This place is brimming with energy (and not just because of Con Edison's Learning Center nearby). The Lemon Blueberry Sour Ale may not resonate as their Jalapeno Rye Ale but is still a good beer. Don't hesitate to come here. They have a second location (Big aLICe Barrel Room) located in Industry City, Brooklyn that merits a visit as well.

Excellent outdoor seating setup, even for those freezing cold pandemic days. They have multiple areas with barrels that seat up to 4 people each, and each area has a heater which is super cozy. Bring yo children, bring yo babies bring yo dogs and such - big Alice is family friendly and a great place to relax and enjoy some delicious brews. Doesn’t hurt that the staff are super friendly as well. Can’t wait to come back.

Great spot in LIC to grab delicious beers with friends and get cozy indoors now that the weather has dropped! Really loved the sours on draft and the Jalapeño Rye was awesome! They do flights which I feel is rare nowadays. Friendly Beertenders and they had some games for us to play at the barrels. Will definitely be back!

So visiting from Virginia Beach, stopped in great experience from the first step in was met by a young lady who was very sweet, I had a jalapeno rye wow so good then I had a shot n a small rye, we talked for a few she was fantastic even found my a few glasses to buy n before I left a 4 pack as well off king n queen beer she was right my brother lived them. Definitely stop by you won't be disappointed. Great time made my day

If you're a fan of IPAs get the Queensbridge IPA. It's well hopped and has some citrus notes. If you're adventurous, give the jalapeño ale a shot. It's got the perfect amount of spice.

Small place with limited outdoor seating when I went. 4/5 stars because none of the beer I tried really blew me away, but maybe I was just unlucky this visit. Staff was helpful and the place is clean with a large variety. I'll probably visit again next time I'm in the area.

Small brewery… definitely recommend trying the jalapeño rye. So good! The only con was that they left the front door open in the middle of February…. We might as well have sat outside. Our jackets were on at the whole time and we couldn’t wait to get to some place warmer.
