I was on my way to meet up with some friends in Sugar Land one Sunday morning and I figured I should try some local coffee. This spot came recommended, so, I figured I would check it out The coffee shop is tucked away behind some office buildings and situated just outside a residential area. The exterior is nothing flashy, but as I walked up I noticed several people enjoying their coffee outside and enjoying the beautiful Houston Spring weather The exterior was chic and cozy. There is a variety of coffee types to try a you can order beans, merch, and other coffee items to the right when you walk in. There’s also a space in the back with machinery where they most likely do much of the coffee prep work and R&D. The order counter is simplistic, clean, and almost futuristic in vibe. There is plenty of indoor seating, but there were a bunch of people dining in and it made me feel a bit claustrophobic with most tables full, a bit of a line, and people waiting on their order. It’s not a huge space, and I wish I could have seen it more empty an chill. Either way it’s probably a great place to study or have a meet up with a friend or two You can order pretty much any classic coffee drink or some of their signature offerings. For coffee lovers you will find a variety of beans and options to order from the Brew Bar menu. They have hot, iced, sweet, and coffee-forward drinks. There’s also plenty of pastries or bites you can order. There are small menus at the front of the line and no big menu at or behind the register. Their website doesn’t provide an easy way of locating their menu so I had to wait until I was towards the front of the line to get a menu, and that is a pet peeve of mine, because then I feel rushed to order The staff were fine. Not overly friendly or pleasant. I would say everyone was professional and focused. I will say I only ordered a flat white and it took longer (probably twice as long or more) than any other coffee spot I’ve been to. While that would irk me slightly as I was in a rush, I’m torn on this place because it truly was some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. Their portions aren’t very big, but the flavor will satisfy your tastebuds Some tips: See if you can grab a little menu from the front to bring with you to the back of the line. Again, I only tried the flat white, and I’m a huge flat white fan… this is probably my favorite one in the Houston area Cheers!!

A good and cozy place to order coffee made by true coffee specialists. The staff is friendly and very attentive—if you don’t know much about coffee, they explain everything and give great suggestions. I will definitely come back every time I’m in the area. Without a doubt, the best coffee I’ve ever had!

Great coffee stop for a quick recharge. The store is clean, well-decorated, with inside and outside seating. Staff is friendly. And most importantly- the coffee tasted excellent. We had the doppio and the cappuccino and a lavender macaroon to bring some sweetness, and it was great. Definitely recommend BlendIn.

The absolute best coffee in Houston. Enjoy an amazing single origin coffee as a pour over. Even better, get a premium coffee and use the sensory cup! So good...

I’m really sick of cafes lying to their customers about their products and Blendin has unfortunately become one of those places I now have to avoid in Sugar Land. I ordered a Barista Speciality Latte - the peach cobbler latte and received a tiny cup of iced coffee. There was no mention on the menu on the size of the latte and it was almost $8 before tax so it was a valid assumption that it would be a normal sized iced latte. It was extremely small and actually ridiculous to the point that it pissed me off enough to sit down and write this review. Charging this much for a drink and not being honest about the size (whether on the menu or in person) IS RIDICULOUS. The latte itself also wasn’t good and was acidic and left a sour taste in my mouth (literally and metaphorically). Y’all need to do better because lying to your customers for one sale is gonna piss y’all’s audience off and you will lose customers in the end.

The lattes here are really good. I would highly recommend them. However, the Matcha here is not that great. I would rate it probably 3 out of 10. It’s a great place to study, but it’s often hard to find tables because people occupy them for a really long time. I have yet to go there and find a place to sit that’s empty.

Came in to check it out based on a recommendation of gluten free sweets to go with my coffee. Definitely not the least expensive place I have ever been, but very delicious nonetheless. Ordered a cup of the cold brew coffee, and a slice of the gluten free iced lemon cake. To my surprise, the cake was not overly sweet like most coffee cakes tend to be. Blendin even has a roaster on site, and obviously roasts and grinds their own coffee beans locally which adds to the freshness.

Absolutely loved this coffee place. Amazing atmosphere. Truly a specialty coffee experience. Great for socializing. Taste and presentation was absolutely amazing 🤩

My Saturday morning visit was definitely not the normal experience. I visited as part of a run club where we all received a free drink of our choice after running a short loop in the adjacent neighborhood. I will say that I was particularly impressed during this visit. I've been to Blendin before and, simply put, they serve great coffee but I just don't like getting coffee anywhere besides at home. When a huge group of us suddenly line up all at once, order a wide variety of drinks, and cause a bit of chaos, you would expect that the drinks would come out slowly. Not the case at Blendin. I ordered their barista's special drink (peach cobbler latte) and received my drink within 5 minutes of ordering. My friends who were further back in line also experienced a similarly short wait. Again, the coffee is great, the cashiers are kind and knowledgeable, and the shop is always very clean. Blendin continues to shine as the premier coffee shop in the Sugar Land area.

Really enjoyed this coffee shop. It's kind of hidden. It looks like it used to be a bank but they've made good use of the space. They have these little nook areas - two seater booth tables right by the windows. Perfect place to study or enjoy coffee with a friend. Really chill, calm vibe at 8AM on Sunday. It got pretty busy after I arrived though, so I was lucky to catch an open booth when I got my order. I ended up getting a regular latte with a blueberry syrup. Not bad! A little on the strong side for me but I don't think I've ever had a blueberry latte, so that was different. I also tried the almond croissant. It was nice because they toast it for you. It had a nice crisp on the outside. I would definitely recommend this place for coffee if you're in the area. Nice vibes and flavorful coffee!

I never knew this was so close to me! There was a parking lot which was great and the decor was so cute. It felt very bright and clean in there. They also had some outdoor seating but I chose to sit in the booth with my friend. It was perfect for 2 people. They had some outlets near the booths too, making it good to study/ work. It did get busy at times throughout the morning but service and the line moved quickly. I got the matcha latte sweetened. It was a little overpriced for the size and quality, but it was a decent basic matcha. I think it tasted a little syrupy and a little too sweet, even for me. So maybe next time, I will try it unsweetened.

Great environment to study or catch up with friends. I love the outdoor seating, especially when the weather is nice. The coffee is solid, and the staff is always friendly. Definitely one of my favorite spots to study in Sugar Land.

Really enjoyed the quality of beans and creative drinks at blendin! Plenty of parking and lots of people working in their cozy shop.

I'm not sure how I felt about this place. Their selection of speciality drinks are limited and cater more towards those who want to try different drip coffees. The staff are friendly and do a good job at recommending the origins. As someone who prefers lattes I'm not sure this is the place for me. The parking lot has lots of space but the inside feels a little cramped when all the tables are filled. I did feel like this place was a bit noisy. Not my favorite atmosphere to study at. The iced latte I got wasn't anything spectacular either.

I've been coming here for years. Always consistent in the quality of coffee. Staff has always been super friendly, extremely accommodating and very patient. I usually take my coffee to go but if I'm having it there I prefer to go very early because they are always packed. Recently they started getting their pastries from love croissants so I don't have to drive all the way out to get them

The most overpriced MID coffee shop in houston. I ordered a small vanilla ice coffee but it was basically milk and a crap load of ice. Paid an unreasonable amount. Truly regret trying out this place. I would give this place a 1 star but the employees were very kind and the place was nice and clean. Other than that I would say save your money and go somewhere else for a basic coffee.

I've visited BlendIn in Sugar Land a few times now. The exterior and interior are really neat. I believe it was formerly a bank building that was converted into a cool coffee shop. There is plenty of parking and outdoor seating. Seating inside is quite limited and it's always packed here. There are plenty of folks working here and it does get a bit noisy inside. The coffee selections are great, although the price is on the steeper side. This is a great spot if you want to have a coffee and catch up with people. I'll be back soon enough.

The iced matcha latte was decent. I had high hopes seeing the vibrant color, but the white chocolate flavor and the matcha didn't blend as well as I would have wanted. Perhaps the other syrups might be a better combination. I've had the coffee which is good though! The service was friendly, and there are tables to study inside and outside.

I'm not sure I would go back ... it's a little on the small side but the choices for coffee aren't laid out like other places. If you are a regular then I guess you know what to drink however if a newbie like me, who went with a friend. It was a little confusing for me. But it was pretty cool that they roast their own beans on ground. They also sell them

This is my go-to coffee spot when I'm in Sugarland. The baristas know their coffee very well and take making coffee with care. I get a mocha every time and it is consistent no matter who makes it. The shop is also very cozy, soft and they use earth tones. I usually get my coffee to-go but there are plenty of people seated inside and outside. If you like coffee that's not too sweet you'll enjoy this place. 5.

Easy five star review. Locally owned coffee shop with a great decor, great coffee and great customer service. This was my first time here and I got an amazing coffee. I can't remember the name, but it was an award-winning coffee that they had and it was simply amazing. I was very impressed by the customer service, we really liked Decor , this was during the week for a business meeting, and it was packed, which was great. I will definitely stop in next time. I'm in the Sugarland area. Great experience, great coffee, great customer service. If you never been here, do yourself a favor and stop on in. Easy five star review.

Nice little spot but it feels medicinal. Like walking into a hospital. Service was prompt as it should. Had a cold brew with some half and half. The half and half is self serve which is odd. Coffee was okay. Very average. Nothing making me to go back tomorrow. The price was a little high for a what you get. I would guess I got about 8oz of coffee and 3/4 cup of ice.

This place is super cute. Got the ginger spice which I loved! I think the flavors and sweetness are perfect. Their vanilla latte has a wonderful taste- to me it almost had a nice ice cream flavor. Service is great and coffee is wonderful!

I finally was able to check out blendin. I can't believe I lost out all this time on such delicious coffee. The location is perfect as it was an old frost bank. The service and atmosphere were great. I loved the cozy, local vibes that I got. There are so many coffee options as well. I had a Colombian coffee blend which was delicious! I will definitely be back!

Sugar Land used to not have many coffee shops - blendin was one of the few that have been around for a while now. It's a solid coffee shop, with good coffee and matchas. I've gotten the lavender latte and matcha before and the quality of their drinks is 5/5. However, blendin does get really busy and does not have enough seating for how busy it gets. The seats are also not the most comfortable. Overall, it's nice that there is a variety of seating with options to sit outside, inside at booths and some high chairs. If you want good quality coffee in Sugar Land to grab and go - this is a great spot!

I've been here a handful of times. Today I got the barista's special, alcyone's love, which was a mixture of espresso, milk, earl gray tea concentrate, orange zest?, and Himalayan salt, and it partially restored my faith in humanity. Yes it was pricey, but you can't get a drink like that just anywhere. 11/10 would recommend. Caveats: 1. You need to like espresso to be able to appreciate what BlendIn offers. If you think Starbucks is good, this is probably not the place for you. 2. They need more tables. It was full so I got my drink to go. I probably drank half before I got home and I usually nurse my coffee so that says something.

The cleanliness of the place is terrible. Tables, chairs and floor is full of crumbs, coffee stains, etc. That only makes me wonder, if the arras open to the public are that dirty, what do the rest of the areas look like? I hope the manager/owner of this place reads this review and take corrective actions. This used to be one of my favorite places in the area.

Blendin Coffee is a quaint coffee shop in the middle of Sugarland. This coffee shop appears to be have converted from a bank but the interior would have not suggested that. This interior reminded me much of my time in South Korea, where the focus was not only on the coffee, but the experience, as well. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable in the expertise of their drinks, especially Enrique. I ordered the iced Chai latte, and it was so good, I had to come back two days in a row! The flavor isn't too overbearing, and is a good balance between not too sweet and not too bitter. I also got the blueberry muffin, which wasn't what I expected. It had a cornbread-esque consistency/texture, yet it ended up working for me. A very different approach to blueberry muffins, which likely won't work for others. Overall, I plan to visit again, however this location is in an awkward spot in Houston for me, so I'm unsure how often I will frequent this location.

One of my favorite coffee shops ever. If you're in Houston it's a little out of the way (but they have a shop in the post food hall!) but so worth it. Feels like it's always busy in there, most of the tables are always full. There's seating inside and outside available as well as plenty of parking in their lot. They do a signature/seasonal drink that's always super creative! one of my favorites there is their lavender latte with oat milk. I also really like that they use oatly brand for their oat milk, it's just so creamy and delicious. We use this at home! definitely stop by

Another great trip to Blendln Coffee. It was great weather and husband and I were in the mood for great coffee so to Sugar Land Blendln we went. The service here is top notch. The people here make art not coffee. The ambiance here is so welcoming and comfortable. The place has so much natural light. This time we got our coffee to drink there and we were treated with nice "real" coffee cups and saucers. Go drink coffee here it will change your life.

My best friend who lives locally recommended BlendIn Coffee Club and it blew me away! This location is super cute and seems like the perfect place to get together with a friend or study/work. They have lots of indoor and outdoor seating and ample parking. The decor is fairly modern and industrial. The staff was very welcoming and efficient. I ordered the barista's current signature beverage: the carrot top. It has a super smooth cream on top that blends perfectly with the espresso below. Highly recommend! I also got a slice of the passionfruit cake and it was light, not overly sweet and left me completely satisfied. I could see myself being here constantly if I lived locally and will definitely be back when I visit in the future!

Great little hidden gem in Sugar land, TX! Beautiful coffee, spacious seating, and good service. I hope to come back soon.

Hard to find excellent coffee that is not the typical espresso blend and dialed in perfectly for espresso to make a cappuccino but these guys are doing it at an excellent high level yielding some beautiful coffee that is just wonderfu

BlendIn definitely has that neighborhood coffee shop vibe. Honestly wasn't expecting one right off of 90. What I really liked was the barista's signature, which was this super floral drink, I wish I remembered to snap a photo of the menu. My favorite part is they seem to switch it pretty often (at least according to the other menu photos on Yelp), so it feels seasonal and unique. Highly recommend trying it! Plenty of parking, and a good number of seats both indoors and outdoors. When we went, it was pretty busy. Personally, would recommend more pillows/cushions for those sitting next to the window since you're sitting on a wood block. Sad they close around 6pm, but understandable since it's not your late night study spot. Def coming again!

Best Roaster, Best Coffee in Houston. Staff is always friendly. This is my little piece of the world where I shut off, read and enjoy.

I love the coffee and pastry selection at BlendIn. I've been several times now and the coffee has been consistently good. Service is great, nice ambiance - it's almost always a full house whenever I visit even if it's 8am on a weekday! Parking is easy.

Awesome vibe and reasonably priced coffee! It's the kind of place where you find only friendly people. The only complain I have is that it's difficult to find indoor seating, but that's not a fault from anyone. Try the lavender latte ($5.68 including tax) or ask what their seasonal syrup is if it's your first time.

Super yummy! It is very busy. Has super yummy croissants. So flaky!! Espresso was strong but good. Fun environment they also have merch.

I think this is my new favorite craft coffee shop in the Houston area. My brother visited the Montrose one, and I went to the Sugarland one. Coffee outside of 610 is mostly terrible, and if you live in Sugarland / Missouri City; this is the most professional coffee roaster. You can tell just by their $25k+ espresso machines and automated pour over machines, this place is legit. Staff is friendly as well. They definitely roast on the lighter side, but it still retains good body.

Decided to try the imperial flea market today and stopped by Blendin Coffee Club for coffee. The cafe is in an old blank so the layout is interesting but the cafe is SO cute! It's in a quiet neighborhood but it was very busy. The parking lot was packed but the service was quick. The coffee was so tasty, good and strong it woke me up instantly. The baristas were so friendly and clearly well trained in the art of coffee. We will definitely be back!

Their matcha is good. If you prefer it on a sweeter side ask for 4/5 pumps of preferred flavor. The barista who took my order was very nice as well. $5 for a matcha solid price.

This coffee shop was sooo cute and the coffee tasted amazing! I went just to pick up coffee and I will definitely come back if I need a place to study or hang out with my friends if I want coffee. The coffee tasted great and they have these little cute cards that describes the coffee beans to you to help you choose. I like my coffee more on the sweet side and the worker was super nice and added some more simple syrup.

Great coffee - no place to sit. I used to love coming here and meeting a friend for coffee. The last 2 times here there were zero places to sit. People come and camp out with their computers and take up tables for hours. Either add more space to sit, rearrange when you have, or you will keep losing customers

A must try. I came in for a weekend coffee work and chat with a friend. I opted for the carrot top specialty coffee which was barista's choice at the time. I loved the creativity on it and felt that the coffee was so smooth. My friend got a cappuccino and finished it so fast! The area itself has some seating indoors and lots of seating outdoors. The WiFi works well, bring your headphones for calls. Parking lot is a plus, it's a big lot!

Vibe- Super dope coffee shop in Sugarland, TX that was once a bank with a drive thru! There's about 8 tables outside that could easily all fit at least 4-5 people. There's plenty of seating inside too!! Customer service- Great! The barista that helped me had a great recommendation for a drink and I love it!! Food/drinks- I got a hot lavender vanilla oat milk latte Parking- Plenty of parking spots, I don't see parking ever being an issue here.

I love the serious coffee ethic they have at Blendin, unlike many coffee shops where the coffee is an afterthought at best. They have their own roastery and training lab on site, and their coffee is delicious. What I don't like is the number of "customers" who take up tables for two or more so they can spread out their gear and use Blendin as mostly free office space with free internet. As a coffee-first customer, it's frustrating to be consistently relegated to sitting outside because folks running a business out of Blendin's meager seating options hog most, if not all of the available indoor tables for as long as it suits them..

Have heard about Blendin for a while and finally tried it out. This place has ample parking but gets crowded quickly, so it may not be the best place if you want to study unless you're lucky to grab a table. However, the interior is very aesthetic and has great lighting! I ordered the iced vanilla latte which was surprisingly not as sweet as other lattes I have tried in the past, but I would have liked for a stronger vanilla flavor. Overall, a cute coffee shop to hang out at and will be back to try their specialties!

Legit coffee. Good customer service. Nice vibes/decor. I like that there's a decent amount of outdoor seating with a grassy area for the kids to play.

BlendIn is an aesthetically pleasing coffee shop located nearly in a neighborhood off of 90. With its clean and kept interior and minimalistic decoration, this quiet little glass wall-ed coffee shop is a great place to study, catch up with friends or just grab a delicious latte. I've only had two things here - the hot latte and their pre-summer special, The Lift. The latte is downright delightful. The coffee flavor is bold but not overwhelming and bitter. I would come get this time and time again. At $4.50 before any milk subs and add on syrups, it's worth the nearly five dollars you pay. But y'all...The Lift. I thought I would try it. It's a soda cream (sparkling water) with a shot of expression, mixed in some citrus syrup, topped off with a coconut whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon. It doesn't sound bad, right? It actually sounds good, right?? No. Nope. Never again. Sparkling water and coffee together is weird. I actually rarely try new things when it comes to coffee because I am by no means an adventurous coffee drinker. So shame on me this time for trying this very odd mix of things that sound good if eaten separately, but not together. Yuck. Overall, still love this place and will always come back for their lattes!

Love,love, this place. Their coffee is amazing and the late is perfectly smooth and delicious. All the pastries are fantastic. I am very picky about my coffee and this place exceeded my expectations. I've been back 4 times already.

Get here early as you may not have a seat. Personally I do recommend this place, even though while I was there the Internet went out and that's THE reason I went. PROs: They make their own pastries. There's lots of sitting area indoor and out! You can bring your pet (outdoors). They have some really good drinks both taste and visually. Lots of parking Great place to people watch. They have 2 ppl booths at the window! CONs: Obviously, the internet went out. You may not get a seat inside. And when it gets hot, this'll be an issue. People like to get here and hangout all day. I mean, I've been there for an hour or longer and no one has left. Remember those 2 seater booths near the window? Well it'll be a race for it someone decides to get up and leave.

This place has a nice aesthetic and is a good work environment, however there isn't that much seating so many people were sitting outside. I ended up sitting with someone who kindly let me share their table. The coffee was also tasty but not too distinct and a bit expensive. I will say that I had my coffee in a take away cup rather than a mug and I did see that the latte designs were very pretty. There is also plenty of parking.
