"For the rye whiskey fans, Fort Worth’s Blackland Distillery is making some very good whiskey at extremely reasonable prices. One of the most unique elements of this 83 proof rye is the use of triticale, a wheat/rye hybrid grain. This spirit is very light on the nose, with hints of vanilla buttercream icing, dried leaves, cinnamon apple baked oatmeal. On the palate, it comes across as herbaceous and creamy, with accents of new leather, candy corn, vanilla, and cinnamon sugar. Order delivery via Drizly, or head to the distillery in Fort Worth for pickup." - Nico Martini

Top notch!! Brian was the best guide! He was very knowledgeable about not only the Blackland distillery but the history of Bourbons and Whiskies in general. It was a beautiful space and we had a great time celebrating our 21st Anniversary.

Their combination of warmth and expertise is what sets Blackland apart, and I can't wait to return.

My husband and I really enjoyed the tour and tasting experience. The gentleman that gave the tour was very welcoming, knowledgeable and funny! Our cocktail the Dreamsicle Fizz was very tasty! Loved the TEXAS PECAN BROWN SUGAR BOURBON and bought a bottle to take home. The presentation of the tastings were great and can’t say enough about how friendly and engaging the staff was with everyone! To top it off the place is stunning inside! Highly recommend trying it out!

What a great experience we had here. The bar tenders are excellent and make the best mixed drinks we've ever had. I had a flight and the samples were all very good. The gin was great. The 100 proof rye whiskey is excellent. You must stop in and experience this place..!

Eric was a great bartender and very attentive! The old-fashioned here are so good! I love the vibe in here. I would definitely go back! Great drinks!

Google
Good cocktails but the tasting room is way too small. Reservations are probably recommended if you don’t want to sit at the terribly designed wall bench thing. They did eventually move us to a booth so we stayed for another round. Not sure I would generally recommend stopping in unless you know its not too busy.

My husband enjoys a good low key bar with a speakeasy feel and on a smaller scale, so Blackland Distillery is quickly becoming a favorite after dinner stop on date nights. This beautifully decorated distillery also offers tours, but must be booked in advance, so check their website or call ahead. The bar itself is a combination of barstool seating, oversized booths in private-ish alcoves and table/chair seating by the distillery. You can watch the alcohol being distilled through the windows as the back portion of the business is where the actions at. Aside from amazing drinks and stellar service, they also work with the Culinary School of Fort Worth to offer some of the most elevated bar food in town. Blackland Distillery has our highest recommendation - 10 out of 10! Our order: I’m always the designated driver because I don’t drink alcohol, but I AM a professional eater, so I go for the food and fun. My husband enjoys a good Old Fashioned, but Eric talked him into trying their Gin in which he was genuinely surprised. The distillery works with the Culinary School of Fort Worth to serve up some amazing appetizers. We’ve tried all of them with exception of the hummus plate, but we plan to try that soon as well. Those marinated Olives in oil with Feta are my FAVS! My husband loves their seasoned mixed nuts - slightly sweet, a little heat and 100% addictive! We also love to split the charcuterie board with my husband eating the meat while I enjoy the three vegetarian friendly dips - Pimento Cheese, Artichoke dip and Lemon Peel Honey. The peppers, the cheeses and the crostinis are all a win! Pros: This space is smaller in size and has a cozier feel compared to other similar bars in town. The dark moody color plate is my jam! The awesome service and shared knowledge… it just feels more intimate and relaxing to us. The service is top notch and the bottles they store their alcohol in are stunning, so be sure to grab a favorite to take home! Cons: This place is too good to find any fault! Parking is easy, the food is wonderful and the service is spectacular! Pro Tip: Ask for Eric when you’re seated. He’s knowledgeable, professional and provides wonderfully personalized care as well as great suggestions for drinks. He’s also a wealth of knowledge and we look for him every time we go!

Yelp
Some of the best whiskey I have had and the drinks are so good . You can pick from seasonal drinks to everyday whiskey drinks or vodka drinks . Oh and the sweet and spicy nuts are really good alongside your favorite drink. Bartenders are super nice and very fast in mixing drinks . One of our favorite places for date night !

Yelp
Stopped by here after seeing their distillery tour online. We were seated as soon as we arrived and had our welcome drinks, we picked the old fashioned and dreamsicle fizz. The old fashioned was good but the dreamsicle fizz was too sweet for me personally and didn't have any fizz, so the description felt a little off. The tour was informational, Sophie was our guide and she did a good job. We enjoyed it along with the overall ambiance of the place. The tour is $36 ($30 plus a 20% mandatory fee). We decided to purchase 2 bottles of the pecan brown sugar bourbon after the tour, which is great to make holiday drinks. They charged us the 20% mandatory fee on the bottles as well, so would recommend to pay attention to that. We later found out that the bottles were cheaper at the liquor store which didn't make much sense. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and are proud to have Blackland right here in TX. We loved the texpresso and the pecan brown sugar bourbon, would highly recommend those!

Yelp
One of favorites for craft cocktails. Great service too. Hope they get few more bites on the menu for vegetarians and fix the bright lights ;-)

Yelp
How have I not yet completed a review?! This place is one of my absolute favorite spots for happy hour, seasonal favs, or just a quick stop and shop as I tend to leave with a bottle on occasion. Very cool space, cute and cozy and always great service. They don't serve food, but welcome you to bring some in. There have been a few staff changes lately, but nothing too crazy.

Nikki J.

Yelp
*Note - the tour is 2 hours*. My friend and I booked a tour because we love a good distillery tour. It does not say online how long the tour is, which on a regular day would have been fine but my friend had a commitment & wasn't able to finish her tasting. The couple next to us also seemed antsy toward the last 30mins. Outside of that, everything was great! The tours start at 1pm, which is when the distillery opens. So we had to wait outside before they opened the doors. But they have a nice outdoor patio. Once we got inside, our welcome drink was waiting for us. We got to sip on that & settle in for a few minutes before the tour started. Tour guide, warren was knowledgeable and funny. Blackland is a unique distillery than others I been to, as so much of their process is done through technology. Once the tour was over, we were back at our seats at the bar for our tastings. Bartender, Eric was very friendly & attentive. My faves were the gin & rye -- which are NOT my typical drinks or choice! So they are doing something right. I also added a tasting of the texpresso, which was absolutely divine. Overall the tour is definitely worth it!

Yelp
I am falling deeply in love with this spot. Took the tour/tasting on a Saturday afternoon & it was awesome. Long enough to be interesting, short and informal enough to be engaging & fun. Suuuper cute and cozy place with great service, and amazing spirits. I'm hooked. I've had the Grapefruit Punch, White Cosmos & Pecan Prairie 'Nogs. All top notch. Nothing negative to say, but be aware that the parking is limited, they only serve light bites, & it's small, so I can imagine going there and not having a place to sit although that hasn't been an issue during my visits. I highly recommend checking it out.

Yelp
Nice place for pre dinner drinks. Quiet, laid back ambience and speakeasy vibes. Service was the only downer. There were only two other people there and it took a good 25 minutes for us to even be acknowledged. The waitress was by the bar on her phone. She never came back around to offer us another round. We had to actually flag the bartender down to close our tab. But other than that, it's a nice place. Not sure if I would return.

Yelp
Another stop during our trip to Fort Worth. I'd read about them on IG and a friend recommended as well. First greeting and service was awesome. The gentleman answered the questions and made so great recommendations. The crowd seemed to be locals with some out of towners (besides us) mixed in. Either way, it was a nice intimate environment. When, whom I assume was the manager, came and asked if we needed anything else, it took a turn. I don't know if I asked the wrong thing or if he didn't like the way I looked or what. Tbh, I don't think it's the way I look, I had showered and brushed my teeth that day. Anyway, his facial expression was akin to gtfo and why are you even here? We finished our drinks and left, we might come back and if we do, I'll make sure to bow down before the bearded manager and apologize in advance for any stupid question I ask.

Yelp
From the moment we stepped into Blackland Distillery, it was clear that this wasn't your average spirit-slinging spot. Our guide, Brian, greeted us with a smile so bright it could've powered the distillery itself. He wasn't just a guide; he was a walking encyclopedia of everything ethanol, with a splash of stand-up comedian. Brian led us through the magical land of mashes and barrels, telling tales of grains and gins so enthralling, I half-expected to see a whiskey fairy pop out of a barrel. The samples flowed like a river of liquid gold, and each drink was a masterpiece. I mean, the cocktails were so good, I started feeling poetic. Or maybe that was just the vodka talking. The highlight? A tasty concoction of frozen orange juice ice cubes, the dream sickle ." It was like tasting the soul of an orange --bold, beautiful, and a tad rebellious. By the end of the tour, not only were we tipsy with delight, but we were also considering enrolling in Brian's unofficial school of booze wizardry. If you're looking for a sign to visit Blackland Distillery, this is it. Go for the spirits, stay for Brian's charm and leave as a slightly wiser (and definitely happier) connoisseur of fine liquors. Cheers to an unforgettably spirited adventure!

Yelp
When i first moved to texas, i rented an airbnb right down the street from this place. I'm a bit disappointed, i didn't take advantage of the walking distance to this bar. sometimes, this place gets really packed and other nights, its not too busy. However, i know you can make reservations online to ensure you get a spot at the bar. There are a few booth seats, and about 10 or so seats around the bar. i love the variety of drinks here, and the bourbon by itself is also really good. Tried the dreamsicle fizz, texpresso yourself... and both are very different but good. I think these two are the most popular drinks. On a different occasion i also tried the texas pecan brown sugar bourbon, and drinking that neat was very delicious. it may be a bit sweet for some folks. They also serve simple food, like hummus, olive & nuts and a meat/cheese plate. Service was quick and friendly.

Yelp
I had a wonderful time touring and tasting here! I learned about their brand after relocating to the DFW area a few months before the pandemic in late 2019. Their Brown Sugar Pecan blend, my favorite, is sold locally and I had to find out more about how it's made. I finally took my best friend on the tour and learned that they make not only bourbon and whisky but vodka and gin here! The tasting room is intimate and opulent and the cocktails are phenomenal! The added bonus was the small desserts they offered! I had the Salted Caramel Cheesecake with my pecan bourbon, and took a key lime slice and a few extra bottles for the road! I will definitely be returning! I highly recommend treating yourself to an experience here!

Yelp
My friends and I love blackland! We usually try to end the night here after dinner in Ft worth which isn't too often. My favorite cocktail of theirs have been the pina colada with spiced rum. It was so amazing, refreshing and light ! I wish they would bring it back. But most of the cocktails are seasonal. We did have another cocktail with a frozen ball of orange juice. That was very interesting. It made the drink sweeter as more of the orange juice melted. Making the drink taste slightly different every minute. We do love a lot of their liquor and have the bottles at home. Will def keep coming here and trying their new cocktails every season.

Yelp
What a great find. In town for work and wanted to stop in for a drink. Nice bar, quiet, great bartender that was knowledgeable about drinks. Staff couldn't have been nicer and attentive. I thought they had food but olives and feta will have to do :) I thought I was going to be able to stop by the next night...should have purchased a few bottles. Hopefully for a next time.

Jessica G.

Yelp
Each time I come here the service is impeccable. The drinks are smooth and tasty. The environment is relaxing with an elegant feeling. Today I went on a tour and Brian was phenomenal. He made sure to answer questions expressed superb knowledge of the company and product. Thank you for the great product and service Blackland Distillery.

Yelp
Fantastic stop in Fort Worth for those who enjoy a lovely bar, great drinks and service. Staff was awesome, took time to share thoughts and overview of the drinks and history. I got the Experimental Flight but asked to skip the gin as, no thanks, and bartender added the 100 proof bourbon to replace. After the flight enjoyed a single of the Texas Gold their signature bourbon, was fantastic. All rye's and bourbons, very approachable. Enjoyed the sweet & spicy nuts as well and took a bottle of the Texas Brown Sugar Pecan home. Not a huge sweet bourbon/whiskey guy but got for my daughter and wife to try. Could not recommend more, great experience!!! Eric and Tye were epically awesome!

Julio R.

Yelp
Ambiance ambiance ambiance! Think; speak easy, calm, dim, and delicious! No food just drinks and I love that! Wasn't packed when we went and it was a weekend! We are definitely going back and are going to reserve an area for a smaller party there! The customer service is phenomenal! Everyone is very knowledgeable on their drinks, personable, and friendly! It makes you feel like you just stepped into your local pub but with the class turned up to 100! Drinks were absolutely delicious and all of us loved everything we ordered. I can't wait to go back, gotta go now, bye bye then!

Brittany F.

Yelp
Attentive service Nice space/ quaint layout Had the French Martini - very good/simple drink No music playing at the time we came in. Glad we stopped in and will return for a tour which comes with a cocktail and tasting.

Don J.

Yelp
Modern-looking tasting room with refreshing gin and tonics and so-so bourbon and rye. I liked their build-your-own "Mediterranean" gin and tonic menu - you pick a gin, tonic, fruit (or cucumber) and herb. Mine was expertly crafted and presented, with thin strips of cucumber lining the sides of the glass and a sprig of rosemary poking out the top. Side order of sweet and spicy nuts is a good call. The bottles of rye and bourbon are gorgeous, with beveled edges that refract the light into a warm amber glow. I came in planning to take a bottle home for my bar, but changed my mind after trying the "experimental" flight of bourbon and rye. Each selection was just as harsh as the last, lacking the complexity of some of the better whiskies produced in Texas today. Bottles are priced very affordably, but sometimes you get what you pay for.

Yelp
If you are wondering where to go in Fort Worth for a date night, or just to go and have a couple of cocktails by yourself or with friends look no further. Backland Distillery is a local hidden gem that is worth to be be on every cocktail connoisseur's itinerary. The concept that this place offers is original in addition to its unique seasonal cocktails paired with light bites. I loved this place and will definitively have to come back. So here it is my review: Ambiance: 10/10 Once you walk in it is no surprise why backland's taste room has won so many awards from different magazines. This place is perfect for a date night, small intimate bar that creates the environment for having a good conversation. I like how the bar serves as the point of reference for the whole taste room. Cocktails/Service/food: 10/10 What I was very impressed with this place is that all of their cocktails are made with backland spirits, in addition their juices, bitters, and most of what they use is made in-house. That talks a lot about the commitment to the craft that this place has. The cocktails we ordered were incredible, im very happy with the options that we ordered. Each cocktail had a lot of personality. in addition the staff was very attentive at every moment. Parking: 9/10 it is on the street but there's plenty around (not a lot of businesses around), so that should not be an issue. Pricing: 10/10 Most of their cocktails are $13, so considering the whole concept and atmosphere of the tasting room I would the consider the pricing fair. The place is kind of small and intimate so I would recommend to make a reservation before you ago in order to avoid having to wait to get a seat. Pro tip: Look in their website for information about their barrel program, or their gin, vodka and bitters workshop where you can craft the flavor profile of your own spirit. (I will def. be doing this with my friends for my birthday)

Yelp
I stopped in here at opening time at 4 PM this Friday to try a flight of their gin, vodka, bourbon, and pecan bourbon. My favorite was the pecan bourbon-it would be the perfect dessert drink. Prompt and good service from the bartenders. The two 30-something gentleman bartenders were great and very good conversationalists. They do have an extensive cocktail menu and will customize any drink you want using their spirits. Stop in here for a nice break from the ordinary. It's fairly small and cozy. Check out Doc's Records before or after...

Dwayne W.

Yelp
Our tour was at 4pm on a Friday. We arrived 12 minutes early early and were immediately put off by the reception. The door was unlocked and partially open so we went in. Immediately we were told not to come in and to wait outside. Other things were also said but at that point I was considering leaving so didn't catch the words. I did catch the rude tone though. Our guests that were with us definitely wanted to leave. After stepping back outside the door was shut and locked. We found out it was okay to enter when some guy cracked the door open and nodded his head. The three people that saw it weren't really sure if that meant come in or not but we proceeded anyway. This time we weren't told to leave. The tour was super short and didn't include a mash tasting, white dog tasting or barrel tasting as I have become accustomed to at other distilleries. The guide had a lot of information but was unable to answer some of the questions regarding their process. They don't have your typical distillation machines there so I was fascinated by their equipment. The bar area is very nice and comfortable. We did buy 10 bottles (2 per person) while we were there but mostly because I didn't think it would be worth the drive to go back for another visit.

Jim B.

Yelp
Cool place - great cocktails! This was our first time here. We made a reservation and good thing. The place was busy on a Thursday afternoon. We were given a nice U-shaped booth - quite comfortable. Our server, Warren was quite pleasant and really knew their products. He brought waters to us, then helped us make our drink selections. Our Hummus and Chips came out quickly, followed by our drinks a very short time later. All the sudden, we saw half the patrons get up. They were here for a distillery tour. Moments after they left, the bar team was clearing tables and the bar and getting it setup for what looked like a really large group for tastings. Our snack and our drinks were all real tasty. I especially enjoyed the Old Fashioned. We'd definitely come back!

Jessica H.

Yelp
I love everything about this distillery. It has a very art deco, great Gatsby vibe that I love. The whiskey is delicious, the bartenders are top shelf. It's a small intimate bar so making a reservation might be a good idea. They offer tours of the distillery on certain days which is really informative and interesting. I give this place a 10 out of 10!

Cole C.

Yelp
Great ambiance. Very swanky! Love it. Cocktails definitely on the sweet side. We tried numerous. I even asked a few questions to try and arrive at the right drink based on what I thought about the previous choices and the bartender was largely unhelpful. There was one bartender with a beard who seemed to know more than the others but alas, he was not the one to take our orders. We love that there is a distillery here in Fort Worth and we look forward to coming back and taking the tour. Next time perhaps we should start with the basic flight and go from there.

Kevin M.

Yelp
Where do I even start. Blackland Distillery was a highlight to our trip to Fort Worth. To this day (has been a few months now) my wife and I are still talking about how amazing their drinks were. The staff was friendly and was able to answer any questions we had. Had such a great time, my wife bought a t-shirt from their retail area. Next time we're in the area, we will be making time to go to Blackland Distillery.

J P.

Yelp
I'll give this 3 stars because we had one really amazing server and I believe the other server was the manager who was condescending from the moment we walked in. We had 7 people, most were regulars and were appalled by this guys. It was the first time and last time for 2 of us. There are too many other options to spend my money at and not be talked down to. Drinks were good. We paid and left early, this guy ruined the experience.

Alex A.

Yelp
Just wow! How come I hadn't found this gem sooner?!?! What a great concept , great staff, esp Joe! You have to try this place!

Jessica D.

Yelp
I went for a tour of the distillery with friends today--June in Texas in record breaking heat. The tour was informative but in non-climate controlled areas where we stood for 20-30 minutes in two separate areas. A few locations were "air conditioned" but they only turn the air down when they're holding tours so it wasn't very cool in those locations either. No chairs, no water--well only one glass we received at reception. No additional water provided in the 85 degree plus locations we stood around in. I was fascinated by the tour but really distracted by all the standing around in the heat with very minimal hospitality. When we got back into the bar for the tasting portion, we had to ask for more water twice. Drinks were great. Service and hospitality, not so much. Lacking in basic hospitality skills. Give your guests water and keep them moving, or chairs if you'll be in one spot for more than 20 minutes. No one wants to stand around in this heat.

Martin K.

Yelp
We wanted to try this place out with our family, including our 2 older kids, because it looked interesting online. We were let in and seated by who we later learned was the manager, but when they brought us waters, the two people serving were whispering something about to each other and all I heard was "kids". They left and a few seconds later the manager came back and told us he was sorry, but that Texas laws forbids kids under 21 on grounds of a production distillery. We've visited several production distilleries here in the DFW area, in Waco, Austin and San Antonio and it was not a problem anywhere. But we just accepted that they didn't want us there and left. We instead spent our money at Maple Branch next door, which was lovely.

Joshua U.

Yelp
Great drinks, great spirits, great tour. If you are lucky to get Brian as your guide - you'll have a great day.

Tom S.

Yelp
We were visiting Ft Worth and thought we'd give this a try. It's a cozy, glam atmosphere with private booths, bar counter seating, and a nice gathering spot with high tables for larger groups. But the best part is their cocktails! My fav is the salted pecan brown sugar old fashioned made with their pecan brown sugar bourbon distilled on site. Not too sweet, not too strong - just perfect! I liked it so much I bought 2 bottles of it to bring home and have been making them for my friends who absolutely rave about it!

Doug S.

Yelp
We went first time to Backland Distillery for a birthday party we did the tour and samples afterward. The place is not very big so the tour is quick not much walking. And it was just us 4 guys. The owner gave the tour he was very informative and passionate about his spirits the produce. As for the building it is painted black that helps you find the place. The sign on the front was not easy to see so make sure you look for the black painted front. The place looked closed when we went the first time but they were not. So go on in it is worth the visit. Inside you have a very nice bar with seating around the bar and around the room. Not real big bar area but plenty of room. We went back one night and had some drinks had a good time. Parking is out front and in a parking lot across or street parking. We had no trouble parking. The sprits they have for sale by the bottle or sit at the bar and have a drink. The Gin has great flavor as does the Rye whisky plus Vodkas and Bourbon whisky all for sale. Mixed drinks they have on the menu are very good or dink it straight. And the bottles are very cool looking will look good on your home bar. We will be back to buy more bottles and sit and have a drink.

Hannah S.

Yelp
This place has very cool n' chill vibes! It is the perfect spot to grab a drink with another couple, a few friends or just one another person. If you're new to the liquor game, the mixologists are extremely talented and can point you in the right direction of cocktails to try. My favorite is the Dreamsicle Fizz. It's a magical delight in a cup!

Meg S.

Yelp
Awesome atmosphere and the smoothest gin and bourbon we've had. Go! You won't be disappointed s

Angie W.

Yelp
Beautiful cocktails, great atmosphere. Reserve a table online. No food, charcuterie only. Great service, and bartenders!

Derrick T.

Yelp
Blackland Distillery Hands down a 5star rating!! I took the tour for $30 a ticket and that came with the tour, a cocktail, & a flight of each liquor they make. Vodka gin bourbon rye and Texas pecan brown sugar bourbon. My favorite was the gin bc it tasted so clean and floral. Each liquor was pure!! No bite or burn from any of them. That Texas pecan brown sugar bourbon tasted like breakfast. I would literally fill each square on my waffle with that stuff!! So smoove!!! I 100% recommend this place to anybody SPECIALLY out of towners visiting Fort Worth! It'll give u a nice insight on the city!

Sean B.

Yelp
The drinks were flowin and the vibes were chillin. We did a tour and tasting that was super cool. Learning about the distilling process was super interesting thanks to our awesome tour guide Lisa. My wife and I both had a tasting that was great (5 different liquors) and then each got a signature cocktail and a bite to eat. Would recommend to anyone in the DFW, and hey now their bourbon is going on my liquor shelf too, it's that good!

Jacob L.

Yelp
I've bought their liquor at Specs and it's good and reasonably priced so I expected the place to be better. Snooty atmosphere. Old fashioned is made with 80 proof and that looked even watered down- oh and they charge extra for a large ice cube... then I had a pour of their new bourbon- not on menu and...$21 a pour! That's more than Blantons and others- wow. My wife's cocktail was good she said but $13 later. Three drinks a few olives and $75 later. Wow, not sure how people afford this place.

Kylie v.

Yelp
We had a great time at our tour and tasting. The tour guide Lisa was so friendly and informative and made it so much fun. We learned a lot about the distilling process and enjoying a tasting of vodka, gin, bourbon, and rye. The pecan brown sugar bourbon was excellent as well. Their cocktails are delicious too. We tried the Texpresso Yourself and Prairie Wonder and they tasted great. The ambiance is classy/upscale in its decor but casual and approachable in its vibe. Would definitely go back!

Craig S.

Yelp
Enjoyed the unique tasting room and atmosphere. Will definitely go back. Good place to enjoy a drink with friends.

Marianne C.

Yelp
Brand new distillery, cocktail bar and tasting room in the Foundry District. This is not your typical west 7th hang out spot. They don't have tv's to watch your UFC fights on the weekends. This bar scream of sophistication and class. Their bar top alone is something that will turn you on. Lol. They distill their spirits using computerized pot and column stills and stainless steels mush tins. Sounds very high tech if you ask me. All their signature cocktail are exclusive made with only their spirits. The Blackland spirits.

Case C.

Yelp
Stopped in here on a whim. Was pleasantly surprised; staff were extremely friendly and answered every question I may have had about how they make their beer. Excellent beer and the chef is unbelievable. I would definitely make a stop the next time you are passing through.

Stephanie C.

Yelp
Really nice distillery with delicious cocktails. I recommend you make a reservation beforehand. For the most part the employees are nice and accommodating. Nice place to visit if you are in the area.

Tammie G.

Yelp
Finally got the chance to drop into this new place I found on IG. Very nice inside with low lighting and plenty of seating Bartenders all very friendly and engaging They make everything IN HOUSE. Not only are the distilling the spirits they also make all the syrups/bitters/etc they add to the cocktails. Prices are as expected. I got a Flight and tried the gin/vodka/bourbon/rye 12.00 all distilled at Blackland. I enjoyed them all! The Rye is really good! Will be getting a bottle of that once it is available They have a small food menu(hummus, nuts and a few other items) However, mentioned maybe getting a food truck or two to visit and said that where ok with you bringing in your own food as well!!

Yelp
Great hidden little place for some strong drinks. I really like the dark intimate decor here, you'll have to make reservations on their site if you want a table or booth, otherwise it's bar seatings.

Yelp
Excellent place to stop by and get a drink. The vibe is very relaxed and the drink are spectacular! Definitely recommend if you are wanting a chill night out with a aesthetic cocktail scene this is the place!

Yelp
This was my first visit, and I wasn't disappointed. The girls and I were very well taken care of and the drinks were spot on. They have many options to choose from so be excited. I can't wait to return for a tour. The host tours of the distillery for $30 with a tasting at 2:15pm check them out when you get a chance and don't for get to grab a bottle to take home I got mine the Texas Pecan and Brown Sugar Bourbon

Yelp
Dang, do we ever love Blackland. The first time we went, we took the Sunday tour. We had a group of maybe 4 guys and the owner took us through the distillery area and gave us the normal speeches that you get in a distillery tour. He was really interesting and funny and made the tour a lot of fun. After the tour we were presented with a flight of their liquors to sample. Vodka, Gin, Rye, and Bourbon. Now I'm not a vodka or gin guy but they were not bad. What I really loved was their Rye Whiskey. So darn good. We were upset that it was a Sunday and we could not take a bottle home. OK Texas, this is a law that needs to go away. After the tasting, we settled into the really cool speakeasy style bar and ordered a few more drinks and a cheese/meat tray. We felt so comfortable that we probably stayed a couple of more hours. Like I said, that was our first time and we have been back many times. The bar is just too cool and they serve some AMAZING drinks.

Yelp
The staff is almost as rude as the owner for no reason at all. If you want a pretentious setting that leaves a bad taste in your mouth, enjoy!
