"The large riverside redevelopment project is being delivered in stages and is beginning to take shape as a new dining and leisure quarter. Plans include a number of restaurants and bars as phases complete; one Copenhagen pizzeria has already opened on site, while other chef-owners and operators are planning new concepts (including a project by Francesco Mazzei called Fiume).
