Bergen Bagels - Review - Prospect Heights - New York - The Infatuation

"At Bergen Bagels in Prospect Heights, you don't need to toast your bagel unless you really want to. Especially in the morning, a bagel here is warm and chewy, the perfect canvas for lox, cream cheese, and red onion, or whitefish salad and tomato. (Or, eat one plain as you make your way home with a dozen to host a bagel brunch.) This classic neighborhood spot has been open since 1991, and it’s frequented by policemen, people who come here every morning before hopping on the 2 train, and neighbors who don't even bother to change out of their pajamas. There are two other locations around Brooklyn, but the original one on Bergen Street is the best because the bagels always taste exactly the same." - Willa Moore

Google
Stopped by for a quick bite before a workout. I love toasted bagels with butter and they passed the test! They also told me that they make 5,000 fresh bagels daily! If you are looking for quick and fresh bagels, this is the spot.

Google
Decent good bagel, tastes better when it’s warm. I got everything bagel with chive cream cheese. It’s interesting that they have oats on the bagel. I don’t feel anything special compared to other bagel places in Brooklyn though.

Google
Just like others say, nice bagel, good crust, lots of cream cheese flavors. Lately I've been going with salt bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. This one is now the best one I've had in the city. Salt on all sides, nicely toasted, overall really good. The jalapeño cream cheese was actually hella spicy, seems like they used pickled jalapeño??.... not a bad thing..... there's were small bits of carrot. Loved it. Folks behind the counter seemed kinda grumpy but I was into it, exactly what I want in my bagel shop. 7 out of 5 stars, would go again.

Google
Freshest bagel I’ve perhaps ever eaten. Had lox spread and it was delicious.

Google
Ate here twice during my weekend visit! Big bagels and generous with the cream cheese 😋 They give you a small discount if you pay with cash.

Google
I come here often but their quality has gone down hill in the past month or so. Missing ingredients, wrong things added, etc. This time the bagel was burnt. The unfortunate thing is that one can only see these things after they have left and it’s just going to waste another 30+ mins to walk back and try to get their attention to make a new one. They need to recalibrate their redesign cause it is just not working

Google
Freshly baked bagels with a wide variety of fillings and ingredients. There are so many bagel options and an array of ingredients to choose from. They also offer a menu, but as tourists, we found it a bit complicated. You can either pick from the menu or create your own bagel by selecting your preferred ingredients. We tried the "Healthy Man" and "Hungry Man" from the menu (both with Everything Bagels). As the names suggest, the Healthy Man lets you really enjoy the bagel itself, while the Hungry Man is quite hefty and packed with intense flavours—perfect if you're in the mood for a full (or even extended) meal. They also toast the bagels before preparing the sandwiches, which was a nice touch. The only downside was that the lady calling out orders was very quiet, so it was hard to hear when our food was ready. Aside from that, the service was fine.

Google
I love the bagels but I beg them please make it easier for customer who order pickup to just grab and go. I walk in and can see my bagel sitting there and everyone ignores me and I could be standing there for 10 minutes and no one says anything and you have to shout to get them to look up and just hand you the bagel that is sitting there with your name on it. Literally every other bagel place has a separate pickup section. They would be 5 stars if they just offered a pick up section. Who is in charge??
google avatar

Yelp
Pretty good bagels and cream cheese in the area. They get very busy on the weekends, so would recommend ordering for pickup online. I've also ordered their chicken salad sandwich , but thought the chicken salad was very mayo heavy though. I probably would not get that again, but otherwise a very reliable bagel spot.

Yelp
Came in on a Friday morning (before 10am) and they were busy! The team got my order wrong (I had asked for an iced latte and got a hot one) but since there were so many people, I just accepted my fate. My bagel sandwich was sizeable -- definitely a filling breakfast that can hold you over well into lunch. The coffee was fine but nothing to write home about. The coffee I make at home honestly tastes better. Service was fast, workers were kind, and the food was good. All in all, I recommend.

Yelp
Their menu selection is super large and diverse. This is a super small bagel shop where you can stand and eat if you would like or most likely take to go. The bagels are super fresh. We tried the cinnamon bagel with plain cream cheese. that was absolutely delicious. We also had the bacon egg and cheese on a wheat. Everything bagel that was pretty good, but it definitely needed a little bit of sauce. The service was super quick and the prices are reasonable.

Yelp
Bergen Bagels is absolutely phenomenal! The Blueberry Bagel with cream cheese and an iced coffee is my go-to meal. The staff is friendly and the line moves relatively fast. They also do catering which I love; fruits, Bagels, coffee, and breakfast sandwiches. There are a couple of stools outside for dining but I usually get my order to go.

Yelp
I came here on a Sunday morning to get a bagel breakfast and to buy a dozen bagels to take home. The Lox Bagel I got for breakfast was so good--not just the freshly baked bagel, but also the smoked salmon, house-made cream cheese, tomato, and capers. I asked the staff to give me the freshest bagels to take home on my five-hour drive, and he assured me that everything was fresh and had just come out of the oven. He also gave me two extra bagels for free with my dozen order, so I got 14 bagels for the price of 12. How nice! This was my first time here, and I really enjoyed the experience. I love their bagels too--they are so much bigger than those I get in the DMV area.

Yelp
These are good bagels. Ten years after my first time having them, they are still delicious (and a great way to occupy a three-year-old for an hour). Perhaps a little fatter and doughier than the ideal, but the same has been said about me so I'm not really going to complain. They've got all the schmears you need, the prices are decent, and the service is fast and efficient. This is just about everything you need in a bagel shop. Really, I think it's great. I have to say though...and I'm not trying to fight any of you Bergen Bagel fanatics... but I am going to put this out there: I don't think they are the best in the city, and I don't think they are worth going out of your way. But they are good bagels, and the neighborhood is lucky to have them. I can also appreciate that in addition to black and white cookies, they've also gone the extra mile and made just black cookies, and just white cookies. They are actually the only place I've seen this done. And again, this might be a complex and metaphorical statement about the rampant gentrification in the area. Is it? Do these cookie choices have racial, socioeconomic, and political implications, Bergen Bagels?! I don't support this cookie segregation! I support equal cookie rights for everyone in Brooklyn! But if it's just because some people prefer vanilla or chocolate, then that's cool.
google avatar

Marina B.

Yelp
Okay, so their bagels are really good! I live nearby and they're a staple. No questions asked. Going in there can get super hectic though so you better come prepared knowing what you want because you won't be given a single second to decide once you're in there.

Yelp
Walking around for our first day in Brooklyn, we wanted to start off with a quick bagel. Bergen Bagel was recommended to us by a friend. We got the nova scotia salmon on a plain and an everything bagel, a black and white cookie, and an iced coffee. The bagels were delicious! The salmon tasted very clean and buttery, and as you can see we got tons of cream cheese. The cream cheese was full of flavor and very rich. Amazing! The black and white cookie was also very good, a nice cake texture with the creamy chocolate and sugar icing. I'm usually not a big fan of cake-like textures but this was very good. The man who helped us was extremely kind and helpful in the ordering process! He really made it less intimidating than one might expect to order food in New York. The girl behind us also got ketchup only on a bagel which was...interesting lol

Yelp
Bergen bagels are my platonic ideal of a bagel. When I'm trying to eat low/er carb? They're the things that haunt me. When I'm an ocean away? They're the bagels I try to push out of my cravings because international plastic-bagged mini bagels are an insult to the noble BB (Bergen bagel). I really have never gone wrong here. Get an egg to make things breakfast-y! Go neutral and choose a norm-core homemade cream cheese. I love a toasted poppy bagel with scallion cream cheese because I'm a basic bagel bish. Yelp note: pair nicely with a hangover.

Yelp
Let's start with service. Efficient, fairly courteous but could use a smile. Next, overall the place is small. I arrived on Sunday at 9 am, 5 customers waiting for there orders and the place felt a little cramped. Now on to the food. As I am always in search of "the one" that has the best bagels, sorry Bergen Bagel not making my top 5. I'll go with #8. Bagels were fresh and just the right amount of chewability. Unfortunately, my BEC on an everything came out BEC on a plain. The real everything bagel that I also got with cream cheese was a everything but light on the everything seasonings (see the photos) Bottom line: Worthy of a 1 time visit but I will not be going back. My quest for the #1 bagel in NY continues.

Yelp
Food 3/5 Service 5/5 Ambiance 4/5 A solid spot with good portions. A very convenient spot for me since it was just a block away but not a memorable bagel. My order is typically a lox bagel, light cream cheese, with capers and tomatoes, no onion, and I always thought the portion of lox was pretty good considering some bagel spots can skimp out. Staff is always attentive and kind, so no complaints. Just a classic ny bagel spot.
google avatar

Yelp
We stayed with a friend who lived right next to Bergen Bagels! We stopped there just about every morning we were in NY. The bagels were always hot and fresh and pretty thick for size too. They had a lot of different cream cheese options which we really appreciated. Our favorite was the chives cream cheese! I got the bacon egg and cheese bagel which was very delicious and filling, and my boyfriend got the salmon-which he said he really enjoyed with the cream cheese. The place is smaller but great for grabbing a bagel on the go. The staff was always smiling and very friendly to us too!
google avatar

Yelp
Bergen Bagels is an absolute 'Yum.' We were on our way to see people when I had an urge for a muffin and cup of coffee. BB was definitely the place to stop. Very big store and even bigger selection of bagels, muffins, various types of cream cheeses. They even had a whole salmon and other fishes. Great friendly staff walked me through the 15 different muffins on display. I settled on the Blueberry. It was huge, it was delicious, exactly how a muffin like this should be. That along with the delicious coffee made it a good stop for me. My wife order a toasted everything bagel and a small vegetable cream cheese. A very good bagel and I was impressed with the amount of vegetables in the cream cheese. Unfortunately, that's not always the case. I a looking forward to a return visit as I'm usually in the area every couple of weeks. Good spot, well stocked, clean and a great staff. KUDOs to the team at Bergen Bagels.

Yelp
Every morning I pass by this place and today, I had just enough time to stop in. I grabbed an iced coffee and chocolate chip muffin. I was super satisfied with my service. The men working that morning were fast and whoever made my coffee, did it just right. I have 0 complaints. I walked in at a time where it wasn't busy at all and it was a Friday morning (shocked to see it wasn't really busy) but I was thankful for that since I didn't have too much time to stand in a long line. My coffee was delicious and brewed strong enough to give me the energy that I did not naturally have. I'm a mom and that is what I expect from a coffee because I cannot stand being sluggish all day. There wasn't a lot of almond milk which is exactly how I prefer my coffee to be. You know how you can tell how good your coffee is going to be based on its color... this was the color that I wanted so I was so happy! The chocolate muffin is huge! I didn't finish it for breakfast. I ate a little less than half in one sitting. What really made it for me was that it wasn't overwhelming filled with chocolate chips. It had that perfect ratio of chocolate chip to quick bread. I like the extra touch of wrapping it in the Bergen Bagel wrapper. Overall, this place was better than I expected and I'll be back since I work nearby.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a nice well-stocked Bagel restaurants that offer a wide variety of bagels and other goodies. There is plenty of coffee/tea drinks as well as a wide selection of cold beverages. Their muffins are huge. The place is easy to get to and near the subway stop.
google avatar

Elizabeth K.

Yelp
Pretty good for a lox bagel but the price was pretty crazy - 17 for a bagel with cream cheese and lox?! Man oh man. Good quality but just expect a high price tag for a bagel. quick service. but no seating!
google avatar

Leilani S.

Yelp
Saw the great reviews at this location and I wanted to give it a shot. They take card on orders $5 and up No seating inside only counters where you can stand at and eat. Not much room to eat inside because it does get crowded. No seating outside either. Workers are nice and it's pretty quick Got the chicken cutlet sandwich it comes with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I got no mayo. It definitely tastes a lot better if you eat it fresh. Got home (15 mins later) and the chicken was so hard and dry. Warmed up the chicken and added spicy mayo and it was pretty good. I asked for the bagel not toasted but it was lightly toasted which made the bagel hard The everything bagel wasn't too bad not too heavy on the seasoning. Some bites you can tell it's an everything bagel, others it's like a plain bagel. Sundried tomato cream cheese is okay, light in sundried tomato flavor
google avatar

Yelp
I knew coming to New York that I had to try some New York bagels, they did not disappoint. I got a blue berry bagel with blue berry cream cheese. The bagel was super chewy and warm, the cream cheese was a perfect mix of sweet and creamy. The service is why I only gave it 4 stars they were kinda rude and wanted us to order and leave instead of looking at the menu and deciding. I found it kinda odd since there was no one else in the shop.
google avatar

Patricia B.

Yelp
I got a BEC on an everything bagel and it was decent. Kinda disappointed with the portion as there wasn't much bacon, egg, or cheese inside. Besides that the bagels are made fresh and there's lots to choose from. There was a line by the door but it moved pretty quickly.
google avatar

Yvonne C.

Yelp
I had an appointment in the area and figured I'd stop by for a quick bite to eat before. The line went quickly and the staff have managing it down to a science. I had a plain bagel with butter and it was one of the best bagels I've had in a while! The bagel was fresh- soft in the center and the crust baked perfectly. While usually I like a a nice slather of butter on my bagel, I was okay with the small smear since the bagel was that good.
google avatar

LaTrenda S.

Yelp
The most overpriced lack of flavor bagel. disgusting. And the guy at the front complete jerk. Much better bagel spots avoid at ALL Costs
google avatar

Diana D.

Yelp
I paid $12.51 for this turkey bacon egg and cheese sandwich with an iced coffee today. I paid around $13 for a Cream cheese lox bagel in the past with an iced coffee. Not sure why they are the same price and much shitter serving + presentation. The Lox bagels are giant (still pricey but worth it for larger serving) . Will not purchase here again.
google avatar

Nicholas C.

Yelp
A decent bagel spot in downtown Brooklyn! Friend and I decided to order from here and placed an order for pickup for two B.E.C's on a Saturday morning. When we arrived we stated the order at the register and got ours in less than a minute. Nothing to complain about with the order itself. The bagel was tasty and hit the spot! They've got an assortment of different items you can order. If you're looking for a quick morning bite I'd totally come here!
google avatar

Mahsa N.

Yelp
This will easily be a neighborhood bagel location I return to. I got their muffin and bagel. The double chocolate muffin was fresh and tasty. The chocolate chip muffin was ok too though not as great. As for the bagels, I got the whole-wheat everything bagel with scallion cream cheese, onions and tomatoes. The bagel was super fresh and the fillings were the right amount without being overpowering. There was a line in the am but it moved fast. Also, they only accept credit cards for orders over $5 so keep this in mind!
google avatar

Lynette H.

Yelp
I stopped here for a quick bite on the way to the Barclay Center and Bergen's Bagels knocked it out of the park! A typical NewYork neighborhood bagel shop, and it does not disappoint. From fresh bakery smells to organized chaos. Come prepared to keep the line moving and grab and go. Fun fact: there are a few seats outside if you can snag them. Their variety of in-house homemade bagels are marvelous, and don't miss out on the myriad of unique cream cheeses too. Once it's your turn - the staff is kind, considerate and careful. #Enjoygoodpeople ;)
google avatar

Yelp
COMPLETELY ruined my order i got my croissant with a bite taken out of it i paid $5 for a plain bagel with tomato and mozzarella but got one slice of (not fresh) cheese and one slice of tomato my girlfriend asked for fruit on top of pancakes and they riddled the entire thing with fruits inside of it and the service was just absolutely terrible. NEVER come here
google avatar

Matthew S.

Yelp
High quality bagel in a relatively low quality area. Okay, the last part might be an exaggeration. I have nothing against Prospect Heights. It is a safe area with lots of nightlife and all that Brooklyn has to offer without it being in your face like nearby downtown does. The bagel is good, it tastes fresh and holds well. They have a tad bit of a sweetness too, which I like. However, outside of their "originals", everything else is hit or miss. They also make HUGE muffins, and when I asked the staff if they make them in house, I could not get a straight answer out of them. Unless I hear otherwise, I am going to take that as a no. I am not sure if they deserve the high praise some give them, but they definitely do not deserve a kick to the curb. Maybe or maybe not, that is how I see them.

Yelp
Like some other reviewers said, be mindful that Bergen Bagels almost always has a line (even before the pandemic). I decided to come on a Sunday morning and ordered ahead of time -- the wait actually wasn't that bad -- it only ever got to 3 people waiting outside. I came for my every-so-often-treat of a NY lox and cream cheese on an everything bagel, capers, onions, and tomato of course. To be fair, it's been a recent food quest to find "the best" one in Brooklyn, and I haven't been that impressed yet. Bergen Bagel's was not any different, but it was set at a lower price point than others -- $13.01 (after tax). The bagels were fresh and lined against the wall in the style of many other NY staple joints, so I was excited to give it a go. When I got home, the bagel was cut in half and wrapped in their branded parchment paper, a nice subtle touch to set them apart from other places. The bagel itself was fine -- my partner commented that it was a bit too doughy, but I actually tend to focus on the crunch of the outside instead, and this delivered! The "everything" it was baked with could have been more substantial, but I got everything I needed in it. While the bagel was solid in my opinion, the salmon didn't have as great texture or taste as other places, but it did come in a standard amount -- however, there wasn't enough cream cheese to balance it out. Overall, there were some ups and downs about this sandwich: Ups -much cheaper than other places; $13.01 covered everything in a standard sandwich (capers, tomatoes, onions) -line was not as bad as expected -bagel was crispy -fair amount of salmon Things to Note -bagel was too doughy (I don't mind that, though; some of you may) -salmon not as fresh as other places -not enough cream cheese or "everything" baked onto the bagel. Again, I'm no expert, but I've been to two other places so far and am still looking for the one to beat them all! I think at $13.01 this lox and cream cheese sandwich is great, but I'm willing to splurge a bit more on this rare treat.

Yelp
The bagels here are fresh, soft and everything you can imagine a New York bagel to be. I got the everything bagel with the salmon cream cheese. So delicious !!! Lightly toasted and the salmon cream cheese was the perfect combination.

Liat N.

Yelp
A bit expensive but in line for New York pricing. The bagels and muffins don't disappoint
google avatar

Rachael M.

Yelp
Pretty basic bagel sandwich (tofu scallion cream cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion). We ordered two of the same sandwiches and they messed up the order slightly by forgetting onion on one and only putting cream cheese on one half of one (while putting on both sides of the second). I did enjoy the while wheat pumpernickel swirl bagel and they made the bagels pretty fast. Love all the types of tofu cream cheese!
google avatar

Lindsey B.

Yelp
Great place to get a bagel in the run, not to mention, their coffee is amazing as well. The bagels are made fresh and they have tons of options. Definitely a go to bagel spot in Brooklyn.
google avatar

Deirdre L.

Yelp
Yummy bagels in the neighborhood that are always fresh. Definitely do not recommend going on Saturday or a Sunday mornings as the lines can be long. If you do, make a plan out of your day.

Sharif H.

Yelp
Had a disappointing experience at Bergen Bagel. Service was poor, and the food seemed old. They also got my order wrong. Make sure to double-check your order before leaving, or you might end up dissatisfied.
google avatar

Jenny T.

Yelp
I think I just inhaled a full cup of cream cheese (at a minimum it was a half cup). Luckily came on a Sunday morning and not much of a line. The everything bagels just came off so they were steaming. I got the lox bagel with tomatoes, capers, and jalapeño cream cheese. This thing was like 5lbs and super packed with smoked salmon and cheese. And I ate it all -much to the protest of my belly. Fantastic bagel, quick and easy service.
google avatar

Emely F.

Yelp
Great bagel shop! I had just finished my 5am gym workout with my partner and we were taking a walk to see if we could find some breakfast before heading home. We ended up stumbling upon Bergen Bagels and I'm glad we did. The service was great, prices weren't bad. I had a egg and cheese with ketchup on a sesame Bagel toasted. *chef kiss*
google avatar

Marisa M.

Yelp
Bergen Bagels is great. I don't eat bagels often but when I do I come here. The bagels are more light and airy so I don't feel stuffed and gross after I eat one with some butter. The bagels are super fresh. So dont toast it! A fresh bagel is amazing and toasting ruins that. Not much of a cream cheese person but they have lots of choices. My friend once got an apple cinnamon one and I thought it was a bit too sweet for my taste. But she loved it. I tried the blueberry muffin and the chocolate chip muffin. Very big muffins. I usually eat 3/4 of it. Pricey at 3.75 a muffin, but they are big. They are dense and moist on the inside and the top is crunchy. I wish the blueberry one though had sugar granules at the top, I like those types of muffins that have that. The chocolate chip muffin i liked more than the blueberry one. Small place and busy on weekends but the line goes quick as some other people said too. There are a couple of chairs along the side if you want to sit. Def go here for a bagel you won't be disappointed in the quality!
google avatar

Neechi M.

Yelp
Love this place the bagels are just perfect. My order is a whole wheat everything bagel with cream cheese on one side, butter on the other, and egg and bacon. It's delicious. Prices are nice and cheap and you can get Snapple. What more do you need from a perfect bagel spot. Only tip is that if you have the bagel itch at night keep in mind that they turn off the grill before closing. I got there at 715 to quench my urge and was told they can't make eggs and bacon because the grill was off. Whomp whomp!

Yelp
First timer at this bagel shop. I just came from one of my makeup clients who lived around the corner, so I had all my equipment with me. My client forewarned me about the place but I was hungry and ignored her. The line was super long but I waited. It seems like everyone was ordering super slow, it's a Sunday no problem. When it was my turn, it seemed like the worker was trying to rush me. He didn't do that with anyone else. Continuously asking me if I wanted anything else. Then he says 3.75 while motioning money with his hands. Clearly my bagel wasn't even finished yet and he wasn't even by the register to accept the money. I didn't see him do this with the lady that was before me or the man before her. I know I'm the only back person in the store but he acted like I wasn't going to pay. I don't like that. I felt like he was trying to rush me out the door so the white couple behind me wouldn't have to wait. I literally have an office studio not too far away and I will NOT be supporting this location. My money will be spent elsewhere. I would have went across the street to Chick-fil-A but it's Sunday so you know how that goes.

H. P.

Yelp
If I order a sandwich and not only don't order tomatoes on it, but also say "no tomatoes", and then they put tomatoes on it anyway, and it keeps happening over and over and over, I gotta start going to the place next door instead. It shouldn't be this hard to make a very simple sandwich the way it was ordered. But it is, every time!

Aelita P.

Yelp
Stopped in with a friend for a pair of bagels and was unfortunately underwhelmed by the experience. I live close by to a fantastic bagel place so maybe my expectations were too high, but the bagels were average and the tofu cream cheese tasted a bit funny to me (sort of metallic maybe?) I generally don't need a huge amount of cream cheese, but even the amount they give is small compared to most other bagel shops (one small smear on one side of the bagel). Also, I asked for a bottle of water and then on second thought asked if they have cups of water. The cashier responded with 'I already put it [the order] in.' It's not clear to me if they will give a cup of water, but the implication seemed to be that they will except for in this particular case because I mentioned a bottle of water first. I thought that was a bit odd. It didn't feel worth the fuss so I just bought the water, but I can't imagine it's so terribly hard to cancel and start a new order (I only got a bagel with cream cheese). Not a huge deal, just a weird experience.

Yelp
It's a small shop at the corner. Off the 2,3 station for Bergen. Hence their name! I was comfortable with their selections as they offer vegan tofu spread options. Personal fave the Vegetable tofu spread on a sesame bagel. It wasn't too bad! The cashier was friendly and actually helped to choose my bagel as a first timer. I was actually happy there was not a line once I got there. When around Brooklyn it's a decent bagel spot for ON THE GO eats.

Yelp
Review during covid times. They only let five people in at a time btw. And staff is wearing gloves and masks, properly. $5 credit card min, FYI. But here's the caveat, they took half my order and when I asked another staff member to assist, he said no. I was confused to why he wasn't able to get the rest of my order. Meanwhile, the woman who took me order did so and then didn't let me complete and had to finish the order ahead of me, which was a bigger order than mine. I was just confused. Not to mention, the same guy was providing so service that the woman behind me stood there over 10 minutes without him offering any service. So, while my orders were finally taken and they were delicious, I didn't appreciate the lag in service.

Yelp
The food is always fresh and delicious. I've never had a complaint I always order from there me and my family loves the strawberry bagel.

Yelp
terrible service, very rude. Won't recommend delivery, just a bad experience. Food is okay, nothing more than an overpriced bagel shop

Yelp
I went here based on the too good to go app, and received five bagels and one danish and the guy at the counter kept questioning me on the app order.

Yelp
here is a quick synopsis, service is ok...bagels aren't anything special. I ordered the bagel with lox, cream cheese, capers, onions was a little salty. The sandwich was falling apart and very hard to eat. Pretty messy. This didnt bother me as much as how salty it was. It did not have a good balance. The staff member even asked me to give him a tip which I have never seen before. No point deduction here because i like the hustle. 3 stars!

Yelp
Have been coming here since I was a kid and service and quality have been consistently good. Only suggestions would be to have more toppings on the everything bagels and consider making smaller batches of spread so it looks fresher throughout the day.

Yelp
This was a great spot to get a bacon egg and cheese on my way to hangout in Prospect Park on a sunny Saturday! The order was ready quickly and it was affordable. It did get pretty packed but they have a good system where despite that, you aren't waiting for long Would go again
