, and find your next favorite craft brews among the vast tap selection or the fridge case." - Eater Staff
"Stop by this beer bar in-person from 12pm to 7pm daily for craft cans or place a delivery order online. Check their Instagram for updates and new beer drops." - nikko duren
"If you wanted, you could get your shopping done at Alphabet City Beer Co. Near the entrance, you’ll see some fridges filled with beer, meat, and cheese, and you’ll also find a small selection of honey, pickles, and other things typical of attractive, impractical grocery stores. But mostly you come here to drink lesser-known beers on draft. This is a long dark space with concrete floors and wooden ceiling beams, and it has one of the largest communal tables we’ve ever seen. There’s also has a confusing number of leather armchairs, so go ahead and treat this bar like your living room. Dates, book clubs, it works for everything." - hannah albertine, bryan kim, matt tervooren
"The East Village’s neighborhood craft beer stop Alphabet City Beer Co. has more than 75 cans of craft beer available on delivery platform Bevv. Beer from many of the local breweries on this list — including Evil Twin, Finback, and Other Half — are all available for pick-up or delivery across the five boroughs." - Luke Fortney
