"Operating out of the original Caffe Lieto spot near Pike Place, this location grew from a small pop-up into an eight-year local phenomenon known for biscuits smothered in gravy and colorfully named dishes such as the Hot Mess Bitch (pop star Lizzo is a fan). It regularly drew long lines and promotes a 'Trailer Park to Table' breakfast ethos with an emphasis on homemade biscuits and kickass local espresso; closed Tuesdays.
