Small hole-in-the-wall waffle and coffee shop with some cute bleacher style outdoor seating. Their drip coffee was very good. Forget to ask which coffee they brew. And the waffles were amazing - we got the chive ones (with added spicy aioli), and the lemon papi (lemon flavored with poppy seeds). It was so good that my friend ended up getting two more ha. Good atmosphere - the bleacher style seating outside was nice. Especially in the June San Francisco weather. Waffles are all super reasonably priced ($7 each).

I'm not a big vegan guy at all but these waffles I swear are so addicting. Coffee is always great and the service is amazing. I always have fun visiting this place. They only have outside seating but it's pretty cool looking.

Fun little coffee shop in Bayview doling out hot waffles and coffee. The churro waffle is fantastic although if you want something simple a plain waffle is good with a side of whipped cream. Their coffee is great whether hot or iced and look out for seasonal drinks such as the butterscotch latte available during winter. It can take a few minutes to get your order since it is a small shop, but it's worth the wait!

There’s nothing a vegan churro waffle can’t fix when things don’t go as planned. Delicious coffee, friendly staff. I always enjoy making a stop here to load up on caffeine.

Had 1 not so good experience with the hot chocolate. I went back 2weeks later & talked to them about it this past Sunday, they made me a new hot chocolate & all is good, it's a mild chocolate. My friends rave about the mochas, so if you like coffee and chocolate that could hit 2 cravings. My daughter likes their waffles & pastry selections.

I can see why my friend is obsessed with this place, I mean after she I introduced me to it, I can't stop thinking about their Horchata Cold Brew & their waffles! Any time of day, I highly recommend! If you like cold brew and you like horchata, it's the most perfect combo! Plus it can be vegan! They have a few waffles flavors (some vegan) and I suggest buying one of each. They're all so tasty and fluffy! It's a little shop where you order and there is some outdoor seating.

I came here because there were a lot of great reviews on the waffles and the horchata cold brew. It took a little while to get our orders out but that was because there was only one person working! He was super cool and had a great attitude :) I personally enjoyed the Chive Waffle because I was craving a savory bite, and it had a perfect bouncy mochi-like texture and a nice peppery flavor. It tastes best when you eat it right then and there! The horchata cold brew was pretty good on the first sip but it became too sweet as I continued to drink it. Started tasting like cinnamon toast crunch milk and didn't have much of a cold brew/coffee flavor. You'd definitely like it if you have a sweet tooth and prefer sweeter drinks.

Really cute. Right in the middle of a neighbor. It's a door-window-order-place-like place maybe once upon of time per 2022 you could go in- the music is oldies and the staff is friendly. The sweet yummy smells draw a crowd as Bloodstock offers three types of waffles with a light selection of coffee plus a Tea assortment. Plus daily specials' My partner and I got both got the chive waffles and different dips- maple whip and Spice dip! One cold brew- horchata! One extra large Americano Both fresh and so so good! The waffles were fresh, light, packed of favor- the whip and dip didn't disappoint. Doris recommended!

How cool is this place? It's basically a closet-size one-man operation that serves amazing leige-style waffles and coffee. Even though it's been here for three years (a pretty impressive track record given the 'hood), I had never heard of it. I just stumbled onto it when I decided to take a pass on a nearby cafe that I thought served hot breakfast meals but found they only had bagels. That wasn't ringing a bell with me, so I turned the corner on Yosemite and found this spot. The menu is brief - three different $7 waffles (Plain, a sweet option, Churro, and a savory one, Chive), two daily specials (that day it was Waffocado and Lemon Papi), and fourteen coffee/teas. Ross is the proprietor who creates all of it, and he sold me on the Lemon Papi where he took the churro batter and added lemon zest, poppy seeds, and powdered sugar (photo: https://bit.ly/39UecIp). It was just the right size with the right amount of citrus to indulge with the $3.50 cup of Hot Brew (photo: https://bit.ly/39mkzEn). Ross doesn't have room for interior seating, but he did inherit an elaborate concrete parklet set-up from Trouble Coffee who had the property two owners ago. It has stadium seating, chains for bicycles and even succulents for a decorative touch. I took advantage of the one table he set up with chairs since his young customers appear to get their waffles to go. I'm discovering new hip spots in Bayview with surprising frequency, and Ross has a great little business well worth the long ride on the T to Williams Avenue. Every time I come here, I love this place more! The churro waffle is sweet, crunchy, chewy perfection. I dream about this waffle and constantly think about when I can get it next. Solid coffees as well. Last time I came, I met the manager/proprietor(?) Ross and barista Edgar. They're both so friendly, and we chatted about the neighborhood and Bloomstock's forthcoming partnership with local nursery Flora Grubbs (yay!). Only thing I would change about this place is their hours: I wish they were longer so I could have an afternoon pick-me-up! Last thing to note is they only have outdoor seating, but luckily this part of town gets more sun than most.

I wanted to go to The Den by Craftsmam & Wolves on a Friday morning but it happened to be closed the day I drove up. Since I was in the area, I looked for another cafe to check out nearby. Bloomstock was just up the street on Yosemite. I'm glad The Den was closed otherwise I would've missed out on an awesome local spot! I ordered an iced vanilla latte and churro waffle. Both tasted great and I especially loved the waffle which captured the churro flavor profile perfectly! This is a small, grab-n-go style cafe, but there are some seats/benches right in front. If you're in the neighborhood, definitely stop by for a drink and waffle!

A great cappuccino but 20 minutes to get one is a bit ridic...especially with only 2 people ahead of you. Will in be back? Maybe on a day off. I'm now almost late to work!

Would give it 3.5 s. Had always wanted to try this place since I always passed by. The latte was pretty standard, but the waffle? That was delicious! Get the waffles!!!

~*~*~ covid visit ~*~*~ Found this cute coffee shop with a nice parklet right in front of it. The parklet gets a lot of sun in the winter, which is super nice -- and it's got stadium seating with plenty of succulents around as well. The hype is real; the waffles are definitely the thing to get here. We got both the chive and the churro, and they are crispy and delicious! The chive one has cheese and a strong hint of black pepper, while the churro has a generous dusting of cinnamon sugar. The espresso is decent, but probably not my fave -- a bit too bitter for my tastes. However, coffee tastes are so personal I'm sure some will find what they like here. I might try for a cold brew next time. The one complaint I have is that the barista didn't even have a mask on. I guess I just... didn't think too much of it at the time but that's kinda weird with the mask mandate and new variant? The guy is super nice and even run out to deliver our waffles though, even though they are the only one working there.

Just moved in to the neighborhood! So happy to find this neighborhood gem nearby. Coming from Mission Bay, I have missed having good coffee vibes in the weekend, and stumbling upon Bloomstock had made my day. It's a one-man run small counter style coffee shop, with very affordable prices (capp is $3.50, latte $4) but made by a good barista and correctly pulled espresso beans and good temperated frothed milk. Also a big fan of their warm, plain waffle in dusted sugar ($6). There's a cool looking urban, bleacher-style seating right in front of the store with succulent planters surrounding it which adds a touch of extra cuteness to this little spot. Parking is super easy in the weekend, tons of residential street parking on a quiet, low traffic street.

Ordered a Matcha and it was amazing. Make sure to add sweetener as the non-sweetened can be a little bland. Unless, that's the way you drink it :). Waffles are made fresh and are a great addition in-case you want a filling snack with your morning brew.

I don't normally go to eat at places around my neighborhood, but Bloomstock popped up in my feed and I saw that they serve waffles....and I love waffles. It's less than a 10 minute walk from my house, so very convenient. It's a tiny, tiny shop run by the super friendly owner, Ross. He greeted me by saying "Hey, how are you?" I replied, "I'm good. I'm here to get some waffles for breakfast." That's when he got up to go into the shop and start making the waffles when I realized that he was the owner! I wanted to try one savory and one sweet: 1. Banana butterscotch with the whipped cream cheese 2. Jalapeno cheddar with ranch As the waffles were being made right there in front of me, internally I was drooling since it smelled so so gooood. I paid for my waffles, and since everything is to go, I walked back home to enjoy my breakfast. And oh my, the waffles were as delicious as they smelled; I couldn't eat them fast enough. Will definitely be coming back since I live so close to this gem!

A 20 minute wait for a simple latte is NOT ok. There were not even busy (one customer was waiting for here drink when I placed my order)

One of the best coffee shops in The City! And what I didn't know until I got there is they serve some of the best waffles I've ever had. Highly recommend the lemon poppy seed! Very friendly and relaxing place. Nice outdoor sitting as well!

Came here for some brunch while on my late morning walk had to stop by and get some waffles! I got a churro waffle and a hot chocolate, The waffle was absolutely amazing It was so delicious. The hot chocolate was very nice! Definitely coming back with my mom and fiancé 10/10!!!

This tiny cafe is a one man show. The owner and sole employee is Ross. He does it all and does it well! We were pleased with the quality and taste of our drinks (latte with oat milk and mocha). I just wished there were syrups, but other than that, it was definitely worth the stop.

Local, friendly baristas, consistent, and the coffee is great. What more could you ask for? I personally like this shop because it's within walking distance of where I work. There's a really cool bleacher sitting area to hang out at while your coffee (or waffle) is being prepared. The smoothness of the cold brew is what I've been searching for ever since I've moved into the city, and this place has that down. While the menu is basic, the options are standard and you're bound to find something you like. The waffles are great, too! The only thing I would say is that there's usually only 1 person behind the counter each time I went. This isn't really a critique or anything because the space is quite small, but I would recommend to just be mindful that your order will take a minute or two longer if you're ordering more than one coffee or waffle. The baristas there that I have met are friendly and they'll have a conversation with you if interested, but they are also not pushy either if not. From what I've observed, there is definitely a great vibe of community between the staff and the regulars. TLDR, definitely recommend trying this place out of you're in the area!

Husband and I came here to try out the coffee and the waffles on a Sunday . We ordered the plain waffle with vegan butter and it came with a side of whipped cream and I ordered the churro waffle . The plain waffle was really good but it turns out that the churro waffle is the best waffle I have had in such a long time. The churro waffle is really light and fluffy and just absolutely delectable. I also ordered a latte with hemp milk and that was really good too. The churro waffle is so good I needed to come back again, waited for Monday and Tuesday to pass by and went back on Wednesday to fulfill my churro waffle craving. Best thing ever.

Life changing waffles!!!! I can say I've never been more blown away by a waffle in my life. The waffle will appear as very unassuming but let me tell you the batter texture was superb. It has a really nice softness to it. Hard to describe until you try one yourself.

Cute little cafe that replaced Greaser Coffee. They serve good coffee/espresso and fresh made-to-order Belgian waffles. The waffles are delicious--I've tried the Banana Butterscotch and the Jalapeno Cheddar. The Jalapeno Cheddar has a nice kick to it and was also served with some delicious ranch dip which really complemented the heat nicely. There's no indoor seating but there is one small table out front and it's across from a public parklet so there's plenty of outdoor seating. Friendly service! Also, I'm so happy that they are open on Saturdays so I can get my weekend fix!

Solid lattes and very good waffles at this walk-up window. They also have a nice parklet you can enjoy your coffee at. The lattes have a better texture and the beans are richer than at Craftsman & Wolves, largely the only other coffee destination in the neighborhood. The churro waffle is crisp and thoroughly coated in cinnamon sugar.

The local vibe of this shop is the best! Grab a coffee and a waffle and sit outside. You won't regret it!

Officially tried all of the waffles, and officially love them all. The staff is super friendly, and the setup with the parklet is perfect to just take your time and enjoy the coffee.

Drinks and waffles were great ! Got the baristas recommendation a bit hard to find parking but definitely worth it. They also have a cool little hangout spot while you wait for your food.

The location is super cute. They have an adorable patio in front you can hang out at. It's clean and neat. The owner, I think his name is Ross, is super friendly and the WAFFLES ARE DELICIOUS! My favorite is the jalapeño cheddar! Will definitely be back!

FYI: as of 3-31-20 this cafe is open from 9am-1pm on Tuesday-Saturday. Will update my review if needed! I am happy I found this coffee & waffle shop during the shelter in place mandate. They're clean, safe, and implementing all the "stay away from each other" logistics -- and keeping me sane by allowing me to get out of the house for some coffee. Bloomstock is a great addition to the Bayview neighborhood, and the guys who work there are wonderful and friendly. Stay safe & stay caffeinated!

Their hours as of Aug 2020 are 9 am to 1 pm Tuesday to Saturday. They have a parklet adjacent to their shop for a pleasant picnic experience. Their waffles are gluten free and delicious! ~ Kat

I agree with all the other 5-star reviews. The churros waffle (which has apparently replaced the banana-butterscotch flavor) is the best I've ever had. It's sweet enough, so you don't need syrup, but you can order whipped honey-butter to go with it. That would be gilding the lily IMHO. The server is super-friendly to boot. There is plenty of outside seating, framed by lots of beautiful plants and flowers. Note that the server, who is also the cook, can make no more than two waffles at a time, which takes about seven minutes, so plan accordingly.

Love Bloomstock's lattes and churro waffles. Made fresh to order so they're super warm and delicious. The owner and/or people that work at Bloomstock are super friendly and welcoming. It's a cute little coffee spot in Bayview on Yosemite right off of 3rd. If you live in Bayview - it's easy to walk to but if you're driving, parking is limited, but you can pretty much pull up on the side and grab your food/coffee - they're pretty quick. Latest hours are 9am - 1pm, but closed on Sundays & Mondays.

I love this place!!! I live in the east bay, but will continue to travel across the bay bridge, JUST FOR BLOOMSTOCK!! By far the most unique and exclusive coffee shop in the city!!! Great location to grab your coffee and sit outside, the waffles are amazing, 10 out of 10!!!!, made fresh every order!! each waffle flavor comes from a special hand made batter they make daily, the original waffle is also VEGAN!!... ask for a hint about the secret menu! You cant go wrong!!! I am not a coffee drinker because I cant find anyone to make it how I like it, BLOOMSTOCK makes their coffee EXACTLY how I like mine!!! FRESH beans originating from Brazil... you are missing out if you haven't been to Bloomstock yet!.. If I could Id eat there every morning! Ross is usually there and he is super chill, it really shows that the quality of the coffee and food is made with DEDICATION and LOVE...
