The 12 Best Croissants In Paris

"There’s something floral about Blé Sucré’s croissant, from the honeyed sweetness to the countless layers of bronzed pastry piled like frilly-edged petticoats. It looks delicate, but take a bite, and you’ll be rewarded with a pleasantly dense, almost bready chew, and an overwhelmingly buttery flavor. Don’t skip the pain au chocolat, the reason many Parisians traverse the city to line up at this pocket-sized bakery near Bastille. The dark, almost smoky chocolate melts pleasantly on the tongue, and the bitterness contrasts nicely with the sweetness of the dough. Even if you get there at the end of the day, the chocolate won’t have sapped the moisture from the pastry—basically witchcraft in the world of viennoiseries." - emily monaco

It is very delicious and if you want to feel like buying a croissant from here is very important, you should definitely try it. I thought we would find every kind of croissant but there is not much variety. But the taste is perfect. The freshness is unique. Feel like a real French person. Get your croissant like them, go to the magnificent park right across the street, sit down and eat. It is great

Google
This bakery was highly recommended so we gave a try and tasted the croissants, the Canele and a couple cakes and everything was delicious. I don’t think is the best croissant I tried in France but you can tell is above average and among the best.

Google
They speak English here and were friendly. We got the croissant and pain au chocolat; the croissant wasn’t the best we had, but it was still good. It had layers but it wasn’t crunchy and all that buttery. The pain au chocolate was the better of the two; had a nice crunch to it. I don’t know how much the drinks were individually but I got a latte and an orange juice for about 9 euros. The orange juice was freshly squeezed and delicious - highly recommend you get it.

Google
The best croissant and pain au chocolat I have ever had. So good I had to go back and have another! Crispy, warm, and melting in your mouth. I wish I could package this patisserie in my pocket and take it home. Thanks for such an amazing breakfast

Google
LOVE! I’m not exaggerating when I say the croissant and pain aux chocolat changed my life 😆 We visited this bakery twice during our short 2.5 day stay.

Google
after a croissant journey across paris, i can safely say this was my favourite croissant. its a small unassuming shop with people having a quick bite outside. but the croissant was soft, flaky and had a wonderful crunchy crust. 10/10 my favourite croissant in paris so far. the croissant is a little hidden at the bottom shelf, so just ask the lady at the store about it.

Google
I should've not listen to Mark Wiens to try the croissant and pain aux chocolate here!Such a disappointment! There's no layers at all and everything sticks together! The bread is soft like a wet towels! Then the staff asked me to leave with a rude tone because I didn't say "sur la place'? But they didn't ask me how I wanted to eat it and just packed everything in a bag for me?! I was planning to have it there!

Google
First bite of croissant at the edge was great. Crunch amazing. The more I ate the more tired I got of it and towards the middle it was getting alright. Very affordable

Yelp
Best croissant I've ever had. Baguette was top notch. We also had the Brest and the pan au chocolate. Service is good. Ambience is fun and friendly. This bakery is located in a neighborhood by playgrounds and schools. It was fun to enjoy our pastries as we watched families and children gather and pass by. Prices are very reasonable and the quality is excellent. I wish I had this bakery in my neighborhood back home. I miss this place already!

Yelp
Hands-down best bakery with the best croissant in all of Paris. Crispy outside and very soft inside. They just melt in your mouth. They have a few tables outside, so you can enjoy your croissant and coffee while looking at the park across the street. It's worth repeating. They are the best.

Yelp
We went on a food tour with a local guide who also wrote an article on the best croissant in Paris! And it is the best, it was slightly sweet and so buttery, I am going to be dreaming about this croissant!!! You must visit and give it a try!!! Apparent they also have award winning Madeline's but they didn't have any while we were there.
google avatar

Yelp
Cute little bakery with very well baked goods. Super flaky croissants that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The apple pastry was sublime and had real chunks of apple rather than just sauce. Highly recommend for delicious pastries.

Yelp
I heard they have the best croissant in Paris -- so we went to this unassuming place across from a charming little park. Yes! The best croissant rumor is true! We savored their buttery pastries slowly with pure delight( they also have a great chocolate brioche)

Yelp
Ble Sucre pleasantly surprised us during our recent visit to Paris, earning its spot as probably the best boulangerie we encountered in the city. The croissants at Ble Sucre are undeniably good, with a flakiness that rivals the finest patisseries in Paris. What truly amazed us, however, were the baguettes - absolute perfection in both texture and taste. The best part? The prices were incredibly reasonable, almost shockingly so. It's rare to find such high-quality baked goods at such a wallet-friendly cost in a city known for its gourmet indulgences. We visited early, around 7:30 am, and were pleased to find a short wait. The added bonus was securing a spot to enjoy our pastries outside. The al fresco experience added a charming touch to our breakfast, making it a memorable start to the day. While Ble Sucre may not boast the grandeur of some famous Parisian bakeries, it excels in delivering top-notch pastries at an unbeatable price point. If you're a fan of flaky croissants and delectable baguettes without breaking the bank, Ble Sucre is a hidden gem that deserves a spot on your must-visit list in Paris.

Yelp
Had a few items here and loved them all! We came here the first day we were in Paris and decided to try different bakeries. Our last day, guess where we ended up? Back here. Easily our favorite bakery/location for croissants. -Croissant: Perfectly flakey and every bite was great. -Chocolate croissant: The chocolate mixed so well and wasn't overpowering. It was a delightful bite. It's dark chocolate, which my husband usually isn't a fan of, but he DEVOURED this thing. -Madelines: Great! Didn't really know what I expected and they're a bit on the pricey side (4 Euros for 4) but they were delicious -Baguette: Bought one for a trip to Versailles and it was delicious, might have been one of the best bites of bread I've ever had. Overall, this was our favorite bakery in Paris and one of the more moderately priced ones as well. It was an easy walk from our hotel (10 minutes or so) so it was a no brainer. The smell of freshly baked goods is divine in the morning. Come early! We also noticed lots of locals that came. Also, the lady working there spoke English, which was greatly appreciated.

Yelp
This place may have ruined all other croissants for me. So much flavor and decently priced. We ate every last crumb!

Yelp
I'm blown away how delicious the 1st bite was. Mmmmm. Awesome pain croissant. It's 24mins. away from my AIRBNA doesn't matter I'll come back for it again & again. Distance has no boundaries when it comes to quality taste..
google avatar

Matea P.

Yelp
This was the best croissant I've had in Paris...and really my entire life. It was stunning. Bite into it, and you'll unravel the thin layers of soft buttery dough on the inside and notice just how flaky it is on the outside. After leaving Blé Sucré, there's no way I'll be looking at croissants in the same way ever again

R H.

Yelp
The absolute best butter croissant I have ever had! After a train ride, a bus ride, and a long walk we finally arrived at, what I believe, is their only location. Upon entering you can imagine our disappointment when we were told they were all out of plain croissants. Our disappointment turned to joy when the girl behind the counter said it would be 45 mins til the next batch would be out of the oven. We ordered 2 chocolate and went across the street to a great kids park so our grandkids could play while we waited. At the 45 minute mark we went back and there they were, Heaven in bread form. We ordered several and went back across the street to devour the most wonderful, flaky, buttery, and absolutely delicious best croissants we have ever had. Worth every minute of our trek there and our wait.

Yelp
Pretty good croissants, tried the pan au chocolat and almond (almond was delicious). The real star here is the canelé, would definitely return just for those. Small bakery with a few tables outside to enjoy your pastries and coffee.

Yelp
Second time we are trying this place and so wow what a difference it makes what time you get here. There is always a line, but it's even more early in the morning when they are baking fresh pastries. We were lucky enough to get our goodies fresh out of the oven. We even waited outside for a bit and they gave us a small sampler of chocolate chaud (which my husband loved and I was ok with... Check my Angelina review). The croissants and pan Au Chocolat were flaky and crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy in the middle. It was so buttery that the bag we asked for was soaked with oil by the time we got back to the hotel (tip: eat it there! We only took home extras). We got 2 other pastries.. A sugary one that was ok and the "financier" which is packaged and sealed so we can take it with us on the plane ride home. Overall, we were happy with this place. The ladies were nice and the food was delicious. Get there early is my tip. The best experience will be when it's fresh.

Yelp
Passing by and you get a whif of some amazing breads...well you must stop! Walked in and was greeted not only by the lady working there but by the smells as well! Ordered two chocolate croissants, and one fruit tart. Since I was on my way to work, I had to take them to go. The to go boxes she used are recyclable and same goes for the silverware she packed up for me. First bite of the chocolate croissant was drool worthy. The perfect ratio of everything! It wasn't too sweet, had the perfect amount of fluff to crunch ratio! It was simply perfect! The fruit tart was just as amazing. The fruit tasted very fresh and the moisture ratio was perfect. One thing I did learn is this is a perfect popular bakery. So if there are items you really want, go by at 7am since a lot of items sell out early. She also informed me the chocolate chip cookies they prepare are normally ready after 830am and sell out fast as well. All in all this was one of my favorite bakery's in this area!!

Yelp
Short version: just read other reviews about the quality. I've found a lot of delicious croissants in Paris and am not sure that these ones deserve the intense fan love as the best on earth, but I can't say that I've had better either. They're buttery, light, and flaky, with just the right texture - beautiful when pulled apart, without exploding everywhere (like overbaked or stale croissants). The croissants are large! I'm confused about the people who went back for more. Part of the point of the ritual is to get them fresh daily, as they contain no preservatives and why not get them at their most amazing? Are these people eating them all at once, or storing them somehow? Also, I tried the Madeleines, which were available in a package of 4. They're lightly glazed, and thus taste more like fluffy almond-lemon cake donuts than other Madelines. I'm not a big donut fan but I LOVED these!

Yelp
I don't think I can eat another piece of pastry in my life without comparing to ble sucre. You will not be able to eat another piece of pastry in your life without comparing ble sucre. A piece of pastry - really, how bad can life be! Transformational.
google avatar

Alan T.

Yelp
Best croissant and chocolate crossiant we had in Paris. There is a park in front of the store that you can bring your pastries to enjoy there. Overall we would come back. The croissant has a butter and crunch layers outside
google avatar

Lorrie M.

Yelp
I was recommended by many friends and bakers who took classes or were educated in Paris/France to come to this place for the best croissant and it did not disappoint! The only reason for the 4 stars is mostly because I came almost towards end of day (for them, it was only noon but they close at 1 I found out....) and the croissants had obviously been sitting around for a while. I can imagine at 6am they would be amazingly slightly warm, flaky and delicious. The flavor is excellent, and they sell a lot of other small pastries as well as breads. If I stuck around longer in Paris I would definitely get some bread to go as it looked great. They have a small outdoor area that you can relax and eat with coffee or tea.
google avatar

Daira R.

Yelp
Excellent pastries, super okay coffee. Stopped here as part of a food tour and got some of the pan chocolate fresh out of the oven. Delicious. Definitely the best I've had in my life so far. That alone should get you here, ya girl likes chocolatey bread and has tried it in many places. We returned the next day before our drive out of the city and managed to arrive in a lull between what is normally a line halfway down the block. Got more pan chocolate, a croissant, a baguette, and 2 cappuccinos. The girl working the register spoke enough English, and me enough French (very little), to get by without a translator. The croissant was amazing, the baguette and coffee were okay. They do not have a public toilet. When returning to Paris, if we are in the neighborhood we will definitely stop again.
google avatar

Lisa L.

Yelp
this place!! Once you walk up, the aroma of chocolate fills the air. The croissants are made fresh and the espresso is the best I've tasted. Lines are out the door, but goes fast. They're a handful of tables outside so you can enjoy the freshly made pastries and espresso. A mile or 2 away from Norte Dame. A must visit when we visit Paris.
google avatar

Lucy Z.

Yelp
"Bonjour! Un croissant, s'il vous plait." ^is all you need to end up with a $1.32 (currency conversion at the time of this review haha) croissant in the morning. All the fresh pastries are lined up behind small glass windows with a huge tray of croissants behind the register. Quick service, line out the door, pick something to get you on your way. Cash and card accepted.
google avatar

Tunaidi A.

Yelp
Only one thing to say. The pain au chocolat is amazing. Let me repeat... amazing! Crispiest, fluffiest deliciousness.
google avatar

Stephen K.

Yelp
I still enjoy the croissants and the pain au chocolat. The kouign aman I had was also good. However the bakery has lost the magic it had on my last visit in 2019. The madeleines were dry and dense after being ethereal back in 2019. Selections of goods was limited and it just wasn't the same. I'm sad because this bakery has stood on top of all the countless bakeries we have tried on our two recent trips to France but now it's just one in the middle of the pack.
google avatar

Marilyn T.

Yelp
We were staying nearby, so we had to come back for a cheap breakfast. This time around: - Cappuccino: nice and strong, topped with a bit of cocoa powder - Ficelle: still €0.65, but it was better warm last time - Financiers: quite substantial, good texture - Pain au chocolat: with vahlrona, but the croissant itself was a bit too dense / doughy for me. I prefer the regular croissant Prices are still very reasonable, and service is friendly. They have small tables outside facing a playground. Cards accepted.
google avatar

Natalia M.

Yelp
We came after watching somebody feel Phil (which never lets us down with recommendations). The croissant was very delicious and worth trying for sure. Not 5 stars bc I didn't love the strawberry dessert, but overall a cute bakery and a good croissant experience.
google avatar

Ting S.

Yelp
So delicious! We just arrived to Paris and needed a quick pick me up after an early train ride from Nice. I looked for a boulangerie with high marks. This one had high marks from 300+ people, so I knew that it would be great. The woman who served us was nice and helpful even though you could tell they were really busy. We order croissants, a cappuccino and hot chocolates. The hot chocolate was made from real chocolate NOT powder and the croissants were delicious, light and flaky. We sat on at one of their side walk tables and within the 20 mins we were there, they sold out all their pastries. Most looked like they were Parisians. We decided we better grab one of their baguettes before they were all gone. The baguette was perfect! Crunchy on the outside and deliciously soft on the inside. It was even more amazing than the croissants. I highly recommend this boulangerie, especially if you have children. It is a short walk from the Gare de Lyon. There is outside seating across the street from a children's playground. Our children loved it!

Yelp
I thought I knew what a croissant was but boy was I schooled. Ble Sucre is a tiny neighborhood bakery frequented by many locals. It may be tight inside, but everything you need in life is in there. We ordered a croissant, pan de chocolate, chantilly eclair, and cappuccinos. The eclair and chantilly cream were delicious but the star was definitely the breads. The croissant was everything I had heard a croissant should be, flaky, crusty, soft, and buttery. Prior to this, all I knew was grocery store or deli croissants. This croissant definitely changed what I thought a croissant actually is. It was raining on the day we visited so we decided to hide under the awning enjoying our breakfast but if it had been a sunny day, we would likely have taken our pastries across the street and sat in the playground. Even now, months after our Paris trip, I'm still thinking about that croissant, a sign that it was that memorable.
google avatar

Carlos H.

Yelp
It was pouring rain and people were lined up to eat here regardless early in the morning. True loyalty. I grabbed my umbrella and joined them. Once you get inside you have mere seconds to decide what you want so definitely be ready. This place really lived up to all the hype. The baguette was insanely soft and delicious, the croissant was perfection, and the Sesame roll was flaky and savory yet sweet. I've really never had pastries this good in my life - even from patisserie chefs at high-end restaurants in the USA. It's obvious every person in that line has a connection to this spot and I'm sure I would too if I lived in Paris. The prices are fair as well. I do wish there was somewhere to sit, but it was pouring rain. It must be nice to have a place to take all these goods back to.
google avatar

Mark M.

Yelp
Lovely spot for coffee an pan au chocolate. We had it to go and enjoyed it in the park across the street. I wish this was my neighborhood cafe
google avatar

Cassie V.

Yelp
This is a great little place to grab a quick breakfast ! The pastry's are amazing! Quiche is really really good limited seating is the only downfall.
google avatar

Donna S.

Yelp
I seriously dream of their croissant after many months after being blessed with a taste. It was so flaky, soft, and perfect. I didn't get to try all the croissants in Paris but this one left a lasting impression in my heart and I'd 100% come back. The croissant was so good that after eating one, I went back to buy more. I enjoyed my treat at the park across the street, people watching and stuffing my face. It was nice.
google avatar

El D.

Yelp
BEST CROISSANT EVER, also tryout the turnover it is to die for. Accompany these with a café crème and that's all.
google avatar

Angela L.

Yelp
Scrumptious madelines, impeccable pain au chocolat, flaky croissant, decent kouign aman, but the real life changer was the hot chocolate (skip!). We purchased two to try and both were very sour and unpalatable. Upon asking the sales lady, she stated its 70% cocoa so we are probably not used to the taste. We did not believe her and chalked it up to soured milk since the hot chocolate is seen churning in the window. However after a few chocolate tastings around the city, we did notice hints of sourness in chocolates with high cocoa percentages. Long story short, the hot chocolate is not for American palates accustomed to Swiss Miss. I would definitely return for the madelines and pain au chocolat though!
google avatar

Jonathan R.

Yelp
Fantastic Bakery and coffee shop located 15 minutes from my hotel in Bastille. Unfortunately it was a rainy day which put a damper on our breakfast. There are a handful of covered seats outside and only 2 stools inside. The bakery has a lovely assortment of pastries including a lovely croissant. The staff is very warm even though they only speak French. The coffee was very good and I would recommend hitting this bakery on a lovely day.
google avatar

Lindsay L.

Yelp
BEST CROISSANTS IN PARIS. I came here in January after one of my friends recommended this place. I took her recommendation seriously, as she comes to Paris a lot. She let me know that Ble Sucre has the best croissants in all of Paris and she was 100% correct. Not only was service extremely friendly regardless of the language barrier. Everyone there was so sweet and kind and it really warmed my heart. I got an almond croissant, a lemon tart, and two cappuccinos. Everything I bought at this little patisserie was so delicious and I highly recommended stopping here if you are ever in Paris. Merci Ble Sucre :)
google avatar

Paul O.

Yelp
Food writer David Lebovitz had said that this place has the best croissants in Paris. In all likelihood, he is right. In any event, I believe him. If someone knows of a better place in Paris, then let me know in the comments. We ordered a kouign amann, two chocolate croissants, and an apple tart. The apple tart was fresh from the oven. The croissants were clearly the highlight though. Crispy and flaky on the outside, light and tender on the inside. We had NEVER had a croissant that good! The croissants cracked as we bit into them and the inner layers oozed with butter. We will definitely come back here the next time we're in Paris! Our only regret is that we didn't discover this place until our last day. C'est la vie, I suppose!

Yelp
5 stars for the fresh Croissants and Pain au Chocolat... this is literally what I got and I was on my way to the subway and decided to try a bite. I walked back like 6 blocks to get more. I love croissants and this was the best I have ever tasted. You don't taste much butter which is a big plus and the croissant is so crispy, but it is so soft and tasteful inside. Please, try the croissant here, best I've ever had. I don't even like Pain au Chocolat and I had to get another one as well. The chocolate was not overpowering like in many pain au chocolat I've tasted before and like the croissant, it had form and taste. If you were going to try 1 of the 2, definitely the croissant was the best I've ever had which is why I went back to buy more after the 1st bite lol. I'd definitely recommend the pain au chocolat as well. I wish I had a chance to try more baked goods at Ble Sucre.

Yelp
I stayed in the 12th Arrondissement (in front of Marche d'Aligre to be exact) during my two week stay in Paris, and Blé Sucré was a short distance away. This is by far my favorite boulangerie. I'll probably benchmark all French bakeries to this place for the rest of my life, and sadly, no croissant or madeleine will ever taste the same thanks to this place. I see why this place is so popular among food and travel blogs. For a small and kind of unassuming and minimally decorated business, this place still has a long line going out the door and into the street. If you visit Paris and are in this area, I'd strongly implore you to visit here. Oh, one more thing. I see a 1-star review written on 12/4/2018, that really irks me. Saying they "can't speak English well" and the physical location "isn't even cute." Goodness gracious, what a stupid thing to write. Just go and see for yourself. It's 10/10.
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing goat cheese quiche! Small business without that much seating, but everything here is gfeat

Yelp
Found this bakery on a Google list of best bakeries in Paris. I chose this based on proximity to my hotel near the Gare de Lyon station. It was a short walk on a crisp January morning. When I walked in there was so much goodness to choose from my head was spinning. There was a queue forming of locals that I felt pressure to make a quick decision. The spoke a little English and I was able to point at the display. Based on the google article, I settled on madelines (comes in bag of 6), a croissant, pinwheels, and topped it off with a cappuccino all for 9€. They did not take Amex. There were 6 bistro tables and chairs outside but due to the temperature I chose to cross the street to the park and keep moving. The croissant was amazingly delicate and buttery. I saved the rest for later. The madelines had a citrus glaze which kept it light and moist.

Andrew J.

Yelp
Place is closed until august 22, 2023. Wish i could describe the food and whatnot but i wasn't able to try. Just trying to fill the word limit at this point and do the public service of letting y'all know this place is closed for holidays
google avatar

Darylynn D.

Yelp
A really good place to go to for bread. There's some seating outside and a few chairs inside. They offer the usual pastries here like croissants and such. I had a croissant because I just have to in Paris and it was okay. I came shortly before closing and I think I got the end batch of the croissants. I can imagine if I came much earlier the croissant would've been great. I also had a chocolate croissant and it was tasty and flaky.
google avatar

Nick B.

Yelp
Amazing! Amazing! So good! We had a flower eclair! Very nice small pastry shop! Chocolate croissant was delicious.
google avatar

Marc D.

Yelp
As a Yelper for the people, I took on the burdensome responsibility of visiting as many bakeries in Paris for you, and this one may have been the best! I'm ashamed to write this review, because you'll actually realize how much I ate in one sitting. Found this place, first of all, as it made lots of 'best croissant' lists, and the hype was valid. I started with the pain au chocolat, which was deliciously light and flaky with the perfect chocolate taste. Then, because I still had some coffee in my cup, I went back in for a chocolate tart. I now know what heroin must feel like, as the minute my tongue hit that amazing chocolate, my brain chemistry started to change. Out of coffee, I needed a new excuse to try another delicious pastry, but still in my chocolate coma, instead of an excuse, I just went for a refill...what do I care if they think I'm a pig...I'm an American...they probably already think that anyway. It was there that I saw the chocolate financiers sitting on a tray by the cash register. Of course I had to get one...and it was beyond delicious. Since it was close to closing time, I started wondering, "What do they do with the ones they don't sell?" I went back in to find out, and being the ugly American that I am, solved the problem for them, as I bought all the rest, which now reside in my freezer, waiting for the perfect meal to compliment their rich, chocolatey goodness.

Yelp
This quaint little bakery is filled with so many different kinds of baked goods and confections. Not to mention, fresh bread. I wish I had more belly room to try more of their selection. We visited on a Sunday afternoon, and there was a little bit of a line. There are only a couple of outdoor seats, so we took our baked treats to the children's park across the street. We got a pain au chocolat and an eclair to share. This beautiful chocolate croissant had amazing layers and smooth, velvety chocolate inside. The layers were delicate and flakey, but didn't disintegrate into a pile of crumbs right away. So delicious, and a very good looking croissant at that. The eclair was deliciously filled with mousse-y chocolate with smooth chocolate icing on top. Excellent eclair, although not as impressive as the croissant. I must go back to Paris one day just to try more baked goods from here.

Yelp
Blu Sucre is a boulangerie that has become the darling of the countless food blogs of Paris. On a rainy Tuesday morning, the line spilled out into the street. This phenomenon is created by social media, and the "group" mentality that has become an integral social aspect of generations born after 1970. The crowd within the shop represented more nationalities than the United Nations, and I almost "ran for the hills." Blu Sucre didn't need my business. It had become too discovered. Yet, I squeezed myself into the line which protected me from the rain. The goods looked delicious, and I purchased a bunch of stuff. Sadly, the young woman helping me, forgot to pack a couple of my items, and unfortunately, I arrived home an hour later missing several cakes I purchased. In spite of that gaffe, I thought everything was wonderful, and my baguette alone is worth a trip back, although the croissant was a bit greasy and lacked a crispness I enjoy. I will remind the saleswomen of what happened, but I am sure I will receive the omnipresent Gallic shrug. C'est mon Vie.

Alesa W.

Yelp
The croissants are fantastic, and the other pastries were pretty tasty looking although I didn't get to try them. I went early in the morning as the sun was rising and enjoyed a croissant and cappuccino on the patio overlooking the park. It's a fantastic little spot to enjoy a Parisian morning

Ummmm this is my official first day in Paris and if this place has 4.5 stars on yelp.... not sure how rest of the bakeries in Paris is gonna be- the ladies here burned our toast, and they can't speak English well... and I showed a picture from yelp posts to ask for the same pastry and ended up with wrong pastry... is it hard to give me a pastry that matches what's in the pic? Also, this place isn't even cute- very small with ugly building which is surrounded by other beautiful Paris architecture- There weren't many bakery choices here either - will not recommend and will not come back-

Yelp
We went to this place several times while visiting! We even had to travel a little ways to get to it. It was that good! If I remember correctly it is cash only, but that didn't matter because it was just so so good. Their croissants were to die for. WOW. Every time we went it was busy but the line went quickly. There are cute little tables to sit at outside with plenty of room. If you are nearby it, you need to visit!
