I cannot recommend Andrea and her team enough. Not only did they nail our breakfast for dinner theme with the best quiche Lorraine I've ever had and killer chilaquilles, but the servers and bartenders were the best I've experienced at any wedding. We planned the whole thing remotely and Andrea took that extra bit of time to really understand what we were looking for and used her years of experience to endure we got what we wanted. The prices were fair. The food was insanely good. The service was better than I could hope. Do yourself a favor and work with Andrea!

Amazing Edibles catered our wedding in June and had our guests raving for the past month! We still get compliments about the wonderful sauce on the Chicken Piccata, the unbelievable mini Mac and cheese kettles, and the unmatched delicious Vegetarian Napoleon! Any time our guests needed anything, including even just a diet coke, the staff was MORE THAN ready and excited to get us whatever we desired! Originally, our wedding was going to take place in 2020 and it got postponed twice due to covid. We finally had it this summer and Amazing Edibles made it so simple and accomodating moving to a new date! They stuck with us these past couple of years and we cannot thank them enough! The day was perfect and all of it was made possible by these wonderful people! Andrea, Sarah Ann, and Hulda are unmatched in their field and everyone should have the honor of having them cater their next event!

I can't recommend Amazing Edibles enough. I used them for my wedding earlier this month, and they are truly an excellent catering team. First off, their team is exceptional. From the folks that helped with my menu and details to the servers and captains on the day of, everyone was so kind and helpful. Second, the food is VERY GOOD! The chicken and salmon we had at our wedding was tasty and not dry at all, like you might see elsewhere. They went above and beyond with delicious appetizers, a large salad portion, and even truffle popcorn at the bar area. The pricing was reasonable for a Chicago wedding, and I would highly recommend working with AE for any catered event. They are in the know on the industry and are there for their clients - they even sent us cute gifts throughout the process like a couples card game!

We worked with Amazing Edibles for a post-elopement party and were extremely satisfied with everything! They were responsive via email throughout the process, were extremely flexible on a shorter than normal timeline and made adjustments to the food based on our dietary restrictions and preferences! The food at our event was tasty and the staff was so helpful! We appreciated all their hard work and communication before, during and after the event.

We used Amazing Edibles to cater our 12/8/2018 wedding and they were nothing short of AMAZING!! From the initial phone call to the day-of, the service we received was impeccable! You can tell that both Sarah Ann and Andrea really care about their clients and the service they provide! Food: We wanted to go a little untraditional for our wedding food since we had a fairly large wedding and did not want assigned seating for dinneAndrea came up with the brilliant idea to go heavy on the apps and then have a taco bar and a Mac and cheese bar for the dinner portion! We received SO many compliments on the food the night of our wedding and are still continuing to receive compliments to date! Topped off with a donut wall (using Stans Donuts) and macaroons for dessert, I'd say they pretty much nailed the food game! Staff: Equally amazing! Everyone one of the staff members went above and beyond at our wedding! (Some of the bartenders and waitstaff even joined us at out after party!) Price: Beyond fair! We spent a lot of time and research on caterers in the city; Not only did AE come back with the most reasonable pricing for the food itself, but their staffing, delivery and rental fees are also extremely reasonable! Save yourself the research time and book Amazing Edibles ASAP!

Amazing Edibles was one of the best parts of our wedding. They were flexible and understanding when we had to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic. Everyone on staff was wonderful to work with, the food tasted great, and the service was top-notch.

We hired Amazing Edibles for our wedding last month and it was amazing!! They made us feel so special and attended to every single detail. The food was so delicious, our guests could not get enough of the mini mac and cheese and the BLT sliders. On top of that, the staff was so incredibly kind and professional. The staff is polite and the food is good. Unfortunately they didn't budget enough food for our wedding of 170 people. Our last 4 tables were missing up to 4 options from the buffet by the time their table was called. Update: I have now had many more individuals tell me that food was already gone (8 of 18 tables were missing part of the dinner). Very sad. Would not recommend. And if you go with a buffet regardless of caterer, please check calculations beforehand to ensure there is enough food!!!

My friends hired Amazing Edibles to cater their September 15th wedding. Since I'm an Executive Assistant, I served as the couples day-of coordinator and I worked closely with Sarah and her incredible team for the last month of preparations. From start to finish, they were FANTASTIC! In the lead up to the wedding, their staff was beyond helpful with providing prompt responses to all of our logistical questions as they were doing the catering and managing set up for both the reception and ceremony spaces. Sarah, our main contact, was a gift from the heavens! She was very attentive to even the smallest of details, she helped us keep an eye on the budget, and she even came to my rescue when the event space threw a curve ball at me the night before the wedding. On the day of the event, Sarah wasn't able to be there but she made sure her team was up to speed and they did not miss a beat! The owner of the company even came to help out since Sarah was unavailable and she wanted to make sure everything went well. The day was busy but the staff was magnificent! Also, the food was incredible! I'm a pediatrician and the options they had were mind-blowing! Everything was delicious! During the dinner service, I stepped into the kitchen and the chef's were so organized and on top of things that I was left speechless (I have three people over for dinner and my kitchen is a mess for the next three days). We had a difficult venue to work with and a limited amount of time to flip the rooms (the wedding had approx. 115 guest). The team at Amazing Edibles did such an incredible job that I've recommended them to three other brides! They were easy to work with, professional, attentive, affordable, and the food was AMAZING. I loved working with them and would highly recommend them!

Arranged a buffet dinner at the University of Chicago with Amazing Edibles Catering. The event went smoothly and the staff was very professional. Especially enjoyed working with Catering Sales Manager, Diana. She thought of everything!

My wife and I booked Amazing Edibles as our caterer prior to the pandemic and the Amazing Edibles team was so accommodating and understanding when we had to change our wedding date. Amazing Edibles also saved our wedding day after our original venue cancelled on us just 100 days before our new wedding date. Diana and her team reached out to their partnered event venues and found us a perfect replacement venue in Ignite Glass Studios. We wouldn't have had our wedding day without their hard work and resources. Amazing Edibles will always have a place in our hearts and we will recommend to any of our friends that are looking to host an event. Amazing Edibles has great food that all of our guests enjoyed (especially the late night food!) and their customer service is top notch. I hosted a couples wedding shower over the weekend and used Amazing Edibles Catering for a brunch buffet at the bride and grooms request. I had no experience with this caterer so I had fingers crossed. From the time I first contacted them to the very end of the event, I was BLOWN AWAY with the service they provided. Liz (Elizabeth) was nothing short of excellent in her professionalism, her knowledge of the industry and the kindness she showed me throughout the process. On the day of the event when I arrived to decorate, the staff was already in full speed ahead mode and knew exactly what the plan was. They too were professional and very pleasant to work with. So many positive comments were made by the guests at how amazing the service and how delicious the food was and asked for the name of the company. There was a great variety of food to choose from and all was properly prepared and presented to our guests. To say that I was overjoyed is an understatement!! The food and the service combined made for a very happy and successful wedding shower. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Amazing Edibles Catering for your next event! In a word, OUTSTANDING!

I have worked with Amazing Edibles at least 10 times and in each case the food and the service was spectacular. I operate a venue and refer Amazing Edibles to my clients. They are always more than satisfied with everything! The food is so yummy and everything always runs smoothly. The staff is a pleasure to work with and are so attentive to all the guests. Really can't say enough about how great it is to work with the Amazing Edibles crew!

This review is from office use rather than personal. Since AE has become a preferred vendor at my workplace, I decided to try them out for ordering lunches for different departments I support. I was not disappointed! Response time to inquiries is fast, there are so many options for food, and delivery is on time, sometimes early. My coworkers have liked everything they've had so far, from the Amazing Buffet for lunch with different gourmet sandwiches, to the yummy salads. I highly recommend AE for any event!

I sent them an email inquiry. They responded with a questionnaire which I immediately filled out and returned. I didn't hear from them for 2 days so I sent another email. They responded and we set up a time for a call. They were supposed to call me at a designated time and they were an hour late. The woman, Andrea, that called me must have been on drugs. She was very high strung and rude. She was upset because I wouldn't let her know what my budget was. Then she got upset because I wanted to choose the food for our party! Apparently, she felt she was supposed to choose the food. She wouldn't let me get in a word on the phone. She just kept going on and on like a crazy woman talking about food prices, food shortages, what type of food I should serve at my party, how the food will hold up, what's good and what's not good for my type of party, etc. I've been planning parties for over 30 years and have never in my life had a conversation like I had with her. So I lied and told her I'd send her an email with what I was looking for so I could get her off the phone. Needless to say I never emailed her. I threw her information in the garbage and put this company on Chicago's Busted Vendor list. (That's a list of vendors that gets passed around all the large companies downtown. It let's us know not to use them.)

Great customer service and delicious food. For the two events they have catered for me there has been more than enough great food for a very reasonable price. Everyone from the brand evangelists to the delivery staff is friendly, helpful, and delightful to work with. Definitely going to use them in the future for work events and look forward to trying more of their menu!

I use Amazing Edibles for work events and they have become our go-to caterer! Their staff is polite and professional, the food is always tasty and the portions are plentiful for the price. I've also attended a cooking class at their location and had a wonderful time learning the in's and out's of some of their recipes. Would recommend Amazing to everyone (and personally have).

I have used them for catering events for about 15 years. This Christmas I bought my wife a gift certificate for their cooking class. Andrea also clued me in that if I asked 3 buddies to do the same we could have our own class. Turned out to be a great Christmas gift. All involved loved the idea! Fast forward to this past Saturday. We show up to Amazing Edibles and are greeted by Andrea with wine and beer and brought into their professional kitchen (where all the magic happens!). Chef Sara was our guide through a Tapas menu that was wide ranging and so good! Sara and Andrea explained what we were in for and off we went! They separate you into groups of two and you slice and dice and put together easy but very tasty small plates of goodness. I love to cook and have never done a class before. What I really liked was they had everything already at the stations ready to go. It is hands on but not overwhelming. They make it easy to put together the plates without too much. It is as much social as it is cooking so I advise you go with people you really like! :) Chef Sara showed us a simple way to dice vegetables that none of us had ever seen. She answered all of our questions and was a joy to "work" for the entire night! As each dish is made we then plated it and passed it around as we were preparing more food. So if you came hungry (as I did) you didn't have to wait until the end of the night to eat. After about an hour and a half we were done. It flew by because we had so much fun creating all the food. Andrea then told us to get a plate, fill it up and head upstairs where they have a dining room to relax and enjoy the fruits of our labor. The whole class was about 2 and a half hours but went by so fast because it was so enjoyable. Make a whole night of it and stop by Lagunita's Brewery which is about 2 minutes away. Valentine's day is next week. If you want a gift your sweetheart will appreciate call Andrea. Her staff is very friendly, efficient and easy to deal with! My favorite dishes were the bacon wrapped dates stuffed with cheese or almonds. So good!

We hired Amazing Edibles to cater our wedding on July 28,2018 at Moonlight Studios in Chicago. Let me just start by saying that I never thought getting a caterer just to call me back when planning a wedding would be so difficult, but that does NOT apply to Amazing Edibles. After trying several times to get a hold of Blue Plate, I gave up and gave Amazing Edibles a call based solely on Yelp reviews. I was not sure what to expect, but I was glad I made that call. Andrea and Diana are two of the most amazing people to work with. They are experienced, attentive, super nice, and thorough. We did not want to hire a wedding planner, so we were going to need a little extra help setting up the reception. Not only were they more than happy to take care of that, they did an excellent job executing my vision. Let's not forget the most important part...the food was truly AMAZING! We got so many compliments from our guests! Next time I need a caterer, Amazing Edibles will be at the top of my list :)

We were looking for a great place to have a group of friends (about 10 of us) and we had been introduced to Andrea, the owner through a friend. They have an experience for groups where we chose food options and they hosted a dinner in their kitchen and the entire group participates in everything from prep through dinner - and you learn a lot about cooking in the process. Amazing experience. We have since used Amazing Edibles for catering (which has also been perfect) and all of my friends still talk about that dinner and how great the food was, etc.. They were great. Food and Staff were amazing. They went above and beyond for my wine selection choices. I had a small issue with linens being the wrong color, so they gave me an additional $100 for my inconvenience. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again!

Amazing caterers and food! The coconut shrimp is A-MAZ-ING with the sweet chili sauce. They were thick, juicy, and not greasy. Very professional and happy staff. I would always use these caterers if I could.

Amazing Edibles has catered a number of events for me. From start to finish, the company delivers amazing value, fantastic food, great service, and are unbelievably accommodating about all requests. Menu planning is made easy with a variety of options at all price points. There has never been a disappointment in terms of taste. The food is delivered on time, beautifully plated, and, if servers are requested, they are impeccably dressed, good humored and do a lovely job. Favorite items that are a sure hit: the fantastic cheese and fruit tray (amazing cheese choices), and the beef tenderloin sandwiches. Cannot say enough good things about Amazing Edibles. I have never used another catering company after my first experience with them!

Our venue space (Space 1858) has partnered with Amazing Edibles for numerous events. They have always stood out and our guests love working with them. Spoke to the catering manager here and was completely blown off. Very disappointed in their lack of friendly customer service. I guess I am better off not have them cater my event then be disappointed with their catering.

I needed to cater a luncheon in less than two days. I called Amazing Edibles and they were so helpful. The food was delicious and well received by all at the group.

Huge fan, use them all of the time for our event center at work. Staff and food are always fabulous! You can't go wrong. AND they are always on time!
