Apollo Bagels

I’m upset how amazing these bagels are. Like 10/10 perfect. We went at 10am so no huge line but I can imagine at noon the place will be buzzing. The design of the place is really well done. Super simple. Lots of seating options and lots of space for the giant line that’s bound to form. The service was VERY friendly. You might see me there every Sunday:). Goodbye for now 🥰

This place is so good and worth the hype! Just opened up so almost no line. I got one smoked salmon, cream cheese on everything bagel and one simple slice of tomato with olive oil and salt. Both melted in my mouth. Every bite was glorious. The bagels are perfect - crunchy and flavorful outside and air like fluffiness on the inside. So very good. Worth all the hype and then some

Literally the best bagel of my life! Perfectly seasoned and balanced, the savory salmon paired amazingly with the cream cheese, olive oil, capers, onions, and hint of lemon. The bagel itself was perfect crunchy, not too doughy and delicious. I love how it’s served on two halves too. Usually after bagels I’m feeling carb’ed out, tired and overdosed on cream cheese, after this one I was left feeling perfectly satiated and clean Line moves super quick too… run not walk to this spot!!

this bagel was so incredible I could actually have cried. I had an out of body experience. 1000/10 the most wonderful thing I have eaten. I transcended this earthly realm while eating this bagel. also amazing service so fast and friendly.

First of MANY visits here. As a former bread baker I’m picky when it comes to any and all baked goods. Apollo bagels is the first bagel i’ve had in years that was delicious ***without any toppings***!!! The sourdough tang, the crunchy yet chewy crust, the perfect crust-to-crumb ratio so you dont geel like youre eating a round loaf of bread—wow. AND they serve their lox open faced not in some clunky sandwich form that is never bapanced and always difficult to eat. Friendly staff too. 6 stars out of 5. Only downside is now im bummed out that all other bagels will be unappetizing.

Absolutely lives up to the hype! Love the crispiness of their bagels (got the everything and it was divine). Their lox was tasty and the toppings were great. Highly recommend and they have a good amount of seating.

I was really looking forward to enjoying my meal here, but my experience was completely ruined when an employee started spraying Windex right next to our table while we were eating. The strong chemical smell was overwhelming, making it impossible to enjoy our food. This isn’t just unpleasant—it’s a serious issue for anyone with allergies, asthma, or chemical sensitivities. It shows a complete lack of awareness and care for customers’ well-being. Cleaning is important, but doing it right next to people eating is unacceptable! I hope they reconsider their practices.

Happy I got to try Apollo Bagels in Williamsburg as I never made it to their Manhattan location. Loved the whitefish salad on the everything bagel! 🥯 The location was spacious and the staff were friendly. I also had the ginger lemonade and it was very refreshing.
