Big Dave’s Cheesesteaks

This location was highly recommended by my brother Tay(work at Mercedes Benz stadium) so I went in on 1/6/26 mainly for the Salmon Eggrolls they unfortunately were out I was so saddened but while I was choosing another option Man J came from back and said he'll be happy to make some fresh ones for me (I was delighted)they made me a lifetime fan! I highly recommend this location not only for their excellent food but for their wonderful Service. Truly high quality of food and service. I'll like to thank Man J and Kavana(my cashier) for assisting me and bring top service. You have to visit this location!!❤️❤️❤️

After reading the reviews and being in the area I had to stop by. There was no one on line so we went right in. There are 3 sizes I got the classic and it’s shareable. I ordered the truffle Philly cheesesteak and that comes with mushrooms, onions, provolone cheese, truffle, mayo, and I decided to add some jalapeños. The bread was a classic hoagie and it was soft and fresh. My cheesesteak was cooked to perfection and I enjoyed every bit of it. I highly recommend them. Don’t sleep on it you will miss out.

This is not my first time here, and it definitely won’t be my last. The food at Big Dave’s Cheesesteaks is always amazing—fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Man J at the front counter gave outstanding customer service. He was kind, helpful, and made the whole experience welcoming from the moment I walked in. An older woman in the back named Niesha made my cheesesteak, and wow—she did an incredible job. The food was so good, and she has the warmest, most genuine smile. Both Man J and Niesha are doing a fantastic job at this location. They truly make it feel good to be here. Great food and even better people!

Has little soda/drink options, but everything else was very good! They greet you when you come in, and in total, very nice experience! Egg rolls are to DIE FOR! And the fries are so good!

I wanted to try this place, I just returned from Maryland and Philly, so this was on my list for Georgia. My nephew and his girlfriend was visiting from Oregon and we had lunch, the Salmon, and ,CheeseSteaks 4 different orders sandwiches all were meals and the Large Salmon Cheesesteak. It was delicious and the fries were crisp and tasty. The restaurant was very clean and the manager Darrell and the staff was incredible. The young lady I forget her name was really helpful and very pleasant and kind, which made our lunch ever more desirable. The restrooms were very clean I give thema 10 out of 10. I'll be back.

Oh man what an amazing Philly cheese steak! Was so hungry forgot to take pics. I gotta say very satisfied and properly filling! The food quantity and quality matches the price. Plenty of space to sit and easily location to find. Plenty of paid parking. All in all, amazing experience!

Top 5 cheesesteak I’ve ever had! The only downside was it was simply too much cheese for me. Other than that, the flavor was chefs kiss. The service was a bit slow, but overall I would definitely try the food again. I also ordered the banana pudding and it was good!

Very cozy place to get a bite, with outdoor seating available. The service was friendly and the place was very clean. The cheese steak is great, tender and you definitely get your money's worth, I got the smallest size which is a Regular. The fries are seasoned and crispy, overall this is definitely a great place to get a bite. Also, it's near the Georgia Aquarium so it's very convenient to visit both.

So we came here because my wife has been craving a Philly cheese steak. So I found this place after leaving the aquarium. We drove up but we found no parking. So we parked on the side of the road. Apparently this is common as everyone else did it too. I walked in and asked the guy what the best thing was. He stated the Dave's way Philly. So I got that. However, a regular is 6 inches for 12 dollars, classic which is 9 inches but costs 19 before tax and the like super one which is 18 inches for 34 dollars. I didn't know how good it would be so I ordered the 9 inch one as I was going to split it with my wife prior to going to another restaurant. It took about 15 minutes but I got the Philly. I then brought it to the wife. We ate it in the car. It was good. Very hot to the touch. But it reminded me of a good Philly cheese steak. Was it the best I've had. No. That still belongs to Deangelo's in Philly. But the cost is what got me. 21 total for a 9 inch sub. Seems a bit steep. I'd give this sub an overall 4.5 out of 5.

As a native Pennsylvanian, I can say with full confidence that Big Dave's cheesesteaks are fantastic. In fact, I am mildly perturbed that I had to travel to Georgia to get such a delicious sandwich when some of the places around my home are underwhelming. Immediately upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted. The ordering process was easy. A 9 inch cheesesteak with fries was plenty for the two of us. The sandwich was juicy, the meat perfectly browned and flavorful and the crinkle cut fries were seasoned to perfection and we fought for the last one. I highly recommend you check this out.

Having seen this on IG and the owner was a speaker at Invest Fest 2025, I had to visit. Located on the street behind the Convention Center and Mercedes Benz dome, it's in the thick of things on event days. Parking directly across the street from the restaurant was a flat $20 this day as there was a soccer game this day. Being a visitor to AtL I had to do a sampling, I went with 1 chicken eggroll, 1 salmon eggroll and a small Beef cheesesteak with White American and Onion combo (fries and drink). So... eggrolls first. The chicken had good flavor and the dipping sauce packs a punch! The salmon eggroll... not much flavor and can't say I'd do that again. I only ate 1/2 the eggroll. Fries were plentiful, hot and cooked well. Cheesesteak was really enjoyable and seasoned well, bread was soft but firm and held up well. The placement of the cheese made it so that some bites didn't have cheese, but overall it was a really good sandwich. The staff were friendly and were working well together to the orders out timely. Overall, an enjoyable meal.

I came here for the first time the other day. I got a regular size truffle shuffle cheesesteak combo with fries & a drink. Since I downloaded the app and made a free account, I got a feee egg roll. I got the buffalo chicken one and it was good. The truffle sauce on the cheesesteak was very good. I wish the mushrooms were cooked longer. Huge portion of food that made me full. Food was made to order so it was hot and fresh. Decent price of around $17 for tons of food. I would come back.

Customer service was just as great as the food. We were greeted with a warm welcome. The sandwich included 3 cheeses which are what made the sandwich distinct for me. Our Lyft driver even highly recommended when he dipped us off. I would definitely return.

I've followed Dave's Cheesesteaks on instagram for a while now. With coming into Atlanta to see Beyoncé in concert, I was finally able to try them out. It's located downtown walking distance from Centennial Park. The restaurant was clean and airy. The staff were extremely nice and checked on my friend and I frequently. Our food came out fast and hot. Even though we took condiments, they weren't needed. I had the regular beef cheesesteak and a chicken egg roll. Both were 10/10! I'm glad I was able to try here and check this place off my list. I was also able to check out Centennial Park!

Good service on a busy Saturday night. Decent portions sizes. Took some time to get our food but that's expected on a weekend night when lots of people are out.

Best Philly Steak in whole ATL!, I spent more money then in Dining restaurant..but leave there happy

One of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had -- hands down. The bread was soft and fresh, the steak was juicy and flavorful, and the cheese was melted perfectly. The staff was extremely friendly and made the whole experience even better. Service was fast, portions were huge, and the place had a great vibe. If you're in Atlanta and want a true Philly-style cheesesteak, Big Dave's is a must-try.

Visiting from out of state and glad I came by Big Dave's. Kelow and all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Staff seemed genuinely enthusiastic and happy to be there and they were working very hard. Food was made fresh to order piping hot and was delicious. Love the seasoned salt on the fries.

Came here for a quick lunch and it did not disappoint! Service was quick and the cheesesteak was delicious! Super cheesy and filled with meat and vegetables; they definitely didn't skip out on that! I got the regular size and it truly was filling. Also got it with their fries and they were crispy and well seasoned. Would definitely recommend over and over again!

Personally the cheesesteak didn't have enough meat on it. Also it was a bit salty but once you add ketchup it was good. I called right after i ordered on door dash to see about getting the bread separate from the meat and was told my meal was already made which confused me because i just placed the order but non the less, the portion for $14.99 was disappointing.

Coming from Chicago we have many different food options. I LOVE cheesesteaks! Never been to Philly (yet). Chicago has tried but I felt never achieved the right combination of what I would want in a cheesesteak. I found it in Atlanta! Big Dave's is a small menu. Cheesesteaks! Beef, chicken or salmon (‍). Cheesesteak in 3 sizes or egg roll for a small bite with all the flavor. Choice of cheese? White American, provolone Or cheez whiz. GO WITH THE WHIZ!!! Bread is perfect, just enough onion for flavor, but not raw. And the beef! So flavorful! Counter service very friendly ! Enough seating inside or out. I may come back for lunch tomorrow !!

Best Cheesesteak I've had the pleasure of eating. Incredibly friendly staff, great casual atmosphere, and fair, (almost low!) prices. With love, from Fort Wayne!

The food was okay. Not the best flavor wise. Service was great and the restaurant was clean.

Kavana is a wonderful cashier she is patient and very sweet she has excellent customer service skill and Man J is an excellent cook and is very fast with getting the food out. I will be back. Wonderful!

Been to two of their locations now. Best cheesesteaks in this part of the world. Food has good take service was prompt and friendly. Would definitely go back
