Biwon Korean BBQ & Sushi Restaurant is a family favorite between myself, my mom, and my younger siblings. I've been here about a dozen times and have tried both the Korean BBQ and sushi.
My go-to is the all-you-can-eat option A. Option A is priced at $26.95 + tax. I think it's a good deal considering the amount of meat options listed - from beef brisket, beef belly, porky belly, thin sliced pork belly, and more. It's also important to note that the long list of appetizers are included in this all you can eat deal. These include gyoza, calamari tempura, kimchi soup and a bunch of other options.
My experience with the hosts, waiters, and bussers has always been positive. No complaints on my end. The downsides of this location is that there is always a long line. If you don't plan ahead, the wait time can be anywhere from 25 minutes to over an hour and 15-minute wait (which is the longest I've waited). If you want to make a reservation, be prepared to be directed to do so online and pay $10 per person to hold your table. There's also a fee for no-shows. ****if your entire party is not present you will not be seated****
I do prefer the Korean BBQ at this location, over the sushi. I've only ordered the sushi once and haven't returned for it. There are many other sushi locations across the Las Vegas Valley that I'd recommend over this spot.
