9 Best Brunch Places in Savannah

"B. Matthews Eatery has all the hallmarks of a modern bistro, with exposed brick walls, dark wood, and striking modern art. The shrimp and grits are the real draw here; they're served with green onions, tasso ham, and red-eye gravy. The fried green tomato Benedict is also another welcome deviation from the classics, with the mixed greens and goat cheese on a homemade biscuit delivering a tangy bite. There are regular egg dishes, of course, but among the other standouts are the indulgent salmon avocado toast and the chicken salad sandwich with apples and pecans." - Paul Oswell

Very popular, but not sure I understand the hype. Maybe my expectations were too high? Eloquent and quaint atmosphere. Shrimp N Grits 🍤- 7/10: small shrimp, grits we a bit gummy, sauce had a great taste. Double rye drink special - 10/10: fab! Jalapeño Bacon Burger 🌶- 7/10: cooked medium perfectly, bun was fresh. Flavors just didn't pop. Collards: 7/10 - cooked al'dente. Decent flavor Drop Biscuits - very popular, but dry. Berry compote was nice. Tart and fresh. No military discount offered. Don't forget to leave me a ❤️! #ShrimpandGrits, #SouthernEats

We had a very nice brunch here. The atmosphere was very inviting. The food was really tasty too. We had the blueberry biscuits appetizer - they melted in your mouth and were quite yummy. Drinks were also quite tasty. The Gas-lit Mary that I even liked and I don't like bloody Mary's, and a Rochester Coffee ... very delicious. Our entree was the Chicken 'N Biscuit with eggs and grits - yum! Very nice time with great food, drinks and service.

I had such a great experience at B. Matthew’s Eatery! I ordered the shrimp and grits with collard greens and tomatoes, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned and so comforting. The real standout was the blueberry biscuit with orange glaze—sweet, bright, and one of the best treats I’ve had in a while. Even the coffee was smooth and rich, and I have to say, they take care with the small things too—the water was crisp and refreshing. Fun fact 🤔🤔 1) It’s housed in a beautifully restored late 1700’s building that is said to have once been one of Savannah’s earliest taverns. 2) In the basement, there are stories of iron rings attached to the walls and a long-sealed tunnel that may have once led to the Savannah River.

Google
B. Matthew’s did NOT disappoint! The biscuits were warm, fluffy, and the perfect start. I ordered the catch of the day (halibut) which was fresh and beautifully seasoned, alongside the seasonal risotto topped with a Cajun chicken breast. ALL absolutely top tier. The flavors were bold yet balanced, and every bite felt thoughtfully prepared. Between the welcoming service and incredible food, this is a must-visit spot in Savannah!

Google
Very nice bartender. The fried chicken and biscuit were fantastic - flavorful, fresh and hot. The chicken was perfectly tender, the breakfast potatoes lightly crispy. The gravy was thick but not overly so. The mimosa was strong, $10. I was served instantly - shockingly fast, within 5 mins of ordering. Highly recommended.

B. Matthew’s Eatery was fantastic! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We loved the cozy atmosphere and the friendly, attentive service. Everything we ordered came out perfectly — you can really tell they care about quality. A definite must-visit when in Savannah!

Google
This was a delicious stop for a late lunch in Savannah. We weren't feeling overly hungry, but we knew we needed to eat something, so we ordered off their starter menu. We had sangria, fried green tomatoes, orange blueberry biscuits, and the cheese plate. We were hungrier than we thought because we devoured every bite.

Google
We've eaten here many times over the past year, the sweet hostess always remembers us. The food is amazing and always worth the wait, though you can usually grab an outside table for no wait time at all which is what we did today. We've personally had the veggie scramble (my FAVORITE) and I always add a side of their gravy for the biscuit 🤤, the French toast (also absolutely amazing!), and the Benedict (forgot the exact name) which is also delicious. I doubt you could go wrong with anything on their menu, especially for breakfast/brunch. We've never experienced their dinner menu, but I bet its great too! Here is my breakfast from this morning!

Yelp
Our last meal in Savannah for St. Paddy's weekend found us enjoying breakfast at B Matthew's Eatery that had a very stylish interior with dark walls and southern hospitality, combined with good eats. I ordered the Chicken N' Biscuit that comprised southern-fried chicken, house-made pimento cheese, homemade buttermilk biscuit, topped with choice of gravy, which I chose the sausage gravy. While I had recently gone gluten free, I bravely chose this dish, which was yummy, but I was full for the next eight hours. Incredibly tasty and satisfying, which I enjoyed the Chicken 'N Biscuit with a side of bacon and iced coffee.

Yelp
I have always heard great things about this place. Well, my friends and yelp reviewers did not let me down! This was a great brunch experience. We did not have reservations, but got right in at 10am on a Sunday. Service was spectacular. This is a super cool space with a great ambiance. Fancy and relaxed at the same time. The food was phenomenal. I had the chicken biscuit. The flavors together were amazing! My wife got the breakfast wrap. It was very tasty also. The breakfast potatoes were really crispy, hot and yummy. All together this was a great experience. I cannot wait to come back!

Yelp
When I say one of the BEST shrimp and grits I've had, and I've had quite few I'm not over exaggerating! Literally bowl liking greatness! Wish I had more, honestly! We had to wait a little bit but worth the wait, and had to find street parking. The ambiance felt very Savannah and it was just right! This place is a winner! Would recommend!

Yelp
Came here for a large group dinner! We had reservations beforehand so we were seated pretty quickly. The server did a pretty good job with the big group. We were all able to pay for our meals separately. I ordered the catch of the day which was swordfish. The fish was cooked perfectly! The veggies that came with it were a little disappointing. They tasted like they were just frozen veggies and the sauce was a little salty. But the fish was delicious and it was a fair price ~$28. The drinks were good and a normal price ~$13 for a cocktail. Overall a nice meal that was able to seat a big group.

Yelp
The Food was good. Next time I'll tell them to hold the goat cheese as I didn't think it was a good mix with the Eggs Benedict. The coffee drink was WAYYY over priced at 13$ nothing special about it, crappy coffee with some alcohol mixed in, not worth the price IMO. Atmosphere was nice. Service was good.

Yelp
Yes yes yes. This was my first stop after landing in Savannah and no other restaurant has been able to compete with the yummy fried green tomatoes from B Matthews. Friends were in love with the bloody Mary's and my white sangria special was great too. But the real star of the show for me was the southern fried chicken in a biscuit with gravy and pimento cheese. Seriously, one of the highlights from the whole trip.
google avatar

Yelp
Space is very cute, with exposed brick and industrial feel. Well lit and not too busy at brunch - we had no wait! Food was decent, the texas omelette was very good and tasted similar to a philly cheese steak. The chicken biscuit with pimento cheese was okay, the biscuit was very dry though. Potatoes were well seasoned. They have a great cocktail menu for brunch as well, I had a delicious bloody mary and my partner a "whiskey before breakfast" which was yummy too. Our waitress was nice as well, however, it felt quite rushed. 7.5/10 Overall.

Yelp
First, Absolutely love the old building. We ate here initially out of convenience as it was right near our hotel. We quickly realized though that this would have been a restaurant worth driving across Savannah for! Service was impeccable. My wife had the Fried Green Tomato and Crab Cake Benny and she said it was one of the best Benedict's she has ever had. I did their Lamp Post combo and enjoyed every bite. Plan accordingly as this place fills up quick! We just happened to walk in on a less than normal busy day. Highly recommend!

Yelp
We had a 5:30 reservation at B. Matthew's after a day of sightseeing around Savannah. We were quickly seated on arrival and got drinks and food ordered. Several of us had the Fish and Chips and it was excellent! Lots of handcut fries to share as well with the rest of our group.

Yelp
Great food, amazing service and a comforting atmosphere. Came here for a holiday breakfast brunch with my lady and baby. We made reservations through OpenTable a couple weeks in advance and it was just perfect. Kid friendly and baby friendly for our trio. We checked in and were seated immediately. They even accommodated us with a high chair for the baby and we had a delicious, delectable eating experience. They do gift cards as well and they thru the holiday season they will even add on $5 for each $20 increment. Highly recommend stopping by B Matthews - it has become a bit of a tradition when we visit Savannah now to stop by B Matthews. One taste of their amazing food and you'll understand why.

Yelp
B Matthew's is the place to go for a good Savannah breakfast. I normally come when I'm in town. My visits have been on Sundays. I expected a long wait due to traffic from nearby church-goers and tourists but my recent visit earlier this month had no wait. I was seated promptly. My service experience was good both times. It can be hit-or-miss depending on how busy the restaurant is. The food is what makes this spot worth coming back. I am very satisfied with my two brunch visits and look forward to my next one. My favorite dishes are attached to this review.

Yelp
A late morning brunch. Charming restaurant with a nice mellow feel. Prompt and friendly service. Decided on the Bay Street Scramble and it only took a few minutes to show up. Lovely fresh ingredients, and a nice biscuit included. I wish they served the biscuit on the side however, easier to slice and enjoy. Food was great. Service was exceptional. Thanks AJ! Will be back to try some more delightful offerings.

Yelp
Coconut Cake is the absolute Best !!! However it's not been in as often as in early portion of the 2023 year. So sad... Tonight however we stopped in to pick up to go Pumpkin Cake and Goat Cheese Cheese Cake.
google avatar

Yelp
This review is for dinner. And I think that is where we made a mistake is the timing of our visit. The brunch reviews are great, we should have come earlier in the day. I debated between a three and four star as everything beyond the food was great. The restaurant is lovely, modern Southern, clean, dark wood, and exposed brick walls. The service was five stars, our server was sweet and completely on top of the table. The drinks were good as well and they had a nice cocktail list. I just wish I like the food better. There wasn't anything that was bad, everything was good-average or a bit boring. Next time, back for brunch.

Yelp
Delicious, quick breakfast walking distance from the riverwalk. Friendly staff, good music. Definitely make a reservation ahead of time if you can, very busy.

Yelp
B. Matthew's is such a cute vibe. My family and I visited Savanna and stumbled upon this restaurant. It's best to make reservations, we didn't but it was worth the wait. Food was amazing and everyone from my 9 year old to my picky teen, myself and husband agreed. Our waitress was amazing and attentive. She noticed my husband left the restaurant with our 6 month old and asked if she can take his food back to keep warm. So kind

Yelp
We visited B Matthew's for brunch before we all went our separate ways after celebrating my best friend's bachelorette. It was a great way to finish our weekend! There was some confusion around reservations. They don't take reservations (at least for brunch), but you CAN call ahead and get on a waiting list, which is what we wound up doing since we knew it'd be busy anyway and we had a fairly large party of 7 coming. It only took about 30 minutes for our table to be ready, which I didn't think was bad at all for around 11 AM on a Sunday. The space is bright and modern and feels very inviting and spacious. The acoustics are good so it's not hard to hear each other even when the restaurant is busy. Service was excellent, from the friendly and personable host to our sweet, energetic, and hardworking waitress. Our glasses were never empty and our food came out fast. She was kind enough to offer to split our tab for us, which really helped ease the burden of trying to settle debts in the aftermath! I was pleased to have my sweet tea to drink. The few people who got cocktails enjoyed their mimosas and their whiskey and coffee. I took a sip of the latter and it was good -- not very sweet, and a pretty strong drink. Overall, the food was super yummy and really pretty affordable (affordable = kind of unusual in Savannah, or so we found, lol!). I didn't keep track of what everyone got, but I know we got two crab benedicts (folks who had it seemed very happy), some kind of biscuits with sausage gravy, some kind of veggie scramble, and more. I got the spicy jalapeño breakfast wrap with no tomatoes and breakfast potatoes as my side. Overall, it was great! The breakfast potatoes were cooked perfectly and well-seasoned. I enjoyed them plain or dipped in ketchup. My wrap was stuffed with goodies and the scrambled eggs were cooked to my liking. My only complaints are very minor. First, there was a little too much avocado for my preference in some bites (made it a little mushy), and second, I didn't actually think it was very spicy, despite the jalapeños and pepperjack cheese. Fortunately, I remedied that myself by applying some of the Texas Pete sriracha (didn't know that was a thing but turns out it's delicious!) I found stocked on the table. Overall, I'd definitely order the wrap again. It was filling, affordable, tasty, and didn't leave me feeling heavy and sluggish, which I was very thankful for on the drive out of town. Thanks for a great farewell brunch!

Yelp
Nice casual spot for breakfast or lunch! Seated right away - friendly service - good food. Hubby had the avocado toast with blackened salmon and he devoured it! My scramble bowl was loaded with crispy tators, onions, peppers, and mushrooms! It was only about a 7 min walk from our Airbnb so convenient too!
google avatar

Yelp
A nice place for breakfast/brunch in Savannah's historic district. If you like old buildings the dining space might be as good (or better) than the menu. There is a lot to look at in the details of this old southern home turned dining establishment. Our server (AJ) was great, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our breakfasts. I had The Lamppost and substituted fruit for grits (sorry, this northern girl just doesn't get the love of grits) My eggs were cooked perfectly, the potatoes were very good and you could tell the biscuit was homemade. My husband had the Fried Green Tomato Crab Benedict, which he said was also very good. If you are in Savannah, check them out.
google avatar

Omaira L.

Yelp
Still one of my favorite breakfast spots in downtown Savannah! Excellent service and food.
google avatar

Typhanie B.

Yelp
B. Matthews is one of my ultimate breakfast spots in Savannah. The ambiance is great, whether you dine indoors or street side. You get a side view of Bay Street, nice for soaking up some sun and people watching, when dining outside. Service is great, all of our food came out in great timing, as well as our cocktails. Notable mentions: The potatoes where crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. The turkey sausage is made on site, and super delicious. The biscuits are amazing! The cheese grits with the onions and tomatoes on top are perfectly creamy. The fried green tomatoes are all that! The cocktails are dynamite!
google avatar

Michael P.

Yelp
We had made reservations a few weeks in advance, but ended up seated by the front door under some steps. We were also seated next to a rather obnoxious patron, which didn't help improve the experience. The food was okay, nothing spectacular or worth coming back for. Overall, I'd have expected a better seating location with reservations. It felt like we were just tucked in someplace at the last minute, and the staff didn't greet us and weren't helpful overall. Edit after B. Matthews Manager comment: I find is hard to believe that someone would request to be seated in a position where feet are near your head while you are eating.
google avatar

Amy M.

Yelp
Southern cooking at its finest! Great prices that match the portion size (just enough food to feel satisfied). The crabby benedict was the best with the fried green tomatoes and homemade biscuits - a must get! The grits are to die for! I ordered a second bowl because I loved them so much! Exposed brick, industrial feel, and in a great location makes this a must visit for brunch or dinner. Service was top notch and very attentive! Overall a great brunch experience. Will be back the next time in Savannah.
google avatar

Yelp
The Mr. and I had breakfast here on our last day together in Savannah. He ordered the shrimp and grits + a Bloody Mary. I took a sip and they didn't scrimp on the alcohol on that one. He enjoyed both very much. I had coffee and the 'lamp post' which had more food then I could eat. 2 eggs, bacon (3 big pieces), fried potatoes, a biscuit, and grits. I ate what I could, the Mr. ate some too, and we still left some food on my plate. I really enjoyed the grits. I liked the way they had butter, cheese, and green onions. I love anything with green onions. Our server was efficient and the atmosphere was pleasant. This is a solid choice for brunch or dinner.
google avatar

Sheryl W.

Yelp
Quaint spot right on Bay St. We were greeted by friendly staff and Nathaniel was an excellent server. Nice choice of beer, wine and spirits. I had the salmon which was cooked exactly how I wanted and my friend had the chicken pot pie. Both very tasty and filling. Nathaniel said they are a good brunch place too.
google avatar

Michael P.

Yelp
Came here for breakfast last weekend while in Savannah. Def recommend getting a reservation this place was pretty busy. Very cool southern home style vibe made our breakfast experience welcoming. Our waitress greeted us quickly, told us about specials, gave great recommendations on the menu, and was very tentative to us. Started off with the Hot Mary bloody and my wife got a mimosa. For our main courses my wife ordered the Classic Breakfast and I got the Fried Green Tomato & Crab Cake Benny. Her biscuits with the homemade gravy was very good but the benedict stole the show for me it was so full of flavor and very delicious. I definitely recommend this if you come here for breakfast or brunch. Overall awesome spot and I will definitely come back and visit next time I come to town.
google avatar

Yelp
We had a wonderful dinner last night. The three of us all loved our entrees and our appetizer. Service was great too. Possibly the best meal we had the entire week - definitely the best priced meal! We'll definitely be back!
google avatar

Dazziyah M.

Yelp
This place was nice! The service was good and our waiter was very nice. The inside was pretty and just gave a very casual vibe. For the food, I loved all of it. The only problem is that my friend food and my food came out room temperature. We did wish it was hotter. We both got a chicken sandwich. I did not get the cheese and gravy on top. I substituted it for jelly on the side. I did prefer it instead of the gravy on top. I was not a fan of the gravy. Over the chicken was really good on the biscuit... or bread. I can't remember what it was. The grits were very lumpy, but I love my grits like that.. and any other way haha, my friend was not a fan. She likes hers very smooth. The mimosas were so good too! Overall I'd definitely go back.
google avatar

Deb M.

Yelp
What a nice surprise! We sat upstairs in a small dining room area which was much quieter than downstairs. Megan our server was amazing, besides being extremely knowledgeable about the food. I had the short ribs on bed of mashed sweet potatoes I ate it all! Hubby had the burger and someone else had the salmon which was also fabulous! Loved this restaurant and we ll be back
google avatar

Gayle P.

Yelp
Cute restaurant and the shrimp and grits were good. Some food was hit and miss. But I liked the charm of the restaurant.

Whitley S.

Yelp
Heads up you can make a reservation here and then have it canceled if someone more important comes along or decides to buy out the restaurant. Came for a bachelorette night and then they changed our reservation and told us we were not able to come because it was bought out at 9pm. We would have had an hour and a half to eat and would have been fine but did not have the opportunity to.
google avatar

Miranda C.

Yelp
Cool restaurant in downtown Savannah! Visited this for NYE and was able to make a reservation on open table last minute. They did not have a set menu which I appreciated. I ordered the full size b salad and opted for ranch dressing and removed the bacon. The salad was delicious and very large for 14$. Despite making a reservation they seated us in the bar area which was a bit of a disappointment since our server was also a bartender which left us with basically server-less. We had to ask other servers passing by for our check and to place the order.
google avatar

Emma C.

Yelp
Our waitress was Tiana and she was absolutely amazing! Recommended great options that were delicious. Eggs Benedict was super flavorful with wonderful lump crab, chicken and biscuits were delicious, and shrimp and grits were a true southern classic. Would highly recommend this lovely place!

Scott B.

Yelp
We hosted our wedding reception here and it was perfect. The tacos and sides were so delicious and there was an abundance of food. We hope to have another event there in the future. Thank you, Brittany and staff!
google avatar

Jake W.

Yelp
This place does not disappoint! From the ambiance to the wait staff you need to check this place out when coming to Savannah! We have eaten here for dinner and breakfast and the portions are big and the food is always on point. If you like Cuban sandwiches their take on it is fantastic! Also the fried green tomato Benedict is sooo good and filling
google avatar

Richard J.

Yelp
Outstanding service and food. We sat at the bar with Alex the bartender. He's some of the best if what Savannah has to offer.
google avatar

J.r. C.

Yelp
Wonderful establishment! In town with friends on a group trip of 8, all 8 are fully impressed. From the service, and decor to the friendliness and delicious meals. A wonderful experience! We were a little late coming into town (10-15 min late) and contacted to see about flexibility of reservation, and they were fully accommodating! This is my 1st time in Savannah, and it's already off to a wonderful start! Highly recommend!
google avatar

Michelle P.

Yelp
Ate here for breakfast before leaving Savannah. Tried the biscuit with chicken and pimento. Wasn't a huge fan of the pimento but that's just because that is normally not my thing, but everything else was good. I got the vegetarian gravy which was delicious. The grits needed some salt but were tasty.
google avatar

Tanya J.

Yelp
This place is delicious! Be prepared for a wait if you're brunchin over the weekend. We arrived around 11, but added our name to the waitlist around 10am. Service was amazing! We were able to add substitutions and alter our meals the way we wanted with no issue (we had some vegetarians in our party). The food was so good! And the carafe of mimosa was perfect for the four of us. Be mindful of parking, this is in the quieter end of Bay Street, but it can still be busy! I can definitely see myself going back and trying more food. Nobody in my party had any complaints!
google avatar

Yelp
Fantastic atmosphere in historic Savannah. Had breakfast early the Sunday after Thanksgiving. It was a slow morning at Matthews. The three of us had a combination of eggs, pancakes, bacon, grits, and French toast. Get the grits with cheddar, chives, and tomatoes. Service is terrific, a full bar, and outdoor seating available.
google avatar

Nicole H.

Yelp
This restaurant came so highly recommended and we were not impressed. Our server only had 3 tables and he was too busy flirting with a big table of girls to fill our water glasses during the entire meal. Meal was decent, but not exceptional. Shrimp and grits were so runny they were served with a spoon. It was like shrimp and malt-o-meal. The shrimp themselves were good but the grits left something to seriously be desired. The crab cakes were mushy and tasteless. They seem to be prepacked and frozen. They were also out of 3 menu items, one of which we wanted so that stinks. When the bill finally came the server selected his own tip on the hand-held POS device. Umm.... No. That's not how it works. I get to pick it. Needless to say it wasn't the experience everyone talked it up to be. Thankfully it wasn't bad, but we won't be back.

Yelp
Our visit to B. Matthew's Eatery in Savannah, GA, was an absolute delight! I ordered the BAY STREET SCRAMBLE, and it was a culinary masterpiece. The flexibility to substitute bacon with their house-made turkey sausage was a thoughtful touch. The dish, with its perfect blend of two eggs scrambled, tomatoes, mushrooms, green onions, mornay sauce, cheddar, breakfast potatoes, and a homemade buttermilk biscuit, was a symphony of flavors that left me craving more. The service was attentive, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. The cozy ambience added to the overall charm of the place, making our breakfast experience even more enjoyable. What impressed us even further was the affordability of our meal. The BAY STREET SCRAMBLE, priced at just $14.00, and a refreshing glass of orange juice for $2.50 made it a great value for the quality of food and service we received. B. Matthew's Eatery offers not only delicious food but also a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's the perfect spot for breakfast in Savannah, and we can't wait to return on our next trip!

Yelp
Came upon this place based on a locals recommendation. Weekday brunch-service average, ambiance average, but food delicious. Had avocado toast with salmon, French toast, and Bay Street skillet.

Yelp
Great hand-made sangria, but no pitchers. Great apps, generous. Low country boil is jambalaya. Your call. Burgers are legendary. Mac n cheese will change your life. Yes. yes, i would return.

Yelp
Super cozy restaurant with delicious food and great service! The mussel plate was so good and I usually don't tend to be wowed by mussels. There was tons of flavor and the bread was yummy! The fried green tomatoes were delicious too! They had great texture and the sauce was perfection. The crab cakes were also fire, very moist and fantastic flavor. I loved my drink the Georgia peach old fashioned with house-infused peach bourbon, brandied cherry, orange and chicory pecan bitters. Was the perfect combinations. It would have been a 5 star experience except I the shrimp and grits didn't hit the mark for me. The texture was perfectly smooth and creamy but it was lacking some flavor which was a surprise especially since everything else was so good. Would love to come back sometime to try their brunch!

Yelp
On our way out of town, we wanted one last breakfast stop... my hubby and I found B Matthews Eatery and on looks the place is very nice. I really love red brick walls inside the restaurant and the bar was on the smaller side but very nice looking too. And of course the menu looked pretty good too so we took a table. I had their French Toast which is made with challah bread. We use challah bread to make french toast at home but I think mine was better. It come with a berry preserve (which was very good but I don't really use on french toast). It also came with bacon. My husband got their Lumberjack Omelette which he said was pretty good; he didn't leave any leftovers so it must've been good. I'd give it another try; maybe next time I will try their lunch items that did sound good on the menu (Shrimp 'N Grits or the Apple Pecan Chicken Sandwich).

Yelp
Quaint restaurant just a block off the river. Food was delicious. The chicken pot pie was super flavorful, the tomato bisque (soup of the day) was very hearty. The goat cheese cheesecake was the highlight of the meal and perfect to share as we were all stuffed. Service was good and attentive.

Yelp
We came here for a Sunday morning brunch and the wait wasn't too bad at 20 minutes. They have all the brunch classics on their menu and we ordered the "challah french toast" and "the lamp post." Their breakfast potatoes were delicious as was their coffee. The vibe was laid back and our waiter was very attentive. If I lived in the area, this would definitely be my brunch spot.

Yelp
The Fried Green Tomato & Crabcake "Benny": oh my goodness, that's a delicious combo! The breakfast scramble: for when you need everything in a bowl! Unsweet iced tea (in this town?): a miracle find to cherish

Yelp
The food was delicious. We really enjoyed our dishes. The chicken and biscuit was surprisingly light and the chicken was well seasoned. It tasted like Kentucky fried chicken without the grease. The shrimp and grits were really good and filling. Also at the table was a full breakfast that included eggs, potatoes, grits, breakfast meat, and a biscuit. The coffee was yummy too. The service was excellent-- Christine was very attentive. It's a very comfortable space and friendly.
