Our meal at Les Belles Perdrix was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm, attentive service that set the tone for a truly memorable evening. The setting is lovely — perched among the vineyards, with a serene and elegant atmosphere that perfectly complements the refined cuisine. The food was exquisite, showcasing creativity, precision, and a genuine respect for local ingredients. Every dish we tried was beautifully presented and full of flavor, with an outstanding balance between sophistication and heartiness. The wine list, as expected in this part of France, was impressive and very well curated — the sommelier offered thoughtful recommendations that paired perfectly with our meal. Service throughout was professional yet friendly, making us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. There’s a lovely sense of calm and quiet luxury to the whole experience, and you can tell the team takes great pride in what they do. Les Belles Perdrix is the kind of place that reminds you why dining out can be such a joy. We left feeling truly satisfied and already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended for those in the region seeking an exceptional meal in a stunning setting.

The best vibe with the best meal we had in Bordeaux! This 1 star restaurant offered best value meal than other 2 stars restaurants in Bordeaux ( we tried them all ). The staffs were very friendly, what a lovely energy from the chateau. The wine we opened was special, we can not find it anywhere else so I guess next year, we will be back for sure- cheers !!!

We had the best time at Chateau Troplong Mondot, a well rounded experience having stayed at the Keys, a dinner at Les Belles and a tour of the vineyard + tasting. Everything was incredible. Julie and Claire were amazing hospitality hosts, the Art Studio where we stayed was calm, serene and clean & it's easy to get into the city center. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had lunch at Les Belles During a wine tour day in Saint-Emilion. The food and service were absolutely impeccable. Great wine selection. And the view from the Terrace overlooking the vineyard was a small slice of heaven. Highly recommend a visit if you’re in the area.

Absolutely incredible experience and lunch. The ambiance, the vineyard, the outdoor patio and dining room are all amazing. The service was friendly and professional. We noticed and appreciated the choreographed mirror service of our dishes. Large selection of wines, we chose a great Chateuneuf du Pape that's more to my taste. Totally worth a trip if you are in the Bordeaux area.

What an amazing dining experience. The Chateau Troplong Mondot is gorgeous. Each dish of the menu “L’envol” was extraordinarily well made and each bite was so good. We paired it with a bottle of Troplong Mondot 2015 that was drinking perfectly, their bottle prices are very fair making it better to pair wine with food. They even gave us a special dessert for our wedding anniversary. Top stuff. We will be coming back.

Restaurant: overall excellent. Beautiful setting/atmosphere and tasty food. What I enjoyed the most though was the selection of wines by the glass. Great selections from their own vineyard as well as elsewhere. Prices may look higher than usual for by the glass, but the quality is outstanding. It is ultimately an amazing value. The one aspect of the meal that deserves attention is the desserts which were not at the same level as the rest. Hotel: our room was very nice. Beautiful and spacious. A good value and we would prefer staying here over the town. Two smaller constructive points: the shower did not drain properly and would flood into the bathroom which we had to mop up with a bath mat and the pillows offered no support (squish down to basically nothing when laying on them).

My first visit was in 2021 for a lunch, I was amazing already. This time I came back for their dinner. Service was just amazing, dishes were light and elegant. Although I am not a bread and butter person, theirs were heavenly. Everyone was extremely friendly and tried their best to converse in English. I am happy I drove one hour from the city to dine here!
