The Best Italian Restaurants in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"Dinner at Aromi Italian Restaurant starts with a duck prosciutto salad in a sweet Maui onion dressing or burrata atop a golden beet carpaccio. Spaghetti neri in lobster bisque, rabbit ragout pappardelle, and octopus and cioppino are just some of the dishes Castellanos recommends. Other favorites include bread and thyme-crusted New Zealand lamb chop or branzino in prosseco sauce. The restaurant also features a risotto of the day." - Janna Karel

The most important restaurant openings in Las Vegas in 2021 | Eater Vegas

"Aromi Italian Restaurant from executive chef German Castellanos and his partner, pastry chef Alessandro Stoppa, debuted in the former Nittaya’s Secret Kitchen space in Summerlin after the Thai restaurant moved around the corner. They met at the former Valentino at the Venetian, where Castellanos worked as chef de cuisine and Stoppa was the pastry chef. In 2016, the pair opened Vanilla and Pepper Catering. Now the two friends have a restaurant featuring classic Italian dishes for lunch and dinner. Castellanos highlights some of his favorite dishes on the menu. A duck prosciutto salad comes in a sweet Maui onion dressing and burrata tops a golden beet carpaccio to start. Spaghetti neri in lobster bisque, rabbit ragout pappardelle, and octopus and cioppino are just some of the dishes Castellanos recommends. Other favorites include bread and thyme-crusted New Zealand lamb chop or branzino in Prosseco sauce. The restaurant also features a risotto of the day. Come for lunch or head out to the tiny patio" - Susan Stapleton

A guide to outdoor patios in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"I sampled dishes on the small patio at Aromi Italian Restaurant from executive chef German Castellanos and pastry chef Alessandro Stoppa, including a duck prosciutto salad with sweet maui onion dressing, burrata atop golden beet carpaccio, spaghetti neri in lobster bisque, rabbit ragout pappardelle, octopus and cioppino, bread- and thyme-crusted New Zealand lamb chop, branzino in Prosecco sauce, and a rotating risotto of the day." - Susan Stapleton

Executive chef German Castellanos and his partner, pastry chef Alessandro Stoppa, opened Aromi Italian Restaurant in Summerlin | Eater Vegas

"Serving as a love letter to chef German Castellanos’s 30-plus–year career in Italian kitchens, this new Summerlin spot from Castellanos and pastry chef Alessandro Stoppa debuted in the former Nittaya’s Secret Kitchen space and offers classic Italian dishes for lunch and dinner. Starters include a duck prosciutto salad with a sweet maui onion dressing and a burrata-topped golden beet carpaccio; Castellanos recommends mains such as spaghetti neri in lobster bisque, rabbit ragout pappardelle, octopus and cioppino, a bread-and-thyme–crusted New Zealand lamb chop, branzino in Prosseco sauce, and a risotto of the day. For lunch there’s a three-course $18 option with starters like a vanilla and pepper salad or polpo with grilled octopus (for $7 more), entrees including chicken Parmigiana, a prosciutto sandwich, or branzino (for $7 more), and desserts such as vanilla wanna cotta, tiramisu, or a berry bowl. The wide-open dining room is painted Tuscan yellow with hardwood floors and a bar, and a small patio sits outside; takeout and delivery are available with online ordering." - Susan Stapleton

Great local Italian spot, staff were very friendly and helpful. We got the risotto special which had steak and the pork chop (which was probably the best I’ve had in a while). The ambiance is lacking a little. It’s small, but the staff made up for it with their smiling faces.

Google
This is a crazy story. Dinner was served with hair in the food. Owners son tells us no one has that kind of hair. What? Then tells me mussels have hair and everyone has a hairnet. Good thing we took a picture. Zoom into shrimp and mussel. I’m from New England Mussels don’t have hair lol. We even believe that they just took the hair out and returned the food. Absolutely incredible. If you make a mistake own it. Deny and you’ve lost all credibility. Stay away.

I’ve dined here multiple times, and the food and service have consistently been excellent. The servers and managers are always welcoming and genuinely attentive, demonstrating a true commitment to both their guests and the quality of their cuisine. This evening, we enjoyed the four-course meal with a wine pairing, and every dish exceeded expectations. If you appreciate authentic Italian cuisine, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

Google
A truly amazing Italian experience by an outstanding chef, and supporting team. The food is exquisite! We tried the Fritto Miso for appetizers, a risotto, and I had the carbonara as a main entree. Portions are great and still had some food leftover to take home. Desserts are also shareable and had a truly delicious crème brûlée. Wine selection is outstanding and the staff is knowledgeable on pairing options. Will highly recommend for celebrations and for a night out!

Wow! Had gotten takeout that was good. Went back for lunch right before Christmas at lunch for 3 of us. Had caprese, mussels and the special risotto. All were absolutely amazing. The tiramisu was a strong finish. Went back for dinner tonight which starts at 3pm. The bread is wonderful, warm and crispy throughout. Started with the caprese again and it was spectacular. The basil-infused EVOO is wonderful. Ordered the bolognese and changed pasta from rigatoni to pappardelle. The bolognese is all beef (preferred) and everything was perfect. The saffron risotto special with shrimp. The shrimp was halved and grilled in shell and was easy to separate. We added the chicken parm which was crispy and juicy. The sauce was tasty. We were all stuffed after wonderful dishes, but decided to split an order of cannoli. First bites were followed by more expletives than a Dice Clay/Eddie Murphy concert. ( in a good way ). After Boston North End trips and NJ shore ventures, it did not see possible to experience anything new. It is. Another pair was ordered for later. Oh, and today, all bottles of wine half price w a pasta dish. Service was amazing both trips, super-attentive with great recommendations. We will return! While not as posh as Al Posto Solito or Osteria Fiorello (Been to both multiple times), the food and service is better here. [update Sept 2024] Came in specifically for the lamb Osso Buco served over risotto. I can’t say enough about this dish. It was perfection. Could not be more satisfied. (Added pic)

Google
Amazing food, great service would absolutely recommend to anyone. I don't live on this side of town so when my family got hungry I remembered Atomic was close by and I had been meaning to try it. I'm very glad we did. Table bread was unique and delicious. The charcuterie was well put together with plenty to take home. We tried the short rib ravioli, carbonara, and pasta of the day which was a truffle and prosciutto pasta that was fantastic. The dessert special was a mango creme brulee that had us all wishing we had more room to have one each. Italian can be difficult but this restaurant makes it seem easy and when I find myself in summerlin we will definitely be back.

Google
I tried this restaurant for the first time on 22 Dec 2022, and I think around that time, the restaurant was still fairly new because there weren't a lot of customers in the restaurant...or perhaps it's because we went there on a Thursday evening and it was close to Christmas? Regardless, all I can remember is how excellent the food and service were during that visit and as a result, I made it a mission to return for round 2. Unfortunately, I didn't think it was going to take me nearly 15 months to revisit this restaurant...but, all that matters is I actually kept my word. My wife and I returned to this restaurant on 1 Mar 2024, ~ 6:45 pm, and I'll start by saying that everything was outstanding as I remembered it. When we walked in, we were greeted by probably one of the friendliest hostess I've experienced here in Las Vegas. She allowed us to be seated right away which was appreciated since we arrived significantly earlier than our reservation time. I didn't get her name but she had braces and was the only one working that front podium when we arrived. After we got seated, our server, Steven N., introduced himself with warmth and with such professionalism. He carefully explained all the daily special items, to include adding some personal touches to his explanation...meaning, he didn't sound robotic or monotone at all. Throughout the night, Steven maintained his efficiency and attentiveness, ensuring everything was good, yet, he balanced it well and didn't pester us like you experience at a car dealership or furniture store. We ordered the Filetto, Daily Special (Veal Chop), Wild Mushroom Soup with Lobster Meat (Soup of the Day), Crabmeat Bruschetta (Appetizer of the Day); and for dessert, the Vanilla Bourbon Cake (Daily Special). Everything, to include the dessert, was hands-down extraordinary...which should say a lot considering I don't enjoy dessert as much as others do. I've also attached a couple of pictures from our first visit (Cioppino and Pollo Marsala), but couldn't find the picture of our third entrée (which was the Ravioli). As I eluded to earlier, everything we've tasted at Aromi thus far, was remarkable. Overall, this restaurant is phenomenal; from the restaurant's décor, to the superb customer service, all the way to the high quality food. This business is one of those hidden gems that needs to be everywhere in the city, to include the Las Vegas strip. I appreciate the pseudo-seclusion with its current location - it's a lot quieter whenever I visit, but this place is way too good to only have one restaurant. Prices are very reasonable and they have a great wine selection which are affordable...unlike those other restaurants that mark up their bottles of wine by 125%. If you've never tried this place, then please make a reservation and head that way at the soonest - you won't be disappointed.

Google
Greeted and serverd with superior service. The atmosphere is relaxing with a color scheme that is bright, original, and comfortable. The food speaks for itself. This fine dining experience is unbeatable when paired with the classic and innovative palate of Chef German Castellanos. This Italian cuisine is prepared and executed at a high level. The portions are perfect and priced very reasonably. I will be returning soon.

Yelp
First visit...won't be our last. Fantastic! Food was superb. The mushroom ravioli with short rib was incredible. Pasta homemade! service was attentive and delightful... kudos to Susannah. Unassuming from the exterior yet a hidden gem.

Yelp
This place was incredible! From the moment we walked in I felt so welcomed. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Juan was the best! He was such a delight. We ordered the white rabbit Riesling which was outstanding. I got the carbonara and Scott got the spaghetti Neri. Both were incredible and full of flavor. I've had a lot of carbonara in my day and this was probably one of, if not the best. Very cute and romantic ambiance without feeling like it's "trying too hard" to be overly bouji. I think this is my new favorite restaurant and we've only been in Vegas 2 weeks! I can't wait to come back!

Yelp
I've been lucky enough to eat Italian food in Italy, New York, and Los Angeles, so I can say with confidence that Aromi in Las Vegas is up there with the best Italian food I've had in the world! My wife and I started with the rosemary bread that was crispy and delicious and a Caesar salad with dressing freshly made in house. We also split a tuna capriccio as a starter - the first time either of us tried the dish. The ahi tuna had great texture that reminded me of prosciutto and a cooling citrus taste that was refreshing on a hot spring evening. For our main courses, we split a healthy portion of branzino, as well as risotto with steak. The risotto was made with mushroom and spinach, which gave it an incredible, creamy texture. We also had the gnocchi pasta in vodka sauce, which I can only describe as perfect. The vodka sauce was creamy and the gnocchi were melt in your mouth tender. You don't even need to chew them! For dessert, we ended with the panna cotta and cannoli. The cannoli were the best I've ever had. The shells have that perfect amount of crunch, and unlike most cannoli, the shells held firm from bite to bite. Junior served our table and also acted as sommelier. He was very knowledgeable about wine and paired wines with each dish we ordered. Every wine is crisp, fresh, served at the perfect temperature and paired perfectly with its respective dish. One thing we both observed about Aromi is that it's not only a great restaurant, but a great community. We found ourselves having conversations with several regulars at the tables next to us (we so rarely strike up conversations with other diners). It's clear a lot of love and care is poured into this restaurant. It's not just a place of business, it's someone's passion. A rare quality for a restaurant that can be felt as soon as you walk in the door and taste with every bite. We look forward to returning to Aromi soon!

Yelp
Great restaurant off Lake Mead! Nice ambiance, great service and good food! Not sure why we haven't been here before but it's solid! Thank you for a lovely evening!

Yelp
We found this place on yelp while looking for Italian restaurants in Las Vegas. We made a very early reservation for 430 and were immediately seated. The waiter (who I believe said he was the chefs son), was very attentive and knowledgeable. He gave us the specials run down and offered suggestions for wine. We tried the calamari and special tricolore salad of the day. Both were good! I got the spaghetti carbonara which was great and my wife got the risotto special of the day. Again both entrees were amazing. But perhaps the best part of the meal was the pumpkin crème brûlée!!!! The tables inside were nicely spaced so you aren't sitting on top of each other, but it was a little strange having a two person table right at the entrance where people come in (glad we were not seated there).
google avatar

Mia G.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious! I've been looking for a good Italian restaurant that is in this area and I've found it! Our waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu and quick to answer any questions. The ravioli was divine only issue is there wasn't enough of it lol Will definitely be coming back.

Yelp
Came here for a friends birthday. Two of us got the special course with appetizer, pasta, main and dessert for $65 each. And the rest of us got a papardelle with wild boar ragu, risotto with sausage, red cabbage and red wine and a chicken parm. We also ordered a fried burrata and a calamari to share. First the complimentary bread was flat like a focaccia but not as airy but it was crusted with parmigiano cheese so it was very delicious. The appetizers that came with the course were burrata and octopus. Both were very delicious. Everything was made in house. The octopus was very tender and has a good char taste. The salad complemented the burrata very well with the balsamic vinegar. The calamari was good but just a good calamari. The fried burrata was interesting and delicious. It is exactly what you would wxpect of fried cheese. The pastas were all very good. The pasta were made in house too. Portion sizes were decent. I really liked the squid ink pasta, the sauce was cooked with seafood stock so full of the salty seafood umami. The mushroom ravioli was also very delicious. The sauce was creamy and decadent. The risotto was refreshing not super heavy. Since it had red cabbage so it was kind of bitter. The only complaint of the chicken parm was that it was small but it was yummy. The tomato sauce was very good. For the course, it came with lamb chop and veal parm and my friend who had the lamb chop loved it, said it was very tender and juicy. The dessert was good too, it was a refreshing not too sweet panna cotta and a creamy decadent chocolate cannoli. Overall, we had a good time since the servers were also friendly and it was very delicious.

Yelp
What a quaint little neighborhood gem! The food was great and our server Rachel was excellent. The two of us were there for 2hrs and never once felt rushed. We could barely decide on what to get, will definitely be back to try more things!
google avatar

Yelp
Just based on service alone, I will be back. The food is delicious, but all the servers/bartenders are so warm and inviting! It's not a surface level or fake nice that a lot of restaurants give you, they actually seem to enjoy their job and want to welcome you in, and serve you good food. As I was leaving, my server came over to me and said how nice it was to meet me and she'll see me next time...seriously, everyone feels like a friend here! The food was amazing. I did the classic caesar salad & spaghetti and meatballs to try the place out; it was absolutely delicious. The caesar was one of the best I've ever had. I can't wait to be back and try more on their menu!

Yelp
Junior was really nice in seating us. Really good energy, smiling and positive the entire time. We had a mishap and he helped fix it for us. Our server was horrible and ruined our experience. Thursday is supposed to be 50% off wine. We selected a $96 bottle. Server seemed super confused and said he would ask if it would be 50% off since it had a star next to it. He left and came back we asked him if it was 50% off and he said yes. It turned out he brought us a $126 bottle. At the end, when we said the amount was incorrect, he made a big deal about it, even though we spelled it out to him twice because he seemed so uncertain. Then he said we already drank it and had to pay for it. Bait and switch much? They need to number the wines so this doesn't happen to other people. Fried burrata - I would pass on this next time since it was basically a deep fried mozzarella stick. I ordered it because it sounded unique, but wouldn't recommend it. Carbonara - really good. One of the best I've ever had. Lamb chops- delicious and creative. They don't do anything for anniversaries here. $200 for dinner for 2. Casual ambiance.

Yelp
The absolute best Italian food and wine bar in town! The chef is AMAZING!! haven't had a bad thing here yet! Service is perfect! They actually remembered my wife and I from last time we came! The pasta is the freshest I've ever had! We're blessed this is actually on our side of town! It'll be our go to Italian restaurant!

Jim W.

Yelp
Just a horrible experience. Hair in food. Owner tells us it's from my daughtinlaw and insists I wanted a free meal. Picture of hair. Zoom into shrimp Pictures don't lie. But you do.

Yelp
Aromi Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar is located in Summerlin and I was told a second more casual location is soon to open. The Tables were arranged nice and neat and everything appeared to be very clean. They started us off with complimentary toasted rosemary bread bars with our choice of butter or oil. We picked oil....The bread was good but for my taste the oil was over seasoned. I tried the lunch Branzino. The fish came out with this amazing chatting crisp skin but didn't stay crisp because it sat in the sauce. It came with fancy carrots and tender crisp asparagus. It was reasonably good. My husband tried the mushroom ravioli with short rib. The raviolis were constructed well and the short rib was jiggly and tender. Our server was polite and efficient.
google avatar

Yelp
I had not had superb Italian pasta like this since I was in San Francisco . The flavor in my pasta sauce was divine and the meat was so tender . Came out piping hot like it's is supposed to. The cannolis were the best I've ever had! The perfect crunch and the filling was perfect . And the best Cannolis have the Pistachios . The staff is very kind and welcoming . I think the owner may have been there as well. Thank you for making my birthday a pleasant and delectable experience

Yelp
We came here to celebrate our anniversary. The service was good, but honestly, the food was just okay -- definitely overpriced for what it was. Overall, it didn't quite live up to the expectations and didn't feel worth the cost.
google avatar

Cynthia S.

Yelp
Was super excited to try this place especially because it's close to home. The food was SOOOO good. The service was AMAZING. From the bread to the dessert, was a 10. Can't wait to come in again

Yelp
Delicious! They had a special menu on the weekend we visited. The lobster cakes were an excellent appetizer. We ordered a special that was lobster wrapped in swordfish with white asparagus and pasta. Service was great and friendly. Recommend reservations.

Yelp
走错地址无意撞进来的一家宝藏餐厅,海鲜口感真的做的超级鲜嫩,招牌Cioppino的面包片无敌焦脆 What a gem!! Very nice Traditional Italian foods with contemporary twists.

Destiny H.

Yelp
Experienced this restaurant for the first time last week and enjoyed it very much. We have had Italian food all over the city of Las Vegas and the quality of the offerings here is second to none. My wife had the chicken Parmesan and I enjoyed the Parpadeli with wild boar Ragu. Perhaps not the most dramatic ambience but the food is truly extraordinary. We will definitely be back.
google avatar

Joyce C.

Yelp
Ambience is nice, place a little small, Service is really good. The food is delicious! We chose this place for our anniversary and because I was craving truffle pasta and it's really hard to get a place where they make this specific dish good.. The chef did not disappoint me , I'm inlove.. I finally found a go to place whenever I crave for truffle pasta.. Suzana H. helped us and she is amazing kudos to you! Thank you for making our day extra special!

Rommel S.

Yelp
Had family come over for the holiday's out of state and wanted to treat them to some non-chain real Italian restaurant. So of course we came to Aromi's. Made reservations for a party of 6 and was seated immediately as we were greeted with a warm hello at the door. Rachel was our server and she provided a great customer experience through her engagement and recommendations. A couple of us tried the Tour of Aromi Tasting and were not disappointed. It was a great way to try most of their favorite items. Of course will be back again soon!!
google avatar

Shivesh K.

Yelp
If anything qualifies as a "Neighborhood Gem", it is this spot right on the corner of Lake Mead and Rampart. This used to be the first location for Nittaya's, so there is a lot of good mojo at this place. From the moment you step inside, Aromi envelops you in warmth and authenticity. It's like enjoying an unfussy, unpretentious red sauce dinner in a cozy Italian trattoria in New York on a fall evening. The ambiance and decor set the stage for a relaxed meal. Recommendation for all diners to go for the daily specials if you can; trust the chef, he knows what he is doing. Service is attentive and very quick. I didn't partake in the wine bar offerings, but I do like that vibe.
google avatar

Angela S.

Yelp
Wow this local hidden gem deserves a 5 stars for Italian cuisine. I was invited by a friend who just googled this place. It was his first time as well. The menu is very Italian. You'll find maybe to be short menu but it has all you'll need Italian. Take your time reading it because you may be confuse about it. I wasn't too hungry for a big dish so I went with pizza. My friend, while I thought he was ordering salad, got lamb chops. Once he tried his lamb he goes like "you need to try this" ... oh my God, why didn't I order that !!!!! I didn't even want pizza anymore! Our server was great, Eba. Very friendly, happy and helpful. She says lamb chops are the number one dish there. Why didn't she say that before !!!! lol The place is small but pretty, clean and just very nice. We were the first ones at noon, then couple of more people got there for lunch. I'm sure dinner may require reservations. The bar looks very nice as well on the way out. I love staff that notice customers in or out and will pause to greet or say thank you. I'll definitely will be back for the lamb chops lol.

Yelp
I love coming here w my family. they are always super friendly & have a great wine selection that pairs well w their pastas. it's very laid back & everything is tasty
google avatar

Yelp
We have been to Aromi several times. Every dish has been delicious! The risotto is one of their specialties. Honestly, it's better than the Hell's Kitchen risotto. (please don't tell Gordon I said this!) The service is always efficient and friendly. Rachel is very nice and sang a melodious happy birthday to our son in law.
google avatar

Eth M.

Yelp
We stopped here and were so glad we did. We were greeted by a friendly smile from "Junior" and were surprised at how quaint and cozy the restaurant was. Even at the dinner hour, we didn't feel rushed. Our server Brenda was impeccable, and explained the dishes we were interested in. My sister ordered the spaghetti with meatballs and I asked for a pasta dish that was light on sauce. Brenda suggested the capellini pomodoro that I didn't see on the menu. Delicious! The house wine pairing was a vibrant Cabernet that went perfectly with my dish. To top it off, we ordered the gelato to share and it was the best end to our meal. If I was a local, I'd be a regular customer. I will remember Aromi next time I'm in town.
google avatar

Maria L.

Yelp
Taking over the old space Nittaya had, the aesthetic of a small wine bar still stands. Unfortunately the food did not. The gnocchi was alright and the ragu though palatable was made with cream and was not an authentic representation of the dish I know and love. The breadsticks tasted stale and there was way too much cheese and an off flavor to their chicken Parmesan.
google avatar

Darren G.

Yelp
I had the Porcino Gnocchi with lobster last and I have had the worst food poisoning. Literally having the worse case of diarrhea and than swapping over to throw up. Date of dining was Thursday April 3. I have tried contacting the restaurant, but no one seems to be picking up. I actually got through and informed the business and they were super kind and helpful however, I will not be dining there again.
google avatar

R K.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place. The yelp rating was very high and it's literally 3 minutes from the house. When we first walked in, it felt like you were walking into a retirement community dining room. I don't fault the restaurant for this... I suppose that's what happens when you're near Sun City. The food was very tasty but also very pricey. For the portions, you can get an equivalent meal at Nora's, Piero's or Ferraro's. We ordered the Fritto Misto, Caesar Salad, Butternut Squash Soup, Spaghetti & Meatballs and the Chicken Parm. All were very tasty. The two star deduction comes primarily for the service. The service was pleasant, but very lacking. My wife said she was ordering the soup for her entree, since she wasn't hungry... but they brought it out with the appetizers. We constantly had to ask for things that normally come on their own. When they brought out the Caesar Salad, we had to ask for fresh pepper. Don't most restaurants bring the grinder to the table? Same with the entrees. We had to ask for pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese after they dropped our orders, which meant we're waiting for them to bring it before we can start eating. I might order takeout from this place in the future, but don't think we'll be back for dinner.
google avatar

Sandie B.

Yelp
This is a true gem to encounter in Summerlin. Tucked away on Lake Mead and Rampart, the service is excellent, and the food is delicious. I recommend the pappardelle Cinghiale. The bread is probably one of the best I have had in Las. Vegas. This is truly a "MUST" do.
google avatar

Alex O.

Yelp
Incredible food! We spent about 6 weeks in Italy for our wedding and this was as close to authentic we've had. The staff were all extremely friendly and knew many of the guests by name. It's definitely a place worth going back! It wasn't too crowded and was easy to talk without feeling like everyone can hear you, but you also didn't feel like you needed to whisper. A great selection of wines as well. A perfect intimate date spot without feeling stuffed afterwards like many American-Italian places.
google avatar

Greg B.

Yelp
Service 5 star, atmosphere 5 star, food is a 10star. Osso bucco risotto was mouth watering. Eggplant parmigiana was among the best I ever had. Fritos miso perfect

Kaitlin S.

Yelp
Came here on a Wednesday night as part of a group, and we all ended up ordering the "Tour of Aromi tasting menu" and it was FANTASTIC. It's smaller servings of their most popular dishes on the menu and it's only available on Wednesday nights. It was a few dishes I wouldn't have tried otherwise but I'm so glad I did because everything was so delicious. Such a treat!! Our waitress was fun and very knowledgeable about the menu items, she really added to our experience. Would recommend!

Yelp
Came in on a Friday night and this place is truly a local spot. We ordered the burrata (regular with golden beets), pappardelle, and carbonara. All the dishes were tasty; my favorite being the carbonara. But nothing truly blew me away. That being said, I do think for the price point it is a little bit more expensive for what you get, at least for the pastas; I'll have to come back to try non pasta entrees. The staff were fantastic. Checked in on us and made our dinner experience great.

Yelp
Average pasta dishes - they were fine, but nothing I would come back for, and they were rather pricey. Service was spotty at best.

Yelp
Yelp Review 2023 #203: My friends and I had a reservation at Aromi for one of my many birthday dinners. The space is quite tight. It gets quite loud - including ourselves. This used to be Nittaya's. They have a simple menu, and a specials menu. For starters, we got a charcuterie board, and Fritto Misto. For our entrees, different pasta dishes. And finished with some desserts. Affetatti: Charcuterie board with house-baked flatbread and Itallan cheeses, mortadella, prosciutto, salami, green grapes, olives, and Granny Smith apple slices. 3/5 Fritto Misto: Deep-fried calamari, shrimp, asparagus, sautéed shishito pepper with lightly spicy marinara sauce on the side. The texture is grainy and mealy. The sauce was quite good. 3/5 Pasta of the Day (tagliatelle, garlic white wine sauce, pesto drizzle, prawns): A few of us ordered this. Layers of flavors from the garlic white wine sauce, and the pesto - yum! You get 3 pieces of shrimps (prawns are bigger) shell and tail on. 4/5 Spaghetti Carbonara: Pancetta, egg yolk, Parmigiano Reggiano. Creamy sauce on Al dente spaghetti. 4/5. Ravioli: Wild mushroom ravioli with short ribs and its own demi-glace. 4/5 Spaghetti Neri: Squid ink spaghetti with lobster, scallops in Arrabbiata sauce. Generous portions of seafood. Sauce was superb! 4.5/5 Other items ordered: Eggplant Parmigiana, Cannoli, Crème Brûlée, and Tiramisu. The service from our main server was pretty good. The lady that was clearing tables was too anxious to take our plates away even if we were clearly not done yet (still chewing, just resting the fork) who also ignored me when I asked for a box!

Yelp
We visited for lunch on Thursday with a party of three and it was a very nice experience. We arrived and were seated immediately, the dining area is large and very clean. The waitress took our drink orders right away. We started with a few appetizers; Agnello, Frito Misto, and a Caesars Salad. All were well prepared and very tasty. From there we ordered entrees; Branzino, Cioppino, and Ravioli. The entrees were fresh and delicious. The Cioppino was outstanding. The service was excellent. The waitress was prompt, personable, and professional. Overall, an excellent place for Italian fare.

Yelp
Loved x 3 the food; it was flavorful, unique and memorable. Server treated us well and it was a quaint and enjoyable meal. Admittedly, we felt the prices were very high. Other than the prices, we were happy and would return.

Yelp
A truly amazing Italian experience by an outstanding chef, and supporting team. The food is exquisite! We tried the Fritto Miso for appetizers, a risotto, and I had the carbonara as a main entree. Portions are great and still had some food leftover to take home. Desserts are also shareable and had a truly delicious crème brûlée. Wine selection is outstanding and the staff is knowledgeable on pairing options. Will highly recommend for celebrations and for a night out!

Yelp
Very nice restaurant with great food and super friendly staff (Sid & German). My favorite bite was the caprese. Not pictured- the 3 tiered chocolate mousse cake, which was very good.

Surprising hidden gem! The service was amazing! Rachel was so personable and just on it. The food was delicious and the variety of the menu makes you need a minute to truly be confident in your choice. I highly recommend trying this place. I can't wait to bring more people here!

Yelp
I truly couldn't say enough good things about this restaurant. I will start by saying I have been coming here since the first opened as I went to the Thai place that used to be there before. Since day one I have been blown away by flavor and cordial service. Back then I used to go a lot with my parents however now I celebrate birthdays and anniversaries and honestly anytime I can find a reason to celebrate the first place I want to go is here. The chef takes his time with each dish and I have never not only never had a bad dish but I've never had a dish here that didn't completely blow me away. Its one of those restaurants that gets you hooked on one really really good item that its hard to try something new. However every single time I do its my new favorite. One specific dish I really have to talk about is the "Bistecca" I've gone to tons of steakhouses before and I havent seemed to meet one chef who actually knows what medium rare looks like besides here. Since the first time I ordered it it was perfectly cooked all the way through not a single bite even a degree under or overdone. It is also served with demi glace, which if you've never had it go have it now because it truly is such a delicacy that adds so much to the dish. However, this is not all. I went back to get this steak I think 5 times since I first got it and every single time it has been fresh, perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned, and a supreme cut of meat infact id even say that its only gotten better each time. When I first had this steak I literally stayed up a night thinking about it, enthralled by its flavor. Its quite literally the reason I just now made my yelp account just to give this review. Ive expressed to the manager and head chef respectively in person how much dinner here means to me, and how respected I feel as a customer because I feel like I wanna blow my whole paycheck on eating out here everynight knowing for a fact it will always be the best i can get, but ill express it again just incase it inspires someone reading this to go here Aswell. This place to me truly feels like the epitome of a fancy restaurant, it makes me feel like im out to a treat and a nice meal. From the classic soothing jazz that always sits perfectly in the background to illuminate conversation. To the smiles and welcome servers that accompany Aromi. Every person here genuinely tries to get to know a little bit about you and you can see the passion in their eyes about the food you're getting. If I could tell any new customer one piece of advice when going to aromi it would be to get everything! It will show you what amazing tastes like, and it will show you what a fine dining experience should feel like and I know I will never settle for less. As a local of Vegas I'd put my neck on the line putting this restaurant against half the overpriced ones on the strip and I'm sure you wont be disappointed. If anyone from Aromi is reading this review you guys know me. Me and my mom come and sit at the window table quite frequently for happy hour and I truly wanted to thank you for the culinary experience you have gifted me many a time. I have been able to share my love of food as well as spark the flames of fine dining in people through dining at your restaurant, keep up the incredible work and i'll see you soon. I could've chose anywhere but I will continue to choose Aromi! Hunter Dobson

Yelp
Employees are super nice and constantly make sure you're enjoying everything! The food has been excellent each time we have visited the property. Restaurant is small, in size, but very clean, neat and cozy. Great food!

Yelp
What a cute lil place! Quaint, great energy, small business. They make you feel like family and I just love that in an Italian spot. Food was insanely scrumptious! The mozzarella used in the caprese is imported from Italy and you can tell...it just melted in my mouth like butter. Sooooo delish! We licked every plate CLEAN! Highly recommend!

Yelp
This was our first time here and we loved it! I must say that Rachel is a fantastic server! Very friendly and a ton of fun! We got a bottle of wine, which is half off with pasta dishes, which is a great value! The friti misto delicious. The lobster ravioli, which was the special for that night was very tasty! And the tiramisu was perfect. The only slight negative was that Antonio wasn't great, he had an attitude problem and when I asked him for a couple of things, he just totally ignored me. But, Rachel was awesome! We will be going again!

Yelp
My Grandma Diane had lunch with her friend at the new location earlier in the day and had such an amazing experience that she changed our dinner reservation to their other location for the evening. As soon as we walked in one of the owners immediately recognized my grandma from earlier at the other location and the waitress from there was also here and served us. Rachel was the sweetest most amazing server for us, she made our experience so special as we celebrated a special night. The vibe in this restaurant is just so welcoming, relaxing, and pleasant. Not to mention the food was just spectacular. We highly recommend dining here!

Yelp
Both the food and the service was amazing! Junior was super friendly and stopped by a couple of times to see how we were doing. We started with the burrata and it literally melted in your mouth. We then had the pappardelle and the ravioli and both were so delicious! The sauces for both were rich but with bright flavors that were perfectly balanced. There were so many other things on the menu that we wanted to try so we will definitely be back soon! Highly recommended!
