The Best Sports Bars in Seattle

"This used to be called Atlas Kitchen and Lounge but in 2023 it changed ownership, location, and name, leading us to wonder, a la the Ship of Theseus, if this is still the same bar. At 60 seats this Climate Pledge–adjacent spot is cozier than some of the massive halls on this list, but it has a huge menu centered around drinking food. The wings are solid, but don’t miss out on the messy plates of meat and starch, including a loco moco plate and a rare-in-Seattle garbage plate." - Harry Cheadle, Eater Staff

"At this aptly named locale, even the individual booths have TVs. There’s also an extensive food menu from chef John Howie, including Ancho chili chicken quesadillas, nachos supreme, and crispy chicken gyoza." - Eater Staff

14 Destinations for Stellar Wings in Seattle

"This relaunched version of the Atlas Kitchen and Lounge (under new ownership) is heavy on the Upstate New York vibes — it’s one of the only places in Seattle to serve the delicacy known as a “garbage plate.” So no surprise the wings are a focal point here: There’s a dozen varieties, including three levels of heat for the Buffalo wings. Whatever you fancy, teriyaki ginger or garlic parmesan barbecue, the wings are meaty and fresh, just as God intended." - Eater Staff, Jade Yamazaki Stewart, Gabe Guarente

So we slid into Atlas as a party of four on a Sunday evening. We were on the hunt for wings! Oh boy did we come to the right place. The server/bartender recommended the wing platter. Comes with your choice of 4 flavors/28 wings, fries, tots, curly, or onion rings. So of course we go with that because that's what we came for. Teriyaki ginger, lemon pepper, Parmesan garlic, and buffalo 2nd degree. Onions rings and tots both very crispy. We also got some sauces on the side. Mango habanero, spicy BBQ, and spicy garlic. Everything we had tasted great. Food was prepared well. Arrived to table in a timely manner. Wings are big and juicy. We had drinks too. The server/bartender was cool and attentive. Kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Kept drinks full. It was NBA all-star weekend so we watched some of the events while we dined. Enough big screens to catch from any angle. Had a great time. Definitely recommend and definitely coming back to try more flavors!

I came to this restaurant because I wanted to try it out. It appeared to be very accessible to somebody who might be using a Mobility Aid which they are and I was quite impressed with that. The staff is friendly and the bartenders make a good drink. However, I had a couple of different experiences with the food. Refer to the pictures if you need to see them. On one occasion I ordered sliders and curly fries because it's one of the only places on the Block that serves curly fries and on another occasion I ordered wings. The sliders were great but the wings just the salt and pepper wings were the greasiest, grossest things I have ever put in my mouth. All I could taste was Grease not even the salt and pepper or the chicken. I don't recommend this place for their wings there are much better places for wings out there. One of the reasons I was given for so much grease was it was this clear sauce that they mix the jalapenos in... I don't buy it. I know wings are inherently unhealthy but they don't have to be a heart attack level unhealthy. Gross wings and good sliders.

Better hope you don't live near this place. They regularly have late night parties and DJ sets that go on til about 1:30a - 2:00a. Super awesome if you're bar-hopping and looking for a good time, not so awesome if you're trying to fall asleep. Really wish they'd close their doors and windows to keep the music inside, at least after a certain hour, anyway. Not even earplugs or noise machines will drown out the heavy bass shaking your walls. Super aggravating stuff. Been there twice and the food is alright. Drinks are great; had a delicious Kraken-themed cocktail that came with a gummy octopus in it. Pretty cute little detail. It's got a really nice atmosphere going on and doesn't feel suffocatingly "jock-y" like some other sports bars do. I'd love to try some more of their drinks, but my god. The loud music has kept me up so many nights that I refuse to come back on that principle alone.

Google
Yes! New, awesome sports bar, Atlas Sports & Spirits! They are known for their chicken, wings, and boy do they not disappoint! We ordered a sample platter (thinking that most of the time when we order wings they are on the relatively smaller side). These wings are super meaty, and we definitely had plenty of leftovers to take to-go have a second meal at home. There is a another sports bar around here that I thought had the best wings, but I definitely have a new favorite now! You can get a mix and match of different wing flavors, and there are quite a number to choose from. The Parmesan Garlic was definitely a favorite, but we also tried Buffalo Spicy Level 2 and Adam & Eve, and loved them both. Not exactly sure what spices go into seasoning an Adam & Eve, but it was a spiced dry rub style. This place is the perfect location for having a drink and some food before and after any event at Climate Pledge Arena or the Seattle Center. They also have a ton of TVs set up for you to watch basically any game. This has a definite sports vibe, for all you Seahawks, Kraken, Sounders, and Storm fans. They also have a pretty cool mural on the outside of the building featuring sports teams that play/played in the Queen Anne area! When we came in, we waited to be seated, and then our orders were taken at the table. The staff came to check on us a couple times to make sure everything was going great and we had what we needed. We're excited to come back and try other food options, but definitely to eat more wings and have drinks before heading to a Kraken game!

Google
This was a nice surprise. We were looking for a place to grab a bite before the Tim McGraw concert and found this gem of a place. The service was awesome, even with it being a packed house. With all the games on their TVs, they still manage to put on a channel for a couple kids to watch. Now for the food. It was unique and amazing. We got the NY Garbage Fries. Don't let the name deter you, they were delicious. Our server, Marco was the best. He was very attentive to all his patrons.

This spot is great. No complaints. Everyone is chill and the pre-funk and vibes are solid. Sports always on. Karaoke is awesome. Crowd is dope.

Google
Atlas is a sports bar about 2 blocks north of Climate Pledge Arena. Parking in this area is always awful so you're probably walking. Inside they have about 2 dozen tables and about 6 seats at the bar. They have a bunch of TVs always playing sports, an arcade machine and a Nintendo Switch that you can play. The staff here are awesome, always super helpful and running around to make sure you get what you need, even if there's a mistake somehow. The menu is a good size, but prices are low for the big portions you get. This is an ideal place to go before any event during the week, although weekends it gets packed.

Google
Amazing atmosphere and the best wings I’ve had in Seattle, I would have taken a photo but I wolfed them down too quickly, even though I wasn’t even hungry . I am definitely excited to watch sports games here later.

Yelp
Kind of was in the area searching for a spot to watch some football and grab a bite. Service was awesome, super friendly staff with great recs. You can play video games at the bar. Grabbed wings and some things off the brunch menu and the food was good. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
Came here on a Sunday to watch the SEA v Bills game and was so sorely disappointed that even if my team had won this experience would have soured the win. The wings level 3 rub tasted like spicy and sweet mexican candy rub. The mango habanero tasted like they poured mango jello mixed with habanero syrup on them. Not only did the waitress, big girl with curly hair, mostly ignored our table over the 2-top behind us that came in 10mins after us, when we asked if we could change it out she said something along the lines of "We don't do exchanges but I can put in another order". What kind of food establishment responds like this to a first time patron? Like we were to blame for not knowing the wings were the most disappointing thing, and the customer service half a point second to them.

Yelp
Really want this to be our favorite place at Seattle Center because it is soooo convenient and the wings are wonderful. We had a good experience the first time. They were slammed so we expected slower service. The wings were excellent. So, we came back before an event at CPA. We found a seat, ordered drinks pretty quickly, then food when the beers were delivered.... And we waited.... And waited... the waiter/bartender/conversationalist did not venture to our side of the room in FOREVER. Hubs had to go to the bar to order our next round of beers. Still no food. Finally flagged down the dude in charge, maybe the owner?, anyway... we inquired about our wings and fries... "Let me check"... the order never got put in. Arrrrrgh. Mr Personality came back to confirm it was 5 wings...NO! It was a full order and we are STARVING. He wants to chat us up - we want him to get our food going. They gave us 1/2 off our bill, so that was great, but, jeez, just worry about the business first then chatting us up after we are happy. Is there such a thing as being toooo friendly??? Kind of like "All hat, no cattle." Our wings and fries arrived and were delicious. Highly recommend the lemon pepper wings and Greek fries. Mr Happy popped over and asked if we would like to cash out (though we would have ordered another beer had he asked!), so we said yes. ... and we wait.... It has been almost 15 minutes since he asked.... He's been happily chatting with folks and mixing drinks..... Seven TV's and able to get all the NFL games, so that's a plus. Also, the disinfectant they use to wipe the tables is NAUSEATING.

Yelp
Stumbled up upon here after leaving Seattle center and rushing to find a place that had Sunday football games on. Walked there and the street looked pretty narrow but it didn't stop a good amount of foot traffic in and out. Plenty of seats and tvs to see every game that was on at the moment. I got the blt which came out pretty quick and was really good, hadn't had one in forever I wish i got the lady's name who handled the bar and was the waiter for everyone. She also recommended me a bomb cookie acrosss the st knowing i was a tourist. Never asked me or urged me to order more while sitting there watching the whole game.

Yelp
Atlas! Where have you been all my life?! This is the pre-game spot Climate Pledge and QA have needed forever! Tons of TVs for all of your sports viewing needs, $4 Rainier bottles (puzzle caps!), and wings!! Legit, large, crispy wings! I was so full after eating five they were so huge! I got the Spicy Garlic (4 on their spice scale which I believe is 1-5). I'd call them more of a 3 than a 4 but the flavor was really nice. My buddy got the Nashville Hot Dry rub (1 on the scale) and they had sort of a "sweet heat" flavor going on. The customer service was really top notch, despite being super busy pre-Kraken game. Pros Delicious wings Great beers, full bar, very reasonable prices Kids are allowed Proximity to Climate Pledge Super friendly service Cons Really none! I only wish the venue was larger!

Yelp
Slow service but great wings! Great for pre-concert/event at Climate Pledge. Will come back.

Yelp
Stella was absolutely amazing. The food portions are huge for the "small" size but so good. The prices can't be beat. Will absolutely be back.

Yelp
Great experience here last night. Service, food and ambience were all a hit! Casual sports bar with an impressive menu and good music! Even had a TV hooked up for Mario cart. Sliders and wings are a must and they give you healthy cocktail pours. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Irene was awesome! 4 Florida tourists killing time before dinner with family and she made us some great happy hour drinks, 2 Atlas margaritas & 1 mojito. The energy is great and we beat the game time crowd. There was a happy hour light bites menu too.

Yelp
Was in mood for wings and yelp recommended so i came here and i must say the experience here has a neighborhood bar vibe. Bartenders are very friendly and people sitting at the bar can easily chat with their neighbors and i definitely appreciated it. The wings here are amazing. They were ginormous. I had the juicy lucy a couple days ago and it was okay first couple bites, but towards the end the jalapeno flavor kicked in (wasn't spicy). Definitely glad I went here. Hopefully its here when I come back to Seattle.

Yelp
Seriously. This place is awesome. Came in just to catch a ball game, but the staff was so friendly and accommodating we came back a second time. It was so refreshing to have such good customer service, I can't recommend this place enough. Bloody Mary's were great and the spicy garlic wings were delicious - the switch set up at the bar was so fun with old school games.

Yelp
Found this spot visiting Seattle for my lil sister wedding and it was so amazing and food was so dam great service she was the only person running this spot and did so amazing. Thank you for the service and great time Irene u need a raise girl..

Yelp
I have been Sooo excited for this place to open! I finally made it in yesterday about 3pm and it did Not disappoint! The Calamari with aioli was Delicious! We had the Seattle and Angus beef sliders. Holy smokes!! Both were amazing and we couldn't decide which we liked best! I can't Wait to try the wings. Our server was Wonderful! She was kind, visited back at the right moments and was nothing short of a delight. The menu made me want to try it all. There were Many tv's for sports games and we were offered to change one to any game we wanted to watch. We didn't mind to watch a game but it was fun to see that and one was changed for people to play Tetris. Will 100% be back!! Give it a try!

Yelp
If I could put a 10 out of 5 I would. My daughter & I are not from the Seattle area & came to the closest place for the fights. Everything from start to finish was great, the servers even got creative & started making random fun non alcoholic drinks. Great experience! Will come back again & definitely recommend.

Jillian R.

Yelp
Whoever is the bartender on Wednesday nights is slow and distracted and unapologetic. After two experiences, and approaching him multiple times to take/get attention to us, he continued to chat up his friends and not take attention to others in the bar. Very inefficient and blamed being the only bartender as his excuse for the long delays. Love atlas as a bar and for the neighborhood. This guy makes it mid.

Jessie B.

Yelp
decent vibes for a sports bar, love the proximity to stadiums nearby, but not sure why a few beers and wings was $100. I'd recommend if you're heading to an event after, but to watch a normal game there are sports bars in seattle with better value.

Ruth F.

Yelp
Very welcoming place. Bartender was amazing. Priced relatively inexpensive compared to other places nearby! Known for their wings and the wings definitely live up to their reputation. Had to try angus sliders with cream cheese. Amazing!
google avatar

Sophie T.

Yelp
Amazing food, drinks and service. Stella and Loren are the best bartenders in town and never disappoint on a great cocktail. I will keep coming back here again and again and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the seattle area. Great location to the climate pledge!
google avatar

Klaus R.

Yelp
We hit the Atlas before a Kraken game and were impressed by how kind and welcoming the staff was, especially considering that it was packed. There wasn't a seat available in the house, but it wasn't hectic. One of the gentlemen came around from the bar to welcome us and take our order. We had the Chicken lettuce Wraps and the Greek Fries, and both were delicious. We eventually got a table and were able to finish in plenty of time to make the game. Could not recommend more.
google avatar

Joe P.

Yelp
Definitely a place to visit!! Great food and good energy!! Servers and bar staff are amazing. We drive up from Tacoma to have dinner and drinks. If you by climate pledge stop by for drinks and food!!

Yelp
Great new sports bar in Queen Anne! Being from the east coast I've been pretty underwhelmed by the lack of sports bars in Seattle. Atlas changed that for me - I was really excited to come here after it was recommended by a coworker who lives nearby, and am happy to say that it exceeded my expectations. The service was awesome; there were so many tvs and the staff were gracious enough to put on the game I was looking to watch. Shout out to Lisa and Marco for going out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable! Make sure to order the wings and curly fries. My only recommendation would be to add more beer on draft, but regardless will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you again!

Sasha R.

Yelp
This new sports bar is AWESOME! Food (especially the wings, a must try) is delicious and served late night! Staff is friendly and they remember your name! Will definitely be frequenting here.

Mary S.

Yelp
First time we went to this place, but we loved it! They moved from a site a few blocks away, we were informed. The drinks were well done. I asked for a drink that didn't taste like alcohol( I maybe have 3 drinks a year). And was given a "frozee"(sp) rose" and vodka turned into a slushie. Wow! Super tasty. For food there were so many good choices it was hard to pick. My husband got sliders with bacon, I got a grilled BLT with avocado. They both came with a choice of sides. Also, We are both senior citizens, high risk even with vaccines to covid, and they opened a huge front window next to our table, so we were "eating outside"!! Great service, great food with big portions. We'll be having leftovers tonight. Tasty drinks. First time we've eaten out since covid, and it was splendid all around. Also modest prices. Highly recommend
