We did a five-course, intimate, dessert tasting at Bellaria. Every item was hand-crafted, thoughtful, innovative, and delicious. It started off with savory bites before moving into the main attractions. Our party absolutely loved the Mandarin and White Tea dish with seabuckthorn and tonka. The Pear Tatin Roulade and Souffle Bread Pudding were expertly crafted and technically impressive. The Chocolate dish at the end was the perfect bite to end the meal. And everything (besides the caviar) was vegan!
I can't wait to see what else comes out of this innovative dessert studio. The space is small so you'll have to sign up in advance for the tasting, but it makes it intimate and homey. It makes a great date night!
