Great staff and were gracious while accommodating our large group after my son's graduation from Sutherland. The baked goods are delicious and the French toast is especially awesome. My husband made a surprise choice to have the Irish breakfast and enjoyed it (guest we are going to Ireland for bangers and mash soon🥰). The grits I thought were tasty but different for those who don't enjoy Parmesan as it's the cheese featured int he shrimp and grits, a long with a dark gravy. I prefer a white cream based sauce with the dish but again it was not bad, just taste difference. With that being said, my mom ate most of my french toast 🥴. Luckily I had a chorizo skillet that was flavorful and enjoyed it with corn tortillas, which my son also commandeered after a taste bite. He loved the specialty French toast (creme brulee) but the regular suited me just fine.
Definitely support local and enjoy the personalized dining experience at this cafe. We will continue to come back.
