Where to Throw a Bachelorette Party in Seattle - Eater Seattle

"This Southern-influenced breakfast spot is the place to go for some coffee and heavy duty hangover food. Biscuits are clearly the main attraction, though there’s an abundance of variety, from gravy to Nutella to hot links and jalapenos. Of the four locations, Caffe Lieto is great for convenience, while the White Center location recently introduced a vegan menu." - Maggy Lehmicke

Lizzo Visits Biscuit Bitch in Seattle the Morning After Her Capitol Hill Block Party Show - Eater Seattle

"Pop superstar Lizzo worked up an appetite rocking the Capitol Hill Block Party over the weekend — but ran into a little scheduling conflict when it came to one particular craving. On Saturday night, the “Juice” singer tweeted that she really wanted to try Biscuit Bitch, Seattle’s irreverent fast casual biscuit specialists, known for their colorfully-named dishes. Problem was, Lizzo had a flight to catch Sunday morning at 7:45 a.m., and the shop’s regular hours begin at 8. But the Biscuit Bitches came to the rescue, promising that they would open up the downtown location on First Avenue early for her. Sure enough, Lizzo showed up on Sunday morning for a pre-flight meal and took photos with the staff. She ordered the Hot Mess Bitch: biscuit and gravy, served with eggs, garlic grits, cheese, grilled Louisiana hot link and jalapenos." - Gabe Guarente

Biscuit Bitch Downtown - Review - Downtown - Seattle - The Infatuation

"If you’re looking to eat a hearty breakfast that kind of looks like a giant hockey puck with a lot of stuff in the middle, go to Biscuit Bitch. It’s fun here - and not just because every item on the menu has the word “bitch” in the name, but also because their self-described theme is “trailer park to table.” Some of our favorites are The Canadian Bitch, with banana and maple-infused peanut butter, or the Bitchwich, with eggs, cheese, sausage, gravy, and hot sauce." - Aimee Rizzo

Google
No dine in, only carry out. The system is pretty easy to understand. Walk up, order and pay, they have an estimate of how long it’ll take, set a timer on your phone and go walk around until it’s time. That’s what we did and the exact moment our timer went off, they brought our food out. We had the bacon and the hot links biscuits. I’m from TX so when they said these are southern style, I was a little skeptical. But these were really delicious biscuits, I was impressed! And they’re big! It doesn’t really look like it from the pictures online but I was worried it wouldn’t be enough to fill me up - it definitely was.

Chloe Salvatore

Google
Ordered online while we were walking there, highly recommend as the wait times can get long! The cheesy garlic grits are the best I have had on the west coast! Portions were great for the price. The employees were fun and really played into the theming, making it entertaining to wait for our food!

Jordan Allen

Google
I’m from the UK, and my Seattle based friend took me here for breakfast. I loved how unforgiving the decor and signs are, and it was such a unique look! This was my first time having biscuit and gravy, and it was an experience haha. It was unlike anything I’ve personally had and I didn’t know how to feel about it, but it was really tasting and filling. Would definitely go back when I’m next in the city to try one of the other breakfasts.

Kelsey Bartiss

Google
Amazing gluten-free biscuits! It’s worth the wait. There’s some limited seating available outside, but all orders come in takeaway boxes so you can find somewhere else to sit if needed.

Riley Skains

Google
Was hesitant to eat here because it seemed like a tourist gimmick (and maybe it is), but the food is good, the portions are giant, and the counter service was impeccable. Will definitely be going back for future breakfasts! Also, the peach iced tea is genuinely one of the best iced teas I’ve had in Seattle!

Anthony Herrera

Google
If you’re not on a diet and near the Market stop by! Food was delicious and the biscuits were soft and buttery. I got the Cajun sausage link which was super spicy! 🌶️

Hannah Young

Google
The gal at the register was great. Kind, informative and patient, also fun! My biscuit was great- so thankful for a good gluten free biscuit!! The sandwich was tasty and I wish I could grab these more often. Outside, you order at the window and wait for your to-go order. Not really seating- which I didn’t realize in advance.

Anna Ewen

Google
I’m going to be dreaming about this biscuit for months. It was EVERYTHING. They manage their wait times as efficiently as possible, and it was more than worth the wait. Portion size to price ratio is good too. Also, my white chocolate mocha was out of this world. 1000/10 recommend.

Yelp
First of all, love the name. This is a pick up window so no where to eat at the restaurant, just a disclaimer. Got the biscuit and gravy with the sausage link. It was very tasty, but admittedly gave me hella bad heartburn. Personal issue. Definitely recommend this spot!

Yelp
Biscuits alone aren't out of this world. But what they do with them is both delicious and very creative. We are from Texas. We know biscuits. But we don't know biscuits like this! Biscuits with Spam. Sure why not? Gravy was out of this world. The wife love it all. Definitely order ahead. At 08:15 12/31, wait was up to 15 minutes in person but we got ours immediately after ordering online. This location is pick up and eat somewhere else. Not a deterrent though. Definitely come eat here.
google avatar

Yelp
It's me, I'm the Biscuit Bitch. I am an absolute bitch for a biscuit breakfast sandwich. Sandwich was great and service was fast. Wish I knew there was more where to sit but it was a great place to grab a quick bite. Sauce was a little tangy but a unique flavor and still good. Would absolutely recommend to all the other biscuit bitches out there.

Yelp
As good a choice as any for a quick and easy breakfast to start off the day. Wanted to try out on the recommendation of a buddy who knows his stuff when it comes to food. Got the Gritty Scrambled Cheesy B****, which let us try everything from their Biscuits and Gravy to the near perfect Scrambled Eggs and Garlic Grits. Only thing to note, they do not have sit down dining available, so this is one of few instances I would recommend ordering for pick up rather than dining in. Especially if you are staying in an nearby hotel as we were, you can simply retrieve your order and depart for a more comfortable place to enjoy, rather than the longer wait time and not for certain seating available in the area.

Yelp
Hole in the wall breakfast place! You can order your food online before walking there if you don't want to wait. It's a take out only breakfast place
google avatar

Amanda S.

Yelp
I enjoyed grabbing breakfast here but I didn't enjoy the lack of seating. It was a rainy day and standing outside is less than ideal. Besides that, the food was bitchin'. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Yelp
So amazing, I cannot even tell you! Definitely worth a stop for breakfast or an early lunch! Ordered the spicy Louisiana sausage, egg and cheese brisket sandwich with the special sauce and a Gluten free biscuit (cost $1.09 extra). Second sandwich was a sausage, cheese and egg brisket sandwich, with Jalapeños (add on side), and extra cheese! Literally heaven in my mouth! Both breakfast sandwiches (regular and gluten free) were absolutely devine! Flakey, fresh and warm. Eggs were cooked perfectly over hard. Highly recommend next time you visit Seattle!
google avatar

Sue C.

Yelp
Quick service, deliciously flaky buttery biscuits, and great coffee take out joint. They even had some tables set up to sit outside if the weather is nice. Definitely worth the walk from the convention center!

Yelp
Listen, everyone knows about Biscuit Bitch. Everyone tells you to stop here especially if you're at Pike Place in the morning. Everyone is right. First of all the vibes are immaculate. "Good morning bitches!", please, greet me like this every morning I loved it. Second of all, the sandwiches are unreal. The special sauce (or whatever) is absolutely delicious and really adds something! Perfectly cooked biscuits, huge sandwich, bacon was amazing AND my latte was perfect. Third, yes it's busy. Order ahead, walk around the market, go pick it up. Easy day. Keeping this short and sweet because iykyk and I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
My husband and I tried biscuit bitch back in 2017 while we were on vacation and have talked about it every day since. Now, 7 years later, we've finally made it back to Seattle and knew this was a must have spot. We were afraid we've hyped this place so much and our expectations were too high, but I can tell you that we were still so in love with Biscuit Bitch. A different set-up, I assume a post Covid change, of no inside area at all, in fact the former inside is now blocked off with the hostess stand in the doorway. You're greeted by a host or you can scan a QR code and order digitally and contactless. We opted the QR code and after about a 15 minute wait, we got our food. Seating isn't an issue because the neighboring business has seats that everyone uses. We ordered a Bitchwich hot link and bitchwich sausage sandwich with a side of gravy. If you're in Seattle, this is a must.
google avatar

Angie H.

Yelp
Of course they can do what they want, but no substitutions put a cramp in my order. I should have ordered the grits but everyone said how awesome their biscuits are, I do not agree. It really had no flavor and was dry. As a southerner they were less than good. They are getting 4 stars because husband loved his (easy bitch with crispy crumbled bacon). Although he ended up throwing the coffee away. The order taker was fun and seemed to like his job. I didn't think it was worth $40.

Yelp
Delicious hot & fresh biscuit! Such a fun spot to enjoy breakfast! Greeted by how's it going bitches! So gotta reply, "going great bitch!". We all got the Canadian Bitch and coffee, eh! It was so good! Perfect pairing to start the morning! The host was so impressed by our fun demeanor that she gave us bitch stickers, which we gladly accepted! Reasonably priced! We went early, so not too long of a line. Popular place for locals too! Would definitely go back again!

Yelp
I hadn't heard of Biscuit Bitch until my coworkers mentioned it, and even then, I was a bit hesitant to try it. But while walking toward the Space Needle, I came across their 3rd Ave location and figured I'd grab a quick breakfast before heading over. The line at the 3rd Ave spot wasn't bad at all, and I have to say--it was the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had! So naturally, I had to check out their other location near Pike Place before leaving Seattle. This spot was way busier (probably due to being close to the market), and the wait was significantly longer. I ordered a coffee and the Hot Mess, but it took about 45 minutes--so definitely plan for a wait if you visit this one. As for the food? Amazing. The biscuit and gravy were perfectly salty, and all the toppings came together to create a seriously satisfying dish. I hesitated to finish the spicy sausage because I had a long flight back to the East Coast, but it was worth it. I'll definitely be dreaming about those biscuits and gravy for a while. There's no indoor seating at this location, but they do have some outdoor tables. My suggestion? Grab your food, head down to Pike Place, and find a spot by the water. I'll absolutely be revisiting next time I'm in Seattle!
google avatar

Yelp
I order the sausage biscuit bitch sandwich. I was delicious and really hit the spot. The service was great. I went on a week day so the wait time wasn't bad. I found a little table to sit and enjoy my brunch. The atmosphere was cool, chill, relaxed. Everyone was there for the same thing. I recommend you try it.

Yelp
Since my mom loved Biscuit Bitch last time she visited Seattle, she insisted that we get some for breakfast one of the days we were in town. They are basically a biscuit counter where you order ahead of time and pick up. I had a sausage biscuit and the biscuit itself was very good but I found the sausage to be a somewhat bland. They do have great vibes though.
google avatar

Natalie R.

Yelp
Nice workers, our biscuits (cheesy bitch, crispy pork bitch) were just okay. Line moved efficiently, but be aware of no indoor seating.

Yelp
Bitchin - Hearty Sammie's - Gritz done right! Heard about it for a while, it was finally time to pull the trigger. They say from "trailer park to table" well whatever trailor park it is....id hang there. I came on a Monday afternoon, only took about ten minutes for my sandwich. Got the bitchen combo because I wanted a coffee and gritz too. Coffee was the only thing I didn't like, but gritz and the sandwich made up for it by leagues. I got the Bitchwich with a spicy sausage with the bitchen sauce, and eggs. It was spicy, flavorful, the biscuit was perfect. No other way to describe the food other than fantastic! Or better, it was bitchen!

Yelp
Ordered online and walked ten minutes to the storefront. Easy-peasy! I arrived and was told they'd text me when my order was ready...probably 15 minutes. Sweet! Took a trip to the gum wall alley to leave my mark. Got my sausage bitchwitch and enjoyed it thoroughly. Quite substantial, the biscuit was buttery, crispy and crumbly. It was a tasty combo with the cheese, sausage, egg and bitchy sauce. They have a few little tables on the side of the store that are FCFS. I was fortunate to grab a seat, but unfortunate enough to inhale a waft of stale urine every once in awhile (probably courtesy of the homeless in the area). Remember to get your freebie stickers if you promise to check in or mention them in your social media platform of your choice!
google avatar

Yelp
I got the hot link breakfast sandwich, cheesy garlic grits and the dirty pumpkin. Overall the flavors in the sandwich were pretty good! I would've never thought of having a hot link for breakfast but this combo was yummy. I liked the flavors of the dirty pumpkin chai as well. I would say the biscuits were on the drier side though so maybe more sauce to balance that and the cheesy grits were well cooked but lacked a little flavor in my opinion. Staff were really kind and based on the people outside you can tell this spot is a favorite.

Yelp
When planning a quick day trip to Seattle, Biscuit Bitch was the first thing I planned. I was so stoked to go and try their biscuits and the place looked fun too. Sadly that all went downhill. We arrived and there was a sign that said it will take 45 minutes for your order to be ready and they would text you when it was ready for pickup. No problem! We ordered on the app and went slightly down the street and grabbed a drink at a bar. Figured we would kill time there and then once it was ready we head back and hopefully get a table outside under the awning out of the rain. After about 25 minutes we got a text that our food was ready, so we finished up our cocktails and walked over. Then told that our food wasn't ready. The guy at the front said " I don't know man, it should be ready any time now". My husband realized then that he forgot to order his coffee. So he put his coffee order in on the app ad within 10 minutes got a text that the coffee was ready. Still no food. All the while being harassed by a homeless guy that won't leave the area, we waited and waited. Then a lady came up and was waiting for her food. She order 10 minutes after we did and she got her food. At this point it had been almost an hour. They finally had it ready. We sat down and my husbands sandwich not only didn't look anything like the picture but it wasn't even warm. Like it had been sitting for a while. I got the straight up bitch with spam and it was good. I wouldn't say it was worth that wait and headache. I had better expectations of this place and they fell to the ground. The fact that there really is no seating, the wait time is ridiculous for some biscuits and friend Spam and then the unorganized way of their ordering system and pickup was a waste of our time for our short day.

Yelp
This is better than egg slut! I repeat this place is so much better than egg slut. If you are in Seattle, this is a must try breakfast spot!!! They were so nice in explaining everything to us. I wish they had these places in the bay.
google avatar

Nina T.

Yelp
Biscuits were really good! Large portions. Ordered the hot mess bitch and cheesy pork n bitch. Wait time can be pretty long.
google avatar

Sophia M.

Yelp
Biscuit b*tch lives up to its hype. Not a tourist trap, locals also love this place! Doors open at 7:30am. Ordered the Veggie with morning star sausage pattie for 8.50. It is a filling and large breakfast biscuit. You'll taste the butter of the crispy edges and how it melts into the biscuit making it soft and tasteful with all the mingling pieces of the sandwich. Order online so you can beat the line. Orders open exactly at 7:30, don't even try to order at 7:25 or earlier. Side note: Lots of the b*tch word flying around.
google avatar

Mary D.

Yelp
Biscuit Bitch was extremely high on the list of places to try in Seattle. We were also told to order ahead, which we did prior to leaving and walking from Original Starbucks. When we arrived there was a sign saying it was an hour wait. Which was fine. We experienced an extremely rude and condescending worker when asking for clarification about if the order was received and how we would know it would be ready. (By text was how she explained it, but I never received a text about the order). She even try to slow her speech and in a disrespectful way. There is no indoor seating. There is some seating outside but it's typically first come first serve and some people just hog the tables. The food was really good and the biscuit was tender we but firm and delicious. Although the food was good, the customer service was nasty. And I understand the difference of being purposefully "bitchy" due to the name of the restaurant but she was disrespectful and not nice.
google avatar

Krista B.

Yelp
Family-friendly? No. Delicious? Yes. A friend recommended this place after his own trip to Seattle. We opted to try the Seattle Bitch, biscuits smothered in gravy then topped with spicy sausage, cream cheese, and carmelized onions. The cream cheese really balances out the kick in the sausage, though I think this would be even better topped with jalapeños or pickled red onions--it was missing something to really cut through the heaviness. I thought the price was a little steep until two of us could barely get through one order. So much food and so filling! There's a sign out front that tells you how long of a wait to expect on your food. I'd recommend checking the wait time, ordering online, and then walking around Pike Place until you get a text for pickup.

Yelp
What I ordered: -BITCHWICH (Hot Link) [4/5] _ I heard about this place on social media and decided to try it for breakfast on my last day in Seattle. When I arrived, I noticed a QR code at the entrance for online ordering, along with a note indicating a 30-minute wait time. Be sure to plan accordingly. Known for their breakfast sandwiches, we opted for the Bitchwich with hot link. It was delicious--the hot link was perfectly spicy, and the sandwich was cheesy and flavorful. However, the biscuit could have been flakier and more buttery, though it was still good. A fun bonus: they offer free stickers if you check in on social media. Overall, it was a pretty good experience, with the only downside being the wait time. Orders are served at the window, making it a grab-and-go spot, with a few outdoor tables available.
google avatar

Lauren D.

Yelp
HAVE CONDIMENTS AND BEVERAGES ON STANDBY. Biscuits are obviously known to be dry, but we assumed that the sandwiches would have enough sauce on them since the shop didn't have any condiments like ketchup or Tabasco on the side. We also didn't have any water when we ate them so we were practically dying. The food itself is pretty good, but just wished that they had more sauce to balance out the dryness. The menu offers only a couple of biscuit items with different variations. I highly recommend ordering online and then picking up because the wait is 45 minutes every time. * Bitchwich (Sausage): 9/10 - tasty and good portion * Straight-Up Bitch!: 7/10 - good but could use more flavor The interior of the shop isn't opened at the moment, but there are a couple of tables and chairs lined up outside of the shop. Food is pretty good, but just wish they carried some condiments.
google avatar

Peggy L.

Yelp
The service was straight up clear on ordering online and pick up when they're ready. So it's nice and accessible. This place was packed with locals so it must be good at first glance. Bacon, egg and cheese biscuit was great but huge breakfast for one person like me... who doesn't really have a big breakfast to begin with. Garlic grits was pretty good and light... it was topped with black pepper and a hint of salt as grits was smothered with butter. Pretty delicious as I don't really eat grits often.
google avatar

ThuyVy N.

Yelp
This is a good place to grab and go out sit outside since there's no indoor seating and it's just a window with small tables outside. You order ahead from a QR code and they call out your name when it's done. The service was really nice and the person helping me was really funny. I got my order to go and they forgot to hand me my drinks initially and so I came back and waited behind the next people in line and they told the "bitches in front to move so cutie pie (me) can come up" and got my drinks right away. I did like the food and the service is nice but I don't think I'd come back, but maybe would be a nice thing to grab and eat outside if I was in the area again. I think this place is really a 3 but I enjoyed sitting outside, the names of the dishes, and the service so I'll bump it to a 4 this time. Iced white mocha - 6.5/10 Raspberry Lemonade sparkler - 8/10 (too sweet for me but my group really liked it) Bitchwitch egg and cheese sandwich - 6/10 (lil dry alone, but when in dipped in gravy much better) Gritty scrambled cheese bitch - 6.5/10, was good but nothing special. I've had better in Seattle

Yelp
This was amazing! The biscuit dish of spicy sausage, grits, biscuits and gravy was so delicious. The flavor was well balanced. If you are ever in Seattle try this place out
google avatar

Elle K.

Yelp
It was really good but could use a little more seasoning. We got the cheesy garlic grits over biscuits and eggs. We also got a side of bitchin sauce that helped for some more flavor. The biscuits were cooked to perfection. Had to wait 45 min for our order but wasn't bad there's a lot to do around there. Limited tables to sit at outside.
google avatar

Peanut B.

Yelp
A must try place in Seattle! The blend of biscuit and gravy is to die for. Highly recommend for a savory and filling breakfast.
google avatar

Brian S.

Yelp
The food isn't bad but I probably won't return. They have a cute concept but the food is super heavy and you have to wait forever. You place your order at a desk right at the front door. They fly through orders which causes the kitchen to back up. There's an app they say to check wait times but it didn't work for us when we were there. Got up to front, ordered and paid THEN he told us 45min wait. When it finally arrives there's no place to sit and eat. We walked around to find a place to sit but we ended up standing in front of the Four Seasons and ate standing up. We ate half. We passed several sit down restaurants and regretted not going there instead.
google avatar

Madi O.

Yelp
Both my husband and I loved the fluffy biscuits and gravy offered up at Biscuit Bitch. He got the plain biscuits and gravy and I got the one with cheese and eggs and grits as well. We were both impressed with all the components of both. The grits were perfect, the gravy delicious, and the eggs scrambled just right. One thing to note before you go, it is a walk-up window with limited seating outside. This was fine for us as they weren't too busy, but you may want to have a back-up plan for where you are going to eat your food once you pick it up.
google avatar

Sophie T.

Yelp
Biscuit bitch is super filling and dense but definitely perfect if you're in the mood. I'd suggest splitting 1 with 2 people if you don't eat too much. The line is always super long, so it's good to order ahead online before. I tried the hot mess bitch, easy bitch, and sausage and hot link bitchwitch. If you're a fan of gravy and looking for something heavier, I'd recommend you ordering the biscuits and gravy orders. The biscuits are drenched in gravy and other toppings. The hot mess bitch was so good because it was cheesy, spicy, creamy, and the hot links added a nice touch. The bitchwitches are good if you like biscuit sandwiches! I liked the hot link one the most. The sandwiches can taste a little dry compared to the biscuits and gravy.

Yelp
The last actual restaurant of the 2023 Seattle Trip. I've been to a lot of tourist traps in my day. Often times I'm weary about places like this expecting them to really be tourist traps but I can say this was actually a VERRY solid spot that lived up to the hype for me. This location appeared to be pretty small from the outside and I'm not sure if you could ever eat inside but at this time at least, the door was blocked by a counter where they take your order and hand you the food. Anyways, if you didn't know their main food items all have bitch in the name and they aren't shy about saying it out loud. I love breakfast food to begin with but breakfast food is something I also don't seek out. My general mindset is, it's just breakfast food, I can get that anywhere. That being said it was amazing. I ordered the Gritty Scrambled Cheesy Bitch with extra Bitchy Sauce and 2 sausage patties. The scrambled eggs were perfectly scrambled and not over cooked, which is so easy to do. The sausage had the perfect bite to it. The grits were nice and smooth as well. I only wish there was more cheese but in general, I can never get enough cheese. Long story short though, this place was a very high 4/low 5 in my book. This is one of the times that I rounded up to 5/5.

Yelp
Came here before our trip to Pike Place Market, and it's a little walk up and order or order via mobile QR code. Super easy instructions to understand. We ordered mobile, about 20 mins with a bunch of other people waiting but man it didn't disappoint. We were able to sit down at a table in the sidewalk to enjoy our meal. Love that when I picked up my order, the employees just yelled "thank you bitch!", honestly just made the vibe even better and true to its name lol. I got the Hot link bitchwich and my god, I looooove it! I don't know what their bitchy sauce is but it's real good. The biscuit I think was a little overdone in some places, but the rest of the sandwich... delicious. The cheese, the egg, hot link Louisiana sausage, sauce... absolutely great I'm craving it to this day! I also got a hot chocolate which was a delicious treat on that cold morning! My friend got the spam bitchwich and really enjoyed it!
google avatar

Yelp
I love me a biscuit biiiiiitch. I was told my many friends to come here for a breakfast sandwich and I'm glad I was able to come. The service is top tier and that's with them calling you bitch but in a playful manner of course! They don't have any indoor seating but they have small tables and chairs right outside. We got the bacon bitchwich and hot link bitchwich to share cause I just couldn't pick between one. We loved that the bacon has the right amount of crunch and that the link had just the right amount of kick to it. To make that bitch a 10 get some gravy to dip your sandwich in! Make the stop to get called bitch and go along with it! Makes the experience better.

Yelp
Usually not a fan of biscuits & gravy but this is a game changer! Parking can be a pain, mostly street parking but there are paid parking lots not too far. We did an order pick up and it was a breeze. We called 15 minutes before arriving and waited only a couple more minutes for the food to be ready. Even though it was a to-go order, the food keeps and the hot gravy keeps it all warmed. I had the Easy Bitch w/ 2 slices of spam & it was bomb diggity! The portion can be shared by two people, it's very fulfilling. I love the vibes of the store and every one is always friendly.

Yelp
So I went here just yesterday and I enjoyed it. This location only has outdoor seating, it's a more of a grab to go place. As a southerner I loved that this place served grits so I was excited. I got the hot mess bitch w/o jalapeños and the dirty pumpkin chai. The food itself was good its just needed a bit more salt. I'm glad they had grits but it wasn't my style of grits, I prefer my grits to be more creamy, these weren't. I also enjoyed they had spicy sausage. The biscuit was really good, really soft but yeah everything just needed a lil more salt. The service was friendly and very upfront about wait times which it wasn't a long wait when I went. The dirty pumpkin chai was very good.

Yelp
This place lives up to the hype! The cheesy grits are a nice touch but it is the biscuits you are here for. The Hot Mess was a spicy hit.

Yelp
Great staff, good service and recommendations were spot on. This place is wonderful, it's stand and order so not a place to sit down and eat if that's what you're expecting. Food was delicious the biscuits are a true southern taste, being that I'm from Texas I was impressed!

Yelp
Biscuit Bitch is a lively and eclectic spot famous for its hearty, Southern-inspired biscuit creations. With bold flavors and plenty of personality, it offers a fun dining experience. Since they don't have indoor seating, we ended up sitting outside, which was a bit chilly. The "Bitchwiches," their biscuit sandwiches, were both satisfying and delicious.

Yelp
Awesome experience! The greeting was funny and the interaction, kind. Cashier recommended an awesome dish that was more than I could eat, but had some help to eat it all. Would definitely like to explore their menu.

Yelp
Tried this place for the first time and it's definitely on the heavier side. The food wasn't bad but it's a lot of flavors that combine in your mouth. You definitely have to eat it right away/hot otherwise it doesn't taste the same unless you hear it up. The portions are huge so you can try to share with someone. Location is in pikes place where it's super convenient to walk around and explore! It does get pretty busy though so service can be slower.

Yelp
OK, I know it's "touristy" but damn, biscuits are perfect! My wife loves good biscuits, and she loved it! I got the one with gravy and sausage patty with over medium eggs, loved it!

Yelp
5 stars isn't enough for this place!!! The ambiance was great, there's seating right next to the space. The food was delicious!! I didn't want it to end!! I love the energy, the people that work there. We ordered the gritty scrambled, hot mess, and a spam and egg biscuit sandwich. With the fog and raspberry lemonade sparkler for drink of choice, they were SOOO refreshing! This place was PERFECT in every possible way!! The food was perfection, the biscuits. I would kick anyone if they were in my way of those!! Gravy, grits and eggs were soo satisfying!! It's a 30 mins wait BUT WELL WORTH IT!! Also, the line "can" be long... BUT You will NOT be sorry! The workers are fun and playful and make the experience great for anyone visiting! Definitely a must!! Like #1 place in my book when you visit Seattle!

Yelp
Service was great. Biscuits were fresh and soft. Went there when they opened so it took 15' to get our food but they quickly changed their wait time to 30' soon after. But love coming to this place to grab a bite. They have a vegetarian option too which was tasty also! Tip: People can order it via DoorDash or scanning the QR code

Yelp
Honestly, I never thought I liked biscuits and gravy. However, biscuit bitch completely changed my mind. The weather was gloomy, but the employees were as lively and enthusiastic as ever! The biscuit was soft, and the gravy was delicious and so flavorful. 10/10 would recommend!!!!
