First time to go on a tasting menu here in Spain and I loved it!! It was a bit difficult to look for restaurants open on a Monday, so I was a bit unsure if this place will be just okay or not. It was a 50% birthday dinner surprise for Eric - just 50% because he had to drive us to the restaurant hahaha. I chose the complete menu, I thought it meant a drink was included. I didn’t except it literally meant 1 type of wine pair for each plate wow!! We started with the bread, then there was cod, and our top favorite which was the tomato tartare, then iberico, then octopus, sea bass, a huge beef rib, and ice cream. After the ice cream we were given sangria with some cinnamon to finish. 10/10 experience!!!

This is the most spectacular way to serve the food. Every bite in this place is a holiday for the mouth. The people here know how to make your presence unforgettable. I recommend this place for every food lover.

Great food but portions a bit small. Went for lunch and came out still a bit hungry but the food itself really tasty and well executed. Coffee quality could improve also.

I can't express how much I love this restaurant. In Castellon, it was hard for us to find something truly special—where the food is genuinely delicious and the service goes beyond just "take your food and go." I want to give special thanks to Hanna (Camellia). She was new to the restaurant when we visited, but her English was excellent and this impressed me a lot. She was attentive to details and helped us choose the best dishes. This was especially important to me because I was there with my mom and wanted her to have a great experience. Thanks to Hanna, she did. I hope her manager reads this feedback and acknowledges the fantastic job she’s doing! I will definitely come back to this place. It's now my favorite spot in Castellon!

I usually appreciate fine dining restaurants, but here I was a bit disappointed. I ordered the pig ear dumplings with prawns and they had too much ginger for my taste. For dessert I had the caramelized pear tatin, but it tasted not at all fresh, the mascarpone cream was hardened and slightly sour… Not even the waiters didn’t seem to be friendly, had the impression that they didn’t speak english so well, never asked if we enjoyed the food or anything related to our experience in the restaurant. With the locals at the table nearby they were different and even made suggestions for the dishes, but with us they had a rather cold attitude. One experience was enough here, I guess. Will not return. Not impressed at all.
