"If the electric teal of this restaurant just off Campbellton Road doesn't catch your attention, the crowds in the parking lot will. People flock to Atlanta Fish House & Grill for giant styrofoam takeout containers filled to the brim with fried fish and crinkle fries. And they’re right to—even if the fries could use a little more seasoning, the lightly fried whiting reminds us of a summer fish fry party. To avoid the wait, order ahead of time online and then head straight to the drive-thru window to pick up your food. Food Rundown Fried Shrimp These jumbo shrimp have a nice, light breading and enough salt to be satisfying. Dunk ‘em into the tartar sauce and you're good to go. Fried Whiting & Fries If you're stumped on which fried fish to go with, this is your answer—mainly because the portion feels more generous than the fried shrimp (size does matter).
