Japanese chef, french-japanese fusion cuisine, the best of both worlds. If you go for the lunch formule, the scallops with black truffles are worth the extra 6 euro. Everything was good, sauces were rich and silky, the desert was truly spectacular, the main dish that I chose (partridge or guinea fowl) felt too heavy and not properly balanced, but that's just me. Technically it was perfect, with crispy charred skin and juicy, slightly undercooked (but cooked) meat. Not that many wines by the glass, and relatively pricey, but I guess it is normal for this range.
