"The star of the show at Blooming Buns Bakehouse is the brionuts, a hybrid of a doughnut with a brioche base. Flavors include yema caramel honeycomb, berry bliss cheesecake, chocolate velvet mousse, creme brûlée, ube coconut cream, and the plain sugar. The over-the-top flavors come filled, or more like stuffed, with a light cream and decorated with a strawberry, wedge of honeycomb, or Oreo cookie, depending on the flavor." - Janna Karel

"A new bakery in Centennial brings light and fluffy brioche doughnuts and cookies that look more like muffin tops. Blooming Buns Bakehouse takes over the former Retro Bakery space on North Durango Drive and Farm Road. The star of the show here is the brionuts, a hybrid of a doughnut with a brioche base. Flavors include yema caramel honeycomb, berry bliss cheesecake, chocolate velvet mousse, creme brûlée, ube coconut cream, and the plain sugar. The over-the-top flavors come filled, or more like stuffed, with a light cream and decorated with a strawberry, wedge of honeycomb, or Oreo cookie, depending on the flavor. The cookie buns, a massive mound of dough, come in classic chocolate chip, walnut chocolate chip, triple dark chocolate, or ube roasted almonds. The bakery also offers ube ensaimadas, beignets, dark fudge crinkle cookies, salted duck eggs, and more. A short list of coffee options includes hot drip, New Orleans-style cold brew, Vietnamese-style cold brew, and iced dulce de leche honeycomb." - Susan Stapleton

This review is just based on the items that I ordered and they were amazing! I got the original and ube beignets. The beignets were fresh, warm and made to perfection! I also ordered the tiramisu filled brionut and the Dubai chocolate brionut and they were also great. My friends loved their orders as well. Service was excellent. Will definitely come back here when I come back to Vegas!

The only thing I wish about Blooming Buns is I wish that the creme brulee donuts were filled with a pudding type of creme apposed to the whipped cream, but not enough to lose a star 😅 This place is SO GOOD! The Dubai chocolate donut is one of the best things I've ever had! Absolutely 10/10 and the cookies are amazing. Plus they have the best honeycomb! Love this place and have been so happy with all my visits. I was in town for a week and went twice and brought home 5 cookies and two orders of honeycomb. I already miss them 😭 Until next time Blooming Buns!

Blooming Bun is a hidden treasure that every pastry lover must discover! Their Dubai Chocolate Croissant is a masterpiece flaky, buttery, and filled with just the right amount of rich, velvety chocolate. Each bite is pure indulgence. The exceptional service provided by their warm, knowledgeable, and hospitable servers elevates the experience, making you feel truly welcomed and cared for. But the magic doesn’t end there! Their beignets are light and airy, the choco butternut donuts have the perfect balance of sweetness, and the ube donuts bring an exciting mix of sweet and earthy flavors that you won’t find anywhere else. Every item feels like it’s crafted with love and attention to detail. Pair these with their incredible drink selection, and you’ve got a match made in heaven. The drinks are thoughtfully curated, boasting unique flavors and the perfect level of sweetness to complement their pastries. Whether you’re treating yourself or sharing with loved ones, Blooming Bun delivers a heartwarming, satisfying experience that feels like a big hug in food form. A must-visit spot—highly recommended!

Decided to stop by here after dinner to get some dessert. It def didn’t disappoint. If you buy 5 items you get one free. I ended up going with the hazelnut basque cheesecake and ube cheese ensaiimada. The hazelnut one was pretty good. I do wish it had maybe more chocolate hazelnut like Nutella in the inside. There was only some at the last top dollop, kinda for decoration. But the ube ensaiimada was delish. Honestly took me back the Filipino like ensaymada. If you wanna little bit of the Philippines def try this. The place so so cute and nicely decorated. Def go earlier tho, sometimes by end of night they are sold out of things.

By far my favorite donut place in Vegas! The quality is phenomenal and tastes to die for! The filling is 🤤🤤🤤 I’ve been loyal to another famous donut place here, but after having BBB, unmatched!

The vibes, the treats, and the best staff! This place has it all. Personable and engaging staff that are friendly and helpful. A cute atmosphere to enjoy your incredibly tasty specialty donuts made with brioche dough. Each donut is beautifully decorated and has carefully selected flavors - choosing one is so hard! The whole experience is a delight for visitors and locals alike. We will be taking all of our Vegas-visiting friends here for a unique and delicious morning treat.

Blooming Buns Bakehouse offers a delightful escape for pastry enthusiasts. During my recent visit, I was warmly welcomed by Mia, whose exceptional patience and kindness stood out. She took the time to explain the menu in detail, ensuring that each selection aligned perfectly with my palate—a level of personalized service that's increasingly rare. The collaborative efforts of Mia, Goldie, and another gentleman whose name I didn't catch, made the experience truly memorable. Their passion for their craft is evident in every interaction. The sweets at Blooming Buns are a testament to balanced perfection. Each treat is crafted to be not overly sweet, with fillings that are soft and pleasing to the palate. I eagerly anticipate my next visit to explore more of their delectable offerings.

Went in today to try their pastries for the first time and I gotta say it’s a really beautiful bakery that is well kept. I’m really bad at remembering names but the gentleman who took my order was very friendly. This was our order 1 s’mores brionut , 1 Dubai chocolate croissant, 1 crème brûlée croissant , 1 hot chocolate, 2 iced coffees but one was Vietnamese. Total tab was $49 Now here are my pros about this place : -The displays that show all of your pastries is beautiful. -The presentation of the donuts are so nice that it was too good to be true but when I received my croissant it looked just like the picture. -the lobby decor is very pretty. My cons: -The bakery shop has very limited seating and no bathrooms. -The pastries were over powered by the filling that it was just too much sugar for one to have in one sitting. - the wait time from when we placed our order to receiving it is not ideal for a place that is charging $13 for a donut. ( Btw we waited 30 mins) - there’s no pricing of the specialty treats only the original menu. - It is not an affordable place, hence our total tab of $49. -There’s no frontline efficiency. The person taking the order is also going back and forth to the kitchen to get them. He should have someone in the kitchen bring the order to him so he can concentrate on being in the front and taking care of the customers.

Yelp
First review of 2025! I hope all year we get to post 5 star reviews! My daughter in law isn't much of a cake person, so we decided to get cookie buns and donuts to celebrate. Finding the bakery was a little surprise, an unassuming store front in a small strip shopping center. I couldn't believe nobody was there! I parked right in front of the door and walked in and was immediately greeted. The young lady working was so nice, asking if I'd been in before when I told her no she explained everything to me. Including that the donuts with cream filling are filled while you wait so it does take a few minutes. My daughter brought donuts home before so I knew we needed 2 of the everything bagel donuts! Let me tell you what a surprise that is! Also they have Happy Hour from open to close! So for every five donuts you buy you get one free, so I got 12 items for the price of 10. Now, don't expect to pay corner donut shop prices, these are exceptional delights and worth the higher price! P Definitely add Blooming Buns to your 2025 to do list!

Yelp
Was looking for a sweet treat when I decided to stop by Blooming Buns! I came around 11:30 am on a Friday, and the shop was decently busy. I ordered a few of the fall brionuts and tried the viral Dubai chocolate brionut. I also ordered an iced Caramel Honeycomb Oatchata Seasalt Foam. The brionuts are high quality and definitely delicious! The drink was also tasty and had the perfect balance of sweetness. I appreciated that the honey wasn't overshadowed by the caramel! As much as I enjoy Blooming Buns, I have some complaints. By 11:30 am, most of the brionuts were already sold out and no signs were posted indicating which flavors were unavailable. Also, my drink was mostly full of large ice, so I only took a few sips before it was gone :( Finally, the prices of each brionut are steep at almost $6-7 each. Overall, Blooming Buns is a great place for a sweet treat! I will definitely be back for a once in a while desert.

Yelp
If this was in LA it would blow up! It's super unique and delicious. We ordered more than we can chew. Everything looks so delicious. They're fresh so they don't last more than a few days in its delicious freshness format so eat them the same day.

Yelp
Yelp Review 2024 #177: The first time I've had anything from Blooming Buns was over 3 years ago. Blooming Buns has always been a solid choice for drinks and sweets. This review is for my visit this morning in comparison to my first ever visit. Before going to the gym, i decided I'd start my day here. I was the first customer of the day when they opened at 7am. I was expecting people waiting in line at the door because of their newest viral items: Dubai chocolate everything! That's what I came here to get. The gentleman behind the counter was super polite and chipper without being annoying - and I made sure I complimented him. That's the kind of vibe and customer service I need in my life especially that early on a Sunday morning. I failed to get his name though. I got their Dubai chocolate in brownie, brionut, crobun, and cookiebun versions...for research purposes, of course. I got excited to see they have Choco Coconut Cake doughnut which is a discontinued flavor that I used to love as a child (at a big-nameD Doughnut chain). I managed to earn a free item so, I got an ensaimada. The nice gentleman told me it would take a moment to prepare my order which I already expected from my several visits here. They only make small batches of things and finish prepping when you place your order in order for customers to get the best and freshest product possible. I'd rather wait than have subpar product quickly. After 10 minutes, my box of goodies was handed to me by their young chef. Let me focus on the chocolatey pistachio Dubai Chocolate treats, they're all 4-5 star worthy. I'll just rank them according to my most favorite and will keep ordering again and again: #1: Brionut - the softness of the brioche doughnut with the crunchy kataifi keeps your mouth guessing #2: Crobun - softer more dense than your typical croissant plus the crunch from the kataifi # 3: Cookiebun - a huge chocolate chip cookie topped with chocolate, pistachio cream sprinkled with chopped pistachios. #4: Brownie - you have to have a big mouth to be able to eat this like a sandwich or eat it with a fork. Pistachio butter and kataifi in the middle of 2 brownies drizzled with chocolate, pistachio cream sprinkled with pistachios. Should you not be able to finish all of these 4 Dubai chocolate treats, I suggest eating the brionut and Crobun first and save the Cookiebun and brownie for the next day as they're easier to reheat.

Yelp
I'm from the generation of infomercials on TV and was a sucker that bought inflatable couches and pans at 11pm. If you don't know what that is, it's okay. But my husband and I walked in here and got like a full on live infomercial type of demo/explanation because it was our first time. I cannot recall his/her/their name but, you're a real one, my friend. Give him/her/they/them a promotion cuz that was a mouthful, 5-minute long explanation and I was left with no questions. That's rare. Either way, these buns are good. My husband blurted, "this is worth driving for," as he gobbled them up. I dunno about y'all gen Z folks, but I actually check prices of what I'm buying and when I saw on the iPad that the Dubai croissant was $13, I had to take it off the order. I don't got that "happiness" money. But I got the "joy" money to spend $40 on the other donuts that cost $6 each. Here's the highlights: Plain white beignet- 5/5 stars. Fresh out. Unbeatable. BEST beignet you'll ever have. In America. The apple donut was so good. They said it was whip cream only inside, but the caramel had spread and gave it a perfect flavored whipped cream. Shockingly the fan fave everything bagel donut was my least fave. Everything else was AMAZING. I wanna go back for the custard filling cuz I bet that's going to be real good. Or maybe I'll skip a meal this week so I can justify a $13 Dubai chocolate croissant next time...

Yelp
After parking right in front, we gazed upon the multiple options of bakery delights. Its a small shop in the front with some seating. The display made my mouth water. I loved being able to see the actual product. The cashier was super helpful in telling us the most popular options. The only thing I didn't love is that even though they were on display- they did not have any "sold out" signs so we got up there with our 6 options for the buy 5- get 1 free, and two of our choices were sold out. Made me feel scrambled. Here is what we tried: 1. Creme Brule Brionut: the creme brulee has a nice crunch, the cream is freshly pipped with your choice of vanilla or chocolate. The vanilla was delish! 2. Ube Coconut Cream: i loved the additional honeycomb crunch. The Ube was light, almost more vanilla unfortunately. 3. Pumpkin Pie Cream: the donut was the same base but the cream was delish. I loved the spice the pumpkin brought and the honeycomb was nice, but didn't compliment as well as it did for the Ube. 4. Dubai Crobun: i loved the crossiant take on this chocolate. The interior was the perfect crispy crunch and sweet bite. It was $13 for this specific pastry Salty Pastry: 1. Everything Bagel: this one had a nice salty touch. I loved the cream cheese, it was such a great cut of non sweet bite. 2. Garlic Cheese Bun: i loved that this came slightly warm. It was a bit messy with the cream interior, but still good! Overall it was a good array of options. I loved the experience, but coming from South Henderson, it may not be worth the 50+ minute drive, especially if they sell out so early! Definitely need to come early. The price is also a bit higher than a typical bakery.

Yelp
My wife's been wanting to try the Blooming Buns Bakehouse since she heard about them, but we've just never been able to time it right where we were in the area and they were still open until tonight. :) When you pull up it seems dark, and I thought they were actually closed for a second until I spied the neon "Open" sign in the corner. The inside actually reminded me a lot Saint Honore. Their goto the Dubai Chocolate Brionut sells out daily, and you need to get there by the early afternoon if you want a shot and taking one home to enjoy. We were obviously too late for that (arriving about an hour before closing on a Sunday), and they were sold out of most of the more soughtafter buns. Outside of that, the girl behind the counter was pleasant and helpful. We ended up bringing home a Pistachio And Tiramisu and they were both quite tasty. The bread of the doughnut is light and fluffy, and the cream filling is rich and plentiful. I was actually super impressed with their cream injection as this is where most shops typically screw you. You'd think if they know they're going to sellout of something each day that they'd make more, but I guess then they wouldn't get you coming back a second time. It's always the forbidden fruit, so o guess we'll have to try again when we can make it earlier in the day.

Yelp
When I have the Sweet tooth kick. I always go to cookie crumble. I was getting tired of cookie crumbles same old thing all the time even though it's great. Had to switch it up and found this place. Cute little place. Something different. If it's not busy this would be a hangout and Munch on all this super sweetness lol!!! I'll definitely have to come again and this time I'll see if they actually have a menu that I can bring with me

Yelp
Came for the filled brioche donuts when I had a sweet tooth. It's in NW Las Vegas. A good amount of flavors to choose from. Presentation is on point here, almost too cute to eat. If im in the area craving sweets it's def a place to stop in.

Rose B.

Yelp
I don't live anywhere near Blooming Buns, but when I have a craving for good donut I gladly make the trip to this shop for the Everything Brionut (brioche donut) and their other amazing brioche treats. The Brionut dough is so incredibly soft and light, and so is the filling. They are really delicious and aren't too rich. Although they are a little on the pricey side... 3 for $18...around $6 ea. The staff and service is great! Very helpful and gave good suggestions. Also, the dining room is very cute! Loved the decor.

Maya T.

Yelp
Such an amazing spot. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this business through Yelp, otherwise I don't think I would've ever found this place. When we walked inside, we were greeted with a beautiful display of Brioche Donuts. I wasn't aware, but this is their specialty. They also have different options for fresh beignets, as well as an extensive coffee/tea list. Next time I visit, I am 100% going to try one of their "Oatchatas." They sounded delicious. As for the donuts, we ended up getting the Buy 5 get 1 free deal because there were too many good flavors to choose from. We got the Caramel Honeycomb, Ube Coconut, Dulce de Leche, Churro, Strawberry Cheesecake, and my favorite which was the Lemon Blueberry. We couldn't wait until we got home (which was literally a 5 minute drive) so we tried the Caramel Honeycomb in the car. It was amazing. Like the dough was so soft and had the most amazing sugary coating on the outside. The inside was FILLED with a sweet cream. The donuts themselves are a bit pricey, but seeing as how the quality and taste was out of this world, I totally understand why. Do yourself a favor and indulge in some amazing Brioche Donuts!!

Kylie J.

Yelp
Run, don't walk to this amazing donut shop! This is a 10/10!! Very unique flavors that taste fresh and not artificial! The donuts are light and fluffy, not dry at ALL! Cooked to perfection! Both donuts we got were delicious. The Dubai chocolate is the standout just because of the unique flavor. I was in Dubai recently and Blooming Buns mirrors the pistachio crunch filling perfectly! It's a little more expensive but totally worth it! You will not regret it!! Also, the owner and staff are very kind and helpful! Let's support this gem of a shop!

Judith T.

Yelp
I got the brionut which is a brioche and a donut combined. It was so delicious. Possibly the best one I've had! The cream was also subtle and not overbearing. Not too sugary either. Had the right amount of fluff. I also got the s'mores cookie. Was not good. Too hard and dry, very sweet and I think it had some form of thick salt because I bit into it and felt like I was biting into something hard and gross. Didn't taste too much like salt so not sure what it was. The cookie is one of the reasons why I am giving 4 stars and also because the total was $16. For 2 desserts seems too much for me. The lady at the store was super friendly and was kind enough to walk me through what all the desserts were. The brionut I picked was made that morning which I was surprised about! Really happy about fresh desserts!

Christine O.

Yelp
Dubai donut / croissant are the best in my opinion (lighter/fluffier). Dubai brownies and chocolate chip cookie on the heavier and dense. If you're on a budget and aching to taste these must have treats, purchase only 1 or 2. Purchasing 5 and get 1 free + 1-drink will cost about $70+. ENJOY!

Yelp
Located all the way up on North Durango in Centennial Hills Blooming Buns Bakehouse opened during summer of 2020, a tumultuous time that has nonetheless seen success as a result of signature "Brionuts" plus Cookies, Beignets and Ensaymada. Similar to Purple Potato in its layout, little more than a small dining area adjacent the counter and kitchen, it is upon entry that guests will notice an array of choices proudly displayed at prices ranging $4-6. Scratch-made daily with fermented Dough featuring a lot of Butter, the resulting Donuts light with good stretch, options change daily including filled option such as Ube with Honeycomb and Almond Praline Creme Brulee that tastes like the best parts of each. Also offering savory Buns, a touch of Sugar atop warm Cream Cheese and Garlic something of an acquired taste, fans of Filipino Ensaymada will be delighted to find traditional and upgraded versions such as Cheese with Dulce. More impressed with the Raspberry Pistachio Brionut than its Maple Chocolate counterpart, the latter a bit artificial in flavor, Cookies are thick with a crisp rim and soft center highlighted by Cookies & Cream or Walnut Chocolate Chip.

Alexis M.

Yelp
Cute little shop, the guy that assisted us gave us a full run down of all the different baked goods, they have so many options! The cookies are thick and chewy on the inside, very delicious! The brionuts are soft and doughy on the inside with different toppings to choose from. The crème brûlée brionut had a hard sugar shell and a gooey vanilla crème on the inside, chefs kiss! The only thing we weren't a fan of was the Ube Vietnamese coffee, coffee didn't taste fresh unfortunately. But definitely recommend checking this bake shop out!

Karlee C.

Yelp
Second time in... DELICIOUS PASTRIES AND GORGEOUS. But the service is VERYYYYY slow and the staff seems inconvenienced that I exist. There isn't a bun they make that isn't beautiful and endlessly tasty, every item is incredibly Instagram-worthy.

Ilene S.

Yelp
All of their sweets looked amazing! It was so hard to choose which one to get! Since the Dubai chocolate is viral right now, we totally had to get it! It was sooo delicious! Not too sweet and not too much but justtt perfect! I totally recommend this bakery!

Mia R.

Yelp
An amazing bakehouse in Vegas! I was in town and really wanted to find something to snack on (plus bring back home to FL) and after a quick search on Yelp, I found Blooming Buns Bakehouse! The place is super clean and cute, decorated for the holidays. The service was 10 out of 10, from the friendly greeting to the whole rundown of their business and all of their amazing baked goods! Making a decision of what to get was so hard because everything sounded so good! I ended up taking a few brionuts as well as an ube honeycomb oatchata. Being from South FL, we're JUST starting to hop on the ube trend but we still don't do it quite like the west coast. I am still DREAMING about the ube homeycomb oatchata. It had the perfect ube taste and the right amount of sweetness. (Warning, the ube purple does stain so be careful not to spill or splatter on your shirt. Learn from my mistakes!) For the flavored brionuts, I got the ube honeycomb, strawberry cheesecake, a nutella flavored one, and some ensaymada (IYKYK). They were such a great treat and most of them made it home with me to FL (some not making it because my family & I ate some.)

Joshua G.

Yelp
This place is amazing! Super small spot w a few seats. Amazing selection. Def don't miss the pistachio chocolate croissant. And also the everything brioche bagel. Redic Redic. Enjoy!

Kriscia C.

Yelp
Adding a review solely based on service. We were told an order of beignets would be 3 minutes and 30 minutes later & we are still waiting. Not to mention the two groups in line behind us got their order before us.

Vanessa H.

Yelp
I tried their creme brûlée crobuns, olympic chocolate muffins and praline creme brulee it was the best thing I ever tasted!! I tried all their brionuts as well. Hopefully I get to try more things but they usually sell out of their popular items in the afternoon. Bakery is aesthetically pleasing. Service is fast, knowledgeable and friendly! Can't wait to go back!!

Lori V.

Yelp
Cute little shop. ordered 2 of the popular dubai chocolate cronuts, 2 cookies, and 3 donuts all pastries were gorgeous, taste was even better, not too sweet, but full of flavor, just a bit pricey. unfortunately got one item wrong, which i guess i should've checked before leaving, but my husband bit into the cookie just as i said that i think we got the wrong item. we quickly took it back as we were still in the parking lot, and they gave us the right item right away, then they also took back the cookie my husband bit into! which i thought was odd... not sure what happened to it since they took our whole box to the back, but hopefully no one gets that bitten cookie?!

Bethany T.

Yelp
A friend recommended this shop to me and he was right, This place is dope. Creative sweet treats galore. The customer service was awesome, and i was glad to see there was a short wait for these goodies. Ill def be back

Elyza E.

Yelp
The donuts were good no but the service was off. I ordered $70 worth of donuts and coffee and wanted to change the cup by drink was In To the Dubai chocolate cup paid $4 more and they gave my original drink away for free to the customer that was behind me which I though was ridiculous. I just $75 with you and instead of even offering me it you gave it to the person behind me I won't spend my money there again. Bad customer service -To the manager I'm pretty sure they came in empty handed.... But if you say so...

Chris H.

Yelp
***Amazing*** I'm not really into sweets so the everything bagel donut was everything. Everyone loved all of the other items, but especially crème brûlée with vanilla cream. Tried one of the oatchatas too and it got raves from our ube lover... can't wait to return-what a gem!!!

Christy L.

Yelp
Cute little bakehouse located in Centennial Hills. There's only enough seating for one group at a time really, so it's best to plan to grab and go. I expected service to be a lot quicker but that's when I gathered that the Brionuts are prepared to order. I assume they bake everything first and just add the filling and toppings as you order. It's not just grabbing the items as you order and putting it into a box. That said, I waited in line for about 10 minutes and then another 5-10 minutes for my order when visiting on a Saturday at 10am (right when they open). Caramel Honeycomb Brionut: Seems like honeycomb is one of their big things so I figured I try this one. It ended up being my least favorite, although still really good. Pecan Creme Brulee Brionut: I think I would have enjoyed it a whole lot more if the glaze was half as thick. The cream was excellent as was everything else about this one. I think I overheard the employee telling another customer that the nuts on top are almonds... not sure what it is. Everything Bagel Brionut: This is a savory one filled with cream cheese and chive frosting. The outside is crusted with everything bagel seasoning and some sugar. Loved it! The honeycomb candy in my Ube Honeycomb OatChata melted by the time I got home which was a huge bummer. I almost wished they had told me that would happen so I could eat it before it's too late! At least now I know :P

Tim D.

Yelp
Absolute perfection!! Everything was so delicious and original. The cookies are huge!!! These donuts are way better than the overhyped Saint Honore. Blooming Buns are the real couture donuts. I hope they open more locations!!

Kayla S.

Yelp
Dominic was extremely unhelpful and rude. Myself and my husband have both been in there and been treated poorly by Dominic. Attitude. You going to tell me you can speak on that? As the owner? Dominic unfortunately was rude and unwelcoming. I purchased donuts anyways and left a 10 dollar tip, I like small businesses and the other girl was very sweet. I picked up my 1st cake Dominic helped me that day and again was unwelcoming. I was so happy I didn't need to order with him or have any other interaction or ask questions. The Second cake was indeed a miscommunication and I did come in at 7am thinking a cake was decorated. The miscommunication with the cake was the least of my issue.. the customer service was garbage. Very unfortunate all around. Thank you for your understanding on that. Copy and paste from Google. These are people's opinions and observations. A business owner saying that their staff was not rude (while not even being in the building) is wild. Bringing up a completely different issue that in all actuality was a non issue and moved past.

Yelp
I'm not usually a donut fan, but I'm a fan of Blooming Buns Bakehouse, which has THE best donuts I've had. The brioche donuts have the perfect bite. A thin layer of fried dough and airy dough inside. Perfectly paired with a sweet and whipped cream. Fun flavors like ube. The young gentleman that helped us select our treats had an amazing spiel that sold us to get one of everything. Will be back.

Yelp
Want to like this place, the service is hit and miss, Dominic was very unhelpful and rude. As he was my first visit too. The other girl was very sweet and not at all treating me like I imposed on them as a customer.. the bakery itself is delicious. Fun stuff.

Yelp
I'm by here ALL.THE.TIME, but I finally went in. Super, super nice employees, very friendly! Beautifully decorated too. Ok, the nummies.... Their cookies (cookies n cream, salted chocolate chip, red velvet, s'mores) are really good. Thick, flavorful and when they're fresh out of the oven? You can't stop eating them! Their donuts are called "brionuts" and are made from a brioche dough. Their filled ones have a very generous amount of filling and are really yummy. The non filled ones are just alright, but the filled is where it's at! I went in twice. But their mango is AMAZING! The chocolate chip cookie is amaaazing! I've got several other brionuts to eat, but so far, they're pretty good! Will definitely go back for the cookies and the filled brionuts!

Yelp
So I had the pleasure of ordering these delicious treats for my daughters Princess and the Frog baby shower I might have had one bite and fell in love instantly while my gas devoured the rest . Ever since that first bite I have been longing to come to this place so I took it initiative and came today to find out that these wonderful yummy treats are made with brioche bread giving a new look texture and taste to traditional beignets you truly will not be disappointed and with the array of Ube Donuts and raspberry donuts and you must come on a Saturday and Sunday where they make Crobuns. So for all you New Yorkers who miss your cronuts , here is something that will supplement the back home Bakery taste but it'd be best for you to pre-order so that you can ensure that you do get the opportunity of eating these delicious treats they feature hazelnut and creme brulee Crobuns.

Yelp
I love ube and saw the ube brionuts online so I had to drop by. I also picked up the creme brulee one and an ube cookie. The ube tasted the best and the creme brulee was good but a little too sweet for me. I couldn't taste the ube in the cookie at all and wasn't anything special. I would just stick to the brionuts. It's a bit out of the way for me so I am not sure I would be back but if I was in the area and craving ube donuts, I would come back.

Yelp
What a FANTASTIC treat!! LITERALLY! We were pleasantly greeted by Marcel. She was very enthusiastic and eager to tell us all about the delicious goodies. She walked us through them all and also made suggestions. We were intrigued by all the beautiful samples displayed and couldn't make a decision...we ended up getting choosing 10 and we got 2 free. We were so excited to give these to my son in law for his birthday...it was a HUGE hit! He couldn't believe how delicious they were. He got to taste a variety as we divided them into 6 pieces each. We each had our favorites but they all were really good, you can't go wrong choosing a flavor. My favorite was the crème brûlée. I also liked the ube Ensemada. If you like donuts....you would love these so much more!! Try it once, you'll be back for more.

Yelp
I absolutely love Blooming Buns, my favorite is the crème brûlée doughnut. Very addictive.

Yelp
The pastries are delicious and not too sweet, but are a little pricey and the service can be a bit slow at times.

Yelp
The cashier that helped us was extremely attentive and helpful and gave us excellent recommendations. I tried the creme brulee and strawberry cheesecake donut. Both were so light and fluffy with a creamy filling that wasn't too sweet. The crackling crust on the creme brulee was perfect and added a nice crunch and extra sweetness. I also tried the Vietnamese coffee cold brew and it was a little watered down for my taste, but gave me my caffeine fix. Overall, I definitely would come back and try more of their pastries!

Yelp
The Ube Oatchatta is definitely what is worth going for at this place. We thought we had requested for the Ube ensaymada donuts but received the plain ones. The Purple Gold was more of a heavy glaze than an ube flavoring. Between 3 donuts and 2 drinks at $30.00, the experience on the donuts were underwhelming. The staff was very patient and respectful, even grateful for our visit, which is not something you generally see nowadays from the service industry. The layout of the store is attractive and inviting. There is hope for another chance at trying one of their Ube treats on the next visit. It will be quite some time since I live in another state.

Yelp
This is my 4th time coming here and I always recommend this place to my friends and I do try to get them for my family when I get a chance. Food- Taste is always consistent. Although they did run out of a lot of their popular items, I do enjoy everything else on the menu. Service- Always appreciate the customer service they give. The service is very welcoming every time I come in here. Never misses. Ambiance- It is relaxing in here. It would be nice if there was more seating but these are better to indulge anywhere!

Yelp
If you love ube and pastries, you're going to live this spot! So many different flavors for beignets, cookies and donuts. Of course I had to get the Ube Beignets and Ube OatChata and both were so bomb!

Yelp
As seen on Instagram, and worth the hype + 40 minute drive. I was going to be in the area so I made a point of stopping in. Special shout-out to the woman working who offered to give me an overview, and then ran through a thorough explanation of nearly everything they offered. Including sneaking in a quick explanation of what makes brioche different with the ingredients. Everything I tried was great. Fluffy bread pastries, good textures and flavors, and everything tasted delicious.

Yelp
I am very disappointed to say that the only thing that I would order here is the cannoli bun and it has been discontinued. It's so delicious... Please bring back the cannoli bun !!

Yelp
I am updating a previous review from a few years ago. Everything here is delicious and on point. So delicious that you have to get there early order preorder. The ube beignets are amazing, the dark chocolate cookie is to die for, and I always enjoy the everything bun. I'm still hoping to snag a creme brule crobun. I definitely recommend this place.

Yelp
The place is really cute. Was interesting that it was located in this little cramped area because the place is so cute when you walk inside. They're very nice. Great variety. They taste good but little pricey for a bun..$5?? I don't know about that value. Plus I ordered 4 Beignets, 2 plain and 2 Uber and it took 5 minutes or so which is fine but they gave me 3 plain and 1 with very little ube inside. Kind of sad. Good but not sure if I'll be back.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this place in a long time and I'm glad I did. Fyi, most of their items are prepared after order. So if you want to try a lot of the items in their menu better to come earlier cos a lot of them can run out. The young lady at the front was super nice, I told her it was my first time visiting and she gave me a little "tour" on all their brionuts. The ones I tried are: Campfire smores- this one had a chocolate filling that is very light and has a very chocolatey taste. This one was good but not my fav. Purple Gold- I think this one is a regular brionut with ube glaze and honey rocks on top. I really like this for its simplicity and light sweetness. Strawberry passion fruit- this is one is my favorite out of the brionuts, the glaze has a light strawberry taste it wasnt too sweet and just refreshing. Super cute too. Chocolate cake- this cake is sooo good! The cake was not too dense but has a dark chocolate rich taste. It almost reminded me of the cake from the old movie Matilda, where the fat kid ate a whole choco cake lol. One of the best chocolate cake I've had in a while. I love the texture of the brionuts its fluffy but not too dense. Definitely unique and yummy!

Yelp
My cousins brought me here since I was visiting from out of town. I dont typically get fancy donuts, but I have to say this place is pretty good. They are a bit expensive, but thats mostly because I never get them. I came in here and the cashier was really nice and patient explaining to us all the options. There is a lot to choose from and a lot of great flavors. We decided to go with the tiramisu, ube coconut cream, passionfruit, and a few brionuts (dulce de leche and strawberry). The ube cream was good, the passionfruit was a bit weak in flavor, but the brionuts were excellent. Great crunch of pecans in the dulce de leche and the strawberry had fresh fruit. Although I enjoyed everything I ate, 6 items put us back $30 plus, which is a pricey breakfast. That being said, I would come back and try more if I was in the area.
