"Another LA fave, they’re serving burgers, wings, chicken sandwiches, and jambalaya fries. Weekends you can find them in Lancaster, San Diego, and San Bernardino. Check their Instagram for the latest info and locations." - brant cox

The 9 Hottest Burgers in Los Angeles Right Now

"Some of the hottest — and largest — burgers in town come from Billionaire Burger Boyz. Operating out of a community kitchen in Chinatown and a few trucks around LA, Billionaire Burger Boyz’s burgers come fully loaded with the likes of lobster tail and grilled shrimp, plus the usual toppings of American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion." - Rebecca Roland

Billionaire Burger Boyz Review - Compton - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Billionaire Burger Boyz  started out as a food truck. After appearing on a restaurant competition show and expanding as far south as San Diego, they started serving burgers, wings, chicken sandwiches, and jambalaya fries in their first brick-and-mortar space in Compton. All of the food is great, but we keep coming back for the “Billionaire single” burger. It’s got a soft potato bun, quarter pound of juicy beef, and perfectly melted cheese. It fits in the palm of your hand and has the proportions of a cartoon burger. But, thankfully, this beauty is real." - Nikko Duren

King Lemonade has been following this tag team since Guy's Games on the food network. Lol, so when we got here, this was the only place other than EVERY NIKE store and the game we came for (Lions won). Lol. When we got to the location, we drove around for about 8 to 10 minutes looking for the place. FYI It's a shared space inside (Lokels Only), which is a community kitchen. So when you get to a pagoda, you can find a parking spot, and the building is tucked away in the middle, but you'll find it. Lol Once we got in the building, there was a list of things to choose from. King Lemonade even got to meet one of the owner dudes of the BDBB. The food assistant was cool, really down to earth vibe and very helpful with suggestions. The food came out, and it was pretty good. King ordered the salmon burger which he enjoyed but he really loved those jambalaya fries (you can also get them WITHOUT the shrimp), the wings were ok nothing to shout about, and the lobster burger was very busy, the shrimp breading was sliding off and the burger itself was peppery, but it was still ok. Overall, it was a nice experience. - @according2teau 👽 🦄

Burgers, wings, and fries abound at this Compton eatery. Came here on a Saturday for lunch and was ready to indulge in some rich food. Street parking is available in front of the store but you’ll most likely need to parallel park. You may want to consider order ahead online; I ordered in-person and it took ~45 minutes to get my food. However, everything was made to order and there seemed to only be one cook, so it’s understandable. Credit cards are accepted. Currently no dining options during covid. The jambalaya fries are very saucy and there’s a generous amount of shrimp. Even a half order was good to split between two people. There’s a full order option as well. They were out of pastrami when I went so I couldn’t try the phantom burger, but the smokehouse stack was a good alternative. The patty is very juicy and the bread was very soft. All orders come with a heaping amount of fries. If you have leftover fries, I’d suggest toasting them the next day - they’re still just as crunchy and the breading stays intact.

Just dropped in to try some wings and jambalaya fries. This place is so good!!! The honey butter chicken wings had a nice crunch to them and the flavor was on point. But the highlight of my meal was the jambalaya fries. OMG! They are so good. Perfectly seasoned and a portion big enough. Now I have to return to try their burgers one day.

The lobster burger that i tasted was off the chart goodness, & the jambalaya fries & sliders I had were pretty awesome too! I actually thought the fries could've used a little heat (spicy hot) & that would've made them unbelievably epic! Would definitely recommend this place.

There are so many options so if you are a fan of big sloppy IG worthy burgers, this place is a must try. I was excited to see BBB move into a brick and mortar store, and their trucks are still out and about the city. Bonus: The chefs were on the show, Guy's Grocery Games. Now the food isn't for the faint of heart, the cheap (they have a special market price burger), or those trying to count those pesky calories. I was short on time so I had the Jambalaya Fries. Compliments to BBB because I didn't feel slighted about not getting a burger at all. The fries are a medium cut and hold their flavorful weight under a blanket of shrimp, chicken and sausage. Topped with alfredo sauce and cheese these fries are a complete meal. Definitely worth it and if that is just the fries, I'll be back to visit and try the other items on their menu. Tip: Call ahead. You'll have to pay over the phone, but your order will be ready by the time you arrive. The 1-star deduction is for the incorrect information being on their Google information page. I called the number Google had listed and was told that I would need to go to IG and get the number there in order to place my order. I'm hoping they take the steps to make sure the info is accurate online so as to avoid confusion. UPDATE: Ordering from this place can be frustrating. The menu isn't consistent across the different ordering apps. Adding fries to a burger or alone is nearly impossible. The phone goes unanswered. Moral of the story: eat here when you have PLENTY of time to wait. I ordered from Grubhub and had to wait 30+ minutes beyond the pick-up time.

Yelp
Ambiance: the food truck serves LA area and attends some local events Service: very fast and minimum waiting time Food: plenty choices of burgers and chicken items Chicken Tenders - **** even shapes, and made from ground chicken, chewy texture with starch, recommend Fries - ** soggy and not crispy Price: their food is served in moderate portions and it costs about $15 per order

Yelp
I'm sad that I have to leave this review after following chef Soulo for so long, at least 2019/2020 to all his different locations but when he was the one actually cooking the food and filling the orders. Recently they've announced their new location on Sepulveda and La Tijera for their food truck. I was ecstatic because I stopped going out the way for the burgers, so seeing they were closer to me now I couldn't pass up the opportunity and wanted to get some dinner for me and my mom. They had a $5 burger combo deal going on. I get there around 6pm the flyer said they're done at 7pm. There was only 2 people ahead of me and 2 on the side waiting. When I say customer service was so SLOW. It took no cap about 20 minutes just to place my order, it took longer to place my order than receive my food. I tried to be patient and understanding cause there was one cook and one cashier, she was taking orders and packing the food but also as someone who's worked in this industry. It would've made more sense for her to knock the line out the way so the cook has all the orders, knows how many patties needs to be on the grill etc to shorten wait times. Instead she was taking one order then waiting for it to be done, packing it and repeat. Not effective at all, finally I tell her I want the $5 combo and no tomatoes or pickles with a sprite and a chicken Sando as well. I used touch pay for my order, never received a reciept just the ticket with the number on it. Another 15 mins or so passes and as I'm getting my food she tells me I was the last order for French fries because they ran out and offered me some chips instead. Inventory always needs to be checked consistently thru out the shift, especially knowing it was a busy day. I'm sure they had plenty of customers from open to close. I settled for Doritos and a sprite and headed home. It took me about 40 minutes to get home and guess what there's tomatoes and pickles and no sauce on my burger! I'm allergic to tomatoes and could not eat the burger and my mother doesn't eat beef which is why I ordered the chicken Sando for her. I reached out immediately via the instagram page, I sent them a message and after 24 hours nothing. I then responded to one of their stories and nothing, final attempt I left a comment underneath their new post and let them know my order was incorrect, that I inboxed them and to please respond and NOTHING. Very unpleasant experience overall, to spend money and can't eat your food. I couldn't drive back because it was almost 8pm when they closed at 7pm. Also for them to not respond to customer complaints and rectify the situation. I munched on Doritos and a sprite and had to make my own turkey burger for the night. You can lose me as a customer as fast as you gained me as one. I always try to support black owned business but time and time again I'm disappointed.

Yelp
In tandem with Soulo's Kitchen, I had a few items from both of their menus. Specifically from Billionaire Burger Boyz I had either the rajun cajun burger with the honey butter wings. My favorite from their side was the jambalaya fries and salmon nuggets.

Yelp
My friend and I came from the airport and were starving we parked somewhere and it happened to be where this truck was parked! They had just opened up for the day! The menu was what caught my eye although I'm not a seafood fan the seafood burger looked amazing. My friend and I decided to try the cheeseburger and veggie jambalaya fries! All I can say is no regrets the burger was so juicy and good and the fries omg the fries AMAZING, DELICIOUS AND SAUCY AF The service was great everyone was super sweet! I definitely will be hittin this truck up again whenever I'm in LA.

Yelp
Instagram made me do it! :-D Whew, pack on the calories with a smile! This is junk food taken to a whole other level and I was happy about it! Totally, not for California's avocado and salad-eating society haahaahaaa. Service: The guy you see, Chef Soulo, is the guy you see. I placed my order online, and when I walked in, he greeted me and gave me my to-go order, with a smile. Who I see on Instagram, is who I saw in the restaurant. Food: I'm not a big soul food fan. I am a huge Italian food fan. The macaroni and cheese had way too much grease, yet was the most seasoned and flavorful mac-and-cheese I've ever eaten. By Italian food standards, the pasta was overcooked. By soul food standards, the pasta was just right! The salmon nuggets were a little dry. However, I think that's because I ate the cheeseburger first. Oops, the surf-n-turf cheeseburger WITH SHRIMP! I think if I had eaten the salmon nuggets first, they would have been perfect. The fries were delish! Again, calory overload with a smile! :-D Restaurant: The spot is QUITE SMALL and kinda hard to find, so check the Instagram page. Chef Soulo gives you a detailed path to find them and it is quite helpful. You can park in the parking lot for free!! The walk from the parking lot to the restaurant doesn't have the best guides but hey, it's a parking lot. Now for the pics. I can't find the burger pic, my apologies.

Yelp
Ordered from their food truck in Santa Clarita for an event. Made a statement that my son has an egg allergy. Asked if there was any issues. Staff said no. I specifically asked about the bun as well and was assured that there was no egg. My son ate it and ended up getting sick 20 minutes. Luckily he only ate half of the burger. Went on their website and saw on their menu that they used brioche buns which has a lot of egg and butter in it. Anyone working in food service should know what ingredients they are using. And if you don't know go ask someone who does. Unacceptable to not be aware of what is in the food you are serving.

Yelp
Hole in the wall. Almost literally a hole in the wall. Street parking is available in the surrounding streets and I found one just a few doors down from the front. There's a fake window and a real door where the listed address said it will be and you should enter this door. After you walk in the door, you'll be entering a small vestibule where there's a real window you could order through. Be prepared to wait for a bit. Bit these are worth it... Surf and Turf Burger. Sizable. Delicious! Perfectly cooked. Jambalaya Fries was freakin fantastic. Looks messy but soooo good. Seriously, these two orders were large enough for 3 people.

Yelp
Trash they were at rolling loud and it was soo good then after they changed the whole recipe on me nothing was the same tasted so horrible and today I pulled up a separate occurrence from those and the lady in the food truck was like pendeja she acted like I didn't just pay and went back to pick up food when she said she didn't have no order when I had just paid 10 mins before hand and asked for a recipe when they didn't give me one ! And she was rude didn't wanna give my money back fck this place

Yelp
I get a five all day and I can break that down! The jambalaya fries, spontaneous layer with flavor, plump shrimp, and it all comes together so very well! On top of the surf and turf burger, I can't get enough of that seasoning that shrimp. Made with so much love and cook to perfection.

Yelp
So many reviews talking about how the truck is understaffed at food events and lacking in service. I was at an event. There really weren't that many people, however my Billionaire Burger combo order still took 20 minutes and they forgot the fries and drink. Others were waiting 30+ minutes for their chicken tenders and still others ordered multiple burgers which got made incorrectly. This truck has been around multiple years and consistently attend events. Shouldn't they know what is needed in order to deliver quality and quantity needed?

Jasmine U.

Yelp
The Food Truck participated in WeHo's Outloud pride event. Great, quick service from the cashier but seemed like the kitchen could not keep up with demand resulting in 30+ min of wait times. I had seen the burgers and were unimpressed by the output compared to the photos on their trucks. So decided to go with the chicken tenders. Fries and chicken skin were mushy. No flavor to any of it. Quality was like elementary school cafeteria. Not worth $18. A friend had previously had the chance try the truck at a different event, and was also unimpressed. Not sure if delivery of quality at events is more difficult to accomplish as opposed to their regular station.

Yelp
Billionaire Burger Boyz is a storefront in Compton, but they also have food trucks and you can find where a truck will be by checking their Instagram page. The burgers and fries are some of the best in town. personally, I like my burgers rare, so work on that Boyz, but nonetheless they are awesome, even well done. They have a wide selection of burgers, from just a burger to one with BBQ sauce, bacon, cheese and all sorts of items, making the burger huge. Their fries are wonderful with lots of spice to make them a meal in themselves. They also have fish items and why not have one on a bun. It is all ever so tasty. They have burgers for vegans and other items for vegetarians. All of it is great. The service is fast and super friendly. All meet Covid requirements, but you can see the smile under that mask. I love this place and you will as well.

Yelp
Burgers are a MUST HAVE! Definitely my favorite item on the menu. I had the Cali Burger, and the simplicity of the burger with its savory tastes definitely has me wanting to go back and try all the rest! I had their jambalaya fries as an elite perk, and while they were definitely flavorful I should have asked for no cheese. I know! People don't understand how I don't like cheese... but I guess that's my downfall lol There's parking around the side, and plenty of parking on the street out front if you plan to order pick-up. Wait time for food is about 12 minutes or so, so overall very efficient.

Yelp
Despite the fact that this is a burger place, the Honey Butter Chicken Sandwich ($9.99) was bomb! Hopefully I can try the burgers another time, but I'm a sucker for fried chicken sandwiches. The sandwich holds the thickest piece of fried chicken I have ever seen on a sandwich. I mean, she's thiccc. The flavor was also sweet, salty, spicy, and savory all at the same time. I ended up saving half of it the next day and it was just as hefty and yummy. Plus, it came with these amazing breaded fries. If there's anything super special about this place, it's their breaded fries. I also had the opportunity to try the Jambalaya Fries and they were top notch as well. My biggest con for this place is the long wait and that it's a bit out of the distance for me to get here, but they do have a food truck that stops around Long Beach, Moreno Valley, San Bernardino, and Ontario if you're any closer. But this place holds its name and makes you feel like a billionaire after eating here because the food is so hearty and hefty.

Yelp
DO NOT GO OR EAT HERE. You've been warned. Gross food. Unmasked staff. Customers without masks. Friends of the staff coming in back door, without masks, and eating food while walking around. All of this food tasted like it was fried in fish oil or with fish. EVERYTHING. And the worst news... the burgers are wayyyy over cooked. Who overcooks a burger these days? Carls Jr doesn't even overcook burgers and they charge way less. We should've cancelled this order as soon as they called back to say they didn't have an item. It took 3 calls to get our order in- $125+ too. Then we show up and it's not ready for another 45 minutes after the time given. Then we get there and they still don't have items we ordered! They're on the menu and we called. How is that possible!?!? Listen, I know the food and hospitality industry is struggling right now... but you gotta wear a mask. You have signs telling customers they need them- which isn't enforced at all- and then you don't have staff wearing them too??? Health inspector and county would give them an F with one foot in the doorway. That's bad business, not bad luck. We all had bad bathroom experiences after eating and threw away 75% of what we ordered.

Yelp
The place is in Inglewood and next to furniture shop and a gas station on the block. I passed by twice because I went at night in there's night much visual displays to find them. It's a cool smalle hole in the wall but the menu is very versatile a lot of wings in sandwiches and fries I went to retrieve the free jambalaya fries and ordered buffalo wings to taste. The jambalaya fries were really interesting! A taste like jambalaya with some mild flavours of course on top of fries was ahhhh tasty bite. The Buffalo wings had a hot spice and the chicken skin was mushy so it was kind of weird eating but it had some flavour. I want to try their other fry flavours and see what they got!

Yelp
Dang. This place is not good for my cholesterol... Jambalaya Fries (5): What a concept! I love jambalaya. I love fries. Put them together! Real shrimp. Real cajun flavors. Totally bomb! Cali Classic (5): Your classic cheeseburger done right! Thin crispy fried onions and bacon, all brought together with cheese and sauce. Fresh tomato and lettuce that crunches. Can't go wrong. The thing I like about their burgers is the way they char and season their meat. I've said it before and I'll say it again, a good burger starts with the meat and the bun and they do it well. So in that sense, you probably can't go wrong with any of their offerings, just depends what you're in the mood for. I will definitely be back to try their chicken as well. Only got so many calories to consume which is a bummer for me. Well done BBB!

Yelp
I was told food was good while recently attending the Central Avenue Jazz Festival. Their food truck was one of the vendors. The burger I ordered tasted ok; however, the bacon on top was very hard. I had to remove it in order to eat the burger. I also purchased the chicken tenders, which had way too much breading. The sauces provided were in open cups, as was the food. The containers were not covered so the food was exposed. Luckily, I had items to cover the food while I enjoyed the rest of the event. The service was not good. They were obviously short-handed and not prepared to serve the customers. Never had food at that kind of event take over 30 minutes. I witnessed order confusion and customer conflict. Overall disappointed, will not purchase from them again.

Yelp
Best Burgers in LA, hands down. Always cooked well, service is nice. And they are attentive.

Yelp
Food is great. No complaints. I take away 3 stars away because they allow people to come in and bother customers by asking for money. We decided to stop by after the dodger game, as we were waiting some lady came in asking for money. A customer bought her food and the entire place stank of urine. Had to take food to go as we couldn't stand the smell. Definitely not coming back I don't care how good the burgers taste. This was a horrible experience.

Yelp
Was impressed by this spot after seeing it on Instagram I decided to give it a shot. Only negative is parking but beyond that the food was delicious. I tried the honey butter chicken and chicken tenders. Was so good I actually devoured the food before snapping a pic lol ‍ Good burger spot and it's nice the fries come with the burger as opposed to paying extra. I'll be back to try some other flavors

Yelp
seriously the best juicy burger I've ever had. They came and visited San Diego last weekend. Our friend told us about burger boyz and so glad we came thru. Waited a while for the food but it was soooo worth it, it came out fresh. The cost is pricey but you get your monies worth. What lobster burger comes with a full tail??? Right! Other places will give you chopped pieces of the lobster. Burger boyz gives you the full lobster tail. Every bite was so juicey... we did not let any crumbs drop to the floor. Annnd their chicken waaangs!! Omg flavorful!!! You get the point! This place is so delicious and worth every penny. Come back to SD soon please!

Yelp
Hands down the best burger place I know in LA! And I don't say that easily. I've ripped and bashed in In N Out, Five Guys and Shake Shack in front of friends and told them how much those places were 'meh.' I've tried local burger joints in and around LA and spent 7 years looking for the best burger (best I had before this was in Taiwan... I know. What??). When I tried Billionaire I knew the hunt was over. To top it off they even got some of the best fries I've had too. Jambalaya fries! Had the Smokehouse the first time w/ jambalaya fries. When I took my first bite I felt a great relief because of how good it was and how long I've waited. I told my whole family about and my coworkers and have been pestering everyone to try the place themselves. Two weeks later some ex-coworkers (I know... What?) said they wanted to try it so we went together. I order the Shrimp Surf that time and it surpassed the Smokehouse! Unbelievable. I thought I already found the best burger in town and on another visit they one upped the first one. As if it couldn't get better, my coworker who order a chicken sandwich said it was one of the best she's ever had. Now next visit I gotta try! I keep finding more reasons to return.

Yelp
First time visiting and Deborah made it easy for us. She was knowledgeable on the menu and very kind. Big Brutus for me and Sampler w/ Jambalaya Fries for my date. They even gave me a free Koolaid because today is my birthday. Fresh, thick patty, bacon and onion straws made my burger taste phenomenal. Jambalaya fries has a creamy, flavorful topping and didn't make the fries soggy. Loved the combo combination in the box. We opted for wings instead of a 3rd slider. We will definitely be back soon!

Yelp
I honestly hate to do a bad review because the ladies were so nice but the review is on the food quality and cleanliness. I went to the CAAM summer festival at USC and they had four food trucks including this one to choose from. I was trying to figure out if I wanted burgers, garlic noodles, soul food and the vegan truck was not an option. So I went with this truck because on Instagram the photos of the burgers looked really good and the chicken wings that people had looked really bomb. The lines were very long I believe I waited in line about 30 minutes but the good thing was that as you order you got your food within five minutes, didn't know how this could be but I was happy to get my food immediately after standing in the long line. As I bit into my burger I realize that the burger were pre-made well at least the patty because the burger was very cold and dry but my wings was hot and the french fries was as well. As I picked up a chicken wing I could smell a weird pungent smell but took a bite anyways and it was it was very salty and did not taste right. So I decided to try a different one and the smell was even more pungent as I took that bite I immediately spit it out because I knew it was basically bad/spoil chicken that had been probably not been refrigerated properly for some hours. The problem I have with them is the fact that they continued to serve it to people and Anyone that has been dealing with food knows when meat goes bad, unless they don't have a sense of smell. To be honest the only thing that was good or decent from the truck was the fries. I will never try this truck ever again. I am giving it 2 stars for Customer Service because as I said the ladies were very nice. Cleanliness: from the ordering window you can see it inside the truck was filthy and the fryers had like a bunch of white stuff all over the baskets.

Yelp
Let's talk food--we ordered Brutus Burger(no barbecue sauce) average burger (7) Jambalaya Fries(8) and Koolaid. Food came out cold. Service felt rushed(under staffed). located at Lokels Only ChinaTown. A mixture of Tables and barstools and couches? Overall not the cleanest! WAIT TIME: 35min

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place, this is just a soggy mess, I can't even eat it. The French fries were good, however everything else about this combo was just a mess

Yelp
Wow-ee.... Came when they had a lobster surf and turf + jambalaya fries for $20 promo. Added the 5 wings with my order. Oh bloody hell it was a good lunch. It's just my personal preference but the lobster batter was a smidge salty. But honestly I'm sure most of you will think it's a non issue. I only realized it was salty when I felt thirsty after eating it. The lobster isn't the best I've ever tasted, but it's still pretty good. And the beef patty is thick and juicy. Loving the whole burger with the butter on toasted buns and the crispy onions. Totally yum. The jambalaya fries were amazing. I love the shrimp on sausage on meat on sauce on fries combo. Yums. Oh, super special shoutout for the spicy honey butter wings. They're so, so good. I'd come here from Burbank just for the wings. I'd do it again. They got a parking lot, and usually food takes about 15 mins because there's always orders in front of you, even if it doesn't look like it. Several orders from Postmates and Doordash et al.

Art J.

Yelp
I ordered from their food truck on June 2 when they were at the WeHo Pride Festival. Their order system was absolutely disorganized. I was one of several people who had to endure a long wait for my order to be completed, 1 hour for me, watching customers that ordered after me get their prepared food first. The staff paid no attention to the sequential order of the tickets, preparing newer orders first before older ones. Finally getting the food. It was not worth the wait/frustration. Could have been just as content with supermarket frozen version. If you see their food truck, I recommend bypassing it or ordering from another food truck if available.

Yelp
Drove past one day while running errands, I have always heard such good things about BBB's so decided to stop in. And glad I did, got the wings with Jambalaya fries (which are more like Alfredo fries) but DELICIOUS nonetheless. The sauce wasn't overwhelming, the fries themselves were tasty and the meat was well cooked. The chicken wings were also amazing! The portions sizes are immense so you won't be hungry after eating here. Definitely will be back!

Yelp
We were so excited to come here after seeing them on Food Networks Guy's Grocery Games. We came at opening today, and they opened 15 min after, which we didn't mind at the moment. We waited roughly 20 min for the food after ordering. All burgers come with fries, to make them jambalaya fries it's a $5 up charge. Again, we were so excited, but ultimately disappointed. I wanted the surf n turf burger but they had no shrimp or lobster . We ordered: *Jenneric burger (lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese, mayo)- meat was burnt on the edges, flavor was ok. *Cali Classic burger (lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese, bacon, fried onions, avocado, mayo, ranch)- there was no avocado on my burger, burger was over cooked and chewy, too much seasoning on the patty *Jambalaya fries- idk if it was worth it. I thought the bites with shrimp were good, once that was over it was kind of bland and wet. *Fries- Cajun seasoning, reminded us of Popeyes fries but not crispy. They are fresh but still soft. Anyway, congrats on the food network win, but as a regular customer I expected more .

Yelp
I've been going to get my ribs from BBB for a few months now when I feel to lazy to make my own. Located off of LB fwy and the 91, the restaurant is not hard to find. Burgers is their specialty, take a look at the pics, they make a variety of burgers, including salmon and chicken. But I go for the ribs!!!!! They make ribs only on Saturdays, and these are legit competition style ribs, so I'll explain. The ribs aren't "fall of the bone", and they have plenty of smoke flavor to add. So if you prefer messy ribs, this might not be the place. They give you a half rack and several sides for ONLY $20, that alone makes the drive worth it. This would run $30-35 elsewhere. Did I mention how friendly the staff and cool are????? I recommend this place !!!!!

Yelp
Decided that I wanted to get some good wings for me and my boys for the Super Bowl. My company had sent us a list of Black Owned Business in out area, and after looking up Billionaire i knew this was the place. We tried the cajun and honey butter wings. Both were amazing but those honey butter....OMG!!!!! They were sooo good. We were licking the sauce off the bottom to make sure nothing went to waste. I am normally not a cajun fan but this cajun was spicy but not overwhelming. These wings were so good we never even used the ranch they gave us. My son wants to go back for more wings and a burger this time too. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars was because i ordered the wings online friday for pickup on sunday and my order was missed so i had to wait. The lady was apologetic and i was fine waiting. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves so i definitely appreciate the safety precautions.

Yelp
We saw these 2 fellas on an episode of Chopped a few years ago and have been dying to get back to Cali to try their burgers! The burgers were good, my husband and I had one. Unfortunately the guys were in Oregon on the good truck so we didn't get to meet them and give them props for a job well done but it's all good. The good was good and the fries were so different and very delish! I live for a good fry.

Yelp
We just finished eating dinner. We order food from the food truck here in San Bernardino. I had the veggie burger but I couldn't get pass all the salt. I ate about half. We also got the Cajun/gumbo fries. These were okay they need to put the sauce with meats in a separate liquid container because by the time my husband brought the food home the sauce was all over the other food. I eat with my eyes first and I just couldn't get passed how messy it was. Chicken strips again very salty. I LOVE seasoning, but salty I can't do :( What was good was the shrimp surf n turf. We are not picky eaters, definitely can't eat salty food

Yelp
****Soft Buns and Meaty Beef!**** Throw in a crispy sweet onion ring and all the fixins and you have a Cali Burger. My buddies have been talkong about this place for months and how good the lobster tail burger is. Unforfunately, the location is where Bludoes was and Kevin is nowhere to be found. Same goes for the big red drink and the daily $5 texas bbq specials. What they do have is a very good looking people working here and a pretty good burger. They also have kool-aid and grape kool-aid. Everyone talks about the surf and turf but they were out of lobster when we came in. Ya, I miss Bludsos. The place still looks the same but for the paint and missing stools. Plenty of curb space out front. First time I ate red meat in months and months. Overall, I am a fan.

Yelp
Good burgers, great service! The burgers are unique, offer great flavors, and portions will NOT leave you hungry. They should put the truck to rest, and open up a true restaurant. Tables, chairs, and sink (to wash off the delicious residue) would push this to 5 stars!

Yelp
UghMAZING. Look on their Instagram and stalk them! Just so happen to be at 3737 Crenshaw today which is right around the corner from my house. ( Baldwin hills) They cook EVERYTHING right after you order so is the wait long? Na, normal time as if you were at a restaurant. Today, one of their drink vendors just so happen to be delivering agua fresca's today and gave a few customers free bottles. I was one Of them and the one I had was delicious. Everyone's friendly, wasn't a line. I noticed alot of people ordered and then went to wait in their cars. But don't get it twisted, quite a few people came and went the few minutes I was waiting. I got the smokehouse burger. I seen the different surf and turf burgers but wanted to ease into it so I started off with something simple. Burger was JUICY, I mean dripping juicy but in the best way. Bbq sauce was slightly sweet, bacon was yummy and the bun was legit soft and buttery. Usually I like some sort of ketchup or dipping sauce with my fries but mix both together and your winning. NOW LET'S TALK ABOUT THESE FRIES!! I just ordered the burger and it came with a side of fries. These FRIES WERE COATED WITH SOMETHING CRUNCHY LIKE A FISH FRY BREAD CRUMB SORT OF CRISP AND IT WAS DELICOUS!!.. YUMMMY. Would love to try the jambalaya fries but they were legit really good by thrmselves. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place.

Yelp
Easy place to find. Can't miss it. Parking on Main Street. Recommend calling in and placing your order unless you don't mind waiting depending on what you order. I ordered 3 items and wait time was 30 min. Wings were tasty. Right amount of coating of the sauce. The jambalaya fries were definitely something I've never had before. Let's just say I was happy it was my "cheat meal" day.

Yelp
Uhhh let me start off with they bread there fries. you don't understand the level of deliciousness. They bread there fries !!! This is highly important because this is something I do at home. It gives you an additional crunch and if they're seasoned an added flavor that makes you happy with every crunch. This was the exact Tatar I experienced eating there fries. You get the crunch with the extra breeding along with the seasonings and parsley . Ounce again there fries are breaded and it's a big deal of deliciousness. Okay now that that's been established. The place isn't that big so you'll just order and go chill outside or car if you parked on the street, you'll be able to hear them call out your number. The inside looks like they allowed customers to write on the walls which I think is awesome to allow your community and customers to take part of the business. Besides the delicious fries I got the Surf and Turf with turkey. Fries onions, shrimp, turkey pattie and Cajun Ranch . What's on the menu is the only thing that's on the burger so you don't have to worry about if it comes with lettuce or etc. My first time ever having a shrimp turkey burger so the excitement along with mouthwatering hunger was there and when your burger is made and you smell the goodness you can't wait to eat it. First bite was a spice and tang of the Cajun ranch the succulent bite of shrimp, the juiciness of the turkey and the crunch of the onions rings that makes the combination supreme. The different textures just work especially with the softness of the bun. Unfortunately there was a need for more Cajun sauce with the bun and all the components the sauce disappeared after the first bite and made the burger a tad dry. Just let them know to add extra sauce and you'll have that amazing experience on every bite. Random but I had it with a tiki punch and a root beer. Go with tiki punch it gives a way better flavor with the food. Your drink always matters with your meal. Kinda excited to go back and try different burger combos on the menu and of course the breaded fries again.

Yelp
They have good food! Really good! But terrible service! I called to place a phone order because I was driving on the freeway coming from LAX and they rudely told me to place my order at (www.)" like anyone says that anymore". Seeing that I was driving I could not place a online order. When I arrived I placed my order and explained how rude the guy was over the phone. He apologize and told me my order would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. I said okay and I even waited a total of 25 min before I picked it up. When I went to get my food, it still was not ready! Im almost over driving from lax to compton for this type of service!!!!

Yelp
As a black person, I'm all for supporting black businesses but this truck is garbage. I've ordered from the food truck because it comes to my apartment complex however the 1st time, the burger was way too salty to eat. The second time the salmon nuggets tasted un fresh and gross the last time I decided to try again and order chicken but the fried chicken must have been cooked in fish grease because it tasted like fish. On top of that, I sent my teen to purchase and they overcharged him... taking advantage of kids is a new LOW!! Stay away from this greasy, disgusting, unethical food!

Yelp
This review is about the truck, not the restaurant, I always go to their truck at least twice a month service has always been great, however yesterday was the complete opposite. They were supposed to open @12 noon, that didn't happen , they opened @2 after waiting for my order I wasn't gIven a bag, I ordered lobster tail with fries and parmasean with chicken and and big brut burger, the lobster tail with a few was a joke , let me be clear I love this place they they were absolutely slacking this day and wasted 2 1/2 hrs of my Day for mediocre food(Again I love this place , but today was not good) bad experience

Yelp
Ordered the side wings and received 5 flats only. Check your order before you leave. Ordered a turkey burger no bacon, extra mayo and a beef burger no tomato. Wanna guess how that turned out? Had to take the bacon off my turkey burger and go without tomato's.. Check your food before you leave. Sheesh. Chicken was good but I want to receive what I pay for not less. Turkey burger was good but, I want to receive what we agree to. I don't eat pork or beef and that mix up with the burgers was an almost trouble for me. Not cool.

Yelp
I placed an order over an hour ago. My coworkers and I are in the office starving at this point. Another colleague went to pick up food and is JUST now returning. This place has GOT to do better with cooking and time management. Geez!!

Yelp
Went to an event where their food truck was, they were late, completely unprepared and it took close to an hour and half to get our order. Other guests were getting the incorrect order or undercooked orders, my order once I got it was ok but I couldn't believe how long everyone was standing around waiting. This event was under 50 people so there really is no excuse.
