This place is quite new and I think they are still finishing up the renovation. Some photographers were there to do the advertisement photo for the ice cream when we were there. I quite like the ice cream, v creamy and you can tell this was made full of genuine ingredient instead of flavoured and watery ice cream. Absolute divine. Fairly priced with high quality taste. My No.1 place for gelato in London. Brought numerous friends here many times and enjoyed every single bite (not to exaggerate). The staff very friendly and generous. LOVE THIS PLACE.

They definitely deserve to be this popular. Their gelato is fabulous (tried 5 different flavors), but their double pistachio gelato is out of this world. I don’t know how they can make it this great, nothing I’ve had before. I’d just come back to get the double pistachio. ——— Back again and still amazing.

Bilmonte is hands down one of the best gelato spots in London. The texture is perfectly creamy, dense, and satisfyingly sweet. While it can sometimes be a bit too sweet for MY personal taste to finish in one go, it’s still a treat I enjoy every time I visit. The presentation is spot on because of that cute mini cone filled with chocolate, that adds a fun touch to the whole experience. As for the flavors, I’ve tried several delicate options, and honestly, it’s all a matter of personal preference. I can’t recommend one specifically because each visit brings a new discovery. But whatever you choose, you won’t be disappointed, so choose wisely. What also sets Bilmonte apart is the staff. They’re genuinely sweet and seem to put their all into making sure you have a great experience, as if their service depended on it. Overall, Bilmonte definitely lives up to its reputation and is worth the stop whenever you’re in Soho.

If you are in London, this shop must be on your list of places to visit. The ice cream was incredible. It was creamy, Dense, and rich. If the Bilmonte flavor is available you must try it. We got bilmonte and the dark chocolate. Both incredible. The chocolate was like brownie batter. Fun fact: when looking for a high quality ice cream shop, a good indicator is to check to see if their ice cream is covered if so then you are in the right place. Quality shops cover their ice cream, unlike most which display them. The less air in ice cream = higher quality.

I wanted to try this ice cream shop when I saw the queue at the door. Honestly, it might be the best ice cream I've experienced in London. We loved the hazelnut, strawberry and pistachio flavors. Don't forget to add Belgian chocolate topping on your ice cream!

A friend recommended and since we were in the area, thought it’d be a lovely treat before the theatre. Dark chocolate and double hazelnut were our favourites. They have a stable menu and some flavours they seem to change up every so often (or everyday? Not sure). Love the mini cone too! Will definitely be back! Also, the staffs were friendly and explained well! They also made flavour recommendations!
