But it does have a few spots worth a detour, like Austin Rotisserie. The French counter-service bistro specializes in chicken slow-cooked on horizontal spits that sit just a few feet behind the register. Poultry is available in quarter-bird increments, or in sandwiches, bowls, and salads.
