Here’s What LA’s New Coronavirus Guidelines Could Mean For Restaurants | Eater LA

"An upcoming beer-focused food event scheduled for March 21 is being actively monitored by organizers and the venue, and no decision has been made about whether it will proceed; organizers say they are waiting for guidance from local authorities and the venue and are prepared to alter or cancel the event depending on public-health recommendations. The situation reflects broader county guidance urging social distancing, protecting vulnerable populations, and adopting measures (such as limiting self-serve food stations) that could affect how such events operate or whether they go forward." - Mona Holmes

You can’t miss this place the bright pink building makes it stand out immediately! Parking is a bit limited, but it’s manageable and definitely worth it once you’re inside. The food is great, full of flavor, and well prepared. The only reason this isn’t a five-star review is the chips. They’re not the best, and while it may seem minor, first impressions do matter. That said, everything else more than makes up for it. Now let’s talk margaritas because wow. Margaritas galore! Any flavor you can think of, they have it. Any type or brand of tequila you can imagine, they’ve got it too. Just be sure you know your tequila (and its class), because your choice can come with a pretty penny. If you’re unsure what to order, you truly can’t go wrong with a margarita flight. Aside from that one small hiccup, this is a great place with great staff and otherwise great food. Definitely a spot worth visiting!

Food was great had the Birritaco Pizza would highly recommend and the large is enough to share with 2 to 3 people. Food came out pretty quick service was good only downside is parking can be ruff if the spots are full.

Ordered food inside and asked for chips and salsa while waiting and I was informed that this would be an additional charge. Portions are large. Ordered the Birria pizza, it has lots of meat but lacks flavor, greasy crust, oils leaked through bottom of box making it soggy and difficult to handle. I also ordered Mexican Ramen same thing has lots of ingredients but still lacks flavor. Overall had to season up my own meal when I got home but eat on the food for 2 days because it was so much food.

The worst queso I’ve ever seen or tasted in my life. I had to get a video of it. It tasted like hot water with a splash of milk. Never seen a queso dip that was liquid and watery. The taste was basically nothing. The salsa was liquid as well, but Atleast had some small amount of flavor. I would not eat/order those chips/queso or salsa ever again. Horrible. The bathrooms were not clean. My wife said the women’s bathroom wasn’t great and the men’s was dirty. When we sat down and I saw the salsa and chips, I was skeptical. A couple close by asked the waiter “so is there ANY alcohol in this drink??” This is as the waiter was on the way to put in our order for the margarita flight. There were enough red flags that had we not already put drink orders in, we would have just keft. The Birria tacos were ok.

Great Service. Excellent food. From the crispy tortillas and salsa (YES tortillas, not chips) to the Mexican Ramen and Burrito and drinks. SOLID!! Love it!!

It was not the experience I expected, the decor is interesting but the staff seems annoyed or bothered from the moment you walk in, the way they look at you with disdain, throwing menus on the table and in general the energy of the place even when it was basically empty; the birria empanadas were flavorless and they served it with a regular pico de gallo and a “guacamole” with no real flavor; my husband and father-in-law ordered margaritas, my husband ordered a strawberry one and they brought him a regular one, why? No idea, he drank it because he’s not the kind of person to return things or complain… We all ordered different type of tacos, for me the chorizo taco was the same, bland, flavorless and it’s the first time I’ve experienced this being Latina and having lived in Mexico, and I understand it’s Tex-Mex but flavorless pork is the last straw; I changed it for my husband's Tinga which was totally average as well as the Carne Asada, and I'm not giving 1 star because the shrimp was good so it was a 1.25 out of 3 with my food, my husband said his birria tacos were pretty average too being his favorite type of taco in general so my conclusion is that I appreciate the quantity (amount of ingredients) inside the tacos and the cool-cute decor inside and out but definitely the food and the staff need sazón. PS: I went yesterday and today I'm sick to my stomach and that doesn't usually happen to me when I eat at home or even when I eat out at restaurants.

This is one of our favorite places in Concord. My wife and I had our first date here and we love it so much we decided to have our small reception here. Having our event here was definitely the move. Everyone loved the food, loved the drinks, loved the atmosphere. The food here is the best, regardless of special occasion or not. The margs are on point. Service is always great. For our reception they really made us feel great and gave us excellent service. I recommend this restaurant from the bottom of my heart!

The Birria was bomb! It was moist and succulent. I loved the thick, rich texture of the meat, which wasn't too cinnamon-y nor too salty. It was a delicious, delectable bite. The Pineapple Chipotle house Margarita was so refreshing. It had a beautiful cloudy color that popped with the pink sugar rim. Definitely getting that again. I came for Tacos, but their brunch menu looked delicious, too. I hear the avocado toast with Birria is special. I sat at the bar and enjoyed the music and scenery. It's bustling, and the selection of tequila is vast.
