Spanish-influenced foods pair with a vast sherry menu in an airy, old-world dining room & patio.
"The inviting Spanish-inspired cocktail bar and restaurant is serving a six-course feast for New Year’s Eve, priced at $120 per person with an optional wine pairing add-on. Chef Kevin Jones has planned a menu including a pintxo platter, grilled radicchio salad, seared black cod served with leek-celeriac soup and jamón Serrano, grilled ribeye with chimichurri and new potatoes, blue cheese and apple salad, and churros served with a pine-scented dipping chocolate. Reservations are available through OpenTable." - Janey Wong
"Although tapas revolve largely around meat and seafood, vegans and vegetarians will be pleasantly surprised by this eastside tapas bar. One side of the sprawling dining room is lined with the turquoise-tiled bar, the other with large arched windows. However, once seated, the tables feel intimate, suitable for small groups and date nights. The menu includes a number of vegetable plates, many of which are vegan: hearty tomato-topped toast, fried cauliflower with piri-piri salsa, and pearl couscous Brussels sprouts salad. To accompany the tapas, one of Bar Casa Vale’s three centerpiece paellas comes with seasonal vegetables, radish slices, and microgreens. A highlight of the extensive bar menu is the selection of Iberian-style gin and tonics, served with rosemary, cucumber, and citrus twists." - Waz Wu
"This Spanish restaurant is open for dining on the patio, with patatas bravas, paella, and cocktails. The bar offers contactless ordering, as well as takeout and delivery." - Alex Frane
