Best Birthday dinner ever. Where do I begin. Our visit was perfect from walking in the door to walking out. Their attention to detail was impeccable. Food was excellent, Snapper and Salmon. Crab Rangoon was to die for. Desserts were decadent and our waitress Lily and the entire staff were so pleasant and accommodating. But a big hurray to Lily for her great service. We will be frequent flyers from now on.

I was at first elated to dine at this establishment. The deviled eggs were just regular eggs but the topping of lump crab made this starter a palate teasing dish. The juicy, flavorful burger was prepared to our liking and was made with fresh ground beef. Gelato is always a must and the Coconut-oat crumble gelato put the finishing touches on the meal. Hostesses were busy crowded behind the reception desk, on their phones or interrupting the wait staff as they were attending to customers. We received the customary rounds of “how is everything”. I was under the impression that the two ladies walking around did not really care. My return visit, if any, would be to take out Brazilian Cheesy Bread with honey butter. What a delight was this bread.

Excellent food and outstanding service from our waiter Alex! Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. The seafood tower was fresh and delicious. Alex was great at helping us select our entrees and the owner even sent us a complimentary dessert of our choice, the AquaJoy which was the perfect ending to our meal.

Very nice Happy hour. Interior deco was very nice. Upscale and lay back. Bright open space. The happy hour menu was good. Beer $5 wine $9 Very good chicken wings, ribs were good and truffle fries was really good. After drinks and the three orders we were full and didn’t really need dinner. Good services They also have have a nice prefix dinner option.

Google
I am being generous in giving three stars- they wrote off some stone crab claws for the wait, so a 50 dollar comp on the check buys some good will. I could also see they were busy, but I have had good service in busy restaurants before. The oysters were good, which can be tough to find in Florida. The stone crab claws were marginal- but comped so good for free. My steak was very mid level, but that’s what I get for going to an aqua grill and ordering steak. The worst part besides the tables being so close together was the waiting- it took almost an hour for entrees to come out after the appetizer. The steak was ordered rare and came well done, and was questionable quality- for over 50 bucks it shouldn’t look like Applebees, and even if it was a lousy quality you should be able to cook to the proper temperature. Everything came out cold. The waitstaff were apologetic and polite (the one star for service is for the speed of the kitchen. Customer facing staff was excellent), and really the saving grace of the meal. We will not be back.

Google
I recently dined at this restaurant, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The mussels were amazing, cooked to perfection, and the shrimp cocktail was the best I've ever had. Additionally, the drinks were top-notch, making it a memorable culinary adventure. Highly recommended!

Google
Their seafood tower was so good. Obsessed with the baked Alaska. Our server Melissa was super sweet & helpful.

Google
This was a find. What an utterly super experience. Immediately you walk in you will be greeted with bright and inviting positive vibe atmosphere . The attention to detail from the service to the seating, to the food, to the loo’s is right up there with the best of the competition. But first the drinks. An exquisite selection of cocktails, all with a slight Aqua Bartender twist. The El Diablo was brilliant as was the orange Old Fashioned. The wine selection was also different and tailored to the dishes, the Pinot selection was top class. The food was above memorable. The Tuna Poke with its own chaser was sensational as was the Steak Tartare. See the video on the Baked Alaska. The beautiful passion fruit base was the game changer in this dish. Gemma was our waitress and she had a great sense of humour and was the perfect combination of attentive, efficient, effortless and enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back.

Yelp
Our first time here and we LOVED air! Our server Chris was so professional and friendly. Hostess and manager also amazing. We ordered the crab Rangoon and they were made like egg rolls stuffed with a generous amount of crab cream cheese. Delish! They were a stack of six and we had to stop ourselves at four as we still had our entrees coming! Both main dishes were fabulous, salmon and ribs, with portions big enough to take home for a second meal. Also order the Baked Alaskan, well, because who doesn't love a table side fire? Twist was that it was filled with tasty key lime pie. We were also given complementary tastings of gazpacho and little dessert squares. Nice touch. We will be back!

Yelp
Incredibly disappointed. We've been SO excited to try this place just down the road from our house, but sadly it did not meet our expectations. The rumor mill has it that the chef is of Michelin star quality and the service spectacular, sadly that was not our experience. We went to Social Hour to try it out. Dirty lip stick rimmed glasses on their "specialty cocktails", raw oysters that made me sick and a lack of concern by the staff just ruined the whole beautiful decorated interior of the restaurant. Sadly in that location, the over inflated prices do not match the quality, service or lack of waterfront view. With $28 appetizers I expected perfection. Save your time and money and go down the road to any of the many better dines, you'll thank me later.

T G.

Yelp
Service good. Ambiance fine. Food not good at any price, and their prices are high. Shrimp and grits were overcooked and not good.

Bethany B.

Yelp
We are visiting the area and wanted a nice seafood dinner. After looking at a few reviews we decided to try Aqua Grille and so happy we did. Our server was super friendly and had great recommendations. Our cocktails were delicious (try the pornstar) we had the conch chowder and the crab Rangoon for apps. Both were great. The BBQ ribs were a recommendation from our server and were great. Also had the blackened Mahi Mahi which was also excellent. Ambience was nice. While we sat in a booth the bar scene looked fun. If you are in the area - check them out. I would definitely go ba

Yelp
Food service and ambiance were beyond reproach. Excellent experience was had by our entire party.

Audrey V.

Yelp
Amazing new restaurant! From the service to the craft cocktails to the FOOD. You can tell they pay attention to every detail. I wanted to try the whole menu! We tried the Brazilian cheesy bread (gluten free!) and raw oysters to start. The oysters were so flavorful! I had the ahi tuna salad as my entree and my boyfriend had the wagyu steak. We were both thoroughly impressed. We skipped dessert but saw a few desserts go by - they all looked amazing. We'll have to come back to try their key lime baked Alaska. I can't remember our server's name, but he was so good. They bring little chocolate truffles with the bill which is a nice touch. We will certainly be back soon!

Yelp
Omgosh Amazing emacular superb food , our server Emma was so friendly and professional the service here and the vibe is amazing. I'm definitely coming back like my husband and I always do food is Omgosh 20 out of 10 I couldn't stop myself from eating had to Stop to take picture I recommend this place to anyone it's awesome .

Yelp
The service was ok. The waitress was very nice but took forever to take your order and was very aloof. The seared tuna wasn't seared and was cold like they had just taken it out of a refrigerator. The ribs were the best part and even the sauce was bland and the ribs were tasteless. It was a nice ambiance but the menu was so limited it made you want to just order a few appetizers. The sauces for the fish made it seem like it was a fish restaurant trying to be Thai.

Joy K.

Yelp
I live nearby and I'm kicking myself for not coming here all season! We just had the most lovely brunch. The live music was so nice and the staff was great! My guest judges places on their Bloody Marys, she was raving about how good this was. I just hope I can still get in during the season because this is fantastic!

Lori P.

Yelp
The food, the ambience, the service, the bathrooms and the music are impeccable. Will be back! Can't wait to try dinner there!

Paul T.

Yelp
Loved the place - excellent service (bravo, Ema), good for, nice atmosphere (recommend owner to look into noise cancellation panels), new place! We started Brazilian cheesy bread (Aleppo Salt, Truffle-Honey Butter), which at $10 were a good choice and my colleagues shared a portion of Caribbean mussels well priced at $21. For my main course, I had the catch of the day, which was exquisitely plated and delicious. I enjoyed my fav Sauvignon Blanc and finished as a respectful businessman with an espresso. Unique and newly renovated place, recommending the place!

Christina C.

Yelp
We passed through on our way to the Keys and wanted a nice meal. So glad we chose AquaGrille! They served us delicious, fresh, piping hot food. The extras were nice too like hot towels after eating, clips to hang my purse, etc. Deshaun was our server and he knew all the details about each dish and highlighted the extra special parts like a cosmo with freshly made in house cranberry juice (it was amazing!) The food was solid! Started with a palate cleanser followed by calamari and shrimp which had lightly breaded panko crusted lemon slices and shishito peppers and two dipping sauces. My husband chose the burger which was juicy and full of flavor. I got the chicken salad which was super fresh and citrusy with two tender juicy pieces of chicken with a yummy.

Yelp
3x and now I'm done. Service is not good. Food is good but pricey I dont see what all the fuss is about

Richard J.

Yelp
TERRIBLY SLOW SERVICE!! I brought my girlfriend here on Valentine's Day (8:15 Reservation), we showed up 15 minutes early to grab drinks at the bar before our dinner. We waited fifteen minutes at the bar without being approached or greeted by bar staff. We were sat inside when I had reserved an outdoor table, on top of all of this our server didn't show up for 10 minutes, I made the front desk aware. We waited another 10 minutes before deciding to take our business somewhere else. I'm sure their food/drinks are solid, but I don't recommend coming here on weekends. They simply can't handle a packed house

Michael B.

Yelp
I'm going to write a quick update on AquaGrille, having just returned there for the first time in months. Here's the review: food is good, ambience is not so good. I like to have a conversation with table mates while I dine. This is difficult if not nearly impossible because the acoustics in AquaGrille suck. All hard surfaces and high ceilings. Then, for some inexplicable reason, they add piped-in music which you really can't hear. It's totally unnecessary. I was with a party of five people and, even though my hearing is perfect, I had to constantly ask people to repeat themselves and there were times when those at the far end of the table were impossible to hear. Someone mentioned to me that restaurants will do this - purposely make it noisy - to make it seem like the place is happening. Screw "happening." I would much rather dine someplace where I can hear and be heard.

William T.

Yelp
Holy Cow this place is AMAZING. Where do I start? How bout THE BEST FISH TACOS EVER!! Better than taco you'll find in the gas lamp district in SoCal. They were that good! They had Phenomenal apps! One was called Thai Cobb, like the baseball player! How creative! I ate the Brussel sprouts as an appetizer and it was incredible. Mom had the Salmon dish entree and let me try it. It was outrageously delicious. I also had a blueberry alcohol-free cocktail that was splendid. We were celebrating a birthday as a party of ten and the service was the absolute BEST I've ever had. Seriously. Our Server Manny made it an incredible experience to say the least. The Head Chef/Owner hit a home run with this place. They even have a happy hour!! I think it's 4-6. In my opinion, AquaGrille is better than leftovers or any other restaurant in palm beach county. Hands down the absolute BEST in 561

Rob S.

Yelp
This is the best restaurant I've been to in a while. The Bahamian clam chowder was packed full of clams and the service was impeccable! I will definitely be coming back.

Rick D.

Yelp
Excellent food and great service. Always treated like VIP whenever we go there which is often. Highly recommend

Hal B.

Yelp
One of the best meals I've had in a long time. I was with 3 others and we all loved our meal; from the free lobster arancini, the amazing Brazilian cheesy bread, the mahi mahi, the salmon, to the chocolate creme brulee and free "birthday" key lime pie, each dish was outstanding! Service was also friendly and efficient. I highly recommend.

Lisa R.

Yelp
We tried AquaGrille and loved everything. The drinks were well executed, and the food was fabulous. We tried the burrata salad, brussel sprouts, cheese bread, and the ribeye. I would highly recommend.

Dawn E.

Yelp
This restaurant was outstanding! I am such a picky person when it comes to cocktails but Mikayla at the bar nailed it! She listen to my preferences and made some of the best cocktails I have ever had. As for the food, incredible! It's been along time that I enjoyed such a dinning experience. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back often.

Harry K.

Yelp
The restaurant is beautiful inside. The service is first class. My wife and I were lucky enough to get Alex as our server. I ordered a drink, Tito's with lime, and it was on my table in two minutes! Alex was so pleasant and accommodating. He explained the specials and recommended what he believed what my wife and I might like. He answered questions we had about the food and the restaurant. He never rushed us and stopped by often to see if we needed anything. He was so pleasant and nice, he made the night special. I had the Red Snapper special. It was absolutely delicious with a special sauce and was over Broccolini. My wife had Gazpacho and Korean Ribs. She loved it!! We are looking forward to seeing menu expanded. We would love to see Duck, veal, and pork added. Alex told us the menu changes often. We had an awesome night out!!!

Scott G.

Yelp
We had avoided going back to this restaurant after a bad experience soon after they opened. That was maybe 2 years ago or so. We had however been hearing good things so decided to give it another try. What a mistake. This was the worst experience ever. Service was atrocious, food was inedible, over 2 hours for dinner while all around us people received their food and the restaurant emptied out. Employee after employee came over to apologize for what was going on but no one ever resolved anything. The waiter was oblivious as to what good service was all a hit and his managers were just paying lip service to us. Like all service establishments who screw up like this their answer was to not charge us thinking that would make things better. It didn't. They should have paid us for wasting our time and for delivering awful dried out over cooked garbage. Avoid this place at all costs.

Michael F.

Yelp
Overall a good restaurant. We have eaten here several times. The menu is a bit limited but all of the items are great. The desserts are superb. We did have an issue, however, with alcoholic drinks during this visit. One of the diners ordered a Negroni which is listed as $14. The waiter asked which gin we would like. He named 4 different types of gins. We are not gin experts. When the bill came, the Negroni was $28. The waiter explained that it was a "special gin and counted as a double pour." If a drink is going to be twice as expensive as listed, the diner should be notified at the time of ordering. No reduction or compensation was offered. It left a bad taste after a nice meal.

Hugh L.

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch yesterday and found the breakfast menu still in effect. This, at 2pm. So, we had breakfast, of course. For me, the Spanglish, a glorified egg, cheese and bacon sandwich. It was huge. And good. My partner had the quiche and salad and said it was great. I ordered a B. Rabbit stout which I had never encountered before and loved it. Service was perfect and the restrooms are very clean and attractive. I'd recommend Aquagrille. We'll try them for dinner soon.

Beth P.

Yelp
Ambiance is absolutely stunning. My espresso martini was perfect and nice and chilled. Our "undressed oysters" and tuna ceviche were good. My husband's steak wasn't really seasoned so he had to add au poivre sauce to it. My miso salmon was tasty. I get that everything is expensive these days but this restaurant is a little overpriced for just okay food. Definitely would go back for just drinks.

Randy S.

Yelp
Second visit. Service still solid. Food not strong this time. Charcuterie was meager. Carrots and beets ok. 3 of us got chicken paillard. Weak dish. Chicken was overdone, probably cooked in advance, and not tenderized. Cobbler was good, tres leches not so much. Will give them another try as first meal was better but the kitchen has to raise its level. Can't live on happy hour crowd buzz

Steve N.

Yelp
My wife and I arrived when they opened @ 4pm and were told we could only sit in the bar area. Many employees all around, but we couldn't sit in the main dining area? I think it's a lousy policy to open @ 4pm but not allow folks to sit at a "normal" table. First time this has ever happened to us. We decided to leave and eat at a restaurant that was truly open for business.

Ashleigh G.

Yelp
we were so excited to finally try this place!! we had an amazing experience from start to finish. our server brittany was absolutely excellent. she serviced our needs with great detail and had tons of tables! when she wasn't serving, she was sweeping etc. really rare to find hardworking people these days, so incredibly refreshing. she deserves employee of the month in my opinion! all of her recommendations were fantastic. the aqua grille cosmo was amazing. best cosmo i've ever had. the finishing touch of Prosecco was such a nice touch. the charcuterie surfboard was great. the presentation was 10/10! loved it. we split the burger which was a great size and tasted amazing. menu is super diverse and nothing like surrounding restaurants in the area. whoever did the decor deserves major props. down to the dishware, absolutely amazing (taking notes for our home decor). overall such a great experience and will absolutely be back!! i see this place doing very well here. constructive notes: hostess staff seemed a bit young and inexperienced, but that can be fixed. also i really wish there was a dish containing pasta on the menu. perhaps a clam linguini or something of the sort. further, another chicken dish would be awesome too.

Pam L.

Yelp
Food and presentation are amazing. Loved the curry muscles and sea bass. Can't wait to go again

Michael F.

Yelp
Steven, chef owner and his staff and especially Lily did a great job for my mothers 85th birthday. The food was fantastic. The service was great and Steven took care of all dietary issues. Thank you Aqua Grill!

Steven F.

Yelp
Best fried calamari and shrimp w peppers I've ever had The Brussel sprouts are to die for

Jill R.

Yelp
AquaGrille did not disappoint! Our first dining experience was fabulous from start to finish. Walking into the restaurant, we loved the renovation and the coastal/contemporary vibe. It's beautiful! Drinks and service at the bar were fabulous and TV's allowed us to view the Kentucky Derby. Our server, Alex Woodward, was one of the best I have had in a long time. He truly cared and helped curate a great dining experience. He helped us all make the right decisions for our appetizers and entrees. The crispy brussel sprouts are no doubt, the best I have had. Alex had told us they are the most popular dish on the menu and he was spot on! The half rack of ribs looked like a full rack and they were outstanding. Thank-you so much Alex! We will be back soon!

Spencer M.

Yelp
We just went here this weekend, and I have to say that I went in expecting to really be put off. The reviews that mentioned seating and hostesses, had me ready to be frustrated from the start. Well, my problem, not your problem, of course, but I kinda had this in my mind all the way to the table. Anyway, in the interest of cutting to the chase, I can tell you that from the second our server greeted the table, my hang ups fell off one by one by one. I can honestly say that I have not had a server of this caliber in YEARS. So very impressive in every way. Food was great. I do think that there is still work that can be done on presentation, but flavors and variety were there. Appetizers were great, entrees were great, deserts were great, etc, etc, etc. Really not much more to elaborate on. When I left the place, I truly had the feeling that "this place is here to stay". Bottom line, if you're looking for a upscale-casual spot, and you're in the general area, I can easily see this being a go-to, once-a-week spot. Seated dining, bar dining, drinks only, everything in between.

Betsy K.

Yelp
Pack a sandwich . You will leave hungry. Small servings for big bucks. Nice looking bar and restaurant. We expected more value . We will not return.

Vivian W.

Yelp
My husband and I chose Aqua Grill for a Date Night because it had good reviews. The service and attention to detail were excellent. We felt the menu was a bit pricey, but uniqueness of the choices made up for it. I had the butternut soup with pomegranate seed on top. As a side, I chose the loaded baked potato. I would definitely get both again--especially the potato. My husband chose fish and chips. He didn't care for the celery slaw, but the lightly fried grouper was a good choice. We usually don't get dessert, but we couldn't resist the warm Berry Cobbler. Excellent.

Dennis H.

Yelp
I rated this place 5 stars first few times here. So service is perfect. Polite and attentive as usual. I sat at bar area. Wanted to take advantage of bar menu pricing. The 3 roasted oysters were very good. The cheesy bread... not quite as good as first few times. A bit more chewy than I remember. But still good. The ribs were a big disappointment though. Flavor wise it strayed from the original recipe. Much more of a smoked flavor. The meat used to fall off the bone but not this time. Took most of it home. Doubt I'll eat it.

Catherine D.

Yelp
Great happy hour, nice decor, can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu . I had the ribs they were delicious.

Pat K.

Yelp
Well let me just say I don't know what happened here. This place was booming n now not so much... They removed some good selections from the menu for instance the French Dip ...appetizer cheese balls have changed adding more spice n grease . Hamburger rolls 3-4" high roll gave new meaning to "where's the beef"??? We have dined here at least 4X.... Unfortunately we r now disappointed. Servers n Management remain awesome...Chris n Tyler who have graciously noted all of our dissatisfaction. I hope things will improve both from the food perspective as well as the acoustics which r quite tumultuous....

Megan S.

Yelp
Great place & atmosphere! The staff & service is fantastic, let alone the food! Thank you

Tommy J.

Yelp
My wife and I met some friends there one evening, and we sat at the bar. The bartender (Jonah) is absolutely fantastic, a true mixologist. He preferred making drinks out of his talented brain versus what was on the menu, which was fine with us. If you were ever in the area, this is a hidden gem, worth trying.

Jeffrey B.

Yelp
I went to this place last night after reading multiple favorable reviews. These reviews were so wrong that it was incomprehensible! Unknown to us they changed their menu and their chef in the past week! We ordered 2 lobster rolls that were $38 each. The rolls were 2 tiny little hotdog sized stale buns with a small unseasoned scoop of lobster salad on a huge plate. We also ordered the jerk chicken dinner, which consisted of 2 burnt slices of white meat chicken that was inedible! We complained about the chicken and the manager arrogantly opined that this is their standard portion and it is what it is. This place stinks and is outrageously overpriced!! Stay away!!!

Jane S.

Yelp
In a nondescript shopping center on US 1 is this beauty of restaurant with a casually elegant beach house vibe where the pretty white and pale grey decor is complemented by eye-catching basket light shades. The service is very warm and welcoming though can be slow at peak hours. We loved the food, especially the "fritto mixto" which was perfectly textured and seasoned and included surprising but wonderful lemon slices (which were fried and seasoned too). Add more shrimp and it would be completely perfect! I look forward to returning. One note to management: the restaurant can get uncomfortably loud. Conversations and booming music bounce off the hard surfaces in the restaurant, rendering an extended conversation with table mates nearly impossible.

Lillian B.

Yelp
Great atmosphere and very good food. Nice mixture of flavors. A little noisy but the food and service worth it. Reservations necessary

Philip S.

Yelp
Ignored for awhile in an empty restaurant only To be greeted by an obnoxiously rude host Who proceeded to walk us thru many good tables only to be seated at the worst table in the place; when I asked about the empty booths Mr Obnoxious said Do you want me to find out for you if I can move you there After being seated in the bad table for five minutes ignored without service or water: I walked A truly disgusting experience.... If this is how they treat people on Wednesdays God knows what they do to people on Fridays or Saturdays I know for one I will not be one of those abused victims-- I truly don't care how good the food is supposed to be being abused just simply isn't worth it at any price

Andrew H.

Yelp
The menu is very limited with few fish selections despite that this is supposed to be a seafood restaurant. I ordered the miso salmon which was dry and tasteless. There was no miso dressing or sauce but instead some unknown sweet paste was brushed on the plate accompanied by tasteless lettuce like white leaves. The entire dish was a disappointment and poorly executed. The menu needs to expand with more selections which should be innovative, interesting and well presented and prepared. For the price point the offerings don't live up to the expectations.

Barbara J.

Yelp
I already wrote that this is overpriced and a limited menu. If the chef was as good as the "on it" waitstaff it would deserve another try... but not yet.

Brian F.

Yelp
Was our first time at AquaGrille and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was great, service was friendly, and the restaurant had an updated appearance. We'll be there again!

D L.

Yelp
Aqua grille is such a beautiful well thought out place. Top notch on all aspects. The staff is well trained and truly cares about your experience. The food is super fresh and tasty . We loved the fresh tuna and it was served well seasoned. The peach cobbler desert was excellent. Our drinks were prepared with expertise. The music playing was the best. I love the look of this place one of the best restaurants anywhere.

Carrie K.

Yelp
We made a Reservation on open table for a Sunday evening at 5 to celebrate two birthdays in our family. We have been dying to try the restaurant and just hadn't gotten there yet. We were totally blown away by our experience at AquaGrille. First let me start by saying that Deshon was the best server we had had for years at any restaurant. He was knowledgeable and friendly and he made the whole thing an experience not just a meal. He was able to describe everything on the menu and was able to point us towards things that we would really like. Everything was delicious and unique. We loved the whole experience from the appetizers to the vegetables to the main courses we all tried one of the nonalcoholic drinks on the menu that were absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back to Aquagrill and will have to have Dashan again as our server for sure! Oh and the decor is gorgeous!
