Whether or not you remember/care about that fact, you should head inside for some drinks and bar food inspired by what’s served in that region. There are some authentic dishes - like a Belgian sandwich stuffed with fries, roasted ham, and mornay sauce - but the best things here are the burger and steak frites. The burger is topped with melted gouda, and the dry-aged steak is covered in a rich butter sauce.
