Love the architecture & landscaping in and around Battersea Power Station! So many interesting and surprising angles, shapes, openings and curves. And so many outdoor places to sit, drink and/or eat. Love all the picnic tables! It feels save to remove my face-mask and just relax outside. Wonderful! Lots going on as well. Today, we enjoyed the free light installations, the free Lion King costume exhibition, the free exhibition with models of the power station before and after is renovation, the free life-sized board games, the free live piano music, and some other free events. Amazing! Will definitely go more often now!

Battersea Power Station, an iconic Grade II* listed building, has been transformed into one of London's most exciting and innovative mixed-use neighborhoods. The Power Station itself and the new high street, Electric Boulevard, are open to the public, offering a unique blend of restaurants, shops, parks, and cultural spaces. Interesting Features: - The Power Station's historic architecture has been beautifully preserved, providing a stunning backdrop for modern amenities. - The Lift 109 experience offers panoramic views of London from the top of one of the chimneys (the time spent at the top is a bit short) Shops: - The shopping experience at Battersea Power Station is diverse, with a mix of high-end and boutique stores. Restaurants: - there are a few nice restaurants known for its delicious and healthy options Overall, Battersea Power Station is a must-visit destination for those looking to explore a blend of history, modernity, and a vibrant social scene. While there are some areas for improvement, such as clearer signage and better lift experiences, the unique atmosphere and variety of offerings make it a worthwhile visit.

A great place to visit on both a wet and windy day and a sunny day. Best way to get there is by boat from central London or the tube, Northern Line. The lift ride 109 is a fantastic way to see London. There is a great number of food, drink and coffee venues. Close by is the new iconic American Embassy. The whole area has lots to offer including lots on the river Thames frontage. We will be back

A really fantastic renovation. Just the number of bricks in the original construction and renewal are staggering. The interior is a perfect blend of preserving features from the original coal powered plant with a modern shopping mall. Since we were staying at a nearby hotel (art’otel) with its own (free) amazing roof terrace, we did not take advantage of the £23,50 pp trip to the top - which we thought was a bit over-priced. Nevertheless, the two turbo halls (which are free to visit) are definitely worth a trip.

Battersea Power Station Underground Station is a fantastic addition to London’s transport network, offering a modern, spacious, and efficient gateway to one of the city’s most exciting redevelopments. As part of the Northern Line extension, it provides seamless connectivity to central London, making travel to and from the Battersea area faster and more convenient. The station’s design is sleek and contemporary, featuring wide platforms, high ceilings, and excellent lighting, creating a welcoming and airy environment. Unlike many older Tube stations, it feels open and uncluttered, making navigation easy even during peak hours. The accessibility is also commendable, with step-free access from street to platform, ensuring a smooth experience for wheelchair users, parents with prams, and travelers with heavy luggage. One of the station’s highlights is its proximity to the iconic Battersea Power Station, a landmark that has been transformed into a vibrant hub of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. This makes the station not just a transport link but a gateway to a dynamic new district in London. With frequent trains and a clean, modern design, Battersea Power Station Underground Station enhances connectivity while reflecting the area’s exciting regeneration. Whether commuting or exploring, it’s a great addition to London’s transport system.

What a fantastic place to visit. The power station is full of wonderful shops and eating places. A special part of the day was to take the glass lift to the very top of one of the chimney stacks. At the top you'll get a fantastic view of London. But go when it gets dark as the spectacular views over the brightly lit capital are out of this world. Highly recommended.

I recently had a rather uncomfortable experience at Battersea shopping mall during the winter. The venue lacks proper heating, and all the doors remain open, allowing cold winds to enter the interior spaces. This creates an extremely uncomfortable environment for both customers and staff, which led to numerous complaints that I observed during my visit. In light of this, I would recommend considering other shopping and leisure options during the winter months that offer better thermal comfort. I also suggest that the mall’s management consider implementing measures to improve the conditions, as this would significantly enhance the overall experience for everyone.

I like what has been done with the building and it's worth a visit for this alone of you're interested. I think the shopping experience is thoroughly underwhelming. Lots of high end fashion outlets irrelevant to most people. The shame of it is the regular shops seem to me, more expensive than their normal high street outlets. Food is provided by the regular chains etc. A nice place to spend a little time for looking at what's been done to the building and a lunch, but a repeat visit....... probably not.
