"Chef Alex Sanchez is no stranger to the restaurant scene in Mumbai. His run at the Table influenced how several peers would view dining in the city. His second restaurant, Americano, which he opened with partner Mallyeka Watsa, is often interpreted as an Italian restaurant, despite having influences from all over. Every small plate is chic, highlighting its ingredients. Try the sweetcorn ribs, duck ravioli, and shaved Brussels sprouts. Americano’s bar program would warrant a visit even without the food.
