"The Fareground, Austin’s take on a modern food hall, functions mostly as a hub for nearby office workers to grab a quick lunch between Zoom calls. But it does have a few spots worth a detour, like Austin Rotisserie. The French counter-service bistro specializes in chicken slow-cooked on horizontal spits that sit just a few feet behind the register. Poultry is available in quarter-bird increments, or in sandwiches, bowls, and salads. Perfectly seasoned rotisserie w/ delicious potatoes (tastes like they might use some of the chicken fat to season ;). Love the baked bread and the fact that they use French flour so it doesn’t bother my gluten allergy. The staff working has always been super happy and friendly. We love that they’re in the bouldin area now!

Austin Rotisserie Food Truck delivers an exceptional French-inspired culinary experience that's a true gem in Austin. The rotisserie chicken is tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, capturing the essence of traditional French cuisine. The imported baguettes are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, making each bite a delighting would strongly suggest extra salsa verde as that is made in house. Beyond their food truck, they also have a spot inside Fareground, offering the same high-quality dishes in a convenient, upscale setting. Whether you're at the truck or at Fareground, Austin Rotisserie is a must-try for anyone craving authentic French flavors. Highly recommended!

Honestly the food was great! (As always) and the staff was so nice. Honestly just a great vibe overall very quick service and the quality of the ingredients is excellent.
