"Husband-and-wife team Alex and Rhia Bartolo opened the doors to this neighborhood trattoria in 2019 and have since served up Italian classics with a focus on pasta. While the dinner menu impresses with entrees like cioppino, Idaho trout almondine, and seasonal risotto. But brunch and lunch are the best bets, with decadent daytime dishes including a blueberry Dutch baby pancake, beets with tomato and burrata, savory veggie waffles, and chicken parmigiana." - Katie Shapiro

"You’ll find Italian classics like chicken parmesan and bucatini all’ amatriciana on Bartolo’s menu, along with some dishes with a bit of a twist. Take for example the beet tomato burrata with pickled beets, cherry tomatoes, and fresh blackberries. The chef creates a new pasta weekly, but some of the standbys include rigatoni bolognese with slow-cooked angus beef and pork meat and the pistachio pesto mafaldine with roated cauliflower and radiccchio. This sunny Kimball Junction restaurant feels like your friendly neighborhood bistro, with long, group-friendly tables and a buzzy open kitchen. " - jene shaw

"Sure, you can find things like chicken parmesan and fettuccine alfredo on Bartolo’s menu, but most of the Italian-inspired dishes have a twist. Start with the beet tomato burrata with pickled beets, tomatoes, and dried strawberries. The chef creates a new pasta weekly, but some of the standbys include rigatoni bolognese with slow-cooked angus beef and pork meat and the pistachio pesto mafaldine with tomatoes, squash, and zucchini. Bartolo’s also has a solid brunch menu, which includes fancy egg dishes (smoked trout benedict) and breakfast classics (biscuits and gravy). photo credit: Emily Schindler" - Jené Shaw

Food, staff, and service were great. They got our huge party of 15 (children and adults) in on a Saturday night with us calling only a couple of hours early. The food was very tasty, order was accurate, servers were beyond friendly. Would definitely go there again when we visit.

Google
Food is good. Service is good. It’s Italian food in the middle of snow country. Everything is good but not amazing. Honestly, it could be a 5 star but I don’t have an Italian palate. Quality is there—that you can taste and feel. Is it worth the price tag? Sure. For the ambience, sure. For the food? Probably. I guess I quantify as a “hater” but I don’t jive with Italian food. Maybe I need to stop eating Cajun and Chinese food and live in Kentucky before judging Park City. Overall, most people will enjoy. Cheers.

A more than delightful dining experience tonight! Our server, Nuria, was simply amazing! She expertly guided us through the menu, had a quick smile, and a heartwarming twinkle in her eyes :). Our group of 5 had the shrimp pasta (THE most tender shrimp, ever), the cioppino (deliciously flavorful broth with a great combination of seafood), the barramundi, Tuscan salmon, and chicken fettuccini alfredo. Our meals were just wonderful! Nuria checked on us at well-paced intervals. Highly recommend this quiet, smallish eatery in Kimball Junction.

Excellent food. Was lucky to be sat right away. Service was good, restaurant was clean & bathroom are spacious. Parking in front, but could be challenging depending on what day of the week you are coming. Garlic bread is excellent! Mushroom truffle pasta was delicious. Not too much selection for dessert though, but we were stuffed!

Having lived in Park City for many years, I can attest that Bartolo's is one of the very best breakfasts in town. The dishes are creative and always very good. Always ask for Lavinia who is attentive, fun and always delivers the best dishes! She lightens up the whole restaurant. Its a great place for breakfast with easy parking.

Google
On our week long trip to Park City Utah Bartolo was the first restaurant we decided to try and it was a great way to start with the Park City Experience. We went on a week day around noon. The atmosphere was serene and quiet. Not too busy. The wait staff was not only friendly and a good assistant at recommending food stuffs, she gave us the down low on the town and all of the wonderful things it has to offer. The quality of the food is good. The chef knows how to add flavor. They offer your typical breakfast foods with an extra spin on the flavor. The prices are reasonable for the area. Expect to spend $20-$30 per person. The Blueberry pancake was recommended to us. Aparently people come all the way from Vegas just to get it. It did not disappoint.

Google
AMAZING! We went for dinner. It was so good we went back for breakfast. If you go for breakfast you must try their world famous Blueberry “pan” cake. It was put in food magazines and highly recommend. IT WAS OUTSTANDING! Plus their service is some of the best. Lavinia was our hostess and waitress she was great with her personal touch and recommendations we were not disappointed. She made the whole experience great, both dinner and breakfast.

Google
Friendly staff, amazing food. Everything tasted great! Beautiful restaurant. We had two birthdays in our group and waitress brought out a wonderful dessert to share. It was a Fri afternoon. Will definitely come back.

Yelp
Get dessert. Got the chicken parmigiana and it did not disappoint. Waiting staff was incredible and friendly.

Yelp
I'm super happy we did not skip this restaurant even though we had to cancel our reservation from its original day. This place felt just right in so many ways. From the super cocktails, extremely good service, fantastic kids menu and great pastas. This was everything we needed on this cold night in Park City We tried the tiramisu and the cheesecake in a jar as dessert. I like the cheesecake better because the tiramisu was too sweet for me. We may be back for brunch because that menu looks great as well

Yelp
We came in on a Monday night at 8:15, and this place was busy. So busy I felt bad for everyone working as they seemed frantic. :( Be warned if you have a late reservation, we were told at 8:55 that they were closing the kitchen. It wasn't a problem for us as we had already ordered and received our food, but I could see that causing issues in other cases. For drinks, I had a glass of the sauvignon blanc. I am not crazy about them serving wine in thick glassed, stemless wine glasses. I don't think stemless wine glasses belong in restaurants. We first ordered the focaccia. It was good but nothing crazy amazing. For dinner, I had the vodka rigatoni. I also thought it was good but yet again nothing crazy amazing.

Yelp
Solid 4/5 for brunch! The Avocado Toast paired with Mocha Latte with oat milk is just fantastic. I was really impressed by how smooth the mocha latte is. 5/5. One of the pieces of French Toast had a side that was burnt, the other two pieces were cooked properly. The fruit and candied walnut topping were great. 4/5 The focaccia bread that accompanied the Traditional Breakfast was burnt, hard, and inedible. The rest of the Traditional Breakfast was delicious and I loved the bacon. 4/5 5/5 for the service ! The ladies here were very kind and attentive! Love the ambiance here! It's a fun and lively place, not too loud. Cozy and warm ! It's a flannel and sweaters kind of place for weekend brunch.

Jeanine N.

Yelp
Visited here twice for breakfast while in town. The service is quick and efficient. There is an open kitchen which I always love. Cappuccino Is on point and mine had a cute little design. We ordered the blueberry pancake. It was topped with lemon, curd and almonds. It was pretty tasty. Also had the breakfast sandwich which had a delicious patty of sausage on it. The menu isn't extensive, but the things we have tried, we have liked.

Maya A.

Yelp
I hate to give a bad review but the food was not good. Service was great and fast. Food came out quickly. Like maybe too fast. Like I suspect it had been sitting under a heating lamp for a while. Stop of pasta was crispy. Rest was basically mush. Flavor was bad and chicken tasted off. Ate 1/4 and threw the rest away when I got home. $25 pasta. What a waste. Coke was good lol.

Brittany W.

Yelp
The salmon was amazing! Also had the spicy calamari which was good. Garlic bread was delicious. Such a cute and well decorated restaurant. The wait staff was very nice as well.

Tami K.

Yelp
Service was great. But the food was not at all enjoyable. My bolognese did not look like the pictures. The rigatoni that I had must have came from a box of pasta as it was skinny, and undercooked and hard inside. But the bolognese sauce was flavorful. We also got the trout which was underwhelmingly unappetizing. The only saving grace on that trout dish was the well cooked broccolini. Skip this joint altogether.

Yelp
One of my favorite Burrata salads. Perfectly balanced with the pistachio pesto. Great place for brunch, lunch, or dinner. The chai tea, coffee, and hot chocolate are all great. The portions are a good size. A nice cafe restaurant. The Sugar House & Park City location are both great. The garlic bread is a great side. Brunch: The French toast was very good & a fresh take with the addition of peaches and nuts. The breakfast sandwich was hearty, filling, and had incredible flavor. Adding an over easy egg would have enhanced the sandwich. The traditional breakfast is my go to. Lots of flavor in the sautéed veggies. The potato's pair really well with the hollandaise sauce. For lunch & dinner The Burrata salad is always my go to. The weekly risotto with Parmesan, peas & asparagus was unique twist on a classic and my fiancé absolutely loved it. Service was great & welcoming. Highly recommend this restaurant it is a beautiful, relaxed, and welcoming environment.

Yelp
Nicely decorated restaurant. Modern, clean, and classic. Our server, Sandra, was nice and friendly. She did a great job taking care of us. Best of luck in whatever you do! Hunter's Board: Crispy pork belly & chimichurri, bison sausage & fig jam, wild boar sausage & pickled veggies, egg your style, potato & focaccia. The presentation was great! There are so many delicious flavors on this board. I liked crispy pork belly, but I wish it wasn't as cooked much as it was, as it was sorta dry. The bison sausage was good, and the fig jam was delicious. The boar sausage and pickled vegetables were good. It was great to try wild boar and bison. Highly recommended. There is one red sauce, which is made with anchovies, chili flakes, and marinara Pichana Steak & Eggs: 6oz top sirloin, 2 eggs, Demi-sauce, house potato wedges. I got my eggs soft poached and my steak medium-rare. The portion-size was pretty good. The house potato wedges were crispy on the edges and seasoned well! The demi-sauce was also good. The steak was chewy and tougher than I had hoped. Mocha and Cappuccino were ok. It's a great place to either get all-day brunch or Italian dishes.

Olga M.

Yelp
What an amazing find! Beautiful place, attentive staff, and the food makes you think about coming back from the first bite! The blueberry 'pan' cake was heavenly-- super light, filled with blueberries and covered with lemon curd and maple syrup, it continued to call back for another bite! The egg white frittata was a welcome taste of a healthy savory meal! Crunchy roasted broccoli and soft sweet potatoes created a beautiful symphony. We skipped the pesto and tried the chimichuri sauce on top, definitely hit the spot! Can't wait to be back!!

Jill A.

Yelp
I am not a fan of Bartolo's for dinner but they just won me over for breakfast. Everything was fresh, prices were reasonable for Park City and the atmosphere had a perfect mellow Mountain Cafe vibe. Not to mention it's hard to find a sit-down breakfast spot midweek. They lose a star for trying to charge me double to switch to decaf. Don't call it an Americano and make it sound special. Just brew a pot of decaf.

Helen L.

Yelp
I went back again with some friends and had a much better dining experience. The food was delicious so I'm guessing the last time was an off night

Heidi H.

Yelp
Holy crap is really all I can think to say. I was not expecting Bartolo's to be as amazing as it was. The environment is pretty standard for an upscale Italian restaurant, but the ambiance was so entertaining. They played the best music. The service was okay - our server wasn't super friendly, but she was attentive and knowledgeable. The food though. And the drinks. You guys. My mind was absolutely blown. Bartolo's has, hands down, the most DIVINE Spinach Artichoke dip I have EVER had in my LIFE. I seriously can't get over how amazing it was. The Baked Eggs too, you wouldn't think would have me craving going back, but here we are, the sauce it was served in was mouthwatering. And the one cocktail I had was soooo good. The Strawberry basil mule I think... order it. It's fantastic. If these dishes were so fantastic, I am pretty confident pretty much everything is amazing. Do yourself a favor and go.

Nicole M.

Yelp
Had an 8:15 reservation here on a Friday. They seated us very quickly. Service was quick which was great. The ricotta appetizer was AMAZING! The charcuterie was decent but not something I would crave again. I've had much better cheeses and salamis. But the pickles and romesco were delicious! The daily special risotto was just ok. My favorite thing was their homemade pastas. The texture was amazing! I would definitely go back to try more of their pastas! I think next time I would try their wines instead of a cocktail. The wine list looked very nice. The cocktails were just ok.

Dana S.

Yelp
We ordered some things to go. The only item that actually turned out decently was the artichoke dip. The "chicken confit kale Caesar salad" was just a cheap spring mix lettuce, with a pile of soggy tasteless shredded chicken. You'd think an Italian place couldn't eff up a pasta? Think again. The "rigatoni bolognese" was a $30 plate of overcooked pasta, piled with red, bland taco meat sauce. Really wish we could've taken the food back and gotten a refund. We ended up throwing it away, belongs in the trash.

Nick T.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised with the Lamb Companelle! My wife loved her sirloin steak she got. I loved my visit here.

Alexis R.

Yelp
We stopped here for lunch before heading to the Olympic Park and loved our food and server (didn't catch her name but she was very kind!). We shared their garlic bread, and all got different Italian inspired lunch dishes and fresh lemonade that were 10/10.

Rose H.

Yelp
Bartolo's pasta is so fresh. The texture of the noodles is just perfect. Most days, it's easy to get a table without a reservation, and the service is very friendly. I love that they're in the Kimball Junction area because it makes it easy for people from both SLC and Park City to meet up for a nice meal. The restaurant has an elevated casual but still refined ambiance that makes it very versatile for both date night and a normal dinner. As for the dishes themselves, I would recommend any of their pasta dishes except for the chicken fettuccine with Alfredo. The Alfredo is just a little different and not in the best way-- it lacked flavor and I had to keep adding salt to it, which was really weird. Other than that, this place is solid.

Chance B.

Yelp
We had the opportunity to eat here for breakfast and lunch on back to back days and were very pleased with both experiences. The restaurant itself has an awesome atmosphere and a really fun vibe. The waitress was very helpful and friendly but not overbearing. The Salmon Bene and the Ricotta were both fantastic and the Blueberry baby pancake was the best breakfast we have ever had. Their pastas are also very good and made with good quality ingredients. The real gem of this place though is the garlic bread. Best we have ever had anywhere. Overall a 5 star experience multiple times.

Michael B.

Yelp
My wife, Brenda & I just discovered our very new favorite Italian casual restaurant in the Redrock Shopping Center (Park City, Utah) named "Bartolo's". Our meal started with the high quality Kale & Quinoa salad......followed by delicious pasta, grilled Chicken, salmon......and the owner, Rhia, and our server, Nuria, were as friendly & kind as the food was terrific. We come to Park City every summer and don't know why we hadn't discovered this Gem until now. Definitely on our "be back" list.......and on Yelp, I just read that Bartolo's is currently rated # 1......now we see why. Michael & Brenda Brown Frisco, TX

Richard L.

Yelp
A fabulous breakfast. The roasted veggies served with the breakfast was best I've had in any restaurant. Service was great in a clean comfortable restaurant. My wife and I would highly recommend this place in Park City for both breakfast and lunch

Dana W.

Yelp
What a pleasant surprise! We had gotten up at 5am for our flight into Park City and arrived too early to check into our rental. We were looking for somewhere to eat around 2pm on a Saturday. I utilized Yelp to find Bartolo's, and it did not disappoint. The menu was a little of everything, which was great given we didn't have time to eat breakfast and everyone wanted something different. My don had the Hunter's Board with various sausages, fried potatoes, eggs, and assorted sauces. I had the Beet Tomato Burrata salad, and it was delicious. My husband had the Mussels Spaghetti. We left thinking what a great start to our vacation. I would highly recommend this place and we will be back.

James T.

Yelp
Always great Friendly staff Casual location Excellent, freshly prepared classic Italian food. Get the Chicken Parmigiana and STFU

Yelp
My wife and I visited this restaurant with our 2 kids (4 and 2) on a Friday lunch after a botched attempt at family pictures. Everyone was grumpy...so that maybe should be taken into consideration. The hostess greeted us right away and chose to seat us at a table that had just been cleared (this was fine) and the service was great. The dining room is bright and clean. Wife ordered the rigatoni bolognese. The pasta is fresh made and cut in house. It was good but not as amazing as we remembered. They no longer offered the smoked trout bene (they now offer a smoked salmon bene). I opted for the mussels spaghetti. The mussels and pasta were both cooked perfectly. The garlic butter sauce was garlicky and buttery but could have used a lot more seasoning. The focaccia bread was buttery and delicious (as per normal, I could have used more of it, but it was a generous portion). We got the spaghetti bolognese for the kids and the kitchen split it for us at no cost. The two entrees and one kids meal (we all drank water) plus a generous tip was just over $82 making this one of our most expensive meals. This was previously one of our favorites. We'll try again someday on a return trip to park city. Either when we are less grumpy and/or without children.

Mike F.

Yelp
Nice menu. Good ambiance. Very good food. Excellent staff and service. Loved the patio on Friday evening.

David W.

Yelp
This place is a scam Cafeteria level quality I would rather get Olive Garden Don't waste your money

Veronica L.

Yelp
We had door dash delivery takeout our first night in Park City - the bucatini pasta was underwhelming and not Al dente but the salmon side was really spectacular. I love that they offer additional sides of extra bolognese sauce for kids pastas and extra sides of bacon for their daytime menu. They need to remove the side of bacon for their dinner takeout menu since they called us to let us know it's only for breakfast and had to refund us for it since ours was a dinner delivery order. Potato side was good also.

Mary M.

Yelp
Good food great taste and Lavinia knew what was good in the menu overall a really nice place.

D D.

Yelp
Nice Italian Bistro with a great selection of pasta options and classics - good wine selection and the desserts were perfetto. The service team was excellent and gracious with our questions - especially appreciated Adrianna.

Bryan B.

Yelp
Finally a great experience in the New Park area. My family and I went here for dinner and then breakfast the next morning. The service was excellent both times. We didn't have a reservation for either meal, but they were able to get us seated outside almost immediately. We had a different server for each meal, but both were fantastic. Both servers greeted us within a minute or two of sitting down and took our drink orders immediately. This was the first time we experienced that in the three days we have been staying here. For dinner, baby mama and I shared the Burrata salad and the picanha (steak) dinner. Both were excellent, but the salad was by far the best. When I return, I will just get that for myself and add a protein. I normally get my steak, medium rare, but I would highly recommend getting the picanha medium because the cut of steak requires a little more to break down and tenderize. Two of the kids got the standard fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and they loved it. The baby of the family ordered off the kids menu and Gott spaghetti noodles with pesto and chicken breast. He said it was great as well. For breakfast, I shared the baked eggs and frittata. The frittata was much lighter, but the baked eggs had a better flavor and stayed hot throughout the entire meal. I would order either again, depending on how hungry I was. I stole some of my daughters, avocado toast, and that was actually my favorite of the three. I would recommend any of them though.

Virginia D.

Yelp
VEGAN REVIEW Came here with a large group for a birthday dinner. Our host made clear that we were vegans. Unfortunately the two of the three "vegan" appetizers that were brought out both had cheese. There was some confusion over what was & wasn't vegan, but we could definitely taste cheese! They went back to the kitchen to re-prepare the risotto & beet salad vegan. The risotto was both grainy & runny, a little bland. The beet salad was fine, pretty basic. The 3rd appetizer was grilled asparagus, which was yummy. The risotto is the only main dish that says vegan option on the menu, but we had just had that as an appetizer, so we worked with the server to get the shrimp spaghetti with no shrimp, add broccolini. Since it's usually fresh pasta, we subbed the gluten free rice pasta. Again, a little bland. And no protein to be found this whole meal. No dessert options, which was no surprise (we are used to this as vegans!) The servers were sweet & the food came out surprisingly fast for a group of our size. They kept the drinks flowing. We basically took over the restaurant & closed the place down. They were definitely ready to leave by the time our party was over This is not a place I would have chosen on my own, but it worked out OK.

Ashley S.

Yelp
We had a great dinner! Pasta was so fresh. Service was a little slow, but it gave us time to enjoy our food and family.

James M.

Yelp
Sat down for a late lunch by myself. Dining room had 3 other occupied tables in whole place. The next customer to arrive is a mom with two kids under 10, who the Hostess seats right next to my table. Little kid is a talker, cause that's what little kids do. I get it. But Literally 15+ empty tables and they decide this is what our clients will apprecite. Been here before, Food is fine. Staff needs some basic training.

R K.

Yelp
We come back every year to visit Park City and Bartolo's is on the list! Great outdoor patio and fabulous handmade pasta!

Adam S.

Yelp
First of all, let's get this straight. Bartolo's is not in Park City, it is in the Park City AREA...17 minutes north of the ski mountain base near I-80. The restaurant is located just north of Snyderville, Utah, near the local Walmart. BUT, because of the location, it is currently easier to get reservations at the restaurants in this area than in Park City itself. Bartolo's is more of a casual restaurant, but the food was very good. We started with a jar of olives, focaccia bread, and octopus. All were good. The octopus was easy to cut and share with others at the table and the sauce was tasty. We found that after eating the olives, the olive oil left in the jar was great for bread dipping. Everyone at my table enjoyed their entrees (mostly pasta) and the wine was also good. I wanted either the lamb or cioppino, and decided on the seafood. The cioppino was delicious. Potatoes blended well with the various mussels, shrimp, fish, and other seafood in the dish. More focaccia was served with the entrée. My friend enjoyed the lamb. Desserts were served in mason jars, tasty tiramisu and cheesecake. One of the guys at the table had his order messed-up, but he did receive his correct entree before any of us had finished ours. Overall, service was good. We spent about $84 per person at Bartolo's. Not bad for the Park City area. If not for the order mistake, this place would easily be 5 stars.

Guofu C.

Yelp
Food is ok, the trout was way too dry, but the thing caused my wife to tell me not to go back to this restaurant was that without our consent the restaurant added 20% tips to our check..... that didn't make my wife happy... service was ok, but not exceptional ...will not return

Lang A.

Yelp
Great food, everything was fresh, and the people are as nice as it gets. We had Lavinia as a server and she was a puce and beyond. Will definitely come back

Taylor C.

Yelp
We had a great breakfast here with our 3 kids. Great menus for both parents and kids alike. I had the avocado toast with a side of smoked salmon....they don't mess around with the portion size of salmon they give you. My husband had the steak and eggs and was impressed by the quality of the steak. Our girls had the pancakes and ate them up. The staff was kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend this place and we will be back next time we're in town.

Desiree J.

Yelp
I'm guessing this is a better brunch spot than dinner. The Service: We had a reservation for 4 on a Monday at 730. The restaurant was empty aside from two other tables. The hostess sat us at a table next to one of the two parties (shared bench), that was also backed up to the bussing station, which doubles as the downtime hangout spot for staff. Due to it looking slow, we asked if it was possible to move to another table and we were told we could not due to bookings. We expected all 10+ empty tables to fill up, but they never did during our stay. Instead we basically had dinner with the staff, bored at the bus station. The hostess & server were very standoffish, with the hostess being quite unwelcoming. The Food: At first glance, we were impressed at the amount of GF options (two people in our party have celiac), including a specialty celiac pasta that is made off-site to prevent any cross contamination. That was the end of where we were impressed with the food. - The salmon entree was nothing to write home about. The salmon portion was okay. The risotto had everything but the kitchen sink in it, including oddly large chunks of cheese, but not in a good way chunks of cheese. - As someone who has to order pesto on any menu, I was excited to try. Pesto pasta was very mediocre and felt more like a chicken dish. It's great that they don't skimp on the chicken but it didn't feel like a pasta dish. - Two ppl in our party ordered the bolognese and this was by far the most disappointing dish. Both were too polite to discuss the dish during dinner but one person in our party went straight home from dinner, not joining us for drinks downtown, and we later found out the dish was so flavorless, she thought she had COVID. Overall would not come back. It's a cute little restaurant in a small shopping center but between the unfriendly staff and the very bland food, it is extremely overpriced.

Steffie S.

Yelp
Good food, but nothing to write home about. I would say all the food had a good flavor. We tried the charred broccolini and beet tomato burrata as appetizers. Our guest had rigatoni bolognese and my guy and I shared chicken parmigiana for entrees. I wish I could say more. The flavors were just very middle of the road. The atmosphere is a bit loud due to a high ceiling, cement floor, and open kitchen. The decor is elevated farmhouse style- some comfy chairs paired with wooden benches. Our waiter was well spoken and professional. The entree prices were slightly higher than I would expect for what they were. On the whole, I'd say this might be a good lunch place over a dinner place. If you're looking for something to satisfy a diverse group, I think everyone could find something they would enjoy. Bon Appetito!

Mike J.

Yelp
Warning - horrible dinner - multiple family members became sick after eating dishes with mussels. Here's what made it worse. After leaving and family members getting sick I called to let the restaurant know that everyone who had mussels was feeling I'll. THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE AWARE THE MUSSELS WERE BAD AND HAD TROWN OUT ALL OF THE UNTHAWED MUSSELS. I asked if they were kidding and was told no, they weren't kidding. Not only did they throw out the mussels, there was no offer of refund or future following my discussion with the owner. Sad, I had previously given Bartolo's 4 stars.

Kacie D.

Yelp
Great food and pleasant staff. They offered a kids meal, which my daughter announced had the "best spaghetti ever." The service was quick and friendly, and the staff engaged pleasantly with our small child. The pasta tasted fresh and the grilled chicken was juicy and cooked to perfection. They seem to get busy during the dinner rush and you may want to schedule a reservation, however, being early birds, we were able to get in with no issues.

Hi, the service is great, food is great. The ambience is nice it's chill, but responsive, which is nice. food was delivered quickly. Update!!! it was our anniversary, and they granted us the tiramisu. Traditional, and made to perfection, very fresh and distinctive in flavors and textures.

Yelp
It's a bit more casual than expected. The vibe is coffee shop x winery regarding decor. Staff was super friendly and food was good. It was very filling. Pricing was tough but it's Park City after all. My garlic bread, 2 entrees and a 20% tip amounted to $80.

Yelp
One of my new favorite places in town!! We need more modern authentic Italian places like this. The food is delicious. It's so fresh and tastes like what I ate in Italy! The pesto was especially good. I haven't been able to stop talking about it! They played great music too and the environment was clean and light. Prices are higher than I'd normally pay but it was absolutely worth it. My only complaint is that service was a bit slow at times, but it won't keep me from coming back!

Yelp
Best kept secret in all of Park City! We make semi-regular trips to Park City a year to enjoy the outdoors and eat delicious food and Bartolo's is the best of the best and the one place we have to go every time! It's the highlight of the trip to Park City and we can't get enough of it and look forward to getting every visit. Highlights of Bartolos! Baby Blueberry Pancakes! These are a MUST try and our favorite dish by far! We typically try to get a variety of foods but the Baby Blueberry Pancakes are the one we all wish we got more of. We got our toddler the kids meal and we're very pleased with the portion size and she ate it all up! The scrambled eggs were probably the best scrambled eggs I've ever tried and I was so happy our toddler agreed by eating the entire thing up in now time!

Yelp
This place was fabulous. Everything we had was wonderful. I had an Egg White Frittata which was unique and full of flavor. Egg whites / Pitaschio Pesto, Cherry Tomatoes, Feta cheese and greens. Very fresh and good. Husband had the savory waffle also very unique and good. We shared the potatoe wedges Service was prompt and polite.

Yelp
I'm so sad to give this place only 3 stars, because I thought the house-made pasta was incredible! 1. It was expensive. Two kids, two adults, and only two alcoholic beverages, and our total was $200. This was a casual, weekday meal, and the market price "pasta of the day" must've been really expensive. The kids' meals were $19 apiece for pasta plus choice of protein. 2. Lots of misses on the food. We saw some other patrons eating garlic bread that looked delicious so we ordered some as well. The garlic bread still had STRONG lingering "lighter fluid" flavor in it from being charred on the grill, presumably with accelerant in the mix. We shouldn't have eaten it. It seriously tasted of distinctly like fuel. Beyond charbroil flavor. It was something I have never experienced before. It's actually the primary reason I'm writing this review; I hope somebody looks into that. The $19 kids meal we bought for my daughter was another big problem. She chose the steak add-on and asked for medium rare. It arrived completely well done, in scraps (not a single cut of meat) and almost 100% grizzle. I tried to cut it for her and I couldn't even cut it with a knife. We threw away 80% of it because we couldn't eat it or chew it. I ordered "pasta of the day" which was shrimp and crab ravioli. It was excessively salty. My husband and I were shocked by the saltiness. I'm somebody who put salt on everything so I would say I have a high tolerance. I couldn't stand to eat it, but I felt sad about that because it was such a neat dish otherwise, with lemon zest in the flavor profile. I generally love seafood ravioli and I thought the quality of the pasta exterior itself was wonderful. These factors are really sad because my husband had chicken Parmesan with fresh pasta and I thought it was incredible. We also ordered an octopus appetizer for the table which was perfectly cooked and had a wonderful combination of flavors. The cocktail menu was interesting. The wine list was rather short, but decent. The ambience was charming. We also had to wait about 10 minutes after our entrées were served before my children received their entrées. I was optimistic and hoping we could go back for another chance, given I want some more of that fresh pasta, but my husband said no way. "Too many misses." So please figure out the lighter fluid issue so I can convince my family to go back!
