We had such a great experience, everything was delicious, finally a Greek restaurant in the neighborhood with a different menu, something new. Everything is very tasty, recipes directly from the owner’s grandma. The orange cake they gave us as complimentary desserts was incredible. They renovated the whole restaurant and did such a great job, lovely cozy atmosphere. It really feels like you’re stepping into a villa in Greece. I don’t usually write reviews but this place needed a shout out! We will definitely come back!

Beautiful courtyard, reminiscent of a sweet village taverna. Delicious fresh food, very authentically Greek. Lovers of good Greek food, this place will meet your expectations. The owner is from Athens, not long in the US and has brought current trends with good old fashioned flavour. If you are in Astoria you must try, excellent.

Truly some of the best Greek food I’ve ever had. Nick, the owner, did an incredible job with the space, ambiance and service. It feels like you’re in Greece! 10/10 would recommend and can’t wait to come back.

As soon as you walk in, you are embraced with the warm glow of this incredible restaurant. The aesthetic is enveloped in natural woods, homely cozy pillows along the benched seating, a large mirror that reflects the enjoyment and buzz of everyone inside. It feels real, authentic, a slowed down pace to enjoy the environment. The food is divine, with intentional flavors and in the cutest dishes that makes you feel like you were invited for a home-cooked meal. The service is really where this place shines brightly. It’s no wonder it’s warm from entrance, the people who make this place a home are brilliant. Nick, the owner, went by the tables checking in with everyone. The service staff is prompt, unbelievably kind, and generous. I highly recommend everyone check this haven out, it’s truly one of a kind.

Amazing place to go have dinner, the staff and the owner were super friendly and came to our table to greet us and answered all of our questions we had regarding the dishes that we ordered and explained to us step by step how everything is made, was so tasty that we could not stop eating that we forgot about drinking our wine. Will be coming back plus will recommend everyone I know to go try their amazing food.

Me and my significant other heard about this restaurant from our family and friends. So we had to give it a try! We were blown away, but blown away in the best way. The atmosphere felt like I was in Greece, great music, great lighting, and just beautiful all around. The service was amazing, constantly being checked on by the Owner, the head chef and the staff. The food was absolutely out of this world, everything was genuinely Perfect! We are already planning on when to go back for more. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience!

Ambrosia garden offers an incredible Greek cuisine!!! The lamb chops are tender and perfectly seasoned while the spanakopita is the most tasty pie i have ever taste !!! Highly recommended!!!
