Atlanta Fish House & Grill - Review - SWAT - Atlanta - The Infatuation
"If the electric teal of this restaurant just off Campbellton Road doesn't catch your attention, the crowds in the parking lot will. People flock to Atlanta Fish House & Grill for giant styrofoam takeout containers filled to the brim with fried fish and crinkle fries. And they’re right to—even if the fries could use a little more seasoning, the lightly fried whiting reminds us of a summer fish fry party. To avoid the wait, order ahead of time online and then head straight to the drive-thru window to pick up your food.
Food Rundown
Fried Shrimp
These jumbo shrimp have a nice, light breading and enough salt to be satisfying. Dunk ‘em into the tartar sauce and you're good to go.
Fried Whiting & Fries
If you're stumped on which fried fish to go with, this is your answer—mainly because the portion feels more generous than the fried shrimp (size does matter). Each order comes with three large pieces of flaky whiting and crinkle fries, which could use some help in the seasoning department but are crunchy and golden brown nonetheless.

Fish Tacos
If you're craving good-enough fish tacos, that's what you'll get with these flour tortillas filled with fried white fish, lettuce, onion, a sprinkle cheese, and a heavy dose of the spicy hammerhead sauce.

Dirty Bird
We don't recommend skipping seafood here. But if you insist, order this buttery bun holding a thick piece of fried chicken, melty cheese, a dollop of mayo, and a tangy hot sauce that gives the sandwich some pep.
