6-17-24 was my first visit to Baked and it was so much fun (half of it was the company)! We had a fabulous, tasty meal - we had the Southwest Salad, Turkey Bacon Avocado Melt and Blueberry Scones! I wish there was a Baked near my home - if there were, I would be there weekly, no doubt!! The food and tea were fresh and delicious!!! It was a fun day trip and lunch at Baked was the highlight!!

I am so glad that I finally got to try Baked! It’s so good which is why it’s always busy. The four prior times I have gone I haven’t been able to get in due to the wait. I had the opportunity to go during a weekday around 11am and beat the lunch rush. I know why this place stays so busy…The service is amazing and the food is even better. I ordered the turkey bacon avocado melt, which was toasted perfectly and not soggy. The tomato basil soup was delicious as well. Everything I ordered was very flavorful, including my iced chai latte. Also, to note… it IS kid friendly and even had a nook below the register with coloring books and cups of crayons, which is nice especially for parents like myself who like to keep their kids off devices. Although it was a little loud, I had my five year-old with me who has autism and is usually pretty sensitive to sounds and wasn’t bothered by it. I will definitely be back again and it’s a great option to go during the week when it’s a little less crowded.

Came here for lunch one day and it was quite busy so I already knew it must be good given how popular it was. You walk in and stand in line. Once you get to the counter you can order coffee, pastries, or sandwiches. They have all the pastries perfectly on display along with all of there fresh baked bread. Everything we ordered was very tasty. The turkey bacon avocado melts were perfectly done and all the pastries we got were great. The iced snickerdoodle coffee and chia tea were also yummy. Overall this is a very nice place and everyone we encountered were wonderful. 10/10 recommend stopping in if you are passing through or have never been.

This place is delicious so expect a line out of the door. The key to avoiding it is putting in a preorder. We walked right past the line and grabbed our pop tarts and blueberry lemon danish and pounded them in the car. Amazing. A must visit spot! Lots of parking.

Absolutely breathtaking! From the moment you walk into this foodie heaven, you can feel that the team truly cares about Excellence, Quality and most importantly hospitality! We have been visiting for a week in Granbury and literally came back 5 times this week! Breakfast, lunch, coffee, pastries- They literally can do anything! I am amazed how this small business has built such an amazing product with a team that reflects that same passion! I expect great things for this company! PLEASE come to San Angelo TX I will be back and will be dreaming of this place

We live in Fort Worth, but were in Granbury visiting. Googled coffee shops near me and Baked popped up. Oh my goodness! A must stop if you’re in Granbury! Come hungry, they have a wide selection of sandwiches, soups and baked goods. Very hard to choose! But ended up getting the Southwest BLT - it was so tasty! Highly recommend and will definitely be back when we visit Granbury again.

This place is a perfect gem! The pastries are simply the best! I've had a lot of pastries in my life, and this place produces the best! So happy to have found this slice of heaven. Everyone had a smile and was so kind and pleasant. The food and coffee were beyond excellent. I wish I lived closer! FYI, do not hesitate on the fresh pop-tarts! Simply divine! Want to add that I love the fact that they didn't rush me at the pastry counter. Patiently answered all of my questions with a smile even though they were busy.

The line was out of the door on a cool spring Saturday morning. The lines for dine in orders and to go orders are combined. We ordered a strawberry poptart, a cookie, blueberry danish, and an iced chai latte. Everything was delicious! The vibes are trendy which feels very comforting when combined with the otherwise rustic, country area. For parents, they have a high chair and the ladies restroom had a changing table. If I lived there, I'd go visit this place every week.

The food is amazing every thing we are was so delicious. The sandwich and churros were perfect combo. Everyone was so happy and friendly. The service was top notch. They have indoor and outdoor seating l. They also have a huge window so you can see them making the pastries.

Amazing breakfast and lunch spot! Beautiful pastries and savories made right there! Friendly and helpful staff made our visit a pleasure.

I am so excited about this one. If you are in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, take a detour to Granbury, Tx just for THIS bakery. Simply named "Baked" it has a fun, modern vibe that speaks to everyone. I got the almond croissant and coffee. They warmed the pastry for me and I bought a selection of Pastries to take to an office as a bribe for business that I think will work!! Back to the croissant experience - oh my! You can taste the butter. It is soft, flaky and flavorful. Don't forget the coffee with free refills! They make all sorts of drinks but the coffee is delicious. This is such a decadent experience that I look forward to coming back already! Last but not least, I watched an act of kindness that seemed to be a common experience here but just isn't in this day and age. One of the bakers stopped what he was doing to help an elderly couple with a walker get into their car. He stashed the walker in the trunk and shook the man's hand. So nice. I am in love with this place and got a glimmer of hope in my cynical view of the world.

Wonderful atmosphere, really good lunch options. My husband's favorite are the pop tarts for breakfast. The best pop tarts you will ever have. Service is great and the ladies greet you with a smile. Highly recommend!

We were visiting Granbury, Tx for the eclipse. Saw the Yelp reviews for this baked goods shop. We got there closer to lunchtime so a lot of the breakfast pastries were sold out. We got the last ham and Gruyère croissant (a regular one and one with bechamel sauce - the latter was BOMB!), the last sausage roll, and we bought the last jalapeño cheese loaf. We made grilled cheese with the bread. We had coffee too - my cappuccino was so delish... best coffee I've had in a while! Highly recommend!

Amazing. From the food, to the service, to the ambiance. They have a repeat customer for sure.

As always Baked is one of those places that are a must stop when your on that side of town and have time to stand in a line, love the pop tarts and danishes each time

A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. Food, Service, and Seating inside. I really loved this place. I was in Grandbury for vacation and was recommended this place by a friend. I really want to go back! I didnt get to try as much as i wanted, but I will take photos and pictures next time. Also, some of the Bakers were present at the Wine fest and after chatting with them it just shows the lovely passion that the team has for their jobs. My husband and I will be making this our first stop in town when me drop in again.

Great place to grab a pastry or cooked breakfast. I also enjoy their espresso drinks.

Come in and be ready for a line. This place is a mega hit with decedent pastures and delicious drip coffee. There is indoor and outside seating, worth taking a nice morning drive out.

Tried to call on an order and they refused a pastry order. Very disappointed. Lost my business there.

I was actually looking at the map for the location of a car mechanic, JCS Import Automotive Services, when I spotted Baked. How interesting I thought to myself. So after we dropped the car off, we decided to check out Baked. It's a bit off the beaten path, and I was wondering what we would find on this rather obscure road. What we found was quite a surprise, and a HUGE, atypical, crowd. Granbury teachers were having a meeting here, and the place was packed! Thankfully, the line for service was not too long. It was kinda noisy inside, so I elected to retreat outside, to the smallish outdoor seating area. Ah, blessed silence. A few minutes Thuy came back with coffee and three pastries. We had an almond croissant, a savory croissant (ham and gruyere cheese), and a... Well now I can't remember, but there was nothing I didn't like. On the way to our car, we stopped in front of the huge window that looks into the kitchen. This is a very professional, and impressive, looking kitchen. We are eagerly awaiting our next visit, when we hope it will be quieter and they will have a sourdough product (I'm intrigued by the only 1-star review that panned the sourdough. I can't believe it would disappoint). Bottom line: Can't wait to try more, especially the "poptarts"!

Cute little place with really great pastries! There was hardly any parking outside and there was a line inside. It just goes to show how popular and good this cafe is. For being so busy the line actually moved pretty quickly. I saw people grabbing the challah loaves as they were in line. The display case had so many goodies it was hard to decide on what I wanted. I ordered the ham and Gruyère croissant and the cheese danish. The croissant was good with shattering crisp crust and soft inside with gooey Gruyère cheese. The cheese danish was good but I've had better. My mom had the chocolate croissant and it was perfect with her coffee. I got the nitro brewed coffee and it was smooth and creamy with a bit of vanilla cream on top. One of the best nitro brewed coffees I've ever had! I don't think you'll find anything bad in here. It's a wonderful addition to the Granbury area.

Fantastic! I travel a lot for work and normally get disappoint when I can't find good coffee. I went in on Thursday thinking I'm just getting a pastry (saw on yelp and thought it looked good). Well the pastry's are to die for and the coffee is surprisingly very good! Makes sense though because the use Stump town beans. Went in again on Friday because I had to have another taste before hitting the road again. Hoping my work takes me back to Grandbury just for this place!!!

I love pastries...so naturally this is my favorite place to eat in Granbury! There's a huge variety with everything from breads, cookies, muffins and pastries, to sandwiches and salads! It's super delicious food! All made from scratch! There's a patio outside for those that like to enjoy their coffee with some fresh air. Or you can dine inside and watch as their baked goodies are being made from scratch. Definitely recommend it!

It's awesome to have an option like "Baked" in Granbury. Great atmosphere, with indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. They serve breakfast or lunch, just a stop for coffee and fresh pastries are worth a visit. Their coffee is amazing, love that they serve it in ceramic cups! Today we had "Texas Fresh" and a "Southern BLT" with their sourdough bread made it right there. You can actually see them working on making the bread trough a glass window. Simply delicious with a great vibe!

The bread is to die for! Have had several things, all didn't disappoint. The selection of baked goods is impressive, delicious as well.

This place was amazing!!!! Food was delicious. I really enjoyed the biscuit with sausage and gravy. The strawberry pop tart was great too. Coffee was top notch. Staff was super helpful and courteous. They were especially kind to my little girls. It can get busy here, so I suggest you get up and get there asap. This is now an absolute stop In-N-Out trips to Granbury

Arrived at noon on a Wednesday to see the parking lot filling up somewhat steadily. I had a short wait in line and loved being able to view all of their beautiful pastries behind the glass. The girls behind the counter were very sweet and helpful, I quickly made my selections and actually had a pretty short wait for my to go sandwich. The atmosphere was very positive and somewhat loud with all the people but nothing crazy. The pulled pork was absolutely delicious, the bread is amazing and honestly all of the elements of the sandwich were perfect. The croissants were obviously decadent in the best way possible. I highly recommend this place to anyone and cannot wait to come back!

1st time visit to Baked today. I had a grilled cheese and it was very delicious. The Snickerdoodle cookie was perfect and also tried a pastry with Caramel, chopped pecans & chocolate! It was awesome The staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. Cute place and bathrooms were clean!

A great lil place near our Granbury lake home, food was delicious , freshly baked bread with dips... cookies are very tasty! A fun place to visit !

Every item is so well made and carefully thought out to be the best it can be. I thought I didn't like scones before coming here, but the blueberry lemon scone from here is my favorite! Don't even get me started on the pop tarts! I would drive hours to get one! And have! The bagels, the bread, the muffins, everything! I follow them on Instagram and drool over every photo they post. If you are anywhere near this place.. go check it out for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

As a nutritionist, I know QUALITY FOOD and THIS IS IT! The brown sugar pop tart is made for adults- moist, flaky, full of flavor and huge! The cream cheese danish is scrumptious and not overly sweet. The ham and cheese croissant is phenomenal. So far everything I've tasted is delicious! You will not regret cheating on your diet here!

Both the food and the service are incredible! I really enjoyed everything. They catered our weekend event, and every meal from the morning pastries to the salads at lunch to the chicken dinner were fantastic.

It's a must try place when you visit Granbury! Best breakfast & brunch place ever hands down! A hidden spot that is so very very good! Make sure you get there early enough because the line will be out the door. Fresh food and prepared food perfection.

Never before have I been in a restaurant where you are at a table eating your lunch and they come over and tell you to leave because they have a reservation at that table in 10 minutes. I understand if I have a reservation somewhere, I may have to wait for the earlier table to finish, but I'm up next. At Baked, they'll kick you out even before the people with the reservation show up. It's just rude. I'm here, at the table, eating a meal I paid for. Let me finish.

Definitely a great addition to Granbury! If you're seeking some french pastries or some home made bread, this is where to go in Granbury. Given that the location is nestled away from the main road, there is a calm home-like feel to the place. In addition to this, the layout is open and allows you to see the inside of the kitchen. While the sweet treats were a little too sweet for me, I'm sure it's right on point for the majority of people. You can tell that the pastries were done with good ingredients and good technique. I'll definitely be coming back for more of their savory treats. One last thing, tasty treats go quick so come early.

Great sandwiches and pastries! A perfect tucked away spot to meet a friend for lunch. Don't be discouraged if you drive by and it looks super busy. It may be, but the service is fast and the wait is usually short. Anyway, waiting gives you time to decide on the perfect lunch or snack!

Now the the best place in all of Hood County! Not only is the food delicious but this place has the cleanest kitchen I have ever seen! The best BLT I have eaten. Then the pastries are Top notch! Better than a Panera Bread. Enjoy Everything there except one thing. Sometimes the lunch crowd gets loud but you can always take your food outside.

We. Love. Baked. Friendly people and amazing food! They work so hard to provide only the freshest breads and pastries and are extremely successful at it! Everything we have ever ordered was absolutely delectable. Not only do they surpass food expectations they provide a wonderful atmosphere as well.

I want to try everything and therefore It is never hard to convince myself I need to leave early enough to beat the crowd. I have literally never tasted a bread or pastry that wasn't mind blowing! Absolutely delicious. Staff super friendly and even though the place is always packed the ladies (and gentleman) are speedy and get you taken care of quickly. I'm obsessed with this cute little shop and I'm forever a loyal customer.

Baked is one of the best of the best in granbury. Started slow with just pick up orders to get their feet wet plus COVID but has now opened as a full time bakery and coffee spot. For family functions and holidays I always order a mixed box online and pick up. For today I stopped in and got a latte and pastry to go. I have never had a thing from here that wasn't beyond delish and their variety of pastries rotated out keep it fun and interesting! Highly recommend and happy to have it up the road from me.
